I do not appreciate all of my business being put out for everyone to hear everything he said I was told that I can get in trouble with these extra bottles by the law enforcement I told him I never heard this I been on these meds over 15 years and have done this always no one no other pharmacy ever told me this the law enforcement never told me this he said well they come in your house with all these pill bottles you will go to jail be in big trouble I don't appreciate him saying this so loud ar the counter where u pick up the medications and not at the consultation desk I am disabled and so embarrassed of what this man done to me. I have witnesses and people behind me was very pissed off also for what he done to me this is suppose to be private I think yall call it the hepa law well he broke this law and I may just turn this over to an attorney this has really upset me about my privacy I could have gotten mugged or beat or worse with my pain medication that I had filled their. And put out in the public for some thug or druggie or thief could have heard this. I'm talking about oxycontin and oxycodone now you tell me what should be done about this. Even the pharmacy techs didn't like what he done their mouths were dropped open from what he done. Something better be done about this matter immediately or I go to an attorney and make sure that the news will no I have been violated of my hepa rights.
pharmacy customer service
As a customer of the 24 hour CVS located at 15100 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD, I find that it lacks customer service and proper coverage. On my most recent visit at 6:00am on Wednesday, November 15th, I went through the drive thru and pick up window, to have my prescriptions filled, and was disappointed and annoyed by the lack of service and attention I received in seeking to fulfill a order. I understand the limited staff that may not be available at the hour I mentioned, but this is a 24 hour CVS, once I handed the pharmacist my order and asked what time should I expect this to be ready, he tells me, that they are swamped, and maybe sometime that evening I could pick it up. My order was simple and as I mentioned I dropped this off at 6:00am, I didn't get my order until 4:30pm that evening, this is ridiculous. telling me the customer that the pharmacy is swamped, should not have been shared, I did what I needed to do to get an order filled and should have received a better response. The customer service aspect needs to be addressed and reliable staff placed in this area where needs are great.

Ok On the way home from my 1 yr olds doctor we decided to stop and get her medicine so she can take it as quick as possible to feel better. I knew as soon as I walked in there was going to be a issue cause there was a long line and every person ahead of me had some sort of problem. I got to the register and the pharmacist says the insurance won't cover so sit so they can contact the doctor than on the loud speaker I was called for the antibodics cause that was covered by the insurance so I lined up again and got that. When I got back to the register I personally called the doctor myself and he wanted to speak to the pharmacist on call which the lady says no he needs to call us. So the doctor went on his computer and responded to the pharmacy's request so I told the pharmacy that and they say well we didn't receive anything. I sat back down another 25 minutes and finally got mad and called the doctor and as I'm on the phone with the doctor I can hear on his other line the music to cvs playing meaning he was trying to call them. The pharmacist WOULD not pick up the phone so I stated are you going to answer your phone cause you wanted the doctor to call and your not answering so she decided to wait till she was ready to answer which the phone stopped ringing and after the voicemail was heard 20 minutes later they finally say you can come in line cause we got a different brand meds so I got back in line and than they rang me up which I feel that was totally bad service and the situation could of been done differently. They need to put people back there that enjoy their jobs not people that don't care about the health of another person! During all this the baby was restless and sick and wanted to leave! Worst nightmare maybe people need to think twice before they go to 2440 Hamburg turnpike CVS in Wayne
pharmacist charles snyder
My wife and I recently went to CVS pharmacy to fill her prescription (Suboxone Film) The pharmacist was very rude to my wife because the Rx was too early to fill. I called our Dr. and he called the pharmacy and told them that it was ok to fill. The next morning my wife called CVS to make sure that everything was ok and Charles once again was very rude to my wife, made her cry and hung up on her. Stated "I already told you that it was too early to fill and the dr would need to fix it" I called our Dr. and he said that he called them but he will call again to let them know that it was ok to fill early. After the Dr. called the pharmacy and let Charles know that it was ok to fill early, Charles called Me and told me " your wife is very rude, maybe i can talk to you" I told him that his statement is rude and that he was rude to my wife he said "listen BRO" i asked him nicely to not call me bro, that is very unprofessional and shouldnt be said. I asked him if he recieved the ok to fill the RX. he said yes but his license gives him the authority to turn down anyone and refuse to