I went to Express Oil Change on June 18, 2010 to have my oil changed. While I was there, the mechanic said my husband was behind me. I told him I was not married. I also heard the person in the pit telling someone to leave this area is for employees only. I was told my car would leak oil for a while. I noticed alot ot oil on the ground and a very loud odor of oil. I decided to check under my hood on July 18, 2010 to see what was going on because the problem seem to get worse. They left the cap off of my oil tank and oil is every where. I guess they did not like the fact that I was not married to whoever this man was.

My husband had his back breaks done less than two weeks ago...today the car would not stop! He took the car back to the Lorna Road location for them to check the breaks and have his oil change. He told them in this order...Check brakes, and change oil. After they changed his oil he was told they didnt have time to look at his breaks, to crowded in the back. Drove the car to Valleydale road location to find out the breaks were not properly installed...asked my husband who did the back breaks the guys was shocked to find out they were done at Express Oil on Lorna Road. Front breaks were perfect he said...they were done a year ago at Toyota...
bad place to take your car.alabama
i took my 2007 merceds benz to express oil change and they put the wrong filter into the oil champer causing it to collaspe and ruin my engine i had to buy a new engine that cause me $7, 000 in damange.
this place sucks i used to work there and they do not care about there employees at all all they care about is appearance and making the shop look good. you get ripped off all customers that go there are getting RIPPED OFF the dealership does not even charge as much to do the work they do up there. bottom line do not take your car there unless you want to get ripped off and get low grade parts from auto zone installed on your car with a 300% mark up.
I also used to work there and I quit because they encourage employees to sell things that don't need to be replaced. Things like air filters, i.e. Chevrolet truck filters that are recommended every 50k to 100k miles under normal driving conditions which is 90 percent of vehicles would be replaced everytime they could talk the unsuspecting customer into it, even though their motto is {If you don't need it we don't recommend it Period}. They hire restaurant managers to manage their locations even though they no experience with automobiles . Their payscale is low so you have to sell a lot of add-ons to make commission, but their expectations are high so most people don't make the grade to get commissions. Don't go there for service and don't work for them unless you want to get screwed.
