On June 3 at 9:49 pm I went your store on sterlington rd to pick up a few items thinking I had 10 minutes when I get to the store the cashier said the store was closed I then replied its still 10 minutes to closing and he said the store closed. This isn't the first this has happened but the first time I'm reporting it, the hours on the door States 8am to 10 pm, why are they not staying open until closing time

On March 22 I stepped in a hole in front of your store and have been trying to get information about your Liability insurance ever since. I have Not got an contact and since I broke a rib when I fell I am trying to get your company to pay my medical expenses. I have been a employee for two months. at store number 5171 The manager here has done zero training with me. Her technique is sink or swim. I have requested a schedule for two months and has received one. I constantly ask for a schedule to no avail. Family Dollar Casher / prices / nasty employees

I stay in b"ham AL so am always in the store in Easley, Midfield, Bessemer you have one Bessemer super why
Not none of these stores I have not had misunderstanding when you go in the prices in the back is different from the prices when you pay for them
The one in 5 point west shopping center never can load your cash app card, they always say its down
When you say something is wrong with the prices or not understanding how you spent that much to say all of them[employees] like they have been train to say it
Everything high
The employee get smart with you a treat people bad, I get tired of running around to different family dollars just to get items because they price is different in each store
But the sad part is not nothing that going to be done about this, I feel like when you go to the white neighborhood is different from when you're in the black areas
We are not [censored] an all treat us as if we are not nothing and it's sad that we have to go through this because half your money come from us black people I need to start an f family dollars on Facebook to hear people bad encounter they have in this store
I have one more time to be cheated out of my money or hear them curse out older people because they don't want to be at work and I will start that because it needs to be done

Young manger shows up at the register said she's taking card only and then proceeds to say I don't have to do this but I will the store wasn't crowded and we said no worries well wait for the guy she proceeded to say we rolled out eyes at her she was irrate screaming at me for my duration in the store it was embarrassing loud, and uncalled for sad.

Family Dollar The family / dollar tree in Bruce selling some of the dollar items family dollar prices

Family Dollar Employee deliberately overcharged me

Today, a Family Dollar Cashier deliberately overcharged me for an item that was ringing up $1…. I am a regular Customer at this store and often buy the majority of the sale and clearance items. This employee (TEE) knows this from seeing me on the regular. I purchased 15 of this particular $1 items on yesterday. I went back to this morning to purchase 5 more. First, she (TEE) lies to my face and tells me that the item was NOT $1. Scans it and said “it’s not on sale” so I said “it was just marked down yesterday”. I knew she was LYING so I said I would buy the item anyway. She rings it up (2) of them and say “oh that one is $1” so then she tells me that the other (3) are different sizes so they are not $1. But once again she was LYING! I said I would buy those as well anyway. She scans (1) and say “hold on” it was obvious that she went into the system and overrides it making that (1) particular item $5 instead of $1…

When I got out of the store, on the receipt you can see that each item has the same exact sku number so there is “NO WAY” that 2 out of 3 was $1 and the last one was $5! She DELIBERATELY OVERCHARGED ME!

I went back in the store and asked to speak to the manager. She tells me “she’s not in today”

So I went to another local Family Dollar and asked that Manager if that was possible and she told me “NO”! The Manager at another store refunded me the $5 and let me repurchase the item at the price I knew that it was $1!

I don’t even know this Employee personally. Just know her face from coming in the store regular just as she doesn’t know me personally but know my face from buying lots of clearance items. This is Ridiculous!

She OVERCHARGED me as a CUSTOMER and THAT IS WRONG!

Desired outcome: She should be FIRED for cheating a Customer!!

Family Dollar Falsely accuse of stealing

5/11/2023 I was in family dollars store at store no.[protected] highway 42 in rex,ga. around 1030 am shopping, when I came to the counter I purchased a 5 dollar Ballon, I come in that store all the time, I ask the manager could I go and put the Ballon in my car she said no because the middle age man that was putting out the product said I was stealing that I had put something in my pocketbook, I pour my whole pocketbook out and I told the lady do you see anything in here that is stolen she said no.she callsaid he do that all the time and she was going to write him he came to the front and apologized, but that hurt me so bad I am 65 years old never been to jail and I spent 73.12 in that store, I am thinking about getting a lawyer, for been humiliated, embrass, for been accused like that I will never go back to that store,thanks Ms jones

Today May 11, 2023 at 2.10pm, You have employees ignoring the safety sign not to smoke near the propane tanks. This is very dangerous and should seriously be addressed. Just because they don't want to be in the sun and on their phones, they shouldn't put not only themselves in danger but other as well.