fill any Rx. I told him that we have done everything he has asked and now he is going to refuse to fill it only because i am not letting him be rude to me or my wife. He said " i am not going to fill her script, i have a license that gives me the right to make judgement on whether or not to fill a Rx. I asked for his name and his License #. He told me is name is Charles Snyder and said he refuses to give his License # and hung up on me. I called and talked to store manager, he said that there was very nice he apologized and talked to the pharmacist and called me back. when he called he stated that the pharmacist refuses to fill the script and refuses to talk to me or my wife. The manager told me to call after 3pm to talk to Rick the Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist. I called back and talked to rick. i explained the situation and he stated that his pharmacist had to have had a better reason than that to not fill the script. i told him the entire story and he still said that there must be more to the story and said "im sorry but i stand by my pharmacist and there is nothing you can do. I said it is sad that a pharmacist can do something so mean to someone just because he got upset and you wont even look into it because you immediately back your pharmacist and refuse to even look into what im saying. he said "well thats how things work. all you can do is take it to another pharmacy. I could not believe that my wife and i were treated badly and the manager of the pharmacist told me tough luck and wouldnt let me file a complaint. So i have filed a complaint with the state of ohio board of pharmacy and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and now i am letting you know about the issue. Because of the horrible way my wife and I have been treated by your company i will file a complaint with every department, BBB, every Licensing Board, etc. The fact that you guys dont even look into these issues and just tell your customers tough luck is the worst practices i have ever witnessed. I have a licenses through the Department Of Insurance (DOI) and we take our license serious and treat people with respect and courtesy. I will file complaints against Charles Snyder and CVS as a company. He thought that because my wife is a recovering addict that he can treat her how ever he pleases and thought the same about me but I am an educated person and will not stand for someone or a company to treat their customers like crap. We did not raise our voices once, did not call anyone out of their name. We did not even curse while talking to anyone at CVS. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be treated this way and i will do my personal best to make sure that people do not get treated like this in the future. Have a good day, i will be amazed if i hear back from anyone and shocked if anyone at CVS does anything about this.

return policy
I drove 18 miles to find a cvs that was opened. I needed to buy shampoo and return an item when I was informed that they will not do any returns after 10:00pm. I asked them where it was stated in their return policy and they said it was store policy. I asked the manager where it was posted as store policy and he said it wasn't. His complaint was they don't have enough money after 10, it was 10:20 and it would have been refunded onto my card . This was a $9.99 return. I have chosen cvs for many years and I would like you to do something about this or I wil be taking my business elsewhere.

11/12/2017 at 1:00 i arrived at cvs pharmacy 3601 n belt line rd, sunnyvale, tx .
I went to buy some prenatel vitamins that my doctor recommended and she gave me a coupon to uae as well. The moment i asked the pharmacist they where not able to assist me in where they were at . my complaint is that when i showed them the coupon they did not explain why i could not use the coupon and when i turned my back the pharmacist were laughing at my question which i find very disrespectful. I left the store and did not buy anything because of the treatment i recieved .
manager: james gibsonton riverview fl 3638
I went in there with my two children to develop pictures for a 3rd grade science project. I had a coupon for 100 prints for 10cents and let the lady know before I started. At check out it came to $33 dollars she didn't know how to apply the coupon so she got the manager who was extremely rude! He said it doesn't work at check out and needs to be online, I said I have done this here before is there anyway to apply it. I said i'm not going to pay 33 for something that would cost 10 and I let her know what I had before I began. He threw my pictures in the trash and went back into his office. Meanwhile my child is thinking about her project. We waisted 40 minutes in that place to choosing 100 pictures just to use the coupon. I asked the girl to give me my pictures so I can take the ones I needed and pay for those. She had to ask the manager to come out again to get them. I let him know that he was very rude and I believe he could have found a better way to handle this situation. He didn't stop there he said how can I help him these people behind you if you don't move while searching through these pictures! Ummm I believe I called you out the office to get my pictures that you rudely threw in the trash! At this time two girls were up front ringing and if he wanted to help he could have asked me nicely to move.. I'm over it he needs to go, the lady with my first experience was nice and tried to help!
