FanDuel Disappointing Customer Service Experience with FanDuel: Account Suspended and Delayed Withdrawal

I've been using FanDuel for almost a year now and I've had a lot of experience with depositing and withdrawing money. Recently, I decided to switch up my betting strategy and ended up winning more than I usually do. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was denied and my account was suspended. I was asked to provide some items to verify my identity, which seemed strange to me since I've used the same debit card for both deposits and withdrawals without any issues in the past.

Despite my confusion, I sent in the requested items, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through online chat and email, but I haven't received any helpful responses. They claim that they respond to every email within 24 hours, but that hasn't been the case for me. I've been polite and professional in all of my interactions with them, but I still haven't received any updates on my account.

At this point, all I want is my money and for them to close my account. I don't want to deal with this kind of frustration and lack of communication again. It's disappointing because I've had a good experience with FanDuel in the past, but this recent situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and improve their customer service in the future.

FanDuel FanDuel Review: Account Suspended for No Reason, Terrible Customer Service, and No Response for Weeks

My account got suspended for no reason at all. They asked me for a lot of personal information like a picture of my license, payment methods, and a picture of myself with the day's date. This happened way back on May 12th and my account is still suspended. I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I tried contacting their chat room but they keep telling me that they can't see my request because it's under review. I still haven't been given an explanation as to why my account was suspended. They can treat people like crap, take your money, and throw you away like garbage. There's nothing you can do about it. They have a million people out there giving them their money so they don't give a damn about yours. Once they have it, they couldn't care less about you. It's already May 29th and still no response.

If I were you, I'd go to a different site. MGM and Parks have much better customer service. They respond right away and handle things a lot quicker. FanDuel are scammers. They refuse to give you contact information for someone higher in management. If I didn't do my job for two weeks, I wouldn't even have one.

I'm really disappointed with FanDuel. They're supposed to be a reputable company but they treat their customers like dirt. I hope they can fix this issue soon because I'm losing money every day my account is suspended. I don't recommend using FanDuel at all.

FanDuel $5.55 Voucher Replacement

FanDuel,

I received a free $5.55 voucher on 4/13/2023 for MLB contest. But I was working the entire day and did not go onto the site until after the contest started and did not know about this voucher earlier. It wasn't emailed to me either. Because of this I missed the voucher. I contacted your support and they denied me a replacement voucher. This is extremely frustrating that your support can't simply send me another $5.55 voucher since I never used the original one. As a loyal long time customer, please issue another $5.55 replacement voucher to make up for this.

FanDuel Casino games

I gave been stuck in a Ultra Blazing Firelink since 7:30 am on March 18, 2023. Make a call to customer service everyday. The only response I get is it has been moved up to there game installers. Of course it’s stuck in a bonus round that owes me money. Seventh day and still no action on it being stuck. I have gambled over a half a million in the past three years and this is the service I get. Time to go back to the casino we’re at least I have sponsor. Stay away from FanDuel with there magnetic roulette tables.

Desired outcome: My wish that companies would get Customers service as a forefront to there business.

FanDuel Suspension of Account and Withholding of Funds

I have had an account with FanDuel for almost 8 years, never withdrew money or updated my information during that time. On January, 22, 2023, I decided to withdraw some funds and update my information, the very next day my account was suspended. Not only was I not able to finish playing my teams with the tournament I was a part of (4 weeks left in the tournament that I had paid to be a part of), I have not yet received my money!

I have 'chatted' with customer service 4x, left telephone messages 2x, sent 4 emails, as well as sent account verification info 2x... 2 months and still nothing has been done.

I am appalled at the lack of adequate customer service and what appears to be the withholding of my funds.

Desired outcome: At the least, I would like my account reactivated and my funds sent to me as soon as possible as requested.

FanDuel Broken System …causing $720 in losses

An evening of playing slots on Fanduel is now a complete nightmare. I was constantly being kicked out of games and wagers were not instantly accurate adding and subtracting wages were very delayed. I trusted the Fanduel wagers while playing since there was absolutely no way to keep track in my head. I knew I had lost roughly over $500. After reviewing my bank account an additional $200 was withdrawn. Customer service was not willing to compromise of the duplicate funds because evidently I used it. Normally I would have understood but I did not authorize a second $200 transaction. I don’t even know if the bonus was goven for the 200 deposit.

