I have paid for 3 months training program. The company EoS Fitness informed me that I needed to continue it or to cancel in the end of the third month. I was surprised when they charged me again, but I have informed the rep that I wanted to cancel their subscription. I wanted to return the payment and called to their office. The lady said that it was non-refundable deposit. I heard about this deposit for the first time. Be caution with their subscription.

Cory whom Tricked me into sign personal training on 7/14 /2022, and send me the contact 7/19/22. I complained about situation, and Canceling the contact. He told me too late to cancel. He started calling me I am crazy and Liar.
On 9/7/2022 in the evening 6-7 pm employee name Clayton got into a argument with my father who’s a senior….he preceded to be very sarcastic and laughed at my father and was very rude all my father did was ask if he was done with the bench after being on the machine for over 40mins….

I have tried to cancel my membership as I has spent a summer in Arizona but the club would not let me as I had gone there at night. I had to leave and now live across the country in New Hampshire and just got bill over 60 dollars even though I can't access someone to cancel my account. May you please help?

They have a hideous cancellation policy which will only be revealed when you try to cancel the membership.
1. They charge another month? why?
2. They keep charging month after month if you don't pay the next month!
Be careful in Sarasota, you'll be scammed! If you give them your credit card its your fault! I had just basic membership but they charged my credit as if I had a some special membership. I cannot get my money back till now. BTW you will wait for your turn at any machine almost every time.
