Facebook communication with facebook

LAST WEEK MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. THEY WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD, USER NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THEREFORE I AM NO UNABLE TO LOGIN. I CAN'T GET A PASSWORD REQUEST CODE SENT TO ME BECAUSE OF THE EMAIL CHANGE. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CONTACT FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS, BUT THEY HAVE NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM ON THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO RE-GAIN MY ACCOUNT OR AT LEAST HAVE IT DELETED! ALL MY PICTURES, ALL MY INFORMATION IS OUT THERE IN SOME STRANGERS HAND SOMEWHERE IN INDONESIA AND FACEBOOK WON'T EVEN CONTACT ME BACK...MAKES ME SICK!

I too have has previous issues with my Facebook account and I was unable to resolve any of the issues because I could not find a way to contact a representative. They offer pad answers to common questions but never really answered my questions. There are forums where other users can try and answer simple questions but the forums are crowded with people asking their own questions and no one is getting any answers. Something needs to be done.

Facebook my address is not on facebook it does not match the address on my credit card so the payment cannot go through

I tried to pay $25.00 for 22, 500, 000 Texas Holdem credits on Facebook but Facebook does not list my home address so the Cashzone credit card I am using will not let my payment go through. This means that as I have just signed up for facebook and Texas Holdem I am entitled to get 22, 500, 000 virtual chips to play poker with for $25.00 for the first 24 hours. Because this complaint will probably takes days or perhaps weeks to resolve I will NEVER GET MY EXTRA 4, 500, 000 virtual poker chips with my initial purchase because when I called Cashzone Visa they stated that because my home address is NOT listed on my facebook account in its entirety my payment will not go through. I told Cashzone that this is ridiculous and this is the only credit card I have. How can I get the firesale price and extra poker chips from facebook texas holdem when I can never talk to the complaints department? It is too late for me as whenever we go back and forth what I am sure will be numerous times in order to straighten this out the 24 hour period in which I have to make my initial purchase from Facebook to get my Super Special on ordering chips will have passed. So I feel that no matter WHAT you do or when you do it I will never get what I am entitled to and this whole e-mail is useless. Still please e-mail me at my e-mail address at [protected]@yahoo.com or you may call me on my cell phone at [protected] and tell me how my address can be detected by Cashzone on my Facebook account so that my payment can go through so that I can make my initial purchase of Texas Holdem chips before the 24 hours I have to make the purchase have expired. Now I am making this request knowing full well that I have almost no chance to ever be contacted by Facebook anytime soon or at least within the 24 hour period window that I would need to fix this situation if it can be fixed at all as I know that there was nowhere for me to even put my home address on my facebook account and I told Cashzone this today but Cashzone is saying that that is the only way that my payment can go through. So I think I am screwed and you will never help me. My home address is 189-04 64th Avenue, Apt. 6C, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365 My cell number again is [protected]. Please try to get back to me right away. I know you will not and that this will never happen so my day is shot now. Thanks a lot. Kathleen M. Facebook m facebook account

My facebook account has been hacked on 23rd of March. Facebook gives no attention to the problem. I been playing for 2 years Farmville and have 28 million of poker chips on zynga games and now someone else owns my account. All my pictures of my family, my friends are in possession of a stranger. I live in South Africa and cant find a direct phone number to contact facebook. Facebook do not respond to my complaints. Just automatic computer messages that come back. Help please.

my sister is verbally abusing her mother and other members of her family through facebook, my mother is a wodow for the second time this is causing much distress, she has been reported several times from many people, what can I do.

