fraudulent email
I received an email today 12/04/18 from a company appearing to be you(attachment of email as received in three photos). They stated I'd won the $1000, of which I assummed was from the white survey/contest form for on-line submissions I get from my CVS pharmacy. Instead when you hit the enter link, it says you may have won as much as $100. Total BS. I can...

I almost never write reviews online. Almost never. Except when I receive exceptional, or, in this case, exceptionally poor, service. A few days ago, I went into CVS #9819 in Vacaville, CA, to pick up prescriptions that I was told would be ready by 5 p.m. The time was nearly 6 p.m., but the medications were not yet ready. The pharmacist had no explanation...

This incident occurred on 11/27/18 at 9:15am. The location is 1301 Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL. I was attempting to have my medication refilled that was written by a licensed physician. Because this medication was an opioid, the pharmacist immediately assumed I was an addict. He had the nerve to ask why I was having this medication filled--none of his business and then stated that before he would fill it again, I would have to see a specialist. All of this being done in the presence of other customers none of which I know. He blatantly violated HIPPA and to have the nerve to question my physician or need for this medication is completely out of line. Then he decides that he is going to take 3 hours to fill a medication that shouldn't take that long. If this gentleman wants to become a drug counselor, he should change positions but he doesn't have the right to treat me or anyone else like this. I would like to add that if my company HCA did not have a contract with CVS for our prescriptions, there is no way I would be going there.

My name is Raymond, Im writing this complaint regarding an issue I had with the CVS store at 1616 Memorial Dr, Chicopee MA. My experience shopping at this CVS in trying to recieve a refund has been hectic, Neither CVS nor the simcard provider (Ultra Mobile) wanna refund me the cash for selling me a Expire simcard from May 2017. The Cell provider did...

At the CVS pharmacy on 100 S Douglas Blvd., Midwest City, Oklahoma, I tried to get medication refilled, it's ready for days and no one called or contacted with texting? I could not go long without the drug... I came in and asked a lady at the pharmacy to contact my doctor for refill, it's printed on the package--promised for the same day, the next day I contacted my doctor myself and he ordered the refill directly with the pharmacy, I waited by the phone for a "ready message" from the pharmacy, no call and no text for days... almost died. Finally the day before I traveled for Thanksgiving, I came in and was told the refill was ready, and I had to wait for days without medication, you could have killed someone. (Walgreens used to ask if I had enough pills to go on while waiting, so they could give me a few to get by without discontinuation.)
I am complaining the staff at the pharmacy ignored me, and did not take the incident seriously--when someone's suffering without medication for even a day. It could be a matter of life and death, and serious effect/damage on daily living/work/family. (Having been a loyal customer for years, I am mad at the treatment I have received.)

customer service window
Went into the pharmacy this morning and a person by the name of Deanna was waiting on a customer so I waited till she was done to get her attention. Well she acted like I wasn't even there for a while looking for plastic bags. Finally she said oh what do you need? I asked if the pharmacist was here and she said yes Travis was. I ask can I speak to him and she said, Not right now he is in the restroom. I said ok and she immediately said, "You know he has to use the bathroom just like we do, " in a rude manner. I told her I realize that, and she kept saying yep we all have to go to the restroom as she walked away. What is her problem? She is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with at CVS. If this keeps up I will not be getting my meds at CVS anymore
pharmacy staff
I was at the pharmacy at CVS in Collinsville, Virginia, this week. I needed to get a simple flu shot. I went to the drop off window to inquire about one. I stood there for five minutes and one of the staff saw me and ignored me. They didn't even say I will be with you in a moment. I then preceded to the pickup window which someone did ask me what I wanted. I then was directed back to the drop off window. I asked how much it would be. She put in lots of information but never gave me the amount which was $0 because I am on Medicare. Did she not know this when she took my cards? She said she would do my paperwork and for me to wait over in the chairs to the side. I sat there and looked at several magazines while three associates worked on prescriptions. During this time, no one came in to fill a prescription and only two drive thru prescriptions were filled. Again I was being ignored. I asked how much longer and finally the pharmacist said he would give me the shot. I expected to go into a partioned area. Instead he gave me the shot in the middle of the floor in front of the pharmacy. I will never go to CVS again for a flu shot. I hope I can move my Medicare prescriptions too because you wait forever for those too. I now know why Walgreens where I had always got my shot was out of flu shots--they actually give customer service.
failure of liberty, sc store to fill prescriptions sent in by my doctors
on 10/28/2018 Dr. Abbas Mansour submitted a prescription for Asmanex Twisthaler, which I find listed on CVS computer listing, but when I call the stores computer withe the Rx# given on the computer the store's computer dose not recognize this Rx#.
More recently on 11/06/2018 Dr. Jony Bolinger called in a prescription for simvastatin 20 mg tablets, again I find this on the stores computer with RX#, but it is not being filled and the store telephone computer dose not recognize the Rx#.

