I am reaching out to you yet again b/c my account is locked and unable to have my password reset. The lack of customer service from Fanduel is beyond frustrating. This is the 5th time my account has been locked and I have not been able to have this resolved. My birthday is incorrect on your records. I have sent my ID (Front and back) into Fanduel 4 times this year! How difficult is it to update your records to reflect the ID that is used throughout the country?! I am getting information from a chat agent that a 3rd party is responsible for your verification, which makes ZERO sense. Does this company actual update their records or assist in helping your customers?!
I have attached my ID, yet again. I want this issue resolved ASAP. I would love to update my account profile to reflec the correct birthday, which my ID proves! I should not have to continue to prove my verification weekly to use your services. I have reached out to the Better Business Buero (BBB) b/c of the lack of support I receive from Fanduel. I have repeatedly asked for a supervisor to escalate the issue, and no one has assisted. What do I need to do to get this resolved?
Desired outcome: Update my birthday on account profile. I've sent my ID in to prove the correct date. Have your 3rd party update this information so it will not continue to happen!
