Game not responding
When I try to play Evony it keeps saying loading, loading, an then starts all over again an says loading and once an awhile it will let me play but as soon as I try to leave the castle it goes to the white screen an then I have to keep trying to get into the game... please help with this... I really like playing the game an I spend good money with them
I lost a battle that had no defense
I went to battle on a pvp and lost when the game said I had a High chance of winning.
I would like to get my men back that I lost. The game is fun until it starts to glitch out it's not the first time I have had a problem with it but this time I had more money in my Army then I did the first couple of times. I looked at the pvp report and it said they had nothing until I refreshed it then it said they had a lot more men and everything than me.

I play that game long time. My monarc id: [protected]. I start new game in server 946. 13-14-15 january I bought total 500 usd packet from game. That date [protected]) game had very big connection issues and bugs in game. And I lost all my power and other advantages in game. I reached to support and explaıned problem after that game support never reach me again ı try to refund from google play but also google play dont accept refunt even wtihout asking problem. I try to reah company other ways but there is no place there is no phone there is no any responsible. This company steal money from players and dont pay back anything and google support them. I am stitt waiting answer from them but they never turn back to my mails and messages. They are totally thief. I dont know how to and where complain that company legally. I want to open legal case to that company.

I understand there will from time to time be some lag related to my connectivity however during SVS I run a 'spy' account to infiltrate enemy plans, So I can eliminate the connectivity issue as both are on the same connection.
I have even taken photo 5 seconds apart where the Red SVS bubble is up on the one screen and gone on the other, the city is already been zeroed and burnt. This means that I am at a distinct disadvantage and will never be able to be competitive at the game due to server lag. I only get to hit guys who are really slow at ghosting as they have more time than I do to react, at this at this stage they have minutes more.
It also means that I do from time to time get zeroed due to the reaction and my screen not even showing the attack until its done.
This means inevitably as I am over 300m power I need to coin to revive, so I need to spend minimum $100 dollars each time this happens.
I am sure Evony are aware of this but why change it as it makes them money! Im giving this another week but there is not point in playing or anyone for that matter if this is the way the servers work.
I have been playing for over 3 months now and there are constant server interuptions and break downs - all cost players money and make Evony money!
Desired outcome: Fix Server compute - stop skimping on each 'upgrade'

The game initiated an attack while I was not online and no one has my password. The insert photo function does not work. The talk-to-text feature causes the game to crash. glitches in the program have negatively impacted my gameplay (including the loss of resources and the killing of my troops and did not allow me to resurrect them. I spent money on a "doubled package" but no such double was given. I reported these glitches but my emails have been ignored.
Desired outcome: Bar the sale of this game from Apple Ap store
Did not receive all items owed from packaged purchased.
Did not receive super value return on purchased package.

Good Afternoon I have been playing Evony The Kings Return since just before Christmas last year. I have spent over £400 on this game and saved up over a million gems 1, 100, 000. Honestly never been so annoyed with a game. Been playing it everyday for months and it's so hard to grow with everyone high level attacking you. There should be rules or requirements on who you attack. Also your truces are rubbish. I put a 24 hour one on lastnight an some how I was attacked when I was asleep when my truce was meant to be on? What is going on? Can you fix this or should me an my alliance change games.

Connection issues Evony
I cannot connect to Evony.
My bubble will drop and I cannot login to renew it. I will lost everything that took me months to accumulate. Can you please renew my bubble?!? I tried logging in through wi-fi, Cellular but nothing works.

Game will not load
Hello I am new to the Evony world and enjoy playing the game but This is starting to get out of control. The game has not been loading for me and due to not loading I was not able to put truce agreement on and have lost over 4.5 million in power. This is unacceptable and really makes me want to quit game. Need some type of resolution for troops lost and resources lost. This has been to consistent and not getting resolved.