store harassment
I have never been more humiliated in my whole life, until I shopped in CVS on 4840 Marlboro Pike, in Capitol Heights, MD. After leaving the ER, because of a horrible allergy reaction, my face swollen, I went to CVS to look for Aloe Vera to help my healing process. My initial intentions were to get "in/out" to save myself the embarrassment of my swollen face being seen. As I was searching for the Aloe Vera, I was approached by a store worker(Female), asking if I needed any assistance, I replied "No, thank you, " and she hurried off in another direction. As I am still searching, I then get approached by store security insinuating that I was attempting to steal! I have given CVS, at this specific location, and many more, an ample amount of my business without incident, until now. I was singled out, humiliated, because why? I dumped the bag that I was carrying, in front of the store security, frustrated, and blown away that this was even happening to me, period. Once security realized that they had made a terrible mistake, I left completely and utterly speechless and angry. Not once did I get an apology from the store clerk who reported that I was "stealing", and the officer on duty was highly unprofessional during the whole ordeal. I pride myself on how I handled the situation on my end, but after this whole ordeal, I'm highly dissatisfied on how I was handled, and nothing was done or said to make things right. At this point, I'm not even comfortable going back into another CVS store, ever, and it makes me sad, because I love CVS. :(

So SUE CVS! for your Civil Rights Violations! They deserve it, regardless of whether you were shopping while black, shopping while white, shopping while sick, or a woman, you get it.
It is all illegal to accuse you falsely like that!
Wow, you must have been mortified. That happened to me once at a Walmart, several years ago, and so I left my bagged purchases with management when the police showed up and then got a refund the next day and told not to return there, but I still shop there since I didn't do anything wrong . I had forgotten that I stuck my sales receipt in my rear pants pocket and found my receipt after I went home, but couldn't understand why they didn't just check their surveillance tapes to prove my innocence. I had been trying to get a phone card i just bought there to work at Walmart's payphones and Walmart customer service was of no help to me on that. Then another employee accused me of shoplifting because I walked from the payphones back inside to customer service with my bag of purchases. Of course, in retrospect, I should have sued for emotional duress, but that store got a new manager within the year. And that's the only time in 60 years of living that I was ever falsely accused and accosted as such. But I was going to say that by trying to hide your face in embarrassment which is understandable, that they naturally became suspicious. Hope you're better now. Some stores have the drive-through to make a purchase.
manager vanessa
Store #10986, 1230 E. 8th Street, Odessa, Texas 79761
I went in to find a styptc pencil to stop bleeding from shaving. 2 asscoiates and a pharmacist could not find what I needed. I finally found myself in a locked cabinet on shaving isle. After locating what I needed then I couldn't find anyone to open cabinet. Went back to pharmacy and ask for help again. Manager finally shows up on isle 8 and I told her what I needed. She said I didn't have to be rude. I said I wasn't rude buy I needed it as quickly as possible for someone at office. She said I was rude again. I told her that after 3 of her people and none could help and even a pharmacist and me being the only customer in the whole store that someone should have been able to help without me having to find myself and everyone had disappeared. I can't believe I couldn't get help when I was only customer in the whole store
prescription expiration date
I recently had a prescription filled Tacrolimus Ointment 0.1% 30m by CVS. When I picked up the script I was informed it cost $394. With various coupons the price did go down to $175. I had this script previous for a condition and the reason I had it refilled was my condition reoccurred after 8 years. The script I had in 2010 had an expiration date of 9/13. The new script of $175 dollars has an expiration date of 7/19. They gave me a ointment that expires in less than a year. Paying all of this amount I think it should last at least 3 yrs. It should have been pulled from their shelf. Very disappointed. I have been with CVS for years, however I will not be renewing anything with them in the future.
staff at rosemont target, illinois
Target pharmacy in Rosemont was always quick to greet customers and address by name, always helpful and cordial. Kari was particularly professional.
The new staff is not helpful. No one mentioned to me, as the previous staff had, that my prescriptions weren't counting toward the 10 (for $5 off or other offer).
Then this week I was helped in the pharmacy area by a Target employee. She located a product for me and offered to check out at pharmacy, with or without the food items I told her I was looking for. When I returned with 6 food items in my hands, plus the nose spray, I was told by the girl with CVS that they don't usually allow checkout at those registers without purchase of a prescription. She checked me out, reluctantly.
I have worked with the public for years and see no reason to discourage customers. This may be a case of a disgruntled or ineffective manager setting a bitter tone for that environment.
not paid for time worked over months!
I was hired by CVS in May 2018. I'm disabled so was hired to only work 16 hours.
Once hired I had to work 8+ hrs daily to complete computer training modulars required before training orientation.
The computer training, class training + commute + store training hours were written down & supposed to be manually entered in by store manager.
During this time I was also called to cover shifts 3-4× during the week. All these shifts also the manager had to manually enter approval code to punch in / out or enter directly into pay roll.
This continue with me doing training hours, covering multiple shifts & working my scheduled shifts from May until August.
During this time I only received 2 pay checks; 13hrs & 23hrs ! That's it!
I've notified my store manager weekly of this issue. I've contacted HR, Payroll & Ethics department's. No one really cares & just basically says, oh well try contacting so & so...
Frankly I worked & I just want to get paid it's that simple. I shouldn't have to contact anyone anymore. This is a big corporation that has employees to do this.
I'm sick of being nice & trying to work with CVS to get the run around over & over. I'm forced to take legal action, make this public & go through the labor board.
filling a prescription, also help in store and checking out.
This has been my pharmacy/ store fro a long time. Things have been going down for a few years now. There is no help on the floor and managers are non-extinct. I once had to go to the managers office and request help. My main complaint for the CVS- 1601 KINGS HIGHWAY

