EasyHome customer service

Easyhome is an okay company... it's the staffing at one location is specific that is way out of line... This individual breaks privacy laws by calling under "Private name, Private number" which is illegal for a company not to identify themselves when they are calling. My wife and i had fallen under hard times so we contacted EasyFinancial, a sister-company to easyhome... well, when the individual at easyhome found this out (and i don't know how she could due to privacy laws) she left a message on our phone saying "you have the nerve to go into see Easyfinancial, but you can't even make a payment?" my response is ... well genius, if i could get the money to make the payment, i would... hence the reason i'm going to easyfinancial first. The customer service in the other locations that i've visited have been stellar... but this one in particular, with this one staff member (which i WILL NOT name, because i understand the right to privacy) knows who SHE is, and she really needs to check herself because of you don't know how to talk to customers, then don't work there.

well...I am an employee of easyhome, cannot state my name for purposes im sure you understand. I have been working at this company for about a year now...how I managed that long I do not know. But I do know one thing, some of the employees...particularly in the store I work in can be very rude to customers and maintain no customer service skills what so ever. But even the worst part about it is working for easyhome. I dont know if its the company in general or if its the manager and CRS we have in store. They belittle me, harass me, make fun of me, not just in general but also in front of customers and other employees. I tell you one thing...easyhome on not very friendly!

When I visited my family in Nebraska, I got sick and had to stay longer than expected. I called easyhome to explain that when I returned home I would pay my payment that was behind. They are rude, and one thing that they should not do is harasss my references by going to their homes sitting down talking to them. My references have nothing to do with my purchase from easyhome. I talked with one of the men that worked there and he told me that he wasn't going to accept anymore payments from me. In turn, he took me off the computer that generated a letter to me that said that I have a $25.99 credit which I can use towards a new purchase. (What I purchased originally was two sets of mattresses. One set I have had over a year, the other set I have had about six months.)

What I am concerned about is when you give references, they're suppose to contact them when you cannot contact the customer. I talk with them and they still visit my references, harrassing them. What is up with that. My relatives who are on the police department, a deputy sheriff, and a lawyer, I have talked with and each one of them have told me what to do. I have never encountered such rudeness from people in all my life. If I have to go as far as doing something legal, I will, and so will my relatives that they have harassed. I don't know if these people are trained to be rude in this kind of business, but if they are, they need to go into training for not being rude and probably would get better results. People are not children and shouldn't be treated as such. If they can't handle the public better, they need to get another type of job where they don't have to deal with people. There is such a thing as acting human and not inhuman.

EasyHome easyhome scam

Well less than a year ago, I leased to own some funiture from easy home. And experienced the following - they damaged my landlords hardwood floors, the bedroom set was peeling and the sales people never gave me a consistent answer as to how much each product was. I was told, I could return the items anytime - when I did, my other items were jacked up in price. I was also told, when you return the item - the money could be transered to any other item of the same or less value - which is bull! I leased a very used and very old rearprojection tv - which I had intention to pay off in cash...I was told that my mattresses were only on lease for 1year and could not be returned due to hygenic reasons (which makes sense) when it came down to me wanting to pay them off mmediately - I was told it was over $2000dollars! She couldnt even tell me how much and this was after paying for the items for 7months! so basically I was almost done paying for mattress! I was so angry... that I said take back everything! I was expecting for the regional manager to call me back as I had filed a complain - never did! I am also angry because a few months ago, when I wanted to return the tv - the sales person said Keep it, you are basically getting it for FREE... talk about misleading.

Please share you stories.. lets warn people not to use the store... these people are shady!

