While looking to switch my service from boost mobile to Cricket Wireless. I decided to stop in one of your stores at 1401 Allen Road Allentown P.A 18102 located in 15th st Allen shopping center. On 02/01/17 between the hours of 4:30 and 5pm. Where instead of be showed what phones I can switch to. Me and family end up hearing a conversation between a man who was just standing around in the store talking to the worker. Asking "hey are they gonna be able to take those phones?" the store clerk replied "no because they have security alarms and their locked down." As I heard them I told my father what was being said. And he walked over and told the two men "listen just because Black doesn't mean we came to steal we all have phones" the clerk replied in english "Oh no we were talking about something that was wrong with his phone". That's when I became completely hurt I have never faced racisim ever and the fact that he tried to cover it up was Beyond me. My father then said " listen my daughters are half Hispanic and they understand Spanish so you should never talk about people if you don't know their race". " Now you just lost a customer because of how you made my daughter and me feel. And we left. Someone needs to fire the man if he is allowing people to hang around the store and they team up and make racist remarks or comments on people the come to get service. Smh this is not a good look. I hope this matter gets addressed soon. Thanks

I've been with cricket for almost 4.5 years and never missed a payment. I call that being loyal then I fell upon a hard time and had to go on bridge pay. Im not able to make my payments until Monday this is Friday. 1 weekend is what I asked for and they tell me nope your service will be disconnected tonight. My little bit of money I paid for 2 lines will not make or Break them but I'm switching service on Monday because they don't care about your issues as they say when you call customer service your just another account number to them.

**Please know I will be sueing you after I'm done submitting my complaints on this board. **
On Saturday, January 27th, 2017 location, DFW-AIRPORT, TX at Spirit Airline Baggage Check In. My Samsung Galaxy S7 was stolen, at the counter baggage check in. I filed a police report with DFW Airport, called Cricket Wireless and reported my phone stolen, and for Cricket Wireless to cancel phone number ending digits 0624 that is assigned to the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone that was stolen on Saturday the 27th, of January 2017. My chief complaint is that Cricket Blacklisted, keeps Suspending my special child's phone services, that are paid for. Her last number digits end with 9692, her phone device is the Alcatel One touch Idol3. That used to be my phone, then I switched out our sim cards when I purchased and activated the Samsung Galaxy S7 device.
Now, I have been calling Cricket 800-Cricket for the pass 3 days regarding this very annoying, frusterating, life threatening issue. Each time I've had to repeat myself, ask to speak to Managers, been hung up on, and the problem keeps reoccurring. This obviously has lead me to move on to the next step, out of frustration, Cricket has not corrected the issue, keeps charging me for services that are not being rendered, and has not compensated me for the pass 4 days of unused services. I had to pay a $250 deposit to Asurion Phone Insurance in order to receive my replacement phone, had to pay another $55 dollars for reactivation my replacement phone and for services again, which by the way we're already paid prior to phone being stolen. I have a police report on its way, called Progressive Leasing and reported the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone stolen.
I never once brought up my daughter's phone device Alcatel Idol3, not once! Yet, her paid wireless service keeps getting interrupted day after day. Why, can't Cricket seem to fix their error. Why does Cricket feel that they can over charge, take advantage of customers, suspend paid lines, not compensate their cistomers for their own errors, and treat their customers with the crappies the customer service ever?
Cricket representatives do not care about providing solutions, they only want to cause more strife, take more money from customers, and cause more averggration to the problem at hand. I will put a worldclass lawsuit in order against Cricket Wireless Services. I've had enough of Cricket Wireless Service Bullying their customers!

I've been with cricket almost two years now. First the phone went crazy calling people at 2 am. When no one was touching the phone it constantly has said no download room even after that bought 32 GB SD. Three times they have changed my day that they bill me, saying oh we take it out a day early just to make sure, a day early has moved from the 3rd of the month to early as of today the 28 th my data was not changed from 4 to eight until I complained about my data for eight months, I still run out of data almost two weeks before my payment is due, I do not go on Facebook but 3 or four min. About twice a week I never hardly use my data and it just disappears the first two or three months when I had only 4 or 5 GB. I had no trouble but once I was seddled in it changed. This month it cost me 35 97 all together to pay for my phone because they took my payment another day early and it cost me 35 dollars overdraft fee. I know no one will read this because I tried reading the complaints and couldnt open them. But at least I can vent to no one cricket has become a nightmare.

I have been with cricket wireless for about 2 years now. However, I just recently processed a payment of $30 for my account. I received the message & it was on my bank statement. So you would think it went through right? Wrong! I had to make another $30 payment and the customer service rep said that there was nothing else she could do. I literally just paid $60 so that my phone could stay on. Not only that but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I am definitely leaving cricket wireless & if you vale your money I would suggest you leave or don't ever come to cricket wireless. They love to take people money. I'm not having it. I will call and dispute it firs thing in the morning.

