magazine delivery
My issue of "Country Living" magazine was left at the end of my driveway (NOT at my front door), where it was run over by my husband's truck as he was entering the driveway. The magazine was apparently curled within the plastic bag so, when my husband ran over the bag, the magazine was completely crushed. I would prefer that my magazines NOT be delivered by DoorFront Direct; instead, I would like for all of my magazines to be delivered by the USPS, which has worked out well for all of the decades that I have been subscribing to magazines. However, I am guessing that DoorFront Direct is cheaper than the USPS and, hence, nothing will change, so I am not even going to bother to include a desired outcome, because I know that it will not happen. Customer service is a thing of the past and I do not think that it is ever going to return. This modern world is great in some ways, but incredibly sad in many of the ways that used to matter.
Unwanted magazine subscription.
In the past few months I've been receiving Bazaar magazines that I did not order or request. I got another one last night (2/12/2023). Please stop sending this subscription. I don't read Bazaar and have no use for it. Like the others, it's going in the trash!
I issued a complaint about this last month and it was ignored.
Please stop sending Bazaar magazine to my address!

Magazine delivery
I just received an October and December issues of my magazines and it is February. I also received the January/February issue as expected-all of these magazines came within two days. No sign of November. Good news is that they were delivered on my porch. Not sure why they were so late. I tried to contact the door direct folks on their website but I received an error message.
Desired outcome: Timely magazine delivery and the November issue.
My magazines in the street in front of my house, not on the doorstep!
Woman's day and Good Housekeeping magazines, that are bundled in a clear pastic bag, left in the street in front of my house. I went out to bring in my trash cans, and I saw the magazines in the street. At first I thought that the recycle pickup truck had dropped something. As I went to check what it was, I could see that the bag had been run over by the trash truck, and that it was addressed to me. Fortunately the bag was still intact. The Doordirect delivery person has no regard for their job, and they are careless and incompetent. Terrible service. 01/17/23 early afternoon.

Food network magazine
When a person performs a task, the majority of the time it is expected that they will perform to the best of their ability.
That implies that the delivery of the Food Network magazine is SUPPOSED to be delivered in a MUDDY PUDDLE of WATER right next to the mailbox.
Your delivery personnel are LAZY and rather STUPID. The mailboxes in this neighborhood have a place directly under the mailbox to put papers / magazines of this type in it.
Either hire MORE CAPABLE delivery personnel, or cancel any future deliveries FOOD NETWORK magazine.

My house beautiful magazine delivery by door front direct.
My current House Beautiful magazine that I received today, January 2, 2023, was not delivered to my doorfront. My husband found it at the base of our circular driveway next to the road.
I have complained about this in the past and the deliveries got better. It was closer to my home but never on my door front. Although it is in plastic, I have received them run over and wet.
Desired outcome: I would like it to be delivered to my front door and not next to the road.
Town and country magazine

Delivery of my magazine
I found my magazine in the front yard, I was expecting it in my mailbox. The date today is December 18, 2022 at 8:00 this morning.
This is the first time I have heard of your company, did not agree to have my magazine delivered in this manner. I am upset that it was delivered in this manner. You could have at least put it on my front porch, not pitched it in the yard like the daily newspaper.
This was a December issue, and the month is almost over. It would have been most helpful if I had received it in November, or at least, the first of the month.
I hope this is easy for you to read and understand.
Desired outcome: I just want my magazine in a timely manner. And, not tossed in my yard.

12-16-22 at 9:00 am My Elle magazine was left at the bottom of my 75' driveway at the edge of the road. Anyone could grab it. This has been the 3rd time they've done this. Going to their site yeilds an unsafe blocking of their site from Google. I cannot enter their site through any of their links to cancel this service I never signed up for. Cancel

Magazines left on driveway instead of in mailbox
I have subscriptions to several magazines, and for years they have been placed in my mailbox. Today (Sunday Dec 11, 2022) I was not expecting any mail as it is Sunday. At the end of my driveway was something in plastic. At first, I thought it was one of those "throw-away" publications that we sometimes get. I almost didn't even pick it up because it was raining, but I did pick it up, and it was the Dec/Jean issue of my Town & Country magazine. There was a notice saying that this was "a convenient new way to receive magazines on [my] doorstep."
First of all, it was not "on the doorstep"--it was almost in the street. Second, these magazine subscriptions add up to a good bit of money, and I want them IN my mailbox, not lying by the curb! Please help. This is not acceptable at all!

I just saw a suspicious car stopping in front of my driveway and droping something by the side of my mailbox. I was even afraid to go look what it was.. it was a catalog that my husband gets monthly I think. I thought it was maybe somekind of newspaper that they just throw in our driveway, but this "delivery" service from my point of view needs to improve and al least put it in the mailbox or in front of the door. That is their name.. doorfront! not driveway or anywhere in the property.

my copy of ELLE mag for Nov 22 was droped on the sidewalk in front of a stone wall a good 20 feet from my front door or garage. I found it covered in leaves when I was rakeing leaves...at first I thought the mail man droped it then reliize your people just droped it from a moving car... not even in my driveway were I might of seen it.

My magazines are being thrown into my driveway which in return they are drive on dog peed on or soaked with rain if I ever received them because mostly likely my husband is throwing them away to because they are ruined Who throws magazines in a driveway or on the edge. They belong on my porch or in my mailbox. Plus it is an hoa violation do i need to take this higher up. I want this to stop right now. I pay money to get magazines and want them delivered appropriately. I do not want them delivered by people so lazy that they just thrown them out of the car. I have been told that is happening too enough is enough. This must stop now.

I tried to file this complaint on their website www.doorfrontdirect.com but when you hit submit all you get is a server error message.
Guess they never receive any complaints that way.
We received two magazines today Oct 25th (HGTV and Good House Keeping) little late for October issues.
The magazines were just thrown on our driveway next to the street, Door Front Direct states that they are to be delivered on our doorstep. so, customers don't have to go to the mailbox to get them.
Throwing them on the driveway is right next to our mailbox. and they are subject to weather conditions.
Please have our magazines delivered to our front door and not on the driveway as stated in your policy.
This issue needs to be handled with the delivery person.

My magazine just got delivered today via driveway. My driveway and mailbox are beside each other, and a ways from my house. Please put the magazines into my mailbox to keep them from getting wet and becoming unreadable, If your driver would like to drive up to my house and put it on my porch, that would be fine, but don't leave it in the weather at the foot of my driveway. I have requested that they be delivered to my porch. I can only assume that
someone is helping themselves to this bundle of magazines.
I have contacted your company, my local deliverer, Amazon, and Hearst publications.
Nobody can seem to help me. It is a simple matter, I have paid for these subscriptions and do not receive the magazines.
This is a very unsatisfactory way to deliver mail.

So this morning I looked out my front window and seen something rolled up in the street.. so my husband went out to see what it was.. he bought in a rolled up package.. when he opened it up it was addresed to me.. there was two not one Good Housekeeping magazines.. Why TWO? It was not at MY doorstep but in the STREET.. Bad service.. I don"t like this new way of service.. I liked the way it was delivered by mail to my mail box..

i get my food network magazine via this service. i never get timely. today sept 7th, i got 2 issues at the same time. september and october issues at the same damn time.explain why last month nothing and this month i received last month and this. i could buy at the grocery store and while it may cost more i would get when they come out. this isnt the first time this has happened. terrible service. i didnt hire this service. i will not place another order for magazines via amazon if this is the service they continue to use.