Desired outcome: I was constantly being kicked out and games would freeze up. In fact I feel I should be refunded the entire $720 in losses!

FanDuel Rewards

I talked in chat with someone who said I couldn’t revive the 50$ bonus because I didn’t do it 72 hours before. Understand you need that time and what not but to put it in fine print and not make that more clear you have to be 72 hours before is straight up a scam. You put 50$ refer a friend. Nothing about 50$ refer a friend and wait 72 hours. Find it ridiculous. Would have never even done this or I would have just done it earlier if it was made more clear. Now I’m going to get a extra 50$ to bet 72 hours and make sure everyone knows you have to read all fine print or they will screw you over and you have to wait 3 days. Wanted to use that 50 plus 300 more and won’t even do it because the principal of this is stupid. No one wants to wait 72 hours and if they do then be told.

Desired outcome: Make 72 hours more clear for people? Not something you should hide because just makes people not want to use things that won’t tell you upfront and hide it in print.

FanDuel Fraudulent charges

Something told me to check my bank account balances tonight before I went to bed and to my surprise I see to many withdraws to even count totaling over $1000... I didn't count them yet, but I disturbingly have dozens of separate $25 charges from fanduel... what gets me is I don't EVER deposit more than $50 when I decide to play... in the past month I have maybe added a deposit 5 maybe 6 times totaling $250... To be specific, I made 1 $25 deposit and I made 4 $50 deposits... but I am seeing endless charges for $25... I don't understand how that even happens! Has anyone had fanduel charge you fraudulently and if so did you get the issue resolved?!

These charges don't end! Every single day I am seeing multiple charges for $25 over and over and over again. My account is now overdrawn... I absolutely did not authorize these charges and I can't ever get ahold of fanduel. When I do they tell me I am responsible for the charges and if I need help to call the gambler hotline... I DEFINITELY don't have a gambling problem! Something is truly wrong here. I recently also started getting collection letters in the mail from fanduel stating I owe money. That's impossible because you can't even play unless you make a deposit...

Someone please help me!

Here we go, plain and simple, this site is no better than those people who call you to steal your money. There is no way the odds in this site are anywhere near real gambling casinos and not only do I have the prooof, I plan on sopreading the word and gettting these people out of NJ. I have monitored and screen shot many many insyanmces whjeer youshould have won, and you didn't. I have pictures of wheel of foirtune where you win the scatter but if you looked in the backround, you would have won alot more money if it gave you what you had on the screen.

1) how is it you hit the wheel and 90% of the time if you get the yellow pointer, it is only 2X - that is not odds, it is set up that way.

2) why is it that when you hit for a certain amount, you do not win again until that amount has been lost or as we see it, they give you a tatse while they are taking it all back and your money too

3) the Bonus tropheys are a joke, i have hit them 3x so fra and it goves you 15.00 each time? why does it say up to 2,000.00 when15.00 seems like the number and we will have them attest to how many people have actually won 2,000.00

This is just one game, go onto others like blackjack and the odds in this site and 1/4 as much in your favor as a regular casino and 1/2 as much as other sites. your chances we ahve already established on your first card is less that 7 80% of the time, whoich autmatically makes you draw cards because the dealer's first card is 70% a 10...

this not guesses, this is 6 full months almost everyday after my son used my phone and i watched him get destroyed with 50.00 in almost 5 minutes and he played everything right. At black jack the dealer hit 21 and 20 - 4 times in 5 hands while he was forced to take a it with less than 15...

lastly what is the chjances when you hit the wheel of fortune wheel that the yellow piinter hits 2 instead of any big winners? over 90% of the time it will hit 2

There i vented and its time to start to get people to boycott these people until they make it fair for regular hard workimg people to win soem money

and save the stop ganmbling BS,WE are hard working firefighters who enjoys casinos but raising kids alone after thsire mom passed away stops me from being able to actually go to them.

