Continuing to charge
I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions for months with no success. I AM STILL BEING BILLED. I have done everything, I've contacted my bank, talked to staff, emailed and my account has still not been deactivated AND I continue to be charged despite not going to the location in over a YEAR. I was diagnosed with cancer and am combatting an eating disorder. I have filled out the cancellation form. I don't know if a backlogged refund is at all possible or if i need to do something else. I apologize for my frustration, but I'm struggling to get by as is and I am not being listened to.
Desired outcome: Refund and cancellation
Homophobic incident
130am approx Friday March 31st 2023 I, a female was changing in the locker room when a cleaning woman told the front security person that a man was in the women's room. He rushed at me yelling and I stopped him before he grabbed me. That was quite a traumatic experience for me. The cleaning person could have just asked me. Or leave me alone.https://maps.app.goo.gl/KrHZxXB1KjLvEYrT6
Desired outcome: Just so other women like me will be aware of the dangers of being themselves at this location.
Cancel training
March 30, 2023
To: Kenneth Gant/Conner Walter:
I hope you are feeling better. I came on March 16, 2023 to meet with you and was advised that you were not in the gym, due to being ill. I have not received any further contact from you, so I felt it would be easier if I reached out to you.
Just a simple recap of the situation. Back in June 2022 I was being trained by Sam (who is no longer employed at EoS) and told her I was going to have a tummy tuck in August 2022 and needed to stop all training sessions for time to heal. After my surgery in the month of September 2022, I told Sam I would not be able to resume training sessions because my scar is not closing, and I need more time to heal. Unfortunately, the EoS system started charging for training sessions again in November 2022 until now in March 2023, which is strange since I did not request that to happen. I did not receive any contact from the new assigned trainer regarding my training restarting or to set up sessions, so I don’t know what triggers the system to continue charging my account.
I came into the on February 26, 2023 and was advised that you would be in on Monday . I called you on March 27,2023 and you advised my training session would be stop and you were submitting a refund request to Connor Walter, your district manager and I should hear from him in 24-48 hours. I waited and noticed that my account was still being charged the $150.00 every two weeks. I came into the gym on March 9, 2023, spoke with you in person and you took down my information and sent an email to Mr. Walter, advised me again that he would contact me in 24-48 hours and the account would be closed in 30 days due to all training sessions closure go under review before closure. Due to not hearing back from Mr. Walter, you suggested I come to the gym on March 16, 2022023, meet with you and review my request again, but you became ill and could not attend.
So, I really hope to resolve this issue and could really use your help. I really don’t know who has the authority to handle my request, but any direction would be greatly appreciated. So, I am requesting the following:
1. All training sessions payments be stopped forever.
2. To be refunded all training payments from November 2022 to the current date. That would be $300.00 a month for 5 months in a total amount of $1500.00.
3. A date of confirmation on when all this will be resolved.
I understand you have a lot of responsibilities and I appreciate you taking the time to take care of this for me. I hope to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
Marie Lillianne LeConte

My Membership is wrong and it feels like no one wants to help me fix it
I applied for the Black Membership at a new/ unopened location on November 1, 2022 which came with a reasonable amount of perks for 17.99. When I went to verify my membership late January at the new Louetta location they told me that my membership was Blue. This is wrong, I do not know why it is being portrayed as Blue when I applied and paid for Black. I have gone to the location a total of 4 times to fix this, each time they tell me that they sent a message to corporate to fix my account status. When I try to speak to someone of management at the location to fix it, they offer very little help to solve this issue. They tell me that it will update in a couple of days and to wait for a verification email. I have received nothing. They even advised me to cancel. I feel like I have been wronged. And I feel like I am a bother when I go to the location to try and fix things.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my membership corrected and for the same price I agreed to when I signed up.
Personal training
I spoke to will at the surprise Waddell& litchfield location on 2/23 about PT and some smart machines they have at the gym. We went through everything and he advised of the pricing and told me that Arizona has a 3day contract clause and that if I signed up I could cancel it within 3 days and I wouldn’t be charged. I signed up and he sent my daughter and I to work out on some machines without any type of guidance and never came back to check up on us. I was not feeling how it started off so per the contract the next day 2/24 I sent the email to request to cancel the contract. I sent a follow up email on 3/1 because I had not received a response from the first email.
