Fashion Nova review: order not received/no tracking information after nearly 3 weeks on $500 order 125

on 6-23-17 i sent back some dresses i had ordered from fashion nova which came out to be 59.98 i've tried calling... leaving emails... and no one will answer either..i'm very disappointed in their customer service or lack thereof i would like a refund for the dresses i returned over a month ago.

The order numbers and the tracking numbers doesn't work at all. And I lost my delivery because of that. Plus I keep emailing em and no answer.. so disappointed. I'll never buy from here again.

I did not receive my full order, items were missing. Customer service does not respond to your email and you can't get past a computer operator following a voicemail. I've also left several voicemails and no call back either. Only buy from them if you don't mind gambling with your money.

I need all my money back a portion of my items arrive did not receive the rest I call cannot reach anyone an I'm traveling need week this is so frustrating I'm never using them again it always like that

I placed an order on Jun 19, 2017, order #6036654. As of today my order has not been delivered, $53.99 was taken out my account. I've contact FashionNova several times by email and no one personally email me back pertaining my order. I only received a default email.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past month regarding my return. I have sent multiple emails and have tried calling and no one seems to ever respond. This is very frustrating and I will like this matter resolved. Thank you

I've order 200$ worth of stuff, it took almost 3 weeks for HALF of my stuff to deliver.
They sent be a gift card worth the amount I didn't receive in the delivery package I received couple days ago.

Bought a white skirt and came to the store to exchange it for one that isn't ripped at the topanga mall only wore it one day it should be a better quality heaven and sher said they couldn't exchange it for me it's not right I payed 30 dollars for a skirt for it to not even last me one day of use very inconvenient not professional at all!

The fine print on your website is misleading and fraudelent.

So i ordered my dress pior to my birthday. I ordered it 18 days pior & fashion nova took my money and never shipped out my order but my cousin ordered a costume and they shipped hers out the next day. Then their customer service team is lazy they dont wanna investigate they just refer you to certain parts of their policy that don't make sense .

On the 19th I placed my order for my birthday outfit was charged a 2 days shipping fee and here it is now the 24th still haven't received anything.
