Evony the game
Okay so I'm a member of the regulators on server 724 and we are being attacked all the time by someone name Flippo due to him making a rule that wasn't voted on by counsel also he has zeroed out players multiple times and not just our alliance but multiple alliances also stole 3 subs of mine and I'm not the only player this has happened to he takes our subs then gives them to lower level players in his alliance so I would appreciate if he was placed on another server with a player named heph or hades one is level 39 and one is level 40... This mess has been going on for awhile and myself and other players are planning on quiting if nothing gets done I mean Im not going to continue to be a paying player if this continues... Or move my account to a different server it's King Kong with the regulators...
Desired outcome: Place Flippo and Heph on a different server or place my account on a different server
Evony cheats
Several players have been trying to achieve a certain stage reward. They haven't been able to do so given the intense competition in the game. That's normal as the game is about fair play.
Yesterday, several of us noticed that either through cheating on the part of the individual player or Evony. That one player who didn't play or show up in the Top 400 or Top 200 of the scores or event somehow won the stage reward of red wings. No one on the server knows how this is possible. Even the player himself is not clear how he won since his scores were not even in the top 200 or top 400.
Several of us sent emails to Evony Customer Service demanding an explanation of why they cheat or allow people to cheat or win without even playing the game. Whereas other people play the game and don't even win or acheive anything. They didn't respond and are not addressing our concern. There are several people who played and scored a lot higher than the the individual in question. There is either cheating, fraud or a game gltich which needs to be remedied.
Desired outcome: Reverse the cheating, fraud or game glitch. This player should not have red wings. This is fraud or a game glitch. Either way, it needs to be reversed.
Troop training

For almost a month I have been emailing customer service with no resolution! I was unable to speed train any troops for 3 weeks, resulting in me missing out on power increase, troop trainings, Kings path, gather troops rewards. During this time I would have trained 70m t1 seige and 100m t1 cav! I would like these to be added to my account as well as compensation for the rewards I would have received from the events had I been able to train troops!

Severe bullying / death threats

I have been filing tickets against an abusive player for several months now, providing accurate and timely descriptions of all instances. Other than auto-generated responses, I have never received any kind of help, nor have I seen any action taken against the player.

His behavior includes racist comments, death threats, jokes about the Turkey Earthquake, and wishing for affected players to die in the next earthquake wave. Bullying by exclusion and making it impossible for players to play the game. Calling women "[censored]es", and all players white pigs. Openly stating that only he and his players are allowed to play on this server. Calling other players useless trash. Mocking players that do not spend money.
We have members of all genders, ages, and races in our alliance, including children that are being harassed daily by this person.
He and his alliance members also claim to be TopGames employees, which makes them apparently untouchable.
Desired outcome: Ban the player
Evony: Return of the Racism
Bullying, Racism, and Sexism are huge problems on Server# 1112. Only due to 2-3 accounts. They have a few followers and bots labeled blatantly up to as far as 15. This is an attention-seeking person with money that Evony doesn't want to reign because his pockets provide. I hope making enough noise will make them move him to a server where he can be humbled or move ALL of us off the server. We've had it. I'd rather open pointless tickets with customer service. Top Games has a canned response when you report anything and it never gets escalated. App stores in both Google and iPhone reviews citing this as an issue will be deleted. I even went as far as to reach out on LinkedIn to escalate the complaint to Benjamin Gifford, the Vice President we proceeded to block comments from anyone he wasn't connected with, without comment. I followed up with a direct message addressing this concern, with no reply from Benjamin.
Desired outcome: Have individuals who habitually break the rules removed from the server. Allow us to move to another server.
Harassing player and lack of support from developers.
Server 1147 has been harassed by the player Acorn MB ID [protected] for a long period and now he has returned to start his tirade of abuse once again. In world chat he is making derogation comments about people disabilities, mental health and insulting those that have lost someone through death. He is demanding appologys from players or the harassment continues and this is distressing to experience as I am now in an alliance he is targeting. This began because he wasn't in his oppinion given an answer to a question quick enough! He has now made several alternate accounts and is using these to surround the alliance PXU and another alliance is he also now targetting
Desired outcome: The said player should be banned from the server but to the constant harassment and Evony should be more responsible for monitoring such poor behaviour when complaints are first made
Persistent arguments from same player
There is a player in my server, 110, who is always bullying the ladies of the server and always instigates arguments. Always calling people vulgar language, a real foul mouth. I keep telling this to customer support, but do they do anything? Nope. They apologize for the bad experience that isn't their fault. They literally do nothing. If they keep this up, I'll stop coining. The player is named 🍆Aubergine.
Desired outcome: Either ban him from the game or ban him from using world chat
My account is not connected and evony is refusing to reconnect it to me.