Received a response email on 3/3 stating they apologize but you must go into the gym to cancel your pt. Despite the contract stating that you must cancel via the email or by mail.
3/4 went into the gym and will said that he cancelled the pt agreement and that I had nothing to worry about.
3/9 I was charged 180 for PT I have never received
I called and request to speak with Will multiple times 3/10, 3/13(Megan), and 3/15(jay) (was unable to go into the gym due to having Covid) I requested messages to be left for him and the manager every time.
Went into the gym 3/20 after testing negative with Covid and spoke to Emilio
Emilio ops manager(on badge)
3/20 Emilio told me that the PT was cancelled and put a ticket in to the fitness manager
3/20 received a call from the fitness manager Dartanian. He states that the PT was not cancelled and he has to speak to the regional director to cancel it. He says that the original request to cancel was declined by the regional director. Told me he would call be back by 3/22
3/23 No call was received yesterday from dartanian. I was charged another $180 for services I have not received and no one is calling me back and every time I go to the gym there is no manager available. I need my 360 refunded and this contract cancelled.
Desired outcome: Cancel contract and refund $360
Gym kids club
My complaint is in regards to EOS fitness at 5320 Erlich road, Tampa, FL 33624
My child has sustained multiple injuries under the kids club care at the Erlich EOS gym location, all which have been documented. Including but not limited to finger tip sized bruises on her chest, cuts on her hands and face, and scrapes. Friday, March 10th 2023 I dropped my daughter off at approximately 9 a.m. and picked her up at 10 a.m. There were 2 workers and approximately 15-20 children. When the worker in the front went to go get my child she could not find her. It took her over 5 minutes before I went into the children's area to look for her. During that time I was spoken to in a hastily manner to get out because I was told that I am not allowed to enter the area my child was in. My child had a cut on her nose and marker up and down her arms. This is disturbing that there are over 15 children in this daycare with only 2 workers who appear to be under the age of 21. The caretaker to child ratio is disturbing and dangerous at best. Something needs to be done before this becomes a much larger issue.
Desired outcome: More supervision, more workers, better screening process and better pay for the people who are filling these rolls with our children's safety in their hands.
Member etiquette and "working in" on equipment
Someone sat on my legs and I tried to use a hamstring curl machine because he said he was rotating between different exercises. I asked if I could work in because I needed to get to work. He said to come back in 2 minutes. I came back in 2 minutes and he said again that I could not work in. I said I needed to do a set. While he started doing something else, I tried to do a set. He sat on my legs and would not allow me to move. I am disappointed that it is your policy that members are allowed to stay on a piece of gym equipment for 20 minutes. That is news to me. I have worked out at this gym for 16 years and working in was always what everyone did. I complained to the front desk and they politely asked if I could work in. A doctor who was working out next to me told the staff that he sat on my legs and could have hurt me. I was told by the manager that I broke the rules by working in. That is so disappointing. So he can go do another exercise and run back and show me his wallet and say he is working out. How do the rest of us get our work out done? He touched me. He sat on me. Then he found another member and they high fived each other. I cannot believe this is your policy. People don't own this equipment. We have to let each other work in. Ridiculous. I feel violated and I feel afriaid
Desired outcome: I would like the member removed from the gym. It doesn't matter that I "broke a rule" of wanting to use a piece of equipment. I didn't know people could rotate back and forth. He touched me, he sat on me. There is video
The cancellation process and taking care of a balance on, let’s do
This is in regards to EOS fitness on McKellips and Gilbert Road in Mesa, AZ 85213. I moved in October 2022. I didn’t cancel my membership till the effective date of December 1 of 20 20 to 2 reasons for canceling I had moved and also I found a lump in my breast that turned out to be cancer I do owe a balance of November and October 2022 a gentleman start a text messaging me about my balance and we set up a call for 2 PM Wednesday the 22nd at 2 PM he never called. Today I got a message from him stating that he was sorry I missed my appointment for a tour of their new and improved facility at 2 PM and that we would schedule another time to meet about signing up my membership again he’s trying to sell me on some thing I have a hold of stream of text messages stating that I still have breast cancer. I just had a double mastectomy two weeks ago. I am unable to drive so I wouldn’t be going anywhere. This was clearly a phone call and it stated several times in the text message stream to him that it was a phone call to resolve my past due account balance, which is two months which I want to take care of I just had life happen, I’m not cancer free right now either I have to undergo chemo and