This guy is a [censor] and I feel sorry for the girls working under him.
unethical behavior at cvs pharmacy #3733, 190 keith street, cleveland, tn 37311
09-26-2017 @ 6:02 pm, My husband's insulin was filled wrong and the clerk would not listen to me instead she called other staff to concur with her. They got upset with me and told me that, "this is all your insurance will pay for, " but that was not the issue it was the wrong amount. My husband went to the car to get his other empty packages to prove to them it was the wrong amount they had given us. The Pharmacist took one look and then went to her station to correct the problem this took 45 minutes for them to see their mistake. All while we sat and waited patiently.
11-10-17 @ 2:44 pm, The second incident, they filled my husband's Brimonidine, his eye drops for his glaucoma wrong. The clerk (Angela) told the pharmacist that I always have a problem. Then another lady with dark black hair with one big blonde streak on one side. Stated, to my husband and I, "that she gave us the same amount she gives all her customers." "And that she calculated it right, 15ml for both eyes would give him only one bottle of drops for 90 days." "She also stated he should not over use and make that last because your insurance will only pay for one bottle." Again, my husband went to the car to retrieve old packages to show them. Pharmacist corrected it. This lady yelled at us and said, "did you hear she fixed it, but you'll always have this problem with each new prescription number." I took this as a threat they will continue to give us problems and be rude to us. Each time this occurs it takes 45 minutes for them to see their mistake. We are not given any apology for their wrong doing instead. After we leave, we can hear them loudly talking bad about us. I left and returned to get something else from the shelf only to hear them talk about us, they said that Black couple always want more than they should get. I want enough medicine to last the 90 days it should last. Not one bottle for the same amount of money and it only lasts for 30 days and then they won't refill it again until 90 days. I don't know why we are being mistreated so badly we want the same courtesy given other customers. Instead of their rudeness and loud talking so other customers can hear them talking about us.
Resolution: The clerk (Angela) needs to be fired. You don't talk about the customer in front of their faces in a rude and insulting manner. As for the others, I would like to see disciplinary action given to them all. When you work in a place of business their should be a code of conduct for all their employees. Also it clearly shows that sensitivity training, listening skills and diversity training is needed. Stop stereotyping your customers because of their race. We all take our medications the same way. You don't interrupt until the customer finish telling you what is wrong with their order. It should not have taken them 45 minutes to see their mistakes. Then for us to be told, they do everyone the same, means they have short changed many other people.
being profiled as a thief
I was fallowed out of the woodway texas cvs pharmacy and they wrote down my license plate number on suspension believe of stealing it was the manager there. Im not a thief of any kind and nor do I have to steal anything to have something I will be talking to my lawyer on this situation and I believe serious consequences should be carried out on this individual all I was doing was browsing for gift ideas. Sencierly Jonathan Thurmond
It's doubtful you have physical proof or evidence that they were acting inappropriately. In regards to your lawyer, it's very likely you have no case because they did not do anything to you.
being harassed/ humiliated by a cvs worker
My Mexican boyfriend and I walked into CVS store #10268 in Aransas Pass Texas, Nov 9 about 10:00 p.m. my boyfriend headed straight to the medicine aisle because my stomach was hurting I walked up to the check out counter to load my pay pal prepaid card. Once I completed my transaction I walked to the make up aisle looked for a few minutes decided I hadn't seen anything I couldn't live without. So decided to find my boyfriend/ business partner purchase my medication and head home. As I begin looking for him I realize that there is a white woman/ cvs worker following him throughout the store harrasing himaccusing the two or us of coming into her store all of the time and never buying-anything and stated that we must be there shop lifting. She was being very loud as these accusations were pouring from her mouth. As I walked up behind the two of them I asked what was going on and she stated again she thought we were shoplifting. I was humiliated and stated to her calmly that my boy friend and I had only been in that store together one other time previously that week and happens to have purchased an entire cart load of groceries. However do to her accusations that would not be happening again. She said surprised I remember you that's right you were in here last week however her voice wasn't quite as loud as it would had been while she was accusing my boyfriend and I of stuffing our pockets full of merchandise. My boyfriend was very upset at one another in disbelief I've got her name of the store number. I have never in my life been so humiliated. I strongly feel that it was very racist she did not like the fact that I am a Caucasian woman with a latino man and I do hope that we can clear this up or I will have to speak with an attorney and will never shop at another cvs.
