Purchase of airline tickets - booking reference :[protected]
In July 2022 I purchased 4 tickets for myself and my family members to fly out of Hobart Tasmania to Melbourne Australia on 12 January 2023 on Australian airline Jetstar. I had paid over $400.00 (AUD) and was advised by confirmation email on 22 November 2022 from eDreams that our booking request was being processed after making the payment. We were advised through the email that our flight on 12 January 2023 from Hobart was scheduled to depart at 11:20am on Jetstar JQ flight 704 to Melbourne. When we checked in at Hobart airport on the morning of 12 January 2023, we were advised by Jetstar check-in staff that our names were not on the scheduled flight and that we did not have any bookings to fly out that day... I showed them the email confirmation from eDreams but there was no record of our names in their system.

Car rental
In December 2022, from Canada, I reserved an economy car in Ixtapa via Edreams with Europcar for 15 days. The price was reasonable and included and civil liability insurance of 250 000 MXN.
Also, it was mentioned that if I do not take the LDW waiver extra insurance for the car itself, I will have to guarantee 9000 CAD on my Credit Card. I hold a MasterCard Elite that covers this LDW insurance, so I was fine with that.
When I arrived at the EuropCard counter, we confirmed the rental fee and the guarantee of 9000 CAD on my credit card.
So far so good. But the clerk also mentioned that I must also take an extra civil liability insurance that will cost and 40.00 CAD per day, otherwise I cannot leave with the car. This pretty much doubles the rental daily fee. I refused to pay this extra liability insurance fee and I was responded: then, no car.
When I asked to be re-imbursed for the basic rental fee, I was told that it was not their problem and that I need to contact Edreams.
So, I contacted Edreams via an email at Customer Services with all the arguments above. It is to be noted that it is impossible to talk on the phone with anybody. There is simply no phone number available.
After more than 3 weeks and having to ask more than once, I was responded that they cannot re-imburse me wit a single penny as my contract is only for the basic rental car fee, and insurance is not their problem. There was not even a proposal from Edreams for some limited compensation, compromise or credit for a future rental.
To make people pay in advance for a car rental without telling them that there will be a very expensive compulsory extra insurance to pay once arrived at the counter, is, to my opinion, dishonest.
I rented cars in Mexico at various occasions in the past, and it is the first time that I must pay this extra insurance.
I understand that my recourses here are pretty slim.
However, maybe by going public with this misadventure, others can avoid such problems that spoils part of the pleasure of such a nice trip in that country that I love.

I booked a flight to Japan from Dublin Airport in January 2021 for €739.57.
I was initially offered flight credit however upon attempting to use it, the website required I use their app to book with credit.
I installed the app only to find to my disappointment that I could not book a new flight date regardless of what dates I put in, near or far in the future.
I attempted to contacted eDreams about this and got a confirmation that it was being worked on by the relevant department. The issue was never resolved from November 2021 to May 2022 which is when I requested a refund instead.
Following up on the case for over 2 years I requested a refund. eDreams have told me they are pending airline authorisation to release a refund. I patiently wait another half year all the while asking for updates and getting none. Any and all calls with them were a similar case: they said they were working on it and would have an update soon.
Of course here we are two years later with no update, I can’t get in touch and my refund is still waiting for authorisation.
I contact British Airways who cancelled the flight to see if they could speed it up. I was briefly told that the refund was not their responsibility and that it is the sole duty of eDreams to issue me the refund and that they are the ones who must pay out as they are the ones who accepted the payment, not British Airways.
With nothing left to lose after 2 years I have decided that if I do not get a refund within the next month or two a letter regarding legal action will find its way to their headquarters in Spain.
Following this, I will go public to any and all major news outlets in my country about this abysmal failure of customer service within the month of April/May 2023 if this is not resolved.
€739.57 is not a lot to ask for a refund and quite frankly I am getting sick and tired of their excuses.
eDreams have attempted to pin accountability of providing a refund on British Airways but I feel after all this time, it is time to wake up and take some responsibility. The ignorance of this company is disgraceful.