FanDuel If people were doing their jobs nobody could complain

But this "complaints board" is a farce, a cruel and bogus false option for people to make formal complaints or get the support and assistance they need to do so. All across the internet are outrageous, alarming complaints in review format of the overt, blatant thuggery and theft this criminal entity, fanduel, is perpetuating against countless people, myself included. Why on earth should I start detailing all the facts of the case against fanduel and their partner in crime, mohegan sun. You aren't gonna do a damn thing about it. Hell, if you did, nobody would come here or go anywhere to make a complaint. If regulators were doing their jobs I couldn't possibly have suffered the abuses, gaslighting and manipulation tactics, and the strongarm robbery and bullying and thuggery these people carry out. They provoked me to absolute scathing outrage but hand them baby boys some kleenex tissues, they couldn't handle the consequences of their actions (being met and faced with rage). How you gonna stand the wrath of god, tell me that because if you think he (god) approves of the [censored], you're gonna find out how dead wrong you are.

FanDuel Fraudulent use of my stolen credit card, no response

I have opened at least 3 incidents with FanDuel support regarding charges on my stolen credit card.
I have not received any information or acknowledgment from
FanDuel regarding their investigation.
The customer service is horrible. For a company that tries to portray themselves as a secure betting site, you’d think they’d want to at least address critical security concerns as it relates to wire fraud, stolen identity, theft, and potential money laundering on their site

FanDuel access to my suspended account

Have tried to log into my account, but to no avail. Am told by FanDuel that account has been suspended No reason given. I have a cash balance and future bets to be settled soon, and since the account was suspended I have won several future bets that should have increased my cash balance. I need to be able to see my account to make sure these winning wagers have been credited to my account. Once that happens, I can request that Fan Duel forward me a check for my cash balance. I have contacted FanDuel thru e mails and left a phone message. Their e mail responce only says they are reviewing account and that i dont need to do anything.

FanDuel Crooks!!!

To whom it may concern. My account has been tampered with for the second time since November 27. It has been suspended for the second time since November 27. Both times, there was money in the account. The first time there was around $125 in the account that went missing. I emailed FANDUEL and an investigation "started". The results of this investigation are still unknown to me, but my account was "reinstated. The money was not in my account after the investigation. The second tampering happened a few days ago. There was $50 in my account at the time. I tried to log in to the account only to find the username and password were not recognized. The lady in the chat asked me about an email on the account. The email she gave me was something I didn't recognize. My email address is the same it has been for as long as I can remember. I say all of that to say this. I like FANDUEL. I was very excited when the sportsbook became live in Maryland as it saved me a trip to the casino. I am very disappointed in the recent happenings with my account. I hope everything gets fixed and I get all of my money back. It's been a month since the first incident, and I haven't seen one red cent. Like I said, I like FANDUEL, but I will have to switch to DRAFTKINGS if something doesn't happen soon. Thank you and God Bless!

File a complaint against them with the FTC, Attorney General, BBB and your state's gaming commision. The more people that do this, the better chance they get their gaming license revoked in your state. Because I was scammed out of $5620, I am making it my mission to reveal how bad their security system is. They allowed scammers to access my account, lock me out, transfer $5620.00 from my account, change the bank information, and withdraw the funds all within a 2 hour timeframe. I am on the hook for $5620.00.

On 12/12 on or about I saw an ad for fanduel on fbk with match play. So I went, and deposited 20 or so and started to play blackjack and won. I kept getting popups while playing about my wagers and annoying but I kept winning for 4 days. I had 4 - $100 Withdrawals which I never got and on the last win day they blocked me on the 12/15 then reopened and blocked me again 12/16 and I am still blocked. No reason, no emails, the 609 #is a voice message, the chat can't answer any ? with a locked account? How's this they can see the file, and I heard nothing until yesterday I got an email saying my acct had inconsistencies and needed ID verification. WTF - they took my money and didn't ask for ID and wanted me to write the date on a piece of paper and hold it to my face and sign it, and send the DL and copy of the bank card covering the numbers not needed. What a joke... No casino asks for this type of garbage. So I complied, they found something wrong in each DL photo shot and the coating on my DL is put on by the State of Michigan and not my doing. So again, ignored and account will not be unlocked and I can't get the transaction proofs to submit to Bank for the dispute process on them as SCAMMERS. I got $400 out there, they took my money and blocked me. THIS IS A TERRIBLE