My husband bought me a phone from the Cricket Wireless Store at 6248 Rufe Snow, NRH, Tx on Christmas eve. The speaker immediately did not work when making calls out. As it was a busy week, we had to wait for the weekend to return the phone. When we took the phone back to the retailer to get a replacement new phone the store manager, Lydia, would not do it. She said we were TWO HOURS past the 7 day return policy. We had purchased it on Saturday at 2:00 and because we did not return it by 2:00 on the last day of the return, they would not honor it. It was 4:00. We asked to speak with the owner and she refused to give his name. We spent three hours in the store. She said that if she gave me a new one, the store would be out the money. She looked confused when I said I was out the money because she sold us a broken phone. She said, "we didn't know it was broken when we sold it to you", and I responded, " I didn't come to the store to buy a broken phone either." To this day, they will not honor the return policy or offer a store owner name to address the problem. Cricket is also unresponsive...and I still have a broken phone. I guess it's more important for them to keep their 350.00 for a new phone than to offer good Customer service. I would like a new phone. This one is in perfect shape minus the fact that the speaker is faulty.

Checked online before buying and Cricket has the Kyocera Hydroview listed as a mobile hot spot combatable phone and the box also says Mobile hotspot. I bought it and now can't get mobile hot spot. Very deceptive . I now have to go buy another phone. Why is this phone listed as mobile hot spot combatable on the Cricket web site when it is not? It is not right that I've wasted money on this phone.

I never received my phone.
I have paid the monthly protection plan fee for the last 2 months even though I have no phone.
Over the last 50 days or so I have spent over 25 hours of my time on the phone. Cricket attempted to be helpful but in the end they basically said it was my problem and I need to resolve it with UPS.
On about the 10th call to UPS, they approved the claim, admitting that they “lost”( stole) my phone, and submitted the claim form to Ingram Micro (shipper) who can/ will not have any contact with me because only Cricket can contact them.
Initially I wanted a replacement phone and not a refund.
Because we are approaching 2 months I have asked Cricket to contact Ingram Micro to expedite and provide any necessary information / instructions to ship a replacement phone.
Cricket has informed that there is nothing they can do (they don't have the ability to contact they shipper).
UPS has stated that the Ingram Micro has 7 months to respond.
No one is willing to help.
I'm complaint about insurance company with cricket
Cricket wireless service is a rip off with their insurance protection device by charging million of people protection for your device for 7 dollar a months. After you paying the phone insurance 7 dollar a months and you phone come out broke or defected. The insurance want to charge you 75 dollar for same phone ZTE Grand X 3. While cricket is charging you $70 dollar for same device.

Cricket wireless store located at 1810 vaughn rd, wood river illinois; on january 14 my wife and I had stopped at the above cricket location to check on getting a sd card put I her phone so as to give phone more storage capacity. Her phone, a motorola (no longer being offered) , could not update because of storage problems. We asked the so called sales rep for assistance and immediately notice the snobbish answers and replies we were receiving. Should have left then. Had brief discussion on new phones then back to sd card. Without first checking to see "how" to install card in wife's phone made the sale, then had to look on the cricket online instructions to install same. This person was the store manager and the other sales rep were both too young to have any experience on dealing with out of the ordinary situations. We were inform by the second sales person that they were just trying to make a living. Really? They were still probably living at home. The sd card that was sold to my wife sat on counter the whole time we had some heated discussion on store policy and not being able to return same. I asked to speak to the manager and that is when we found out we were talking to her. We asked to talk to her supervisor, which she did call, but same result. I understand that policies are needed for sale of these kind of items and agree. What I am angry about is the way cricket promotes people and policies that are not customer friendly. We were considering upgrading to a better phone, but not at that location and probably not with cricket. My wife did contact cricket after we got home to try and just get a credit on the bill. Nope! We are just out the money. That is why I am so angry. My wife and I are about to retire and having to watch our dollars and cents. The so called "manager" needs a lesson in common courtesy and working with the public. The other rep needs to wait a few years before claiming on having to make a living. I would almost bet that these cricket personnel are working off commission and "not" customer satisfaction. Shame.

I have never felt so insulted and disrespected by any seller/Manager of store ever in my entire life.
The representative and Supervisor/Manager her name( Janiffer) were incompetent, arrogant, with no resspect and never resolved the issue even she didnt try.
The Manager/Janiffer of Cricket Store at 825 N.main Newton, KS 67114 ended the without asking if there was anything else, and without so much as a goodbye.
This is by far the worst Manager/seller/Cricket store!

Cricket's call center message states that they provide reliable network. This is far from the truth. I was told that with my plan I can call to canada and from canada. I was in toronto, canada from 12/22/16 through 12/29/16. The whole time I was there I did not have service. I called using someone else's phone and they said it would be fixed. Not! I did not have service the whole time I was there. When we returned to phoenix the service came back on. Then when we went to lakeside, az on 12/30/16 the phone once again did not work. Again I had to call to cricket using someone else's phone to get them to trouble shoot. They told me that it would take 24 hours to come back on. It did not come back on until late 1/2/17 when we returned to phoenix. I called again on 1/4/17 and told them I was not able to call out or make calls. I was talking with their customer service person and the call got dropped. Great customer service! I could not get incoming calls nor call out until 1/5/17. This is my cell phone for emergency calls for my business.
I want a total refund for the month as this is an ongoing issue. They would only agree to a partial refund. When I asked rachel the person that I was speaking with to tell me where I could send a written complaint she could not give me the information and keep me on hold. I am very busy at work and can't keep spending 30-45 minutes to try and get the issue resolved.

