FedEx Delivery Drivers

I have had to recent deliveries made by FedEx. I get it, that it's the holidays and they are in a rush but, that is no excuse for their laziness to actually deliver said package to the address. These both were medical supplies for my diabetes. My address is my door not the mailboxes. Packages get stolen all the time, especially this time of year. Might want to retrain your drivers on what an address is...the door not the mailbox in the apratment bbuilding.

FedEx Failure

FedEx tracking indicated my package was placed on their truck on Dec 4 for delivery. I witnessed two different trucks deliver 12 packages within eyesight of my home but no package for me. Their tracking indicated no delivery that day. My package was logged back into their Austell center on Dec 4 and put on a truck on Dec 5th. Their tracking indicates that the package is still on a truck in Austell for a delivery 12 miles away... its now the 14th and no package. Contact FedEx twice, the first time the guy on the phone gave no valued information and was basically worthless. Took a while before he finally admitted he has no idea where my package was nor could he tell me when or if my package should be delivered. Spoke to another FedEx employee two days later who at least sounded concered and admitted they mess up but my package still has not been found and no further response from them after they said my package would be delivered within 24-48 hours. Nothing yet...Seeing SOOOOOOO many negative reviews from this one location is called a clue FedEx... Change your management, change your process, contact local authories to find out what is happening to all these missing packages.

FedEx They will not delivery my packages

I have been notified 6 days in a row, that I need to be home to receive 3 different boxes, each with it's own tracking number. Each day, as I wait for them to show up, I see the status change from "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" to "Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery". After this, it is returned to the warehouse and schedule for the next day. Tomorrow is day 7, with no end in sight. I have reported this to FedEx's customer service and their tracing department each day. From them, I am assured each time, it will be delivered the next day, except it hasn't been. I have never experienced anything like this before. I cannot believe how terrible the service from FedEx is., ,

FedEx Trucks driving too, fast, dust clouds, noise, irresponsible drivers. Rural community

Private street is posted 5 miles an hour at the beginning of the road and along the road, very visible, FedEx trucks driving on the road 15+ miles an hour with clouds of dust no slowing down, Ignores the signs completely is this a company policy? On 12/14/20. 1 pm truck # 438432. Talked to the driver. Appears to be Hispanic male. He says this is his normal route.

My family is very allergic to the dust caused by FedEx trucks, so much dust we have trouble breathing, next time will contact the sheriff, please call me [protected]

FedEx Scam

Sarah morgan and kenneth about shipped 2 packages to harold l. Davis, 10412 sw waterway ln. Port st. Lucie, fl 34987. With the store at wuxing rd. Xin cheng shangquan, jianggan qu, hanghou shizhejaing sheng china. The tracking number that i got was fedex-ch3070171440582865, i now know this is a fake number but i was able to track it for a period of time. It went to johannisburg, south africa, heathrow. From there it was sent to stuttgart, germany, then to mannhiem where is was stopped first for eu import taxes and then for being a suspicious package and which time it was moved to the royalty storage vault for safe keeping . The fare to the destination was paid and there was no import to the eu. So i would like to know what you are going to do to fix this . FedEx Delivery was supposed to be today 12/12/2020 by end of day

My Fed X package # [protected] was at Fed X location13181 NW Freeway Houston TX 77040 on 12/11/2020 at 10:29 AM. It was going to Bradley Byars C/O West Oaks Hospital/ Unit 10 at 6500 Hornwood, Houston TX 77074. Fed X Ground for delivery no later than 12/12/2020 by end of day. The package has not been delivered to date at 8:30.

I need to know why this has not been delivered as this needed to be there today. I have never had a problem with this Fed x location before until now. It is very important for this patient to receive this package.

Please advise where my package is!

FedEx Delivery

I was waiting for a delivery on Saturday. It was raining very hard this day but hadn't seen my package got the email that it was delivered at the front door. No package. Walked out to the mailbox and found the package in the ditch full of water.
The driver was too lazy to drive to the house and put it on the porch.

FedEx Unacceptable delivery drop

On dec. 10 at approximately 3:09 pm my package was delivered to my home. I arrive home to find my package over 600 feet from my house in the grass at my functioning barn full of animals. The package was thrown from the vehicle onto the ground. The dog had peed down the package. This is unacceptable. Not the first incident for me or neighboring families on this route. Your driver is to lazy to drive to the house and put the packages in a safe place. I have a paved drive and a nice turn around for the trucks instead he stopped short and drove into the grass to make his getaway. This driver should be fired! This is the type of employee that is representing all of fedex. 1 bad apple does cause rot in the whole pale. I want an explanation on why this is happening. My hello fresh food packages have been left multiple times at other addresses where no one resides. You lost that business with hello fresh as now all my purchases will be delivered via ups.

FedEx Package never got pick up

Call on 12/8/2020 around 2:46pm ask for package to be pick up fed ex got confirmation number sbaa 7 and today is 12/10/2020 and package is still here. Call fed ex and they said nothing they can do and they just schedule for another day pick up. Ask to talk to supervisor and they said they can't do that. This is unexpectable. This is the second time this happens to us. The package is time sensitive and could go bad.

