Fashion Nova review: order not received/no tracking information after nearly 3 weeks on $500 order 125

No replies to my email and no one pick calls because they go straight to VM even after I sent multiple emails with a picture taken with my Government ID card for verification.
I would have given a minus star if possible.

I placed and order on September 10 of $86.08 on September 10th and was expecting 2 day shipping. I haven't received a tracking number nor a confirmation email. I am very disappointed and would like to know where is my package! My order numer#7700294 . I already put in a complaint with the BBB !

I put clothes in my favorite as hair searcher and they went through with my card and I don't want them and would like to cancel them.i do not want to purchase them I was just looking and can not afford all of them please cancel the orders

yo I placed my order July, 21 and up to now I haven't receive my tracking number and the worse part is I bought a cute outfit for my birthday July 30th! I swear if my order don't reach by then I will never order from this website ... I should've read the reviews before I order anything from here . bad costumer service yall need to do better.

On 3 different occasions I purchased merchandise from Fashion Nova only to be disappointed every time. I went so far as to contact fashion Nova to confirm that they had all of the items I was ordering in stock before ordering and was told by a live rep that they were 70% stocked but yet still issued a refund. This is poor service without a doubt

I paid $15 for 1 day shipping on July 1st. It is July 6th I have not received my order. I tried to call customer service number provided and can never speak with anyone. This by far is the worst experience ever with fashion nova and I will not be ordering anymore. I placed an order June 29th and got my order July 1st with regular shipping.

Fashion nova does not respond to customer issues. Their unprofessional! do not order from fashion nova! i ordered almost $200cad in clothing and they said my package was delivered and it wasn't. They are thieves and their material is cheappp! they also refused to give me a refund. Do not order from them. #fashionnova #frauds

I received a email May 1st, 2018 at 6:46 pm saying FedEx didn't receive my package from Fashion Nova and that the shipment has been cancelled by the sender.

I've been shopping with fashion nova for a while now but always bought little amount of items at a time. Well this time I placed a big order, spent almost $300 and they're saying it's been shipped but it's now going on 2 weeks. I'm so pissed off, their communication is automated as [censored] and it's not helpful in any way. I WANT MY ITEMS OR MY MONEY!

I ordered $50 worth of stuff on the 18th of April. I still haven't gotten it after sending out inquiries after inquires. All I got in response was automated messges. I'll be calling tomorrow. Its been 3 weeks and im livid. Will never do any shopping there again.

I ordered a few stuff back in 12/27/2017 and it's 03/06/2018 and I haven't received anything. I'm pissed, I never had this type of issues with any other company. I ordered 4 items and paid $15 for next business day delivery. It's been 3 days since I did that. The order was sent out and then cancelled by fashion nova, I cannot get a response from them and their customer service line does not work. Horrible experience especially since I paid $15 for shipping that was supposed to be next day. Order elsewhere.

i purchase an outfit and it never came and i have emailed customer service and called to no avail.

I ordered a jumpsuit months ago. They sent me the wrong size. I mailed it back. I received store credits I used to order another jumpsuit. I received an email that the jumpsuit is no longer available and I will be credited the original payment. That has been over 2 weeks ago. I cannot reach anyone on the customer service line. They owe me $43.99.

It said it delivered last week so I waited a couple days because its happened to me before where it will say delivered and it takes a extra day but it's still not here.

An order that I didn't place is getting deducted from my account and when I asked them to immediately cancel it within minutes if I seeing it they said they could not. It's only been 5 minutes. They want to give you a gift card instead of refund your money -- that's a ponzi scheme.
