I have been using this account from long which is link to [protected]@yahoo.com Facebook id, suddenly my account got unlink and keep leading me to link with other account I want my account back as it’s second time that’s happened with me and evony also not letting me make ticket is one of problems I m facing from long I tried many ways but it’s like evony block me from doing complain. I don’t understand how it happened as I was trying to switch between keep I got lost one of my keep as it showed unlink suddenly when I log in that’s keep few minutes ago and I keep trying but not letting me move to that keep when ever I tried it keep linking my log in account to link to that’s fb I’d I want my account back as it second time that happened with me and I have no idea how my account unlink without doing me anything personally I want my that keep back I won’t take any excuse this time as I took last time . The game has glitched and didn’t count my 3rd round BOC score
I have logged a ticket over 3 weeks ago and the customer service team will not escalate my matter. I’m ranked 184th with all continents included but 347th in continent for the last BOC season. My 3rd round score was not counted which was also my highest score of the 4 rounds. A glitched occurred, now the game would not allow me to open my wonder 3 saying that I didn’t qualify. I’ve provided all the screenshots necessary ticket #1190700 & #1202979. My Continent rank should be 149th. I scored more than 51 of the 200 persons on the table. My alliance ranked 94th so it is clearly a glitch.
Desired outcome: I’d like the glitch to be fixed in order for my wonder 3 to be accessible

When I try to change accounts. I cannot. I have ab account: stephenauslsd with Facebook. I cannot access this account. I have a password for this account. I am using an Android phone for access a Samsung Glaxay A32. I also have a Gmail account for the game: [protected]@gmail.com.I have changed both on phone and cleared the cache numerous times. Desired outcome: Access to game. So I can link game to alternate Facebook account and switch between accounts.

Game has not loaded on iPhone since 8/19/2022 4.29.3 update.
Have checked phone service,internet service, both current and working.

About the player in our server for illegal trading during SVS

This player traded points in out last SVS and is threatening us to trade again. He is sharing all details of our server to the enemy server again.
Please do something or all VIP players from this server will just move to another game. Do something or we go to another game like Kings of Avalon or Game of war. We are spending money to become stronger and compete on SVS. No body wants to spent that much just to lose points like this in the SVS. Most of the players already are planning to quit because of his actions.

They steal money from users by allowing cheaters august 4th a server ran 100 bot accounts to cheat. And setting up lopsided matches. Augist 13th they set a match we had zero chance of winning. The maps and menus glitch constantly and that glitch can cost you real money I want my 70 bucks back because these thieving [censored]s can't update the game, have a functioning menu and just send a big f you to players by getting them zerod in lopsided matches. The puzzles suck too.

I'm user Lil♡Hanako conplaining about my friend user SoCaLxNinJA. He hasen't done ANYTHING TO ME! We were fine, nothing was out of control. But some other user was reporting SoCaL for being inappropriate to me. Whatever drugs the person was on they had no right to do that. Me and SoCaL had a good friendship and nothing of the rukes were violated.
If you're going to threaten him to lock his account you might as well with some other's. I've been responsible for MY actions. He hasen't promoting anything! I'm the one chatting online as my account, not him. It's pisses my off 'cause somone was fileing a complaint about him so damn much that now we can't talk.
Everything that I've said has been a joke and multible others know that too but clearly that doesn't matter. You should be threating user fady.., since he was pissed off at our alliance so he left and came to me! He got possesive and would be creepy. In fact, SoCaL was the one that got him off me! SoCaL know's my age damn well like everyone else on that server and I know he wouldn't do anything to harm me, he would have to deal with my father, user Slava Parohi and user _Caspian_.