9/10/2020 I installed my keep. And spent thousands of dollars bringing it to a level 33 keep before tragic struck my family. In May 2021 Our son passed and I couldn’t use the account anymore as I had to grieve. So the account was looked after by a friend of mine names Bless. We had an arrangement that when I finished grieving he would return the account to me. However when I returned he was not playing anymore and given r the account to Casspm to look after while I was away. When I returned to log back on it locked me out and also Casspm. I have communicated with Casspm and after making sure I was who I was were happy to give it back but they too were logged out. I have been trying to communicate with evony through the customer service support but it’s continuing going around in circles and even though I have provided the original receipt of ownership, provided endless receipts up to the time I had to have off. They request a receipt for Feb 2022 which as they know I couldn’t provide so nothing I have provided previously means anything. I contacted bless and Casspm and they too have no records anymore as bless doesn’t play anymore and had deleted everything. I too provided screenshots of these conversations but still nothing. This has been going on for months now and I am getting frustrated. This is so degrading and discriminatory to a person who lost his son and returned to poor behaviour. Can you help please.

Game quality
During the sever war the game was always lagging .. very bad sometimes, loads complained about it .
I got hit and zeroed due to this issue while coming back to my own server from the enemy server .
The server was gift just doesn’t do it for me .
I lost all my troops and had to use many RSS and source of life to get them all back .
I spend money on Evony and would appreciate if you would compensate me fully.

Stolen account
My Evony game account was stolen. I spent a lot of money and time and energy on my account and it was a great account. I stepped away for a couple weeks and when I came back, I found that my account was stolen. When I contacted customer service they asked for all of my receipts so I sent them every single one. It was over 1000 screen shots. I was told that since I was not the last one to spend money on my account, they could not help me.
Top Games/ Evony condones theft and cheating as long as the thief spends money on the account, then it becomes theirs. This is terrible business practice and I am appalled that this kind of behavior is allowed.
It blows my mind that there are no options for victims of theft and no repercussions for the thief's. I was a very good customer to them and they reward me with a slap in the face.
Desired outcome: I want my account back or a refund of all the money I spent on my account.

No I have not. I was just told that because I can't cant produce the most recent purchase, they can't determine who the true owner is. UMMMMM Hello?... how about the 24k in receipts I just sent you that span from the account's inception to the day it was stolen? Apparently that is not enough to prove I am the owner and builder of the account. It is beyond frustrating and I'm debating whether or not to get a lawyer involved. A theft of 24k is pretty close to grand theft auto... Just saying.
Server Did not Receive Civ Fragment Wheel. CS Ghosted Me.
A month ago Evony released an event for a civilization fragment wheel where you could spin it and chose fragments from the cake 4 and cake 10 options. My server did not get that wheel so I sent an email to CS. After receiving a response from them saying that my server did get the wheel and to contact them with pictures if I couldn't find it, I sent them pictures of all the events in the event center and my app version showing my app was up-to-date. They never responded to that email and despite weekly followup mails have yet to respond after sharing proof that my server did not have the event.
Desired outcome: I would like compensation in the form of the optional civilization fragment boxes both from the cake 4 and cake 10 level since I missed out on this event and have now fallen behind the other servers in what I can/cannot achieve.
I want my keep, my resources and my troops back I was 45M and after this I was 23M
The updates don't work it causes glitches and malfunctions the game is live so it causes losses If you end up being attacked by another player,customer support is practically zero, i do not recommend to open a ticket in the app chat because they will pretend and say a random thing related to your question and the proceed to ignore you for the next... So far 3 months, email support is the same they send you an apology email saying that the issue will be reviewed during the 24 hrs period but you get sent like 6 of those in an effort to reset their answer time, they pretend to answer and ask you for stuff YOU TOLD THEM IN THE FIRST EMAIL you did not have, the you have to wait until they deem you worthy enough to answer because, you are already being taken care of right? In the meantime you have to wait and most likely you will start building back up and forgetting about the whole thing, I have proof that their updates do not work, last night I had to take screenshots of my movements to my alliance so would tell me if my app was working or not. It has glitches and malfunctions and Evony wants us to keep buying gems or packages but then it doesn't matter when something goes wrong as long as you keep on buying.
Shamefull
This is the 3rd time I open a ticket in the 3 month period I have been playing, I put on a bubble at around 2:30am or 3:00 am CST American continent overlapping with my old truce agreement, and I woke up to find that my bubble was not up, and i had been hit resulting in Millions of damages and losses, this has not been the first time a similar thing has happened, My previous chat ticket is still open but the person just stopped answering. I WILL NOT BE PAYING JUST TO GET ROBBED, IM VERY DISAPPOINTED, I'm an avid player since before I played Evony in different platforms and so far this has been the worst customer service ever, you guys never resolve any issues and just pretend to contact us, all my alliance and others have the same impression of you guys, if you are willing to take money from us you should have a better customer service. Also your updates glitch the game and has been a very awful experience, I'm already thinking about closing my account. I would own my hits if they were my fault, but it wasn't at all.