radiation. I’m not looking to join a gym I only use a gym for a pool spa and hot tub and I can’t even use those for another 3 to 6 months maybe a year not even supposed to be taking a bath everything has a shower , so I’m afraid now I responded to him that I wanted a manager to talk to me but they’re just trying to sell me and I feel like I’m going to get brushed under the table and written off when I try to cancel my membership in the first place and they’re trying to sell me on some thing my text message stream shows I had a meeting by phone and the meeting to my knowledge and which is stated in the text message stream states that it’s to settle the account balance for my membership. It was canceled as of December 1 of 2022. Here is the message I wrote to him I’ve also fill out to online email farms regarding cancellation and regarding the club. Hoping a manager will call me back. . Message to the kid on text message just minutes ago” I need my issue escalated to a manager or a corporate manager for all locations but mainly somebody who is actually going to take care of the issue at the McKellips location in Mesa because I was trying to and I have a stream of text messages that show it and I will - planned to take care of it on Wednesday at 2 PM over the phone and somebody messaged me today saying that I didn’t make my scheduled time at 2 PM. The stream of messages show that not only did I cancel my membership as of December 1. I knew I still owed a balance for a couple months so I wanted to take care of it and that’s what I thought I was doing with this person that was texting me I just had a double mastectomy with lymph nodes removed and I’m not cancer free yet. The only reason I use the gym is for the hot tub sauna and pool I can’t even use that for maybe a year at least three months I know about so I don’t need a membership and I’ve moved. I don’t live by your location I’m worrying about not dying and I’m trying to make good on my account where I owe two months balance now I’m getting these messages saying I miss my appointment and to reschedule and it’s completely insensitive when this guy has a whole stream of text messages where we were talking I just had a double mastectomy with lymph nodes removed two weeks ago. I’m not driving anywhere I never would’ve made an appointment to drive somewhere. It clearly states our appointment was by phone Please ensure my account was canceled as of December 1. Tell me how much I owe it was like two months balance I believe for October and November that’s all I was trying to take care of and he acts like he’s trying to sell me some kind of membership and wipe out my last balance. I’m not trying to be sold by anybody I’m trying to have somebody be ethical. Tell me how much I owe because I know I owed a couple of months and then listen to me and this is the text message I just sent him I’m sure it’s going to fall on deaf ears of whoever he was because he didn’t pay attention to any of the text message stream at all and I have it if I need to send it to a manager because I know I need this escalated . Message I sent him minutes ago “I'm not stopping by for anything I was speaking to a gentleman he was going to call me at 2 o'clock on Wednesday about the account and some kind of program to wipe out what I own. My account should've been canceled I months and months and in November I found a mass in my breast. I have developed breast cancer the very least my membership should've been canceled as of December 1 because I made multiple calls. I should only owe for 2 months.
And the gentleman I spoke with knows that I had a double mastectomy with lymph nodes, removed 2 1/2 weeks ago. I talk to him days after surgery. He knows I'm not able to drive anywhere. I never would've scheduled something to drive. I have my whole chain of text messages were obviously everything was ignored by your office in the first place and continue to be ignored by him. I don't know anybody who can drive after having breast cancer and having a double mastectomy and lymph nodes removed I'm having complications from surgery as it is and I've had to go back to the hospital once already and I'm being monitored in case I have to be admitted again, I was just trying to take care of the balance whatever they were going to offer so that my account was canceled as of December. I can't even use a pool again for at least 2 to 3 months so I don't wanna membership again I just want to take care of the balance that should only involve two months worth because I tried to cancel when I found out I had breast cancer plus I've moved and I don't live anywhere near you. The only reason I use a gym is for the pool, hot tub and sauna which I can't use any of that right now.
Please escalate this to a manager because whoever I was speaking with that knew we had an appointment on the phone at 2 o'clock on Wednesday and knew I had a major surgery where I could've died and I still could die from breast cancer because I'm not in the clear yet. Obviously, that person has no idea how to relate to anything like that and thank goodness, but I'm very insensitive on your part could just keep a 2 o'clock phone call and you couldn't just canceled my membership like I ask now you trying to bill me for whatever I don't know but I'm sure it's ridiculous because I see all the bad reviews you have about that anyhow, the hardest time of my life you're making this is really difficult when it should be easy.”.