Update timing
Due to today's update during a KE Event(?!?), I was unable to connect in time and therefore was completely wiped out after being bubbled for the last 3 KE events so I could build up. Loss of 3.2Million power 😡
Almost ready to uninstall this game, which would be good for my bank account, to be honest.
I would like some troops or a crap load of diamonds to retrain all lost troops, traps, etc that I just lost

Evony The King's Return application
First off, the contact number provided here [protected], is incorrect, and only gets a busy signal when calling it.
Secondly, I use a program called Bluestacks to play Evony on my laptop, but it seems to sporadically demand that I install the latest version of the game to proceed, which leads to me having to uninstall Bluestacks, then reinstall it, followed by reinstalling the game, and this is frustrating.
Thirdly, after completing the above process, and then trying to open the game application, I am getting the attached error bubble that pops up, saying I need to check my network connection, which was never a problem until the reinstall.
I know for a fact that my WiFi is connected to the internet, or else how would I have filed the complaint, so I am completely lost on this error.
Regardless, the game seems to have an almost endless series of connection problems, and they are somewhat tedious to get in touch with for assistance, so I am writing this complaint / review to attempt to dissuade anybody out there from trying this virus of a game, from this virus of a company!

Troops recovery should be automatically restored after Batlefield. Not in my case. Player name wyalkyNew. Privided all screenshots, asked the issue to be fixed. 3 answers i have. That the trooos has been restored. But no. They are yet in hospital. I asked repetitive to help and fix the error. But in 2 days looks like i am ignored. I am desperate. It will be easy to see my account and to check all my actions from last days. I am basically stuck. Is not normal for me to stay waiting and not to enjoy all benefits of the game offer in events. One answers was that there it is a bug. And that it. Nothing more. I send it tickets, mails. All i got is an automated answer saying that to appologies and will be highly appreciated. In 24 hours. Is almost 48 and not fixed the issue. Please do what is necessary to enjoy gaming. I eorked hard and list everything lukr in seconds. Is not normal for elme to heal triios spending resources and speeds. That suppose to be done automatically after event ended. It is very frustrating to see that you are helpless. I did healed some trooos for limited participation in events. On top my development was stoped by this matter. I am afraid to ooen any chests or to do more stuff because of this error. Cheating server 664, and evony does nothing about it.
Server 664 has players with auto bot farms. Many of us have complained on fb, and through the cust support tab (which does not work) Evony must be ok with this since they do nothing to stop it. Which is against the rules of evony. I soend a lot of money on this game, and i want every penny ive spent refunded. Im beyond pissed that they let this continue.. so much so, that im about ready to contact an attorney over it..

Customer service is terrible in this game I can't figure out y u can't have a live chat with them instead u wait hours or days to get one question answered which doesn't resolve ur problem in the first place I have tried for days to get my account back that I accidentally unlinked with no success the bubble has now dropped and its zeroed and I just sit here and wait more hours to see what they say next thanks for nothing evony

harassment
My alliance and many others in S100 have reported harassment and racial comments being made. Woman are now being harassed on a daily bases, the play gets muted for a week then returns to doing the same behavior over and over again. At this point he needs to be banned from his account and lose all access. I'm only going to attach 2 photos, however I have sent at least 50 to customer service and nothing happens. Other players have done the same. There are 2 players in the server that constantly harass and make racial comments especially towards women and this is not okay. I'm tired of reporting the issue and getting no where so now i will report on every site i can to get the problem out there. The entirety of the last two- three days has been outrageous.
Please review the chat and remove the offenders. This is not a very fun environment for the LGBTQ community as well as victims of sexual violence.

Logged into my account to find all buildings demolished army dismissed and generals sent away. I have zero clue what has happened. I've spent time and money on this game. Opened a ticket with devs and have heard nothing to even respond. In the past I've had lost rewards lost packages and pushed past it. The support team asks for screen shots and never respond or get involved past that. This was the final nail for me. The game is entirely unplayable at this point
