On 29/11/2021, I have uploaded some documents on my course hero account. However, after a while, I realized that I uploaded the wrong documents, my assignment contains my personal information that I don' want to reveal . Moreover, they also have negative content that affects viewers. Then I emailed to your company and request your help to remove my documents. However, your company didn't give me a help to remove them. And I have email you many times but there's no reply . Removing these documents is vital for me . I got locked out of my account without explanation. Just in time when 2 weeks passed and I can withdraw my hard earned money. Emailed multiple times, 2 moderators in generic writing, asked for additional requirements to "verify" my identity, then after submitting my documents, never heard from them, no acknowledgement whatsoever. It is just suspicious that I suddenly got locked out when it's time for them to pay me. I have minimum of $178 there and answer to about 5 more questions pending approval.

I want to reactivate my course hero account with the username is fadhillahcaf. Please help me as soon as possible because the account (fadhillahcaf) is important and I have uploaded a lot of document files. Thank you very much.

I cant access my account since this 3:00 this afternoon. when I clicked my profile page not found appeared. I have pending earnings since I registered as a tutor. I tried the forgot password option but no email was sent to reset my password. Used the Contact Support but no response yet until now. I didnt receive any violation in my email. So i dont know why I cant log-in even though i give the correct email and password.

Hello, I would like to delete my all documents that my upload in course hero.

Reason for removal:
Violates the policy of our university regarding copyrights and they do not permit dissertation documents to be uploaded onto websites.I have uploaded notes from my university which have been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. All the notes I got from my university actually need to ask for consent from the owner since they are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded a few notes from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove them before there is action from the top level management of the university.

This year, I uploaded documents without much thinking, and the majority of the documents I posted were not proofread since I simply clicked and clicked without checking each document. My personal information and also our school's information may spread out and my teacher's name is included in those files I'd like to erase all of my posted materials in order to prevent further misinformation and avoid copyright infringement lawsuits. Good day! My account in course hero will soon be deactivated as well as the email used since it cannot be opened already. All of the documents were asked by my professors to be taken down. I am not comfortable with the fact that my personal information and my university's name and private/sensitive information of my professors are in these documents. Hi, I uploaded documents this year, 2021, without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded haven't been proof read in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. I want to delete all my uploaded documents to further stop misinformation and to avoid copyright infringement cases. Please help me. Professors in our school are asking all students to remove any documents they have uploaded online. Please help me delete all of my uploaded documents. There are 8-10 documents in my account, and I want them all be deleted before anyone finds out about it and read it, and spreads misinformation. Please do help me.

I have contacted course hero several times asking them to remove the files that I accidentally uploaded. They contacted me and told me to tell them why I want them removed and to give them the URL. I have contacted them at least 4 times giving the reason which is that file was not meant to be uploaded because it has all of my classmates and professors information on it and it violates their rights. Not to mention we are not suppose to upload our school documents and I have been given a warning.
Til now I still have not heard from course hero nor have they removed the document. I really need you to take action and remove this file.

I can't log into my account. I have tried resetting my password but no reset email was sent. I cleared my cache and still nothing worked. I've also tried logging in with google but nothing happens. I changed browsers too. It haven't been able to log in for days and I don't know why. When I try I create a new account but with the same email, it tells me there's already an account with that email but won't let me log in.