Please help me thank you

Harassment and discrimination
About 3 weeks ago I start searching for a gym to join. Last night February 12,2023 I went to a San Diego location at 3156 Sports Arena Blvd San Diego, CA 92110 To exercise after I start the enrollment in another location in Temecula, CA. When I walked in and approached the front desk where I try to identify myself with my phone number in order to recognized and make my enrollment payment I was rudely told I couldn’t come in and train because my membership was canceled by lac of payment. When I try to make my payment the front desk young lady called Summer, told me to comeback another day because the department that could receive the payment was closed and nothing on my behalf could be done at that moment and I had to leave and she threatened me to call the security because I was a homeless trying to come in for free. I asked why I was been treated rudely and called homeless she said she could tell by the way I looked. When I said “excuse me” she threatened again with security in high tone of voice where everyone could hear. I’m 60 years old father and grand father. I felt very insulted and embarrassed and I’m still am. It’s almost 2 in the morning and I’m afraid to go and be harassed again by the young lady employee called Summer in front all members & staff
Desired outcome: I believed that a front desk employee should be more qualified to deal with customers that supports and invest on EOS
Signup fees
Hi, I came with my daughter Maya Saadeldin to EOS branch on Ray and Cooper in Az to sign her up since she is 15 year of age. I met Bryan who signed us up, he was fixated on selling us the training package and he never mentioned the $50 sign up fees, he said that there will be $50 annual fees and $10 monthly and we were fine with that, he asked me to sign several signatures on the keypad without showing me what I'msigningfor which is my mistake and that I admit as I trusted him. My card was debited for $50 on that same date and then roughly 2 weeks later my card was debited for $60.88. I went to the club on that day and I talked to a girl there and she said that she is going to talk to her manager and give me a call back. Needless to say that no one called, so I went to the club a couple of days later and I met Joe and he said that nothing was submitted and he then explained that the first $50 was a sign up fees so I told him that was never explained to us and he then asked me what do I want and I said I want the $50 back or to cancel the whole membership and refund the whole amount $110.88. He sent me an email later that day with the request number. I emailed him several days later asking for an update and he replied that he is going to send a reminder. I followed up again by email several days later with no response. I decided to call the club and someone called DJ told me that Joe quit and that the membership was cancelled and there will be refund for the $50 and he could only refund $60.88 that Joe forgot to request. I told him that canceling the membership without refunding the $50 sign up fees defeats the whole purpose and if I'm gonna lose this $50 anyway I'd rather keep the membership then. He said that he will need to discuss it with the GM and he placed me on hold and came back to me saying that he can reinstate the membership for $1. I told him that it makes no sense why would I pay another penny to reinstate the membership that was cancelled by EOS without refunding the $50 signup fees which I talked to Joe about. I then told him I can come to the club to discuss the matter with who ever is in position to do that and he said it is going to be him and the GM. I told him I can be there in 5 minutes to see him and the GM where he replied fine. I was there in 5 minutes, I asked to see him and the GM, he came to me saying that the GM was busy putting in referrals. He was talking in a very careless manner playing with a gum in his mouth and like he doesn't care. I told him I explicitly mentioned that I'm coming to see both of them in 5 minutes and now he is saying he is not free. Anyways he mentioned that there is nothing to be done other than paying $1 to reinstate the membership or he could request the refund of $60.88 that might and might not be approved by the district. I asked him to contact me the district or anyone who could help me but he said that there is no one. Finally he gave me qr code to scan and told me to solve my issue with them. I then told him I'll do that but meanwhile I requested that he sent an email to refund my $60.88. Please help with my issue. Either reinstate the membership without paying a penny extra or refund me the whole $110.88.
Desired outcome: Reinstate the membership without paying $1 or refund the full $110.>>
Harassment and threatening membership fee that was fraud
I have been receiving non stop call from this gym everyone once in a while ill answer not remembering the number and go through the spill, but this time I wanted more information and it turned out it was a fraud sign up and how to drive it was for an address I am not even part of! this rep told me I had to pay 100s of dollar to clear my name before going to collections then after arguing about this is not my membership he went along the lines to say if I resigned up today the debt would be wiped off what kind of sale tactic is this! this company need to be investigated and go though some intense evaluation as this is ridiculous
Desired outcome: He took notes like the first phone I received the year before.