Facebook Has Absolutely NO Customer Service
Or Customer Relations to Speak Of ...
And Why Am I Always & Continuously Blocked ?
I Have Not Spammed Anyone or Done Anything Wrong at All.
Facebook Continuously Offer's to Import
Your Friends List & Every Time I Do ...
They Just Block & Remove All My Friends Adds Every Time, So Whats the Point at All ?
And What Gives, Cause I Know These People & I Know Alot of People, So What ?
And So What if It Takes Them a Year to Accept, as NOT Everybody is On Here Every Day !
Besides Each Time You Block Me It Gets Longer & Longer ...
And This Time I Didn't Even Add Anyone, I Was Attempting to Add My Buddy from High School
When You Once Again Would Still Not Even Allow Me When All of a Sudden ...
I Got a Message Saying I Have Been Blocked for Another 14 Days !

Goodmorning, My complaint is simple. Facebook is a wonderful place to meet new people and discover new things. My Granddaughter was sttopped from making friend request, because it was said she was asking people to be her friends she didn't know, she had just used the computer last night for the first time on her facebook. Early in the week she played games since they are limited to an hour, sometimes. For her to go through this, something she hasn't done is totally wrong. Plus you actually conradict yourselves on meeting new friends. There needs to be a solution. And I want my Granddaughter 's page fixed now ! I think the way she was upset, she deserves an apology from you. Freda Robertson

Facebook has taken $925.79 out of my checking account (debit card) and no way to call them or e-mail them to try and get my money back. I'm going to start posting every where about it. the phone number on my bank statement is [protected] and it is a recording. Facebook and the games are a ripe off and people need to find this out and I'm going to the law and a laywer and see what can be done bescause $925.79 is a lot of money. That is a house payment. And it really hurts that you can't trust them. Now I know why you can't get a hold of them because they are making millions off ripping people off. The banks don't give back the money when it was a debit card.

Facebook facebook poker application perfect poker is a scam

We are from the Facebook group, "PERFECT POKER SCAMMED ME", of almost 600 players who are victims of scams, harassment, identity theft, banned for no reason, and chips hacked/stolen by Perfect Poker. Perfect Poker is a new poker application found on the Facebook social network. Our group's site has all the evidence and statements to prove our claims. You can search for us in Facebook under the group, " PERFECT POKER SCAMMED ME" or with the link below at:

Perfect Poker does scams by:
1. You buy virtual poker chips, will not receive them or they disappear a short time later. They do not give back any missing/stolen chips and will not respond to your report tickets.
2. You are banned for no reason, you are asked to pay money to be unbanned in order to play again.
5. You are banned for no reason. Your chips are reset to "0" or to a negative balance, unbanned later in the hopes that you pay to get out of a negative balance or from a zero balance.
6. If you pay to be unbanned, you will get banned again later for no reason and asked to pay again to be unbanned.
7. Once your chip stack is high, they reset your chips in hopes that you will buy in order to play.
8. Their administrators are abusive, steal your chips to sell to others.

Our Facebook was started three weeks ago from a merger between nine different groups that are against the illegal activities of Perfect Poker. We are actively requesting Facebook to shut down Perfect Poker before more players become victims. If you use Facebook or have friends & family that do, please advise them about this poker application.

I have been playing perfect poker for 6 yrs. had lots chips, Went in hospital for operation when I felt better I got on my computer to play perfect poker .guess what no chips they want me to buy more chips, I cant play unless I buy chips. Perfect poker is not like it was

When playing POKER and in a matter of four hours my hand of four of a kind was beaten all four times which tells me the system is computer rigged. the system is set up for pay to play and not to win and that should be known by all who are stupid enough to purchase chips feeling they have a chance to win.

I just bought 10$ worth of coins like 260 sextillion in coins, , i have played 14 hands of poker and have lost 50 sextillion of that all ready. I quit playing this awhile ago for the same reason hopping they would let at least the people paying for their chips have a decent chance at winning.What i would like to know is these people that are supposed to be at the top winners, are the all employee's or are they just normal people playing the game, , well we all know the answer to that Question other wise you would have players bragging the game up insted of complaining about how bad it is, , , well all in all if you don't mind wasting a few bucks and want to play a game with decent graphics go ahead and try ur luck 'but i think you would be better off spending the 10$ on lotto tickets you will probably have a better chance of winning.

