Poor Service and Insults at Dunkin' Donuts: A Terrible Experience at Store #343XXX in Florida
I recently went to Dunkin' Donuts and had a pretty bad experience. I always ask for my frosted donuts to be put in a box instead of a bag because the frosting gets all over the bag and it's just not a good look. But when I asked the employee to put my two frosted donuts in a box, she refused. She said the frosting was dry and that she wouldn't lose her job over giving me a box. I didn't understand why she was being so difficult about it.
To make matters worse, the employee started insulting me right in front of my grandkids, who are only 4 and 2 years old. They were scared and didn't understand what was going on, they just wanted their donuts. It was really embarrassing and I didn't know what to do. In the end, we left the store without any donuts, which made my little ones very upset. They kept asking me why we didn't get any donuts and I didn't know what to say.
I was so upset about the whole thing that I decided to email customer service. The area manager called me back and offered me a dozen donuts for my troubles. But honestly, I felt insulted. There were other customers in the store and my grandkids were horrified and scared as this lady continued to scream bad words. It was a really terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend going to store #343XXX in Florida if you want good service at Dunkin' Donuts.

Rude kids who don't want to work, long lines
Dunkin' management needs to fire some of the people working at this location on 1163 N. 9th St., Stroudsburg, PA, 18360. Around 11AM, April 12, there was a long line, and "Bunnie" and some other female worker was just standing around laughing and not doing their job. Those 2 need to be replaced. Her excuse was they are shorthanded. But they were just standing around doing nothing, and laughing. They don't care. Get rid of them. They don't know the value of WORK. ZERO work ethic. I had to go to the 9th St Dunkin Donuts because the East Stroudsburg ones are much worse - The Dunkin on 237-265 North Cortland St. across from the East Stroudsburg High School (A new Dunkin' building has been built where the parking lot is in the picture.) waters down their coffee and don't care about making it right. I just want to file a complaint with one of your staff in dunkin donuts at SM Marilao here in the philippines.
To start of i was accompanied by 3 of my family members. I ordered a 2 box of dunuts and the service crew is very rude and sarcastic and not helpful with our order. Since we are still trying to choose an order for the donuts and the service crew is bit irritated. The attitude that your staff member showed me was really off the hook and really got me a little upset.
Just wanted to let you guys know so that you can take some action with your staff member. I know this is not a good way to represent your company.
Canton Illinois store.
My wife and I visited the Canton, Il store 3/4/23 at around 2pm. All that was available were donut scraps and the clerk informed us they will not be making anymore. What do they plan on selling for the next 5 hrs? As far as Baskin Robbins part, to get a pint of ice cream of our choice we would have had to pay more, simply because they have to do it. Pay more for the idiots to do there job? 1st time in the store & it will be our last, you have lost costumers for a lifetime. Word of mouth shuts places down.

This is The Speech Academy in Easton CT A parent gave us a $100 gift card for Christmas. A disabled, autistic student went into Dunkin Donuts on Route 15 in Fairfield Your employee took the card and did not return the amount on it the handicapped student made a $15 purchase.

On several occasions I have went to dunkin donuts in plattsburgh to fill out applications to get a job, ive been told I either had to wait apparently so many years before I could be re hired then was told earlier this year that I wasnt re hireable, the last time I worked for dunkin donuts was in 2007, and at the time I was caring for my mother who was terminally ill, I had called into work and told that I had an emergency that my mother stopped breathing and we were rushing her to the hospital by ambulance and I was told that there was nothing they could do that I had to come in, I said im sorry but I am heading to the hospital with my mother she stopped breathing and that I was not coming in I am her health care proxy and her caregiver and I needed to be there at the hospital with her, at that time I was told if I didnt come in to work that I would no longer have a job, so I was fired, I have over the years attempt to gain employment with dunkin donuts but im told I am not re hireable, which I think is unfair being that I had a legitament reason for calling in, I know that this happened with another job as well and when the owner of the company found out why the manager let me go he reinstated my employment and told me that the manager was wrong for firing me when it was an emergency. Your crew this 5am shift were rude. They were a man and a lady. They let us wait for 15 minutes without apologizing and explaining why. We already waited when we had to ask why it is taking so long, and told us that it is because they are still receiving the new stocks of donut for today. They never told us that we had to wait for about 20 minutes or more and showed us unpleasant facial expressions.
Lack of customer service
As a customer of 30+ years, I was disappointed by Dunkin’s new rewards program that excludes cold brewed coffee. The program now mimics Tim Horton’s rewards which removes rewards options.
Sadly, I received the following:
“ Thank you for taking the time to send us your Dunkin' idea. We receive many unsolicited suggestions from our friends outside the company, driven by a love and passion for our brands.
Though we appreciate your time and effort, we cannot accept or review unsolicited ideas, including: patented or un-patented, trademarked or un-trademarked ideas, copyright protected materials, advertising slogans, marketing programs, patent applications, product suggestions, or prototypes.
We are sorry if this is a disappointment, but we do want to thank you for thinking of Dunkin'.”
What is very disappointing to me is how such a reputable company has chosen to respond to life long customers with automated responses.
The fact that the email hasn’t been read by a human makes this even more grievous.
Desired outcome: I would like a call from a customer service manager at the executive level to discuss how to better respond to loyal customers.
After sending a follow up email, a customer service person personally reviewed my complaint and responded appropriately.

Today is National Coffee Day and I wanted to order my free coffee. Opened Mobile App and placed my order. Chk #2495. When I got to the store, I was charged the full price ($4.12) of my iced coffee. I'm fully aware that I would/may have to pay for the add-ons ($0.30 for Caramel Swirls and $0.60 for Almond Milk) but not the full price.
Desired outcome: A coupon for a free drink.

i went there at 115 pm today Sunday September 18th and i never saw such rudeness from a manager in all my life . she was fresh to all the customer banging things around talked fresh i said very rude she just looked at if there was something wrong with me i was with my partner.

Work harrassment of yelling aggressively target to one employee, by Michelle and adapted daughter Rebecca. Women's emotion get out wack by Rebecca was reason y. Michelle spoke of it probably being in her head.
Switch blaming by Michelle and Rebecca.

Went in there was 5 people working, waited 8 mins, not only did not have masks on sneezed in front of me, dounts. Then I ordered small coffee 2 doughnuts they wanted 9.65. They dont care. They were shut down before they need to be shut down again. This how it was before reopen. They were not caring about anything and the time and date was 7am on8/15/22 but money, no hair nets sneezing an coughing in air no hand in front of month. Cough or sneeze.