Easy home are well known for their products being used they claim its new but its not. I've seen a sofa set used going for 25$ a week for 3 years and the sofa set was stained by what look like javex.
There's a Facebook page called easy home scam who are there to warm people away from that company Check em out

they broke into a friends house and when my friend went to confront manager she told them they had a locksmith there and sheriff with them ..so my friend went to police station to write complaint they turned around and told police that my friend let them in house .and the delivery staff swore that my friend was home at the time even though she was with me in another city the whole afternoon...no one was home at all when they came..this happened in Wetaksiwin Alberta ...the regional manager called and being very rude said the had A Prairie Bailiff there and they have the right to seize there stolen property any time they want too...how is it stolen when they delivered to house and no one was home and the back window was broken ...

I had leased a iPad they told me that I would only be able to get the display model. After waiting 3 days for them to set up the iPad which I could have easly done I finally get it deliverd to me just to find that the whole back side is all scratched and dented beyond belief. When I took it back to the store and told them that I refuse to pay full price for something that is already damaged... The clerk said the only thing I can do for you is lower the price by $3... Keep in mind that I was paying almost $1200.00. It's not that I can't afford the damn thing it was just a spontaneous purchases, the next day I went out and bought an 74 GB ipad 2 for $650.00... My mother leased a 43" television not even 2 months latter the thing does not work anymore. Take it back to get it replaced and they give me a 40" for the same price as what I'm paying for the 43" just as a replacement... This place is a damn joke ... Never use them for anything

My roommate is paying $3500 for a WELL USED 50" Samsung plasma tv which was obviously taken from the floor display. I had purchased my 42" LG LED from Future Shop the week before for $750! He's paying way in excess of a premium price for a piece of yesterdays technology. Not only that, when they delivered the TV they brought a receipt and paperwork for an LG tv. I am fairly sure there is some sort of SCAM going on at the ORANGEVILLE, ONTARIO EASYHOME STORE. It makes me sick to see people taken advantage of. The guy doesn't have much and just wants to make his life a bit more comfortable

I would agree they are the worst store in the world i have bought out a laptop a bed and a playstation3 with this company and now that im a lil late with my last payment on my tv set hell they are threatening court action...good luck with that for i will have it paid off before that date comes...it just makes me sick for im sure with all i bought through them i probably could have bought a brand new car by now and they are so unforgivining if you get a lil behind, , so yes people stay away from easyhome go to aaron's i find their staff and service is so much better then this place ...my tv set retail right now is 195 and so far i have paid i have paid over 4700 for this tv set..i owe 90 dollars on it ...so whats that over 1000 per cent interest, if you were to borrow 2000 from a loanshark he only wants 4000 back but when you buy a 200 tv from easyhome they want 5000 for it and if you dont pay they want it back even if you only have one payment left...if you dont pay a loanshark back he is usually more understanding then easyhome..easy home should be regulated on their prices ...as far as i am concerned this is just a legalized way of loansharking...so easyhome can just take advantage of people who are old or those who had a bad credit report well stick it easyhome i am an arron's girl now...

EasyHome harrasment/threats

Lease a TV through them. They call non stop if the payment is late, even if the payment is not late they still call to "remind" me to make payment a few days in advance. Staff are very rude and now they are not only harrassing myself but now are calling references telling them the situation when it is has nothing to do with them. I have tried to make payment arrangements but they have not accepted them. They threaten to come and pick up the TV. They are lying to the references, making it seem as if we are the bad guys. Not a fun time, especially around this time of year. I wish I never dealt with this company in the first place.

I rented a home theatre and tv from them and when i went out of town my house was broken into and stuff was tooken and then i had a death in the family so i was gone for a long time. well they kept calling all my references and my phone threatening they were going to file theft charges against me. after i done told them the stuff was stolen several time...