Perfect poker is terrible when you first start playing it will let you win "the Program" and the employee's are watching over this so they know what cards you have and what cards the bots have, but when you get to say 80 Sextillion will start losing all the time cards will go bad so to speak. They do this give you free chips so when you lose them all you will start spending money" it is just another way to rip off people just doing it legally, because really theirs nothing you can do about it, , they will say you have a problem with gambling.So you are in for a ride playing this game, and don't think this is the only one on Face book the are all like that!

Perfect poker and Zynga's Texas hold'em is a joke.Both of these are rip a off and do not buy nothing from them.Poker star's if you really like good graphics and don't have to worry about the bait and switch game with these companies.I am not going to include all the pictures, i have taken in Perfect poker, , if you don, t believe me i guess you have to find out for your self.

They just banned me yesterday...I sent a complaint / query as to why I was banned & they send me a list stating I must have done one of these things. I asked for them to be specific as to what I had done...I'm still waiting.
They asked me to send current photo ID in High Res & details of my FB account...That aint going to happen anytime soon.
I don't expect to get my chips back or be reinstated to the group...but I'm feeling well pissed off with them

They just banned me due to "multiple accounts" when i really know its because I sent them emails about all the players using cheat programs and running the big 8 bill tables with them. Also because I have never bought the chips from them either. The Multiple accounts I had were my family. Me my wife and 23 year old son! They are just bs ing facebook and lie about anything to keep poker playing out of the site so they can steal your chips and sell you a package deal! I just wish they did not have the best graphics and dont know why someone else cant produce one as good. Then Perfect Poker would see haw fast their customers run. Gcollins

Facebook bought something from them they promised free episodes of family feud and I got nothing

I ordered flowers through proflowers which was a system set up by trialpay and was told i would receive 25 free family feud games but it turns out it was just a scam to get me to buy from there sponsers i have sent atleast 20 emails and made 20 phone calls to them and proflowers who are obviously in on the scam and they keep saying i have not sent them enough info. Yet i sent them the credit card bill, proflowers said they sent them a letter. I SENT THEM THE COPY OF THE INVOICE THAT UPS DELIVERED THEM AND I ALSO SENT THEM THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER 10 TIMES. this company used me just to make a few bucks and are nothing but scammers im not gonna stop calling them and emailing hem until they fulfill there obligation to me and its not about the episodes anymore its about the fact that we as americans have no money and when we do we purchase something hoping to get something in return and these big companies just ### all over us cause there is nothing we could do. Do yourself a favor and dont buy into there there dirty scummy scam. I hope it was worth it to them.

I have has the same experience, I like playing Family Feud, can't afford coins so I justify making purchase for coins as not as bad, but I have to write 20 or MORE (Not Exaggerating) times to get coins, they make me feel like a criminal, it's SICK !
I would Love to talk to Steve Harvey, (Who tells people on national TV to PLAY on FACE BOOK) ! I have made about ten purchases since November, had to go through hell to get coins, this last one I am quitting if they don't give to me. Another thing, once you make a purchase all the offers go up in amount of coins, then when your out they go way down. I am sure it's a S CAM, to bead I Love playing !

Facebook puppy mills & back yard breeders

Facebook is over run with Back yard breeders, selling puppies & dogs, it is pretty disgusting.Why do they allow this to go on.

Its terrible and disgusting to see all these back yard breeders, on facebook, selling puppies, just so they can make money, and the stupid idiots that are keeping them in buisness, and buying from them.I have noticed a lot of them are fomr the Carolinas.Shame on these uneducated people.Thousands are dieing everyday, in shelters, and yet they just keep bringing more into this world.

There are hate groups on facebook as well. But there is a little thing called an OFF switch.

You don't have to join facebook or join the groups or even "like" anyone who is a breeder or offering dogs on facebook.

Or who has profile photos for lion, tigers and bears... oh my.

