I bought a 30-day castle decoration for 12,500 gems exactly 3 days ago, which was Friday the 24th. I put it on my castle and logged off. Then I logged back on the next day in around one hour and 20 minutes before svs started. The decoration was gone and no longer active. I searched for both my gems and found I still didn't get the 12,500gems back and that the decoration was not able to be activated for the remaining of what should have been 29 days that day. I contacted Customer Support via the app's in-game ticket. I inquired as to why my castle decoration had disappeared. They responded by ignoring my question and stating the timer on a Castle Decoration carries on whether I use it or not. This leads me to believe they neither read nor fully understood my issue with the game. There are countless tickets similar to this wherein I have reported to Evony Customer Support and sent screenshot after screenshot of items or gems missing from my inventory; or, even the instance of another player being able to directly attack me while still on a very much active 3day bubble that is not even expired, and they are so incompetent and completely unable to fix the issues or send any compensation for the losses incurred. It appears to me this could definitely be a scheme or scam wherein gems are being stolen repeatedly, because it has happened too many times for ridiculously large sums of gems involved. And the fact that they are NOT actually resolving issues alone, but rather are stating obvious reasons that have nothing to do with the query itself-is ridiculous. Why is Customer Support gaslighting me? For a gaming company that is well known, you shouldn't be cheating your players over the span of 4 years. That's just embarrassing for you. Please resolve this particular issue because disappearing large quantities of gems and inventory NEEDS TO STOP. This is the main reason I stopped buying game bundles with my credit card. You should NOT CONDONE CHEATING IN EVONY. It's bad enough that there are several bullies and trolls that live in the game. In the photo I provided, I put the castle decoration on the same day as my alliance member and my 30-day decoration is nowhere to be seen. It's not in my items inventory, there is no 27days' remaining time to be used on that particular decoration at this stage, and my 12,500 gems are also completely gone. All traces of my activity 3days ago regarding this castle decoration have disappeared. This is highly suspicious. Do I have to continue to screenshoot everything I do on this game beforehand so that I can keep track of every single loss that keeps occurring sporadically and without warning? I'm sick of reporting these recurring issues to Customer Support who do nothing and never fully compensates me for these losses, even if they receive screenshots prior to losses to prove I did actually purchase in the app. This makes the game so much more of a waste of time and money since it's not enjoyable and feels like a reoccurring scam.
Claimed loss: I was never compensated for any losses in this game for the last 4 years of having complained to Customer Support, eventhough I often provided hard evidence.
Desired outcome: Please give me back my 12,500 gems or at least my 27day castle decoration. And please fire your staff who are stealing off of your players in this game in server 981.

You need to make Evony's customer support take notice. Contact them again, but this time, don't let them brush you off with their generic responses. Demand a thorough investigation into your missing gems and decorations. Make it clear that you're not going to let this go until you get what you paid for.
Gather all your evidence—screenshots, transaction records, everything. Use it to back up your claims and keep pushing until they resolve the issue. If customer support continues to ignore you, take your complaint to social media where it can gain more visibility. Companies often respond faster when their reputation is on the line.
Let them know you're serious and won't accept being cheated. If they still don't fix the problem, consider seeking legal advice. Don't let them get away with this. You deserve the items and gems you paid for, and they need to make it right.