EasyHome customer service, harassment, manager

Where do I begin... Well I have been dealing with easy home for a little over 2 years. I pay on time and if I am going to be late I call. The first issue started when xavier (Employee) started calling to remind me that my payment was due... Okay 1st you don't have to remind me and 2nd you don't have to call at 8:00 in the morning. After I told him off about this because I work nights it eventually stopped. So next we have the guys who came out to hook up my tv to hd cable... Didn't know what they were doing... Didn't use my cable that cogeco gave me... They were using 2 coax cables... After about an hour they left... The one guy (Paul) tried to tell me that you get the widescreen by adjusting on the remote... Yeah right... Hook it up properly with the cable I told you to use and you'd have known differently. Then there is the regional manager... Marco... I went in to one of the stores to pay and he was there. He called the store I dealt with and said "what do I have to be psychic... This is the second time today i've had to call you" and that he was getting "pissed off". So I contacted head office... Received one phone call... Not from the vice president (This guy's boss)... It's been 5 weeks and nothing. Then the last draw came today.. Another 8:00 a. M. Phone call from paul... Woke me up... I had to call back and give him a few words or two... At one point he said "no you shut up". When does a business tell a customer that? As far as I am concerned the people working there (With the exception of about 3 or 4 employees) don't have a clue about customer service.
I would let them come and pick up my tv but I have too much invested in it.
I have one positive comment... I do get all new items when I ask for something new.

EasyHome repairing complaint

Last September my washer broke down..I had only 5 months left of owning my washer and dryer. I pay the extra $2.99 insurance every week to have my merchandise fixed due to I already have an owed fridge. It is now February and my washer is still not fixed. I have received every excuse in the book and have even paid and own my laundry set now! I have been late in the past to have their employees harrass me and ignore my needs! Why would it take 6 months + to fix a barring in a washer? I also have a stove almos paid off, but they do not seem to value their customers! Next time I will be going to another store! I have had enough of the inconsideration! Thank you for not caring!

well mr manager, considering IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CALL MORE THAN 3 times a day to collect more than 3 is considerd harassment, my advise to you is don't push your luck is you get 4+ harassment charges YOU CAN go to jail till your trial date or be given a peace bond, and if you violate that, you will automatically receive a year in prison, THIS IS CANADAIN LAW .. don't ask me about the us cause I don't know, I have 2 of your jerkoffs facing a break and enter charge for entering my home illegally ... so the way you guys handle things is short of jail or if i catch your bozo's in my house again DEAD

i am an easyhome manager

My job is very stressful. i have about 60 customers who are past due... i call them up to 3 + times a day, continuously leaving messages and they never call back, call their references, work ect.// How hard is to answer the phone and say, "im sorry, im short this week i will be in next week".. or actually call the store back and say, hey ive been laid off, im going through some hard times financially..ect.. We work with customers either by lowering their payment for an "X" amount of weeks or just give a week free, or a pick up & hold. But when we call you constantly and you cant even call us back, YA WE GET PISSED !

and if we didnt call you a few days prior to remind you that your due, you wouldnt come in to pay. Very few of our customers pay on time, and for those few customers, we make a note on their account to not call them with a "friendly reminder".

we have customers who purposely try to scam us...set up a lease, deliver the product and they skipping out on us after only paying one month and we have to try to hunt them down. sometimes we never find them.

We have a no hassle return policy, so people can use the crap out of stuff and then return it damaged. I have 3 mattresses with blood, piss stains on them i cant re-lease or sell. i have a couch that has burn mark in it and piss stains on it. thats sitting in our backroom.

i go out of my way to get the customer exactly what they want. on my day off, i drive out of town spending 5 hrs of my day getting product for cutomers, i stay late every night because our bosses give us more work to do then we can accomplish in the day. I bend over backwards for customers and what do i get... Nothing, i just get more complains sent to the head office because this wasnt done or that wasnt done.

But im over it. I will never again stay late.. i will never again work on my day off. Because the customers ARNT WORTH IT.. THEY WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED !

EasyHome mislead information

Last May Easy home had a sale for a 60" plasma tv in the flyer for 2599.99. I know all about lease places and the fact that you ususally pay more, but i went and checked it out, as the flyer advertised no interest for 12 months. I went in with a friend inquired about the tv to PHIL. I was told that "we are just like leons and the brick, as long as you pay it off within a year, you don't pay any interest and you pay the cash price".