Over charge
Since August 2022 I been trying to cancel my membership, it been 6 months I been calling every month and was told it was going to be taking care of and I was going to be reimburse for the mistake always assuring a manager will contact me, I go in person to have this resolve and they say they can’t find any note and that it takes 30 day to cancel. I been...

My Fiance signed up for a membership on 03/30/2021 and on 03/31/2021 his birthday he was in a motorcycle accident that almost took his life. Thankfully he recovered and a week later we called the Palm Springs California store and explained that he would not be able to use the membership and to cancel it for us. The employee was very understanding and said not a problem and wished us the best. Thank God he recovered and is doing well so well that he has been super busy with work. After seeing our accountant and preparing for our taxes we start to look at our bank transactions and we notice we were still being charged since the day he signed up and it was never canceled in fact they were taking money from both his checking accounts and only gave permisson for one accout and being charged multiply times $84.00 and another of $21.99 and other charges of $54.49. im dumbfounded and called the store and was told that the trainer who bills people would call it has been a week and no phone call and then a day or two later we get an alert from our bank that they charged us but yet again and we told them this was cancelled almost 2 years ago and no help they want proof that the accident $4210.74
Desired outcome: i want a full refund and i also want them to pay for the insufficent charges i had to pay for after already letting them know about my fiances accident.
No cancelation verification number
I decided to re-join at EOS again but at the new location at Litchfield, so I went online, and someone sent a link to my cellphone to do my enrollment I choose the grey membership one for me and another one for my boyfriend, I got my agreement in my personal e-mail and my next step was to get the app and set up my EOS app account somehow I didn't have access to because my email was already in use. I went to the Bell location since the new location was not opened that is what I thought, and I found out than the membership I just got today at 4:30pm was only good for that location at Bell road and I immediately canceled it Lauren the manager on charge at 5pm told me I couldn't transferred it to the Litchfield location because the new location was only offering the blue and black membership, then I was trying to get a cancelation confirmation number and no one gave it to me at the bell road location, my boyfriend and I went to the location at Litchfield Road and Waddell and another manager Sierra told us they had the grey membership so again my boyfriend and I decide to give EOS another chance and enrolled for the black membership at the Litchfield location, then around 7pm ELI another manager from Bell rd location called me to ask about my experienced and I was kind of surprise because In my mind I was done with that membership obviously Lauren the manager at 5pm never cancelled it because Eli the other manager look at my membership as active, then Eli called my boyfriend 2 minutes after me and then called me again after he called my boyfriend. I don't know why? According to Eli he will set a reminder to take care of my cancelation at the bell road Location, tomorrow morning and I will get my 121.96 in 7 business days I don't know why I have to wait that long it took EOS 2 seconds to charge my Visa card 2 memberships than were active only for 45 minutes. My Advice stay away all the managers lie or are trained to lie, EOS website sucks just to put my birthdate I had to go back 48 years in the calendar there is no choice to do it manually, it looks like you can't use all the facilities only the one you sign in that make no sense to me since EOS as far as I know is a franchise. extremally unorganized no one knows anything about anything and the worst part they lie right to your face with no remorse, False advertisement in Arizona is now a misdemeanor charge and empowers the state Attorney General to file suit. stay away from that gym, I will wait only 3 days to get my money back and I hope Eli the fitness manger keep his word.
Desired outcome: My money back immediately
EOS unknowledgeable workers
My name is Carolyn Smith I signed up for EOS fitness in September but when I found out there was no yoga instructor at 5070 N 83rd Ave, Glendale AZ 85305 I instantly cancelled the membership within an hour. I spoke with the employee over the phone which it is noted that I called in and cancelled. The biggest problem is its December and they took out $99 out of my acct with caused me to have not one but two overdraft fee's When call EOS on camelback the employee on the phone did'nt know where to direct me she immediately told me the manager is unavailable when I asked for corporate there is not a phone # she said, when asked is there anyone to help me she replied Corey is here I think he's corporate me: can I speak with him he's busy at the moment can he call you back I said me: can I call back yes! When I called back in 15 minutes Corey is gone for the day I think he had an emergency and is the manger there he is gone for the day as well. Now its the holiday time how unprofessional is this I called another EOS on Washington they gave me the Finacial Department phone number. Is it EOS on camelback have no idea about this department or the refund department or is it they just dont give a care
Desired outcome: Refund with my overdraft fees i followed directions I cancelled in a matter of an hour I asked the employee who help cancel me will there be a fee she instantly replied NO FEE AT ALL!!