FedEx Delivery

I am suppose to write an 'effective complaint', do you mean I must subject myself to the FedEx Abuse for years and years and then be quite?

FedEx, you never delivered my parcels properly, I have had fight, wait, and get upset to get my parcels, shame on you!

At each time, FedEx comes to the yard of the house I live in or the main gate of the apartment building I live in, leaves packages on these areas where other people take my parcel, and I find them at other peoples' doors opened and mess up!

I called your office 2-3 weeks ago to prevent the same thing happening and talked and asked your agent not to do that again. Your delivery man did not do the same thing, only he has created a new system for himself, leaving a note on my mailbox, saying 'customer not available or business closed' and going back with my parcel - ha ha ha so funny, I am a 75 years old woman with disability who leaves home only once in 3 months, sitting in and waiting, because your delivery man do not ring the bell!

And, again, for my last delivery today, he comes and goes back, without ringing my bell!

This never happens with Canada Post, do you know why?

I am calling the company that sent me this parcel to let them know that will not be buying from them as long as they use FedEx, and will find out about other places I will order if they are using FedEx!

FedEx Overnight ground

Our company sent a FedEx package to our client on 11/13/20. It was received. Client returned a FedEx envelope on 11/13/2020 to our office. Should have been received 11/16/2020. The package was not received until 11/19/2020, after I started calling to find out where it was delivered. I was told by several different people the package was "lost in the mailroom". We do not have a mailroom. I later learned the package was still at the FedEx hub, never delivered. The driver retraced his steps and finally delivered the package on 11/19/2020 at 1:30pm. This package contained an endorsed check in the amount of $875, 000.00.
We have received a bill for $97.38 for a package that was late in delivery, actually lost, but finally delivered. I have been told there is nothing that can be done with this charge. I have tried to dispute it and was thrown into a survey after asking to speak with a manager. Apparently, you cannot speak with anyone in management. I called back and got another lady, who told me the same thing and kept repeating "it's on the website." I don't often go to the website as I have pre-printed labels and only when I have trouble with a package delivery, would I go to the website to track the package. Very frustrated with FedEx and after 20+ years of being a customer, who pays their bill, I am having to change carriers. Thank you for your time.

FedEx Delivery instructions

I have submitted delivery instructions for package delivery and the last 4 times, at least, the instructions were ignored. After 3 times, I called customer service and was told the problem would be resolved. Must submit instructions for each delivery. Today, I clicked on delivery instructions, and the system wouldn't even let me in to write instructions. The website has no option for this problem. I tried with the virtual assistant and looked at all the website options.
the only thing I can find is the telephone number for customer service. I've already gone on hold forever, explained the problem, gave a telephone number for a callback, and gotten nothing. Now I've lost my access to even enter delivery instructions.

FedEx An employee lied to me and stole my package, I have 100 % proof

On December 27 2018 I was taking my iPad so I can send it to Apple I go to the register and Julio his name is all he does is put tape on my box and he says That I have to drop it in the box the box and it was broken I recorded the whole incident so u can see exactly what happened I can just understand what was going on because Apple said they never received it so I was arguing with Apple back-and-forth back-and-forth that they had to receive it but you never have I think holding off on paying them I was Charge the full price of the iPad I have a legal counsel if you want to speak any further about this I will make sure he contacts you. A company that supposed to send out packages has the nerve to take packages this have to to be done many other times that we just don't find out this is terrible employee steals my package. And I have it a video because it just seemed weird the whole process what he told me I'm not giving me a receipt not scanning it so that's why I recorded it for myself I hope I hear back from you guys soon

FedEx Printing

I had given a printing Job to FedEx Office, located at 14056 South West Freeway, Sugarland, Texas.77478, got the printing back and paid for on 11/28/2020 at 3.36 PM. I was charged for 400 pages of printing. Two binders,
the first consisted of 216 Pages and Second was 54 Pages. Total 270 Pages.
I paid ad walked to my Truck open the Box it had five Binders one Extra 54 page binder, went Back inside the FedEx store. The Sales person told me "WE DONT MAKE MISTAKES" its 400 pages and that's it.
I took all the Five Binders and Left. Out of the Five Binders, Two are the Originals that I gave for Printing One was 216 and other was 54 Pages.
One Printed Binder 216 Pages and Two 54 Pages (ONE BINDER PRINTED EXTRA NOT REQUESTED).
I should have been charged for 270 Pages.
The FEDEX PERSON DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO ANY REASON.
was for 130 Extra pages.
Enclosed is the Receipt and Pictures of the Two Binders.

FedEx Delivery person

On Saturday, Nov 28, in the afternoon a box was delivered to my home. I had put a sign on the gate to please deliver on the covered porch since I have had issues in the past with your drivers leaving them outside the gate in the pouring rain.
The young lady put it on the ground outside the gate with the sign. When I ran out to her and asked that it be put on the porch. Her reply was "I don't do that [censored]!" I asked her again to bring it on the porch as I am senior citizen and she turned to walk to her truck and put her middle finger over her head.
Is this the service we should expect going forward from Fed Ex? I am quite concerned of your service through the holiday season. If someone doesn't want to work for a delivery service then they should not.

WOW, I