I WAS VERY INTERESTED AND CONTACTED ASAP JONES AKA GARY JONES AKA DOMINIQUE JONES (WHICH HE GOES BY BUT CLAIMS THIS IS HIS SONS NAME). HE MET US IN THE ULTIMATE SPORTS BAR IN DECATUR. SAT WITH US AND TALKED WITH US AND HAD TONS OF PAPERS AND ARTIST PICTURE PROFILES THAT HE CLAIMED THAT HE HAD ALL THESE ARTISTS THAT HE PROMOTED FOR AND ALL THIS STUFF GOING ON & I NEEDED TO PAY $20 registration fee PLUS $150 TO BEGIN THE PROCESS FOR SPRING BLING. I GAVE HIM $100 OF THE $170 THAT HE REQUESTED. HE JUSTIFIED HIS NOT HAVING BUSINESS CARDS, WEBSITE, AND OTHER THINGS BY SAYING THAT HE WAS JUST RESTARTING THE BUSINESS AGAIN BECAUSE HE TOOK A BREAK BECAUSE HIS PARENTS RECENTLY PASSED AWAY. WHICH TOOK MY FOCUS OFF OF THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE THINGS THAT "NORMAL" BUSINESSES THESE DAYS HAVE BECAUSE I FELT SORRY FOR HIM LOSING HIS PARENTS. HE CLAIMED THAT HE WANTED TO PUT MY ARTIST/DAUGHTER IN ALL THESE SHOWS & SET UP FAKE DATES WITH ME FOR SO CALLED SHOWS- AFTER HE COLLECTED THE MONEY LESS THAN A WEEK LATER HE CALLED & SAID THAT HE THE 1ST 2 SHOWS WERE CANCELLED. HOWEVER BEFORE HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE CANCELLATIONS HE STARTED TO ASK ME TO DO FAVORS FOR HIM. SUCH AS GO PICK UP A RENTAL VAN FOR HIM SO HE COULD PICK UP EQUIPMENT AND SAID HE WOULD PAY ME BACK WHEN I BROUGHT THE TRUCK TO HIM -THATS WHEN I BECAME SUSPICIOUS- NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT GET THE VAN FOR HIM & THEN HE STARTED ACTING FUNNY LIKE HE HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME. I THEN FIGURED THAT I SHOULD GO RESEARCH HIM I CALLED HIM ON THE PHONE AND ASKED HIM FOR HIS REAL NAME AND HE GOT A SASSY ATTITUDE WITH ME. BUT GAVE ME THE NAME OF DOMINIQUE JONES... BUT HE STUTTERED WHEN HE SAID IT AS IF HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME ANOTHER NAME. I SEARCHED HIM & OF COURSE FOUND COMPLAINTS WHICH ALARMED ME. BECAUSE THE SAME THINGS THAT WERE IN THE COMPLAINTS WERE THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT I WAS HAVING... SUCH AS... HE ALSO SAID THAT HE NEEDED TO SEE ME AT LEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK AND ALSO SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME EVERYDAY. (I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SPEND WITH HIM 3-4 TIMES A WEEK BUT TO CALL ME AS MUCH AS HE WANTED BECAUSE I WANTED MY ARTIST/DAUGHTER TO BE SUCCESSFUL) HE ALSO WAS MAKING PASSES AT ME TELLING ME HE WANTED TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH ME AND THAT HE WANTED TO TAKE SOME VACATIONS WITH ME TO VARIOUS PLACES. I REALLY WASN'T INTERESTED BECAUSE HAVING A BOYFRIEND WAS NOT MY FOCUS AND BESIDES I THOUGHT THAT HE WAS REALLY GAY. AFTER I DISCOVERED THAT HE HAD COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM SCAMMING OTHER PEOPLE, I THEN CALLED HIM AND CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT IT & HE BEGAN SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS THAT I WAS WRONG FOR SEARCHING HIM ON THE INTERNET. HE YELLED I HAVE NO RIGHT TO LOOK HIM UP AND ANYTHING THAT I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT HIM I SHOULD ASK HIM AND HE WOULD TELL ME & I DIDN'T HAVE TO LOOK HIM UP. I ASKED HIM REPEATEDLY TO STOP SCREAMING AT ME. BUT HIS REASON FOR SCREAMING AT ME WAS BECAUSE I HAD NO BUSINESS INVESTIGATING HIM. I TOLD HIM THAT THE ARTIST THAT HE WAS CALLING HIMSELF TRYING TO SCAM WAS MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO SEARCH HIM. HE THEN WENT INTO THE MUSIC BUSINESS HAS OTHERS THAT HAVE SCAM COMPLAINTS TOO. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED MY $100 BACK & IF HE DOESN'T GIVE ME THE $100 BACK THAT I WAS GOING TO GO TO THE NEWS... NOW IF I PUT ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON HERE, YOU KNOW THAT I WENT TO THE NEWS AND THAT HE DIDN'T GIVE ME THE $100 BACK... BUT UNTIL THEN YOU CAN ASSUME THAT HE GAVE IT BACK. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS NOT TO DEAL WITH HIM NOR PEOPLE WHO DEMAND MONEY AND CONTRACTS ON THE FIRST DAY. DO NOT DEAL WITH A PERSON THAT HAS NO BUSINESS CARDS, WEBSITE OR VISIBLE INFORMATION AND REFERENCES. I BELIEVE THAT HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE SO CALLED FIRST 2 SHOWS THAT HE SET UP WAS CANCELLED IN THE FIRST WEEK.