I purchased the tv and he passed off the paperwork to one of his delivery goons after misleading me. Now i find out that the cash price is actually 4400.00 because it is still a lease. I was mislead about the price of the tv and never explained that their "cash" price is not the advertised cash price that was in the flyer, which was only if you purchase the tv outright.

Be very careful on their play on words as they use the word cash in two different meanings, but put the word LEASE on the paperwork

I am in the process of Talking to the disctrict manager who of course came the "how it works" speech. The problem is not "how it works", it is the fact of being mislead and tricked. He also tried to use the we have 235 stores and try to train our staff properly...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! He also questionned the price i told him, which was IN THE FLYER! At this point i am waiting for a response.

If you don't believe what i am telling you, than that makes me A...Liar.

Oh and let's not forget that staff member telling me that "this isn't the first time this has happened" in regards to PHIL and the District Manager also telling me he has had deal with this type of situation before!

EasyHome rude

I got a Dell Inspiron 10 but had a little bit of trouble with it a bit of a liquid that has accdently gotten onto the keyboard and i didnt even know and when i called to get the laptop fixed because the keys were sticking they called to tell me that the battery was fried and i had to pay for the damages where it worked when i brought it there.. i can understand paying for cleaning the keyboard and fixing it where it didnt stick but how can it be fine one minute and then the next its fried i feel like they are trying to rip me off of 375 dollars for ### that they are trying to say is wrong with it...
To make matters worst im 9 months pregnant and i called them to tell them i didnt want the replacement laptop cuz i couldnt afford to pay for it right at the moment that i could right after my baby was born id be there with the damage payments one representative was ok and understood my situation, but when my boyfriend went to drop off the laptop to them the manager gave him a hard time about it even when he told them i was going to pay them but as soon as i can get my money because im on bedrest and cant get to pay them until after my baby is born in january. she went on threating him saying they were going to take me to court and everything all about the money when they were told they were getting the money but would have to wait till after my baby is born for me to bring it to them...I think easy home needs to have better and understanding people for there customers...and to make things worst i had a month free from paying my bill and didnt have to pay till febuary 1st but they seem to believe that I didnt where i signed for it...

EasyHome bedbugs

I made the mistake of dealing with these guys. They not only misrepresent thier services and surcharges, they are rude, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with on all levels! I purchased a new box spring and mattress from a vancouver store in May. It was wrapped in plastic when it arrived and was when set up a box spring cover (drape) was placed on it. We have just discovered that the box spring is INFESTED with bed bugs!
Easy home claims that since it was wrapped in plastic when delivered they are not responsible, and the 20$ a month insurance that I pay apparently is useless! now I have a bed that I still have to pay 200 a month on for another 1.5 years that I cant, wont sleep in! and a bill for 500 to have my home debugged. Our Christmas is ruined!
The leading Bedbug experts here in Vancouver have done an investigation and are positive that the box spring is the source of the infestation. they state that despite being in plastic that the beds are vunerable to bugs because these companies like easy homes and sleep country transport used furniture in the same trucks as the new stuff. A micro size hole in the plastic is all it takes for a free riding bedbug to get into a brand new mattress!

So if you are having a bed delivered INSIST that the company enclose the bed (all PArtS) in a special bedbug proof bag!

At least sleep country is accountable, EASYHOMES WILL JUST SCREW YOU AND SUE YOU! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! BE SMARTER THAN I WAS!

Its there history of scamming the poor. I would just not pay and they have to take it back. Nothing they sell is new its pre-owned x 10. I will be saving for any purchase I do, I have a friend who bought a TV and has 2 more years and by then he would have paid 4 times the cost this doesn't include handling and Insurance, THe Federal Government should lok into this Company 500% markup is just wrong.