Historic subordinate city events
I have 8 slots to hold subordinate cities and played events weekly to win different subordinate city. I paid money to lose or win. So I finally won a subordinate city on July 24,2022. I wanted to switch a old subordinate city for the new subordinate city.
As I opened the subordinate I find out Evony took away my 8th slot to hold subordinate city and left me with 7 slots. As a result I lose my old subordinate city and new subordinate city all because of Evony. There excuse is you don't have a enough nobility because they lowered it after I earned it. Now after I spent all this money I'm at a lost.
I have sent alot of emails and customer service tickets but no one answers me on customer service. I feel scammed because I bought subordinate city packages for weeks and ended up with nothing after purchases. Customer ignores me and I feel scammed. I asked for a manager but no one has reached out. Help me please.
Desired outcome: To resolve this issue I want my 8th slot back to hold subordinate city or a full refund of all subordinate city packages that were charged on my credit card. I did not get what I paid for especially the prize.
package generals and worst customer service
I have made many and many of the largest packages and keep getting the same generals of 4 and 5 times and worse, they are not the best. I had more than 25 duplicated generals for 4 or 5 generals, which is ridiculous. I pay money for unique generals, not in traven! Why do I get four copies of a general in a traven? from packages and general box!
I have contacted CS, and they told me it is random 🤷♀️🤷♀️ we have nothing to do for you with is totally unfair to pay that much money and others get the same general from traven! and i got 4 times

In another incident, I was with my friend in the ancient pyramids. I recalled my troops. After I recalled a few seconds, an attack happened. my troops were in my castle already, and I dropped 40M of power 😣😣 . I recall deserters using 328 horns 3 times and healed and revived, and still, 200k t12 cavalry and 200k t12 archers are missing. I checked no report 🤷♀️🤷♀️ I checked my friend's report, i'm not included, and it is logical because already my troops were back .. but what is not logic what happened !

Hi there,
I had recently purchased a membership on my Evony account ID [protected], which was linked to my Facebook. I'd been playing on this account for 6 months. The game crashed while I was trying to link to my Google account. I've lost access to my ID [protected] and have tried reinstalling but had no luck loading it, as it makes me start a new game. I'd been emailing support since it happened, but it's been more than 53 hours since the crash. I'm now on ID [protected] on the same server 981, as customer support suggested to create a new account and go to the same server. I'm still waiting for my account ID [protected]. I have no desire playing on ID [protected] and starting over.
I haven't heard back on any progress at all.
I have receipts on my gmail and Google play store from spending on this ID [protected], and emails sent from my partner's gmail asking for support while I was on my main account as well as recently(we didn't know his gmail was default on the game for customer email/ticket til recently).
I'd really like to get ID [protected] back please, I've been waiting patiently and I'd paid for membership on the account, which I'm not even able to access.

I'm in petition to get this guy removed from our server 1032. 707-Alan-Alanugo. He is a bully and is making the game no fun for anyone. And if you do 1 thing he doesn't like he comes after you and it's plain BS! I'm about to quit this because of him. So please do something so us as a server can enjoy the game. We as a whole want him removed from our server or something to be done about him!

I play on server 1032. Two players have emerged that bully everyone on the server. They belittle and disrespect other players in world chat as well as destroy/ annihilate other players troops. Several alliances have tried to play with them, but even when we ally with these players, they eventually turn on everyone, zero them and make the game no fun for others. It seems they spend lots of money on game bonuses, but they use it to ruin the game for everyone else. Our server and the game in general are losing many players because of these two bullies. One player's name is Alan Yugo (just changed it to 아라뉴고), the other is Yeon.
Desired outcome: These players should be reprimanded for bullying players on the server and/or moved to another server, which provides a more competitive challenge for them.

I’m on server 1032 and there are two players that bully everyone else on the server. We have tried to play with them, but even when you give in and do what they want, they zero your keep. Pretty much the same I have heard from other complaints. They have the money to spend so they use it to ruin the game for everyone else. Evony is losing a lot of players because of them but they don't care because these two are spending loads of money. Their end goal is to have someone buy their accounts. Alan was in world chat today stating ownership would change when we called him out on his latest transgression which breaks Evony's terms of service. The player's name is Alan Yugo, but he just changed it to 아라뉴고.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome: I would like for both Alan Yugo and Yeon of the 707 to be kicked from the server. Put him on another server where he is not the top dog.