Facebook disabled

8 days ago I was a victim of a money scam on Facebook and Hotmail. My Hotmail account was re-instated, but I have done everything Facebook has asked me to do, and no response. Their customer service is terrible, with no reguard for the people. I have friends that I need to notify, and I do not have access to my account to let them know. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I am the one who can't get on my account. I can't even start a new account. And no one will help. I have emailed them every day. Nothing! Very bad was to treat people!

I was hacked into about 2 months ago, and facefook locked me out of my account for about 1 month. I tried to call and write to them, with no response. There is no one you can talk to when something bad happens. I couldn't even get back on to tell my friends not to respond to the hacker. I know it's a free service, but you get all kinds of updates and special offers from retailers. So it is very frustrating when this happens to you and you didn't do anything wrong.

I tried to log on to facebook today and it said I had more than one account and needed to disable one of them. I don't have more than one account, but thought there may be an error, so I did as it directed. Now my account is disabled and I have found facebook cannot be contacted no matter what you do! I am a 62 year old woman who uses facebook to connect with friends and play a few games. That is it! What do I do now? Thanks

Facebook Photography scam

Rena, placed an ad on craiglist to gather up business as a professional photography. This lady has no business license to operate in the state of florida she requires that photos are paid in full before developing has been processed. Once she receive complete payment she disappear. I reached out to several people that used her service before and stated she travel and scam innocent people all the time. Let's put a stop to her!

As God as my witness, Rena made doing business with her very difficult. This is not a debate, some of you may have experienced a positive outcome unlike myself and several unpleased consumers . Please don't discredit the ones that are unsatisfied and posted negative complaints because they received negative service. The positive feedback are posted by her friends/customers perhaps there are made up compliments. Whatever the case may be WE ARE TRYING TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM USING RENA'S SERVICE. As a human race,  we have to help each other. Rena is very unprofessional and I have the phone bill, text messages and emails to prove it.  I take pride in helping others, may peace be with you all.

For anyone who is looking for this woman she is now in Pennsylvania running a tattoo shop. And doing a horrible job with no formal training or real skill to speak of. I don't think the shop will last very long the way things are going. She already has a horrible reputation in this area. So for what it's worth...

