For the last several months, my local store ( #3117) in Globe, AZ has had a main door that is very difficult to open. I have repeatedly mentioned it to the managers and employees who have then told me that they have contacted the proper people within Dollar Tree to please fix the door. They say that they've been told over and over that the door will be fixed and that there is nothing they can do about the issue. I believe them completely.
I just got off the phone with corporate customer service and was told that the only way for me to speak with someone about the continued door issue was to fill out a complaint form on their website. I relayed my frustration to the representative that it was ridiculous that the store employees had to apologize for corporate lack of concern. After all, why should it be difficult for a customer to simply get inside a store in order to spend their money? This is a particular issue for older individuals and children. I just don't understand why they haven't done the right and proper thing here.
I offered my phone number and email to the phone rep in the hope of hearing from someone, but he again said there was nothing he could do. Unbelievable.
Bottom line... Fix the Door!