I have an account with them my acct in arrears sure. I will get it caught up. This company breaks the privacy laws. They call references and tell them that you owe and want their stuff back when according to the privacy act all they can do is leave a message for a return call. I am going to pursue legal action if they do not stop this soon.

EasyHome service sucks!

I have a front load washing machine that has been out of service since August 6, 2009 It's now September 1, 2009 and still no service repair to my front load washer. There site states that any repair that can't be made in home they will take away your unit and give you a loaner until your's is repaired. I left serval messages and finally received a call saying they would credit for one week and have a tech to come out to repair. The service tech was scheduled to come @ 8am. 9:00am came around and still no service tech. I've had it with this company your better off saving your money and taking your business elsewhere. Save yourself the time and money you'll thank yourself in the long run.

i cant find one way to complain to anyone higher than the manager in the store i got the beef with, if he trys to take that comp while its still leegaly mine he can have it providing he has a broom and dustpan

dear sirs, i rent an old acer aspire desktop (circa 2006) from your store in rome n.y. the manager steve has called me when i was late just the day it began and threatened to come and take my computer back, ive almost paid it through 6 months already and he had already reneged on exchanging this computer for a newer model more worth the price, hes very loud so i kept my mouth shut and just keep paying taking his biting provoking comments, he did it a gain today, its due today and said he was going to enjoy taking it back next week even though i said i would pay tuesday whebn my check gets here, he knows im disabled and mentaly challenged and continuously makes remarks about it.he doesent relize im not completly stupid and know what he is doing is illigle and against handicpped laws.there is so much more i could write about this but it is making me sick even thinking about it.is there anyone who can train this man to treat all customers with respect there?please, someone tell him to lay off me for i have an extended family and many friends who want to go down there and have a talk with this man about the way he treats the mentaly disabled, i would appreciate anything you can do because all i want to do is pay for this computer on time and fairly and squarley without having to be afraid of the biting marks he keeps giving me, thank you, "want to be loyal customer" george heissner

EasyHome lack of communication & extremely rude behavior

I made a purchase through these guys. They failed to mention the only way for me to make my payments was by money order shipped through the greyhound or by mail. So I was signed to a contract now I had no choice but to send the payments the way they wanted or I would be out that much more money. I did ask in writing if I could make the payments with my credit card I never received a response. So of course the payments were late consistantly due to the length of time for it to arrive at their store.

After a few months of this going on they tell me I have to send it through Greyhound. I informed Matt or whatever his name was that I'm not going to pay an additional $20 per payment when I can pay .50 for a stamp. I felt because this was how they wanted it to be done and were giving me no other alternatives so I would continue to mail it.

They finally decided to let me know to send it COD. That I could have been doing that all along.

I was called away to another province and was expecting to be there for a couple of months. I informed them of where I was and gave my contact information. I kept the furniture at my home as I was told I could not remove it or I would be charged with theft. So I started making my payments in the province I was in BY CREDIT CARD over the phone.

In the meantime they are leaving yellow sticky notes plastered all over my door. With comments on them stating *We know you're in there* *You can't hide*, etc... plus they're phoning almost 15 times a day. My answering machine was full daily just from these guys. I was out of town which they knew! My son looking after my house gathered them up and kept the nice little pile of about 30 of these things on my table for me to see when I got home.

When I spoke with them about these notes and calls of course they denied it then came up with some story I apparently told them about my vehicle breaking down and that I was stranded somewhere. My vehicle which they recognized and walked past numerous times to leave sticky notes was parked in my driveway while I was out of town. Plus they had the phone numbers to where I was staying as well as my cell phone number.

Anyway I leave town again. This time I asked to transfer my account to where I was going to be to save the hassle. They told me no problem. So I ask can I bring the furniture here now. The girl tells me she needs to ask her manager but never gets back to me. I find out a couple of weeks later when my payment is due they never did transfer that account like they had informed me they did. So I guess that's why the girl never got back to me about moving the furniture.