SITE, and they use Facebook to lure people. I think this is an impersonator for this site. I filed a complaint with the Gaming area's and the BBB and this is terrible. I see I am not alone in this matter. Lots of complaints, locked outs, ID issues and theft of money from them.

my account was suspended for virtually no reason right after i deposited $250 into my account..i have made numerous request to get a full refund and to permanently close my account..Every time I reach out for a resolution, i get rudeness and lies..i have already contacted my bank to alert them of this fraud and I will be posting negative reviews everywhere

FanDuel Stealing bonus cash without warning

Fanduel decided to chang their terms of service and wipe away bonus cash you win on free games without warning. I had won several free games and had won more than i was betting and without warning these jerks took $90 from me. The majority of my winning came back during covid when I won $120. I am a casual fan and keep my bets simple and small. So I still had $90 in bonus money for 2 plus years and today they just decide to wipe it to zero. If they had emailed and said you have 30 days to wager or lose, i would have wagered it.

I tried reaching to you via email and phone and no responds. I emailed on multiple occasions with an important issue & you guys have dismiss the issue multiple times. I am tired if that, since it's in regard to someone using my information my personal information. Which is ridiculous, since this a VERY SERIOUS issue. I am fed up and now will be contacting Corporate, since you are just blowing me off and not taking this seriously. I would not recommend using your services because of how poorly you handle this situation. I have been told "We see the issue and will get back to you", it has been weeks and still noting. FanDuel FanDuel took 980 dollars off my cash app card on November 22 2022

On November 22 2022 at around 3 o'clock in the morning fan duel took 980 dollars off my cash app card with out my knowledge I didn't send it to them I don't know how they got it off the card I don't have an account with them I don't gamble I really need my money back to pay my bills in the morning or I will be sitting in the dark I'm so confused I don't know how they was able to get my money with out me sending it to them it started from 305 all the way to 350 in the morning

I need to chat with a supervisor I need my money back ASAP

How was they able to get my money I don't know but please help me that's all the money I had to my name

live in md keep trying to use site. acct number [protected] and it wont allow me. my computer is connected to my wifi but it keeps telling me have to prove it. cant get anyone to help me. might be better to try another site. started today in md. nov 23 2022

FanDuel Sportsbook

FanDuel Sportsbook suspended my online betting account and has kept about $10,000 of the money I deposited in there. On Oct 17 they sent me an email stating that my account was suspended due to “inconsistent activity”. I had deposited $10,000 in the account, bet all of it, then used their cash-out early option for the majority of the bets. I did not win or lose any significant amounts on the bets and still had around $10,000 remaining in the account. I later successfully transacted a withdrawl of the cashed-out funds back to my checking account so I could pay my credit card off, which is where I had charged these bets to. Within 24 hours FanDuel blocked the withdrawal and sent me the email notice that my account was suspended. It has now been 5 weeks and my approximately $10,000 is still trapped in my account which they have blocked my access to. I say approximately because they have blocked my access to the account to see how much is actually in there. They will not respond to my inquiries and requests that they cancel my account and returns my money to me. I spoke to another person which is experiencing a similar problem with FanDuel. Their customer support is nearly non-existant and their business practices appear to be on the shady side of fair.

Desired outcome: FanDuel cancel my account and return all of my money that is in the account.

FanDuel Refund

Unauthorized charges were made through my account on 11/3/22. I have contacted customer support for 10 days now and no one is contacting me back. Now my account is suspended and I am unable to get through to anyone. I keep getting the runaround from a chat specialist telling me that someone will be in contact with me via email as soon as possible. About $3000 dollars was taken out of my bank account.

FanDuel Fanduel

I have been using Fanduel for several months now from Arizona. I have been verified, made deposits, wagered, and withdrawn. Now it will not verify my location, I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, it has become totally useless and there seems to be absolutely no support other than commonly asked questions, which are useless because this is not a common problem.