She had no morals and is a pig and talks about how she loves motherhood. Those poor little girls. She brings any and every guy around those poor little girls and she will regret that one day when the next guy touches her children wrong or does something to them because she does not protect them by bringing strange men around them. So sad that so many people are coming to this girl's defense. Another of her victims is a recent widow. A year and a half ago she paid for family pics and never got them. Her husband just died. I was told by Rena that she would not re imburse me for the photos she claimed to lose during a hard drive crash. I was offered reshoots which never came to fruition. This woman lies to and about all her overbooked and overlooked clients. Bottom line here: I had pics done in August. It is now January 10th. I sent her my address and posted it on FB for her MULTIPLE TIMES. She has refused to pay me back. I am NOT the only one.

Also understand with photography the laws arent the same as all small businesses unless you are purchasing prints. There is no tax for a sitting fee or sessions. I am an independent photographer and unfortunately it is people like Avella that send the general public running from independent business owners. If the pictures take that long to edit and you are that backed up, you over booked and this should not become the customers problem. There is no excuse for having a hard drive crash any real professional has multiple back ups and portable hard drives at hand. I am sorry to the individuals that are having a hard time obtaining the pictures that they paid for .

wow the power of a social network like FB. I am another who will say thank you for sharing the link to this page! I COMPLETELY 100 PERCENT AGREE WITH ALL THE POSITIVES SAID about this company .. She photographed my daughters maternity pictures as well as the infant photos once the baby arrived! we are so please with her attitude and professionalism as well as the outcome of our photos. Apparently you have never used a private photographer befor and apparently you are to ignorant to weigh the pros and cons befor hand. if you want it done fast and for it all to look the same . JCPENNY is the place for you.. Stop harrassing independant photographers. Put as much time into an education as you did in your post Miss Marta and maybe next time you file a complaint as I am sure she is not the first you have complained about, possibly if you learn to speak and write properly then you will be taken seriously. This is not the underground this is supposed to be a professional forum. As for you Amanda I am sure there is more to your story and her side of it as well. Again i have recommended her time and time again and will continue to do so. Computes are not invinsible and I know it is a loss. She is amazing and very artistic. she has been painting murals in my home since she was 15 years old and has recently as of this past March became my family photographer! I love her work & all aspects of it! The complaints against her make me sick! The way you people are dealing with her make me sick as well! Slander is an aweful thing. She has more happy clients in her life than you probably have as friends :) Best of luck in your childish adventure.. maybe youshould enjoy your 95 photos and just ask her for the cd and accept the fact that you think its possible that maybe you or your child werent cute enough for 100! also amanda.. hard drives crash.. its life.. things happen out of the control of others

Facebook blocked account

The problem first started on 12-25-2010, I was logging into my Facebook account (Chris Flynn at chrisflynn55 AT gmail.com), and it told me that my account is temporarily suspended. So what was going through my mind was, I didn't do anything bad. I was just changing my password and I was on a real Facebook (Chris Flynn) at chrisflynn55 AT gmail.com) site not a fake site. So I tried again about 4 more times, and I am still getting the same message telling me that my account is suspended. I have written an email to their Operations Control and they have only responded once and that was it. So I told them the problem when they only email me once, I haven't gotten an email response back ever since. So I kept emailing Operations Control at Facebook 4 times but they haven't responded back to my problems. I feel like I am taken advantage of even though Facebook doesn't cost me to join, but I feel like I did something wrong even though I didn't do anything stupid on Facebook. All I did was change a password on a real Facebook site and I was on a real Facebook site 5 times. I am not happy with what Facebook did to me. I feel like I was being accussed of something that I didn't do and what you did was wrong!

What I would like Facebook to do is to unlocked my account (Chris Flynn) because I want to be able to talk to friends on Facebook chat, and check my messages. Because I didn't do anything to have my account suspended and I believe I deserved a 2nd chance to have my Facebook account back. Please respond to my message, Facebook!