[protected] | STORE #10291 is the pharmacy. When you go to pick up prescription go have to wait in isle 2, behind 6 to 10 people, then when you get to register your informed you have to go to isle 6 with no explanation and get behind at 10 or more people. I use a cane and the wait it about 30 minutes or more. The pharmacy is over run with prescription bags and no one knows what they are doing. If you call store #10291 if they pick up, they hang up without a word. My daughter received a text this month 10/13/2018 to pick up perscription, well the wait was so long, she never got it. She requested that it be sent to CVS-4112 AVENUE U, ACROSS FROM KINGS PLAZA MALL

1. Pharmacist at the Ainamakua Dr. location in Mililani, HI wasted my time by requesting my doc make corrections to a prescription not once, but twice, when they could have / should have pointed out all the errors on first inspection. I have to travel 40+ minutes each time I need to obtain and updated/corrected prescription.
**and please note: the prescriptions I had been bringing in - that were being filled WITHOUT PROBLEMS - were the exact same as they had ALWAYS BEEN until a particular male pharmacist decided various aspects of the Rx were no longer correct. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that state requirements for Rx's (particularly controlled substances) may change over time. But for the pharmacy manager to tell me that it is my DOCTOR'S ISSUE (ie, insinuating that he is somehow incompetent) is RIDICULOUS. He did not change his Rx (one that had been being filled without issue by other CVS locations). It was this location that refused to fill. That does NOT constitute his incompetence. To insinuate such is simply RUDE.
2. This CVS location informed me (same male pharmacist, I believe) that 90-day Rx's are not allowed by State Law which has required me to book monthly appointments with my doctor for medications that I have been taking (same med, dose, frequency) for well over a year. If I hadn't talked to a friend who gets his medications filled at Walgreen's I would never have known that this 30-day limit is a complete and utter LIE!
I will be switching to filling meds at Walgreen's if this situation (this pharmacy / pharmacist) do not stop their discriminatory practices against me. For the record: my friend is a WHITE MALE. Wonder if that makes any difference in how we are treated?
victoza
I bought a victors pen. I did not receive the needles for over a month .No one told me the needles were seperate. Also my 93 year old father William David gitter was sold a phone card when he actually wanted a Starbucks card.you suck.I also am angry about the coupons I receive .I get coupons that are completely worthless
Every item in the store is on sale so they don't honor any of the coupons. Also they tell me the numbers on the coupons don't match my account.Long waits and rude cashiers are normal. I don't want to play the race card. BUT I MUST BE INVISIBLE BECAUSE OF MY RACE! this is how you keep the brother down.
on-going problem with the pharmacy
After a terrible experience at the Aliso Viejo CVS Pharmacy located at 26891 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA and being provided bad prescription for a monthly birth control, I transferred over to the Laguna Niguel branch at 29995 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Niguel, CA. The transfer was initially fine, and they processed a replacement package for birth control NORG-EE 0.18-0.2150-0-.25/0.035. Once that package cycle was complete, I received a call on 10/14/2018 that the next prescription for the refill was ready for pick-up. I went into the pharmacy about 3:15pm, and the technician Ella searched for the item. She collected the package, and went to the computer to ring-up the item. Instead of ringing me up for the $13.84 though (the same price I had paid the month previously and the amount shown on the package), she went over to her other computer, asked me to follow her, and then went back to the original computer. She changed the price to $17.18. I told her that I was not comfortable with the change of the price, since she did so right in front of me after opening the bag, but she ignored my concern. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager was called over, and listened to the concern. The pharmacist, a woman named Nastran, then proceeded to tell me that I should go to another pharmacy location. I told her that I was very uncomfortable and wanted to call the cops. She then said she could do it instead, and so we waited for the cop to arrive. When I explained the story of what happened at the cops arrival, he asked us for both sides of the story. He then said that I would have to pay the higher price of $17.18, even though the receipt says $13.84, and that they have a right to restrict service to someone because they are a private organization. I told him that I transferred to this branch for better customer service, and that I didn't want to transfer. He then said I did not have a choice. He also recommended I try Walgreens, and submit a complaint for poor service to the Better Business Bureau.