Because of covid the flight was cancelled and I asked for a refund.

Flight cancellation with no refund, service or contact.
We booked flights from London to Brisbane in January 2022 with eDreams. Booking reference is [protected]. Airline Reference OYJK34 ands OOYJK1Z. These flights were cancelled by the airline and we were notified by eDreams that there was a problem and eDreams would find us alternative flights. This never happened. I spent hours on the phone trying to contact someone but none of the numbers worked. I also spent half a day on the chatbot trying to speak to someone to get this resolved with no success. I tried the chatbot at many different times hoping to find a wait time that was less that 11 hours but never did managed to speak to anyone. Their system is setup to waste your time and frustrate you until you give up and get nothing for you money. We finally cancelled the booking with eDreams in August 2022 as we had booked the flights again directly with the airlines. Their useless app says that our refund was being processed from that date and we are now in the middle of January 2023 and their stupid app is sending the same message. I want my money back, the amount paid is £6173.65. If this doesn't get me some ware I will have to look to see what legal options are available.
Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded as this has caused my wife many hours of grief and disappointment when we tried to secure good flights and seats almost a year in advance of our first trip back to Australia since the pandemic.

I have bought oneway flight ticket(for 06.01.2023 Rotterdam to Istanbul) by using IDEAL at eDreams agency.Due to dates problem i have cancelled it.According to airlines (Pegasus airlines)terms the ticket can be cancelled within 24 hours without any fine.After i cancelled the ticket,Pegasus airlines contact to me and said the payment has already done by pegasus airlines.so i have contact to eDreams agency and ask about my refund,they say they dont receive any payment so they can not pay my refund to me!

BAD practices-unfair
Missed my flight booking #[protected] on January 6th 2023 to Thailand do to failed communication between airlines .Korean Airlines doesn’t require Covid-19 protocol but, American airlines does. So, when I looked up my Restrictions for my trip I looked under Korean Airlines. It the very fine print on Edreams it says operated by American Airlines. No reasonable person would’ve thinkt you would have to follow Americans airlines protocol when we’re flying Korean airlines. I contacted Edreams before my flight left even left and doesn’t want to refund my money. I would at least like Edreams reschedule my tickets for another time or give us a voucher.

Misleading product offer
On the 29/12/22I made a booking for car hire in Porto (31/12/22-04/01/23) Booking number PT836006150. I selected this offer on your website as it offered 1x free additional driver (at no extra cost). However, upon arrival I was denied to add the free additional driver included with the voucher I purchased through e-dreams and I was told by the rental company that I was due to pay £40 in order to get the 'free additional driver' included with the offer. I immediately contacted e-dreams customer service, customer service was not able to support and advised to file a complaint after completion of the trip. I am requesting reimbursement as this was a misleading offer. Furthermore, due to the distressed caused to me and my family on what could have been a pleasant holiday ion new years eve - what a mistake! We spend more than 1 hour trying to sort out this issue when collecting the car and made it to the accommodation very late! 15 min to midnight - ruining the celebration! I had my mother and my 5 year old niece with me at that time at night. Please investigate and action accordingly! It is very disgraceful for customers to have such an experience!