I went in to switch to cricket and there was a young guy there who i found out after a while was fresh outta prison. The crew there (including the manager) all knew. He even asked me to tell him how to 'clean up' for a drug test. (Like i would know). He set up my phone in the wrong name and email. He also had my drivers lisc., credit card and other info right there and couldve written any of it down. These things occured to me a few weeks later that this man could EASILY steel my identity due to YOUR NEGLIGENCE! My brother is also on the plan anf in theory could ALSO HAVE HIS ID STOLEN along with credit info due to CRICKETS NEGLIGENCE! I want ALL (except for the months service ONLY) MY MONEY BACK And know this...CRICKET IS THE FIRST PLACE IM GOING AFTER IF ANYTHING HAPPENS FROM THIS! corporate AND. The ventura store. Also he signed me up for insurance and i was told by corporate that i will have to go AGAIN to the store to get a refund from them and not corporate. This sucks and u havent heard the last of me. What r u gonna do about it?

I have been asking for my refund of the 70.00 I spent for the next month's service and I get told yesterday oh as soon as the money is cleared to cricket I can have it back. Now today I am told that I am not allowed to get the money back since I changed my wireless services to another company. I am furious because I need to buy diapers and formula and all's Cricket Wireless can say is its not their problem! I was a loyal customer of Cricket Wireless for over 2 years I will not ever return to Cricket Wireless since all's this company does is steal money and can back up what they say about refunds.

On 12/28/16 I re-activated a 2nd phone onto an already active account. The active account was paid through 01/04/2017. I was asked to pay a certain amt to re-activate which I did and 2nd phone line became active. On 12/29/16 I woke to find both phones had been suspended for payment and when I contacted customer service (of course I got rep I could barely understand) and throughout this process I was told I had to pay $90 to have both phones removed from suspension. I was outraged since my line was paid thru 01/04/17. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold and after 20 mins holding, I hung up. I paid to re-activate both lines but filing this complaint and will also file complaint with BBB because I was told that I would see a credit for the amount I had paid after I make payment for the suspension and that was incorrect. What I did see was my next bill amount due for January 28, 2017! Disappointed!
unlocking a phone

Someone gave me a Cricket phone, and before they did they called in to have it unlocked. Cricket told them it was now unlocked and we were good to go. After purchasing a service plan with another carrier, I tried to put the new SIM card into the phone and found the phone to be locked and requiring a code. We called the company, who told us that they would submit a request for an unlock code, and we would have the code within two days. Today is the second day, no code. We called in to find out where it was, just to be told repeatedly that we would have to wait another two days. We tried to tell them repeatedly that we had already waited as long as they had told us we had to wait. The first customer service agent actually hung up on us. After calling back a few times and requesting to talk to a supervisor, we were connected to one. They told us the same thing. When we asked if we could have some sort of security that in another 24 - 48 hours we would have our unlock code (as they were telling us), they said no and in fact it could be up to five days of waiting.
Twice their company lied (and once they hung up on us!). And I wouldn't be surprised if after five days of waiting there will still be no unlock code; and they will have lied for a third time, and have wasted my money (since I paid for a service I can't use until this phone is unlocked). They should be held accountable for what they tell people, and they should have the integrity to keep their word. They told us it was unlocked - it wasn't; they told us we would have a code - we don't; they're making us wait up to five days with no guarantee of ever getting it unlocked. They have no checks, no way of following through with what their agents say, no way to rectify their mistakes or lack of unity, no real help or support. Good customer service would have followed through with what they had said already, because they had said it and it's bad policy to go back on your word. They have terrible customer service, and give no satisfaction. They will never have my business (unless, as Dave Carroll says, I have to give it to them to save the world - but that won't likely happen).

I purchased my phone online 12/2/16 and received it 12/5/16, 7 days ago. And as I was leaving work the phone fell out my hand. I had purchased a $30.00 protector case for my cell and the screen still shattered.

waste of time and money
I'm tired of repeating this story
I bought a cricket cell phone online, I never got it.
I spoke many times to customer service and just wasted my time. No one could offer me a real solution. Even though I am a good customer for two years, who are charged the direct service of my bank account.
I have recorded many calls where they literally go around the problem but do not solve anything.
I have also printed the mails where in the live chat, they could not help me either. I received a text informing me that a refund was being processed. Fifteen days have passed since that and it is a lie, they have not returned the money.
My previous phone is almost unusable, but I need to fix this first, because I do not want to continue in a company where not only steal, but also the people who are there to serve, are useless people who mock customers, who It wastes time and they do nothing to help them.
I am very disappointed of this mediocre company, to which the client cares nothing, where only the matter goes from one hands to another, but nobody shows the capacity to solve things seriously.
I think I'm going to need legal help to solve this, after all I have everything recorded in audio, and I also have printed chat conversations