EOS Fitness Membership and Personal Trainer Agreement
My experience with EOS Fitness has possibly been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. When I suddenly had to move to another state only 3 weeks after signing up, I would have assumed EOS would take that into consideration before they:
1) Charged my account over $400, despite many attempts and hours on the phone trying to get it resolved.
2) Called multiple times every day for several months. When I would answer, I'd get transferred multiple times before being told to call the club I signed up with.
3) Failed to return my call when I called the club that I signed up with (in Phoenix). I was told the Manager would reach out to me, which never happened.
4) Gave me no indication whether my "payment delinquency" would be reported to credit agencies or collections.
I'm far from the only person to experience this with EOS.
Thus, until this is resolved, I'll enjoy putting EOS on blast everywhere I can, so that others don't fall for the same trap!
Desired outcome: Accept that I've already paid more than I should have, stop calling me, waive my "balance owed", confirm I've not been reported to a credit agency nor collections, and APOLOGIZE!
Trainer contract
I joined the gym on 11/20/22 as there was a special to join for $1 and try the gym for 1 month for free. I also would get one personal trainer session for free. When I set this up, the employee instructed me to click “agree” on the key pad. I stated that I would not do this as it seemed this was a contract for 3 months of personal trainer sessions. The...

I frequent EOS Fitness locations in the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, areas. I find the experience to be enjoyable. I have few complaints and the staff are wonderful. A new location was recently opened on St Rose. The gym is large and the equipment is nice but I am constantly baffled by the amount of employees just standing around doing nothing.
Gossiping in every corner, piling up near the front desk, walking in groups and talking. Standing around talking in the locker room. I don't think I have ever seen one employee wiping something down or re-racking weights. Many of these employees are young and need guidance. From what I have seen, the more senior employees spend their time B.S.ing and flirting with young staff members then providing guidance. I own a couple businesses and this is certainly a management issue. I'm sure with proper guidance these young people are great workers.
Desired outcome: I enjoy the location but have noticed stark differences between this EOS and other EOS locations in the area. As a business owner I wanted to let someone know so corrective action can be taken.
KJ or Jk
Hello Dear Eos RESOLUTION team,
I’m emailing truly hoping for Eos to be interested in hearing from members. But it’s more of a therapeutic outlet as I just had the most upsetting encounter at the desk with KJ or JK (yes, I cannot remember two initials as he was not unprofessional in the least, but certainly threatening (clues, waving his finger at me telling me he will cancel my membership and when I pointed out to him I wasn’t trying to complicate his job, he said, “you aren’t”, I’ll simply cancel your membership. In disbelief of such a reaction, I said don’t you think that this s an excessive reaction from you, with pride, he pointed to his name, “my name is KJ/JK, remember that” (not sure of that reaction as well). There are always minimum two sides to every story, however, I’ll leave it to eos to figure out the employees engagement with members when it comes to questions about functioning of sauna (my issue today at the desk). I do claim responsibility for asking to check on the sauna before I scan in (I have unlimited membership and practically, unlimited visits but it’s a matter of principal and convenience to leave to the eos that has a functioning sauna)
The gym is my temple, not a place to get threatened or bullied. Im the last person to pick a fight (I work with people from all continents and cultures so I know the challenges of miscommunication). KJ/JK might benefit of initiation in how not to humiliate, threaten members. Not only a bad tone for the watching employees but for witnessing members. Luckily, KJ/Jk does not scare me. But certainly rattled my cage.
Desired outcome: Response of measures taken so it doesn’t/it is not a code of conduct to threaten, humiliate members.Thank you!
Being lied to by EŌS Fitness
I was charged $1,$19,and $24.99 on November 1st 2022, then they tried to bill me on November 21st for $88 more. I was forced to cancel my appointment today at 4pm with a personal trainer, and told they will not let me use the gym until they get $88+ more and will not cancel my membership. They also said I can't use any EŌS gym until I pay them, I also never got a 7 day free membership. I have been getting charged the past 2 weeks when I joined .
Desired outcome: My membership cancelled, and to never be bothered by them again.