lack of customer service
Store number: 1447 - 320 Dormer Street, Laurel, Maryland, 20707
Cashier: Patel
Before we had arrived at the register, there was a previous customer that had a prblem with their transaction. Patel was "helping" this customer as well. He eventually called the manager to the front and proceeded to "help" us with our purchase. Whiel he scanned my item, I entered my phone number for my extra care account to be used as it had a 40% off coupon that was loaded on my card. I asked him why it wasn't showing up when he completes the transaction. He just kept saying "send it over and I will be able to see it". I showed him my phone which shows that the 40% was "sent" to my card. He acted inconvenienced and I asked to speak with the manager. While waiting for the manager, he looked at my girlfriend and said "she's crazy" referring to the previous customer he "helped". After waiting a few minutes, the manager resolved our problem.
Our complaint is with Patel the cashier whom have treated two customers in a row with no ounce of customer service. If there's anythig that doesn't go well, he acts as if the customer is the one that is wrong and doesn't do anything about but insist that the customer is crazy.
If CVS insists on keeping this Patel, please do not allow him to speak with customers.
need to check the background verification for employee
Hi CVS
The lady name Sarah Lynn Wingate who is applied a job in CVS .She has many crime cases like illegal Ammunition case, Drug cases also her case is still going in Camden. Every month she is paying bail bonds with help of Roman Bail bonds in Camden. So please proceed the back ground verification check before offer the job to her. Her phone number is +[protected] currently she moved to Virginia because of Police inquiry .Her residential address is 317,
Jackson Road, Williamstown, New Jersey : 08094
Unless she has actually been convicted of a crime that will affect her ability to be a good employee, she will still be considered for the position. It is not your business to be involved in their hiring process unless you work directly for CVS.
This is my information thats all.Iam also using CVS last 4 years.I dont care if you are hiring or not.
I don't work at CVS. People with criminal backgrounds still need to work to support themselves and their families. Unless you are the prosecutor in her cases, you have no right to comment on them.
I have rights to say this .Since I am the customer
Every customer rights to say this
Customer or not, you certainly don't have the right to post it on the internet for the world to see. On this website you are not a customer of CVS, just an average user. This woman could take you to court.
shortage of 48 blood pressure pills filled by alan stover concord nc
I had a prescription for a 90 day supply of clonidine blood preasure pills which I take 3 times daily. I ran out of pills in just 74 days. When I called the drugest and told him I believed they made a mistake on my pills he said they didn't make mistakes and that I had did something with them. He didn' offer to check or anything, he said we gave you the pills and you lost them. I had the bottle in my hand and it was empty . Nobody touches my medicine but me and I know they didn't just jump out of the bottle. I moved all of my prescriptions to another drug store and will never buy anything from CVS again and will recommend to all my friends to do the same. This is the worst customer service I have ever seed. This was CVS in Concord NC on south union street.
Unfortunately being shorted medication is something that is really hard to prove. Even with a reliable pharmacy, you may want to count your prescriptions whenever you receive them.
I am complaining about your medford and holbrook stores in ny
Your 2 store both fail to tell me and my mother that our medications yhat were needed were unavailable. They did not call the doctor toll i made a big deal about it. I am pretty sure that thier job consist of calling the doctor with any discrepancies, such as meds unavailable or meds . My mother's eye gets infected because of the Medford store you will be hearing from my attorney and I will sue your store or your company so hopefully this gets resolved and she doesn't get an infection.
extrabucks expiring
I went to speak with one of your managers at a Harlingen store and was rudely told that she could not help me. I have been ill with the flu for two weeks and could not go out. My $12 in extrabucks expired on Monday, NOvember 6th 2017. I ask if you could please honor the $12 in extrabucks. I am a very loyal shopper at CVS and ask that you please honor them. I received $5 in extrabucks for buying $20 worth of shampoo products, received $5 in extrabucks for buying expensive Nexium, and received $2 in extrabucks for buying more shampoo products. I am a single mom and losing those $12 hurts my small budget. I kindly ask that you please honor them so that I may shop for much needed groceries at your store.
Thank you for hearing me out.