Facebook my account was disabled

On the morning that I sent a Happy Birthday message to my cousin, which was the last time I had posted anything, I went to go on my facebook account later that day and for some reason, Facebook disabled my account saying it wasn't authentic. I was dumbfounded...Of course, you couldn't reach anyone by phone so I sent an email and OF COURSE, never received a response. How can they say that it not authentic when it put my name on my account. I DONT GET IT! Now I have my friends thinking that I had deleted them off and I have to explain to over 100 friends what happened. FACEBOOK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It's a shame that a service that provides millions of people with the ability to stay in contact with family and friends has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have now gone back to MY SPACE which has my friends on there also...so I can pass the message on about the poor customer service that FACEBOOK has. I'm really upset over this.

I very much agree. Facebook customer service and complaint response is of the poorest quality. You would think with such a social network reaping great benefits from consumer use they would be more concerned with customer satisfaction and in particular when a consumer feels they have been wronged i9n some way. In my circumstance, I was accused of sending to many friend request to people I did not know, wish is not true. I only invite those I have several mutual friends with or suggestions from other friends or people who have showed an interest in me, etc... But I recently ask a guy friend I know to be my friend and his woman sent me a message that I didnt know him and I'm sure she has made a complaint. But where is my opportunity to respond to such an accusation.. Also, Facebook encourages to seek out old friends, classmates, etc., and sometimes those people may not remember you or it just may be a wrong name identification. How else are you to know if you don't ask?

Facebook removing money from my credit card

To Whom It May Concern;My name is Deborah Esquivel, I live in Antioch, Calif.94509.I have an account with Netspend for my debit visa card and have had money taken off of my card on the social network Facebook by my grandchildren without my permission.I do have an account on facebook myself and have used my card to pay for what is called game cash.Some how they have been able to pull-up my card information and used it for themselves on facebook.I have contacted Netspend and they have verified that the money was spent on facebook.I have to call them back in 3 working days to continue with the process of getting the money put back on my account.

I Lorraine Alsford Recently purchased Cafe Cash for My CafeWorld game On Sept. 29th and subsequently the following day I found myself Purchasing another Package Because I went through it fast.. ( the Packages offered were such a great deal ) Thank you for offering them .. In the following 3 or 4 days later I got a message that I was being fraudulent with terms and agreement and the facebook logo with dialog boxes appears wanting confirmation of my account, seeing this I followed the instruction but when it came to them asking for my charge card number I exited out of screen and did not give that, I thought this very strange... almost immediately I get another pop up from Facebook saying my account was locked and to change my password so in the Dialog set of boxes provided by Facebook I did as I was prompted to .. I went to pay my 2 purchases at my Bank and Found that I Had been Charged for extra Purchases for 2 games poker and pool games On Oct 4th I was angry I have never visited either one of these sites.. I don't even know how to Play poker or what this other game Is.. I don't know who to trust anymore.. looking at the status of my purchases you can see that I only purchase CafeWorld Cash !
I would appreciate a refund to my account and since I have never played or purchased anything for any other Game but my CafeWorld I have been to my Financial Institution and have put a stop to this MasterCard so there will be no other purchases .. I thought I was protected but I guess I was wrong... I saw the Lock on screen where our information is to be supplied and I want to feel safe doing so .. Facebook racism/sexual harassment

Today, I received numerous messages from this person named Brett Nead on Facebook. I have absolutely no idea who he is. My facebook is unable to be searched unless you are already my friend and my whole facebook is completely private! The messages I received were:

"nasty nig*** lover"
"bit** your nasty nig*** lover"
"the bible said not to mix races were do you think i get my info slut"

when i replied saying God made EVERYONE and everyone equal, he said
"by everyone do you mean those whov ripped your [censored]tt"
"someones an idiot it does so. your parents must be fighting so your a nig*** lover out of hatred."

"that pu**ys been hurt"

i kept messaging him to leave me alone, then he called me a slut.

THEN, I go onto his facebook and his whole entire wall is filled with Racism. Now, I KNOW he has been reported before. He even put up a status saying, " i cant send any more messages for a few days for harrassing niger lovers, " and that was before I reported him. So why has his account not been suspended?

