Subject: Misbehave by emirates staff and request refund my flight ticket money because they didn't allow flies from boarding Gate No. B10 Flight Number EK392 (DXB-SGN).
Here find below mentioned about Emirates flight EK392 step by step:
1. Me & My Husband Emirates resident since 2009 to till today its almost 15 years in UAE, so we get long EID holidays. We decided to go for (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam for holiday expend with family.
2. We called emirates flight customer care on 5th & 6th April regarding on arrival visa for Vietnam from My mobile [protected]. Emirates Flight customer care confirmed to me, I can get ON-ARRIVAL VISA for UAE Resident. After confirmation, I booked 2 tickets from emirates flight.
3. You can check call record in our conversation on the customer care my calling Mobile number is [protected].
4. On the 7th of April2024, I reached Emirates flight departure with my husband; both have flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) through Emirates flight No EK392.
5. We asked again their Check-In Area staff regarding our flight to Vietnam; they issued boarding pass to me and my husband. For your review I have attached both boarding pass with this letter.
6. After everything done Check-In area, we reached boarding Gate No B10, EK392 for departing the flight.
7.When boarding gate was open, we reached to counter Their emirates staff Ms. Rukhsana, she said you can't fly without Vietnam visa, then we said we are resident of UAE, we have valid Emirates ID then She said give me emirates ID I will check after all that...
8. She took our passport and boarding pass and asked to her senior staff, he was on the Business Class check-in.
9. That Business class check in counter person started behaving Un-manners and rudely talking with us, He Said why you are come here directly, you both can't flight I will offload your luggage right now he said. I asked to him sir why you are behaving like this with us you can talk politely. then we ask again to him Sir why you are not allowed to fly; we have booked tickets after Emirates Confirmed the On-Arrival Visa for UAE resident (Emirates ID Holder) then he said now you cannot fly anyhow you will see, He was not listening any our request, He said you are wasting our time, he was threating and using very bad word to me he said out from here within 5minutes otherwise I will call police like show us Finger.
When I start asking to him why you are behaving like this to one lady and using bad words, suddenly he was showing vey anger to me and my husband, he told me BAKWAS AURAT (he used abusing word in Urdu language) get out from here within 5 minutes, he closed boarding gate and computer system very rudely and left from there. Sir I can't believe emirates staff behave like this with customer, this is very ridiculous. I thought emirates flight is the world top class flight.
10. Sir All this incident pls check your camera Boarding gate No. B10 date 07/04/2024 time 09:25 AM Sunday, you will know everything there.
11. Sir FYI, at last they didn't allow us to fly so Am requesting kindly refund full amount our flight ticket money both people,
12. Our Flight Booking reference: D3CVF6, Ticket number [protected] & [protected]. I have attached both ticket and boarding pass with this letter.
13. Believe me sir I lost 2person return tickets and my hotel booking in Vietnam because of wrong information given by Emirates flight, so pls reimburse emirates flight ticket Amount AED 2745 x 2 person. Total AED 5490/-
14. Requesting kindly do the need full action, I honestly believe in UAE law and emirates flight rules and regulation, I hope you understanding.