I have in the consuming return event in common speed yesterday 17th of Dec 2022 around 8 pm GMT +2 surpassed 250,000 minutes and won the 35 million RSS boxes but I don't see them reflected in my Items still, tried to restart app to no avail

I find this game and the ad to be racist and very offensive not only to my ancestry as a Mexican but offensive to anyone who’s ancestors were victims of genocide how can you justify making a game where the objective is for the Spaniard to kill the Aztec? Attack on fellow alliance
A week ago I was entering an artic barbarian base my alliance opened. To my surprise not once but twice it had me attacking members of my own alliance. When I sent customer service the details they sent me 1/3 of the resources, material, horns, and gems it took me to heal my entire march of T14 ground they had the Gull to send me 325 mil in resources. It's ridiculous! I'm deleting a k36 account I've spent over $500/month on for over a year. That is the last time I will be cheated by this company.

Lost All my items after update over $500
Over 6 months ago I lost access to my Evony account. Over these past months I have been trying to get access . Just 5 days ago Evony finally gave me access.I had to prove my Google Play id with them and the dollar amount spent on the game. Once I was able to log back in. All of my troops,generals and dragon gear gone. I've emailed them several times to resolve this.
Desired outcome: Replace all items lost,due to their update to the game.
Historic city announcements
Today, Sunday 27-Nov. I won a Japan sub city. In order to claim it I had to come out of bubble during svs. YOU announced it on the world chat. Then (my fault) due to huge storm in my part of Costa Rica, electricity and internet went out. I had to wait. When I returned the other server was attacking me. I had been bubbled. You just took everything from me! I was trying to grow. YOU took it from me! I just have spent a couple hundred $$ just this week. And you just gave me NOTHING in return.
Shame on you.
Desired outcome: I want to be made whole. Before that svs dude attacked me. He wouldn’t have known if you hadnt told him!!!

You new update has locked me out of my acct(s) for the last 6 days...my acct on 1083 and 657... The game will not load up...I can't give acct ID because I can't get into the game...There is nothing on my end I can do to fix the problem...this is something your new update has caused...This is not the 1st or 2nd time your new update has lock me out...the 1st 2 times it let me back in with no losses...every time this happen I load your new updates close to svs war...this time your game has kept me out...I know my protection bubble has falling...so I have lost all of my time invested growth...and the money I spent building these acct(s)...There is nothing wrong with my phone or the connections...Everything else on my phone work normally...

Loading/getting into my game
I cannot load or get into my game. I've uninstalled it and redownloaded it and still can't get it to load. I had a 3 day bubble its probably gone by now. Can you fix this. Server 901 upsidedown/backwards MFKNEDEN is my name. The date was of last update to current date. I have lost all my troops and resources and a few battlefield victories because of this bug. I've sent you my gamer Id so you can put up my bubble and try to get me a reset so I can start playing and buy packs again to grow
Desired outcome: I'd like full reimbursement or bubble put on my game until I can log back into it.
Opening resources chests
Every time I’ve opened a resource chest, or a junior or servile boss package the resources I receive are not reflected. It’ll tell me I got 100k food or lumber or ore after opening chests but it won’t reflect in my number of resources
The only ones that reflect are the specific food and ore boxes but resource chests don’t add up to my overall resources. And I’ve wasted a lot because of this!
Desired outcome: The resources obtained in the resources chests and boss packages to actually reflect on my additional resources! I’m losing a lot!

Lots of players quit, why do you think there's a resolution such as merging? Do you not know how many servers Evony has? Do you know how many newer servers still gain many players? Because the game is addicting. Play as Evony designed it to play, War not Farmville. If you're afraid of being attacked, stay bubbled. If you want your sub cities back, go fight for them. Easy peasy.
Do you not know what Evony was created for? W.A.R. It sounds like what they're doing is helping their players grow. You can go to another server, it will be best, but if they turn out to be worse than 724, good luck.
Your sub cities were stolen because you were unbubbled. It's a Bubble or Burn server. Work on your defense especially your generals.
Someone who likes to complain is a farmer, go play Farmville and get out of the war environment you cry baby.