16.2 mg phenobarbital for my little dog denied
I am paying cash for my dogs medications, there are no state laws in Pennsylvania that limits when a controlled substance can be refilled, CVS sets an arbitrary refill date for these medications. I requested a refill on a Monday, heard nothing from CVS. I showed up on Wednesday to pick up the medication and was told it was too soon. The Vet prescribed 90 tablets to be taken 1 tab twice daily. This made it an atypical 45 day supply because the Vet was considering increasing the dose. My dog was out of her Seizure medication when I went to pick up the script, the CVS pharmacist first lied and said it was a state law and it was too soon to refill. I challenged her and then she said it was her decision not to fill until the CVS arbitrary refill date which was the next day and would not budge. I explained why the Vet wrote the script the way they did she still refused. I asked her to call the Vet and the Vets office confirmed what I told her about the dosage increase. She still would not fill it one day early without a new script. The Vet was not available so I went home hoping the Vet would call in the script in an hour or so. I called CVS at 8 PM the Vet had not called in the new script and my dog was starting to twitch like she might be getting close to having a seizure. I again asked the Pharmacist to fill the prescription at 8 PM and she refused. I then asked if she would fill it in 4 hours at midnight when the date changed since it was a 24 hour pharmacy. She said yes the pharmacist on duty at midnight would fill the prescription.
How horrible is this, my dog ended up having a seizure before I could get her medication, and the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription 4 hours early due to a self imposed CVS refill date, the pharmacist has the option of overriding by entering a code and her initials.
Again the Omnipotent little pharmacist (she was the Asian one in case you go to that pharmacy) was just getting off on asserting her power and making me wait 4 hours for a change in date while my dog was having seizures even after the Vets office confirmed it was OK to fill the script early.
I moved my dogs prescription to a local independent Pharmacy that does not have these arbitrary rules.
CVS Pharmacy, Old York Road, Jenkintown Pennsylvania
cvs pharmacy store, 2902 forestville road, raleigh, nc 27626
I am filing a complaint about a couple employees of the CVS Pharmacy at this location.
2902 Forestville Road
Raleigh, NC 27616
I was discharged from UNC hospital yesterday and needed to have an antibiotic prescription filled. My physician accidentally sent it to CVS Caremark instead of my local CVS. I told them to switch it to my lcoal, which they did. My mom picked up some medications for me at my local CVS yesterday and the pharmacist told my mom that they did not have the prescription but it would be there tomorrow, (which is now today). They told us to call around 4pm on Wednesday the 8th of November. I called and they then informed me that they couldn't fill it because it has previously been billed somewhere else. My mom had a question for the pharmacist so she got on the phone with her. I don't remember her name but she sounded annoyed with my mom, though my mother was being nice and respectful. She was trying to explain to the pharmacist how important this medication is because I am post transplant (double lung) and fighting pneumonia. Before my mom could even get the words out the lady put her on hold without even saying anything. The music just started, cutting my mom off. I called CVS caremark and asked them to cancel the prescription for the antibiotic, which they did. When I called my local CVS back I got on the phone with an employee named Alberto. I told him about the situation and asked if he could try to bill it again. It worked and I asked him if I could pick the prescription up tonight. He then continued saying "let me check if we have this in stock". Which I already knew they did because the pharmacist my mother talked to previously told her they did indeed have Zyvox in stock. Alberto came back on the phone and straight up lied to me and said they didn't have it in stock. I told him that was false because another pharmacist just told me they did. He continued by sounding annoyed and rudely saying "OKAY OKAY OKAY OKAY OKAY, we will have it ready in 30 minutes." I got off the phone disgusted. Even if he was mistaken about them having it in stock him being rude saying okay around 7 or 8 times when I was just going to say thank you is so unprofessional. So not only was he rude but the female pharmacist was rude and annoyed as well. I don't think these people understand they this is not iust a job, but they have people's lives in their hands. If they do not want this responsibility then they should take themselves elsewhere. This is not the only problem I have had with CVS, or CVS Caremark. I am so close to switching to another pharmacy all together because I am so beyond frustrated with how unprofessional this company can be.

You may want to consider calling the CVS location and asking for a manager to speak with.
short staff /hire a manager
I do not understand why they are always short staff at the CVS on Alice Dr. Why can't somebody hire people to accommodate the customers. Is there a manager in that department I was told that there is not one so they need to hire one because the place is a mess and lastly I went in today and there was a little boy playing in the back where the workers were working that should be against the law.
It's possible they are in the process of hiring or training, or may not have the budget to hire a manager.. They may have had unexpected staff turnover recently. It isn't as simple as just hiring any random person.