So today I'm still sitting here in Alberta. I go out for a bit this morning only to come home to my 16yr old son telling me he received a call from the store in Regina. When he told them I wasn't in the girl on the phone asked him if he rehearsed that before he answered the phone made a few other rude remarks then hung up on him.

That was the last straw. I called their 1.866.823.3279 number. Spoke to a person told him everything that has been going on. He told me he would have their district manager call me. That was fine she calls me, she's just as bad if not worse. She refused to even listen. When I tried to speak or say a word she spoke over me. Then she pipes up with *then buy it out today and then we'll be done with you*. I think she forgot there is a reason people are making payments and not *buying out*. But sadly that is how they resolve anything.

It s a scam Company. look I was going to by a 32" LCD weekly payments were $27.77 a week or $111.08 and I asked for how many weeks, I thought 52 weeks or until its payed off, nope 3 years 3 YEARS or 36 months so if you do the math $27.77*4=$111.08 * 36 = $3998.88 I looked at the actual same LCD TV and it sells for drum role please $399.98 that is over 100% markup. I just opened a saving account and have half already saved and by Christmas will have enough not for just the TV, but the stand and a Blue Ray. If you read this and have a account with EasyHome cancel it ASAP or don't do it at all. Use a saving account or look else where. EasyHome is a scam.

EasyHome monopoly

Easyhome came into our home, damaged our carpets by not having carpet rolls.

Easyhome is now coming to take our furniture back that we have already paid double of what its worth and still owe on it.

If we keep the couch bed and a freebie kitchen table at the end of paying it off, I would have paid 7000.00 for a 1200 dollar couch and a 400 dollar bed with a 300 dollar kitchen table which we received with burn holes all in the kitchen table, I own no animals, I shower twice a day and am a very clean neat person, the couch smells like a bum been sleeping on it for months with the scent of dog urine.

I truly do not understand how they are allowed to monopolize the middle to lower class people.

This makes me sick.

What may be done about this?

I had missed a payment when I went away than when I offered the payment they refused it and now that I’m back I find out my product was stolen so how can I even give them a product I don’t have the store number is 570 located on Weber st I. Extremely poor service and really rude to customers especially the lady i was talking to. Easyhome Wetaskiwin your supposed to be about the people so lose the attitudes when you talk to them

I got laid off and called Easyhome to come get everything .. I was paying over $400/month. Always been good on payments. Been a customer for 3 years. Paid off one couch set. Well it's been a month and a half that I've been trying to get them to come get everything and the one Wednesday they were scheduled to show up and hey called me late Thursday afternoon to say they couldn't make it til the following Wednesday. Well the couch doesn't fit into the new place I moved into so it's on the porch. They have told me that I'm liable to pay for damages if it gets rained on... Even tho I've been asking them to come get this crap for a month and a half. And CAN they make me pay for it of it gets rained on?

I'm dealing with a store in Belleville Ontario.

I'm awaiting a settlement, am an injured single parent. I decided to go this route, and pay off the principle balance when my settlement gets in.

I have issues with furniture I ordered (new not available in store, supposed to be coming direct from Ashley Furniture)6+ weeks later it arrives with scratches. After multiple emails to Store523, still no reply. They sent me a PS3 game with a PS4 console. PS4 isn't backwards compatible. Still waiting. TV Stand ordered is apparently no longer available from Ashley, that is according to Easyhome. The replacement still has not been indicated with an ETA, despite several email requests for the info. I've twice paid a "one time only" admin fee. No explanation, despite requests.

What I do get is a lot of "come in and we'll explain things" What you can't reply to an email. I had also asked to be set up on monthly payments. Apparently that's a mysterious as well, I need to come in and find out as to why.

I have also repeatedly asked for a copy of my contract showing principle, rate and term. Apparently pdfs don't exist in the EasyHome world, or snail mail either.