Please note the correct location for the transfer CVS is 27251 La Paz Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA (not 29995 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Niguel, CA). After ring me up, with cop 1 (Sulham) present, I left the facility and returned home. I then received a phone call from the same pharmacy about a half hour later that I paid for the other 3 items, but not the prescription. I was told to return to the pharmacy to pay for the prescription. See attached second receipt. I called 911 this time and asked that a 2nd cop (Espinoza) escort me into the building. When we were at the pharmacy, there was a long delay with trying to process the transaction. Ella and Nastran tried to ring up the item on different computers, before Ella finally got it to work on the first one. I never received an apology for the poor treatment, and left with tears in my eyes.
cvs in carson, ca they are incompetent!
After many years I finally got wise and closed out my account I have had to many problems with the pharmacy. The manager at the time looked me straight in the eye and told me that my medication did not have penicillin in it. I believed her and broke out in a horrible rash. I am severely allergic to all penicillin products. I checked the internet and this medication did have penicillin in it. I could have died. I cThe store clerks have helped me not the rude people at the pharmacy. I spend over $200 for a product that I did not open and tried to return and they refused. I could see if I had opened it--however, it was unopened. So I got stuck with a product that I no longer want or have used and they have come the winner and me the loser! Yes I am angry. I emailed them and they have not contacted me yet. I will find another pharmacy. I will not shop at CVS ever again. I am destroying my card!
pharmacy lady named lauren
My needles for my TRT shots came in the wrong size at my regular pharmacy. I went to CVS in Newport News Va at 13000 Warwick Blvd to get a 25 gauge or smaller needle. Lauren the pharmacist said needed to see my prescription before she could sell me a needle. I said why I've never had a problem getting a needle before and Virginia has no law requiring anything to buy one. She said it's a CVS rule so I said I can call my wife and she can take a picture of the box and the bottle which shows my name and everything on it. Lauren said nope she need to see the real thing here. So I went home and got it and then she wanted to hold it and I said she can look at it and verify it's mine and current as well she could see my ID but she was not writing anything down of the bottle other than my name, address, phone number and reason for use. I would not allow her to write down private information off the bottle unless she could show me in writing that I had to. Lauren then said you know what I don't have to sell you anything if I don't feel like it. I said I agree if you think a person is getting needles to go do illegal drugs or something harmful you shouldn't sell them anything but I have proof that's not the case here and I have my prescription in hand and I have needles in hand it's just the 22 gauge needles hurt to much. 2 shots a week in the same spot for over a year makes scar tissue and it's tender in that area and all I want is a 25 gauge needle or small so I can take my medication. Lauren said we'll too bad you give me the bottle and I'll write down whatever I please and I'm not showing you any policy. She said you can call the 800 number but it will do you no good because I don't have to sell you anything and I don't even have to give a reason is our store policy. Now in closing I would like to point out I'm a white man and she was a black woman. I will call the 800 number tomorrow when they open and the BBB. Funny thing is I dove 5 minutes down the road to another CVS and a nice man working in the pharmacy just gave me 2 needles.
store location # 3157, 2390 e. bay dr, largo fl
Incident on week of 9/30/18, not sure actual date, but the complaint is to regards an pharmacist, evenings, her name is Lynsy, not sure her spelling.
I am a 30 year diabetic, insulin dependent, I have been going to CVS pharmacies for many of years, never been treated with such rudeness and lack of concern before at any store.
I needed a refill on my insulin needles, but the scrip was out of refills, I have always purchases needles without a scrip until doctor calls in a refill.
My store in ohio always did that for me, they know I was insulin dependent, just look at my records for years, my constant purchasing of all sorts of meds over the years, I have spent high dollar money at CVS, and she was rude and said she will not fill my request, knowing I am diabetic, I explained to her that I have been reusing my old needles and that is not a good practice, but she had no concern. She said as the Pharmacist she can refill or not refill to who ever she wants, I think that is so discriminatory in practice. I said to her, do you think I am a drug user or something. She replied, I don't know you. Well that is so upsetting and I told her I will file a complaint on her, she said fine do what you have to.
In saying this, I had my Endocrinologist transfer all my refills/meds to Walgreens down the street. I will never be talk to or treat like that again, you have lost a good and loyal customer. People like her needs not work in a customer service role.
Shame on CVS to hire someone with this kind of demeanor, By the way, I work as a manager over 120 FTE's, if one of my employees treated a customer like that, they would be out the door. Morris Allison