The worst travel company that I had to deal with! A scam! Lack of transparency, of reliable information, of professionalism and a lot of lying.
I had to change my departure date in September and although I paid luggage on my initial booking they did not added the information to my updated reservation. I contacted customer service several time during 3 weeks before my departure on this matter because they weren't able to figure out how to solve this issue and kept delaying. One day prior the departure I have been promised that the issue is solved and they reassured me that they communicated the info to the airline. It was a lie. Once at the airport, the airline was seeing not luggage paid on my reservation, so I had to pay it again.
I am trying to change the date for my return flight to US flight, it's been 10 days. I first contacted them through chat on Dec 27. Kept telling me that someone will contact me within 72h. When nobody did, I wrote back. They told me to take this directly with the airline, knowing that this was not the solution, but just to get rid of me. Contacted the airline, which of course sent me back to them. It took them 8 days to call me to change my return flight. When I asked why they called me so late, I have been told that the airlines don't work during holydays! Which is outrageously untrue! 8 days during which the prices kept climbing. The call was unprofessional and I have been offered zero transparency on how they set the prices that they asked me to pay. It was a take it or leave it situation. When I asked for other dates prices the agent kept repeating that this is the best price and I either want it or not. I chose not to change the ticket on Jan 3 when they called due unexpected high fees and some financial limitation. I reached back to them by phone on Jan 4th because I am forced to make the change due to health issues. Waited 15 min to be connected to someone. Gave all the information, the dates that I am looking at for the flight back just to be told that someone will get back with me in 3 days! I have been told told that they contacted me one day before but since I didn't take their offer I need to wait for someone to get back to me in 72h. Basically I am being punished because I refused to buy the ticket they proposed. I have no words to describe how powerless and frustrated I feel. I am at the mercy of an incompetent and dishonest group of customer service people which each time refuses to transfer me to someone higher who could solve my problems. Their managers are always busy and can't talk to me! I never felt so bullied, lied, robbed and ignored by a service provider in my life.
I will do everything I can so this doesn't happen to other people anymore.
Stay as far as you can from this scam company!

On December 20th, my girlfriend bought round-trip tickets from Lisbon to Berlin. However, when I entered my personal information, the website gave an error and the purchase was made with my girlfriend's name duplicated, with one of the duplicated names corresponding to mine, since it has my pronoun and identification number. We have already called edreams to change this ridiculous error, which can be corrected by changing the passenger's name with my identification number to my name. However, they told us that they could not do anything for us because we did not have screenshots of the moment before the purchase (where everything was correct, so we did not take a screenshot) and redirected us to ryanair and tap to solve that problem. After contacting both airlines, they redirected us back to edreams and told us, understandably, that they could not do anything.

Tickets billed in wrong currency and edreams will not discuss problem
Booked a flight on 20 December 2022 from Hamilton, Canada to Managua, Nicaragua. Price was great and all steps were confirmed. Booked on the canadian eDreams website as was paying in Canadian dollars.
Booking confirmed email received. On checking my credit card next day, I suddenly found that 2 of the 4 flights were also being debited off my credit card as well as the amount from Edreams. I did not have any dealing directly with the airline in question so how did they as well as Edreams debit my credit card. The other 2 flights were apparently paid by Edreams. The amount charged was way more than the diference should have been had eDreams deducted the charges for the two flights.
Then on further investigation and after receiving a copy of my invoice I found that they had billed me in US dollars which should have been in Canadian dollars. With a.73 exchange rate the flights suddenly cost 25% more.
eDrams will not discuss this further and will not answer emails showing evidence of the mistake.
Do not book with this company as they are dishonest by switching currencies and then not even willing to discuss the error. Take your money and then make you pay for part of the ticket again dirctly to the airline

I have tried to contact eDreams regarding a charge on our credit card, but no one gets back to you.
There is no customer service, yet very quick to take your money.
I looked at flights but nothing was set in stone.
A charge was made to our credit card - no receipt of purchase was emailed, I have no booking number and no one can help

My flight was cancelled by Qantas on the 17/2/2020. Qantas say the ticket is still open for use (which we dont want) and edreams have not applied to them for a refund on this flight.
Edreams have been avoiding paying me back my refund. After many many many phone calls and talking to different people each time I am still waiting for my refund. I get conflicting information for each person. This is totally unacceptable. Even edreams cant get their people to agree on what is happening. I am totally disgusted with the whole process and would never ever recommend edreams to anyone.

My partner booked a flight to Budapest on your website for 12/30 and submitted a cancellation on the same day because I am a student and I have an exam on the same day that he did not know about. I canceled the flight on the same day when I booked it, and the flight was for 6 months, it was accepted by them, after 2 or three months AUD 5463.48 was deducted from my account and even after two years they have not returned it to me (in fact they returned it to me about 7% of the funds. I contacted them in all possible ways but they always say not to worry, they will take care of everything.