I was to come in last weekend to "get the explaining", and pick up the replacement PS4. I was ill, my family is ill. I emailed and told them I had to postpone. Again on the postponement date, I emailed, still ill. Then the next morning I get a call saying I missed two appointments to come into pay, so now they want to come to my door and pick up the furniture. When asked about the emails, they said what emails. And I replied, with how would you know I was to come in, if you didn't get my emails? And anyway the payment is due on the 1st of the month, as it was to supposed to be set up to. That's next Wednesday.

So scratched apparently new furniture ordered direct from Ashley. No PS4 game, missing paperwork, and not one single email answered. They seem to only want to talk in person. Not over the phone, or in writing. Well unless they are seeking payment, then they are very chatty. Well actually quite aggressive, hostile and rude.

Funny thing is, not every client is the same. I'm certainly, not gonna roll over easy. Civil litigation is an easy task to undertake to keep an unscrupulous company inline.

Oh and two those professing to be employees. I sense you are, as you certainly behave as the staff from my experience has. You aren't doing anyone any favours. There are other options. Imagine my surprise when I found you re-rent furniture out for the new price. I would never do that intentionally. If anyone is doing anyone favours, its those customers, that make it possible for you to have a job, where none would otherwise be available to you. You see, much of the world detests thugs, that's including those that work in human resources that do the hiring. Very few jobs tolerate thugs. Perhaps if you changed your attitude, got an education or trade, you might actually get a real job, instead of peddling of bad wares to vulnerable clients, then feeding of the sense of superiority you get when making calls about late/missed payments.

Been dealing with easyhome many times over the years and always bought my items out. Never had a single issue with them until last week. Went in to make payment and just out of curiousity I asked how many weeks were on my laundry set. She told me 111 wks for laundry and another 65 weeks for the tv... Sounds great except... I've never had or been interested in a tv from them, but apperently I've been paying for the nicest invisible 40 " lcd that money can rent for the past 91 weeks without knowing anything about it. Manager said has to get regional to look into it and would call me back next day. After not hearing from them for three days I call them. Manager checked account and advised me that the tv was removed now from my account. Easy as that, no explanation as why, didn't bother asking since entire staff refreshes itself every month. When asked about all the payments I've made it was a "oh, ummm we will apply it to your laundry set balance. " ahhh no we wont, this is your guys screw up. Figure they owe me around 2000.00 in payments gst and charges and want it back. Now just dealing with a regional manager i have yet to talk to since he doesnt return calls

To easy1234 doesn't matter about credit bud your products are crap and you sell it for how much who cares what there credit is and see right there they insault there customers then you wonder why people talk about your crap service and items I say go crawl back in your moms whom your obviously not ready for real life

I've been with easyhome since 2009..we got a couch set from them payed in full..then we though maybe get a t.v since we payed off the couch set so thats what we did we got a LG smart t.v it was working good for a good 8 mths i guess then it started getting lines across it at the top i called in right away and they told me it will get fixed..so i waitting for about a week to get a loaner t.v witch once they both it to us it didnt work well it had only half a sceen on it so i called back and then we had to wait one more week for a loaner again witch worked great so we we happy about it and were told we get a call on how our smart t.v will be coming back so i told them great..and then we though that same year we get a bedroom set and a laptop for myself so we did and we payed that off right away..but the thing is we got the t.v around the sametime and tht was in 2010 and were still paying for the "LOANER " t.v and its 2013 if you think about it how did i pay off the couch set, bedroom set with a bed yet, laptop and still paying for the t.v i just dont get it.and now im getting calls cause i missed payments and there saying if i dont give back there taking me to court i dont think so..i guess i just want to knw way im still paying for a t.v so like 4 years you think i have it payed off by now but no they tell me i still have 26 weeks it just dont sound right so if someone can help me out that be great i tryed taling to the manager but he on hoildays of course..to me EASYHOME IS A SCAM ...AND IM VERY PISSED OFF NOW HOW IM BEING TALKED TO AFTER ALL THE YEARS I'VE BEEN WITH THEM...