Why is my, and any other victims only option to BLOCK him? Obviously, he is targeting people at complete random. He is out there SEARCHING very hard to find mixed couples to harass them because I have NO idea who he is and I've received messages. Does every interracial couple on Facebook need to be harassed? Because by me blocking him, that just leads to him going onto the next person and so on.

Facebook blocked my account for no reason

I have my account with Facebook, and my contacts are my friends, my family, my co-workers and it is completely ridiculous, that they blocked cancelled or disable my account because i dont know who said something about me, I am a professional, a human, real person, no scam, spam, or however they called, and there out exist some real perverts, that really need to be catch, no a single indefensive person like me.
i am so mad about all this, and i think its not even fair.

Facebook was recently having issues with female users getting their accounts disabled due to a attack.
I'd contact facebook to get it re-activated if it happened suddenly and without merit.

Sometimes Facebook has site issues. It may be temporary. I had that problem once, where i was locked out of my site for 3 days due to technical issues. Try contacting them and let them know that you are having problems.

you might want to contact them. Sometimes they go through technical difficulties. I once wasnt able to get in my acct for a week. So, i would contact them & let them know what is going on.

Facebook RIP OFF

It is a 100 years old trick that has been around for company to make money. There is nothing new about it. Unfortunately, some people got suck into it.
Oh, those people who posted comment contesting it, you are probably one of the their staff.
From the consumer point of view. CUTCO IS THE SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. READ ON ...
I am a chef at a restaurant, I have plenty of knife, some good, some bad. I don't really feel that even for my daily usage, I need CUTCO knife. There are plenty of knives that work for me provide that you just hone it a little before using it.
The reason of my complaint is that THEY RIP OFF CUSTOMER BY CHARGING OUTRAGEOUS SHIPPING CHARGE. We have bought a knife just to help out a daughter of a friend who got suck into it. Can you imagine they charge me $10 for a single knife that cost $85. It probably weight less then 8 oz. I have just bought a Camera and a camcorder, and the shipping charge was $5.95.
What do you call that? A SCAM OR A RIPOFF. I call it both.

When I called the company to complaint about the shipping charge. A woman tell me "oh, it is a knife, it require special handling. We charge according to the price of the knife" WHAT KIND OF MARKETING IS THAT? THEY JUST WANT TO MILK OUT SOME MORE MONEY FROM CONSUMER.

I said that it is unfair to charge that much for a little knife, but she insist that that was my opinion and they don't really care since I bought the knife anyway.

What prompt me to write this complaint is that, we have got the knife today from UPS, and it is in the box weight less than one pound. I was so curious about what SPECIAL HANDLING was put on for this knife. Sure enough, when I open the package, I see a knife in a long white hard paper sleeve inside a plastic bag. There were some large bubbles in the box to firm it up a little.

TELL ME, CUTCO'S ANY ONE. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO EXPLAIN THIS?

several months ago I bought a set of Cutco knives (20 pcs) pearl handled. I never got a paid up reciept. I have asked the sales person (Monica Coomer) several times for the receipt. Comments were "I gave you one") Can you please check this out and furnish me with a receipt in case I ever need it to show ownership?

A person in your job should know more about knives than you do. First of all the other knives you mentioned will rust and dull down rapidly and need sharpening often. Cutco is stainless and does not rust and the sharpening is guaranteed for life. The price of Cutco is less then the knives you mentioned also. I sold about $25000.00 worth of these knives in a six month period and never have received one complaint about them..Those sales took place in 1993 and all of the people are still using them and have never had a problem with the company guarantee. I would still be working for them, but got tired of the demo's and the time they took, so went back to working for a living making much less money, but having more time to myself. Great product and I own the whole set myself and have only had them re-sharpen once since 1993...

Facebook these sites are not web 2.0 sites for sex and they are even being illegal

I love how many ads out there now claim to be the facebook of sex. Guy, this is a scam. These sites are not web 2.0 sites for sex and they are even being illegal and using facebooks name so they cannot be legit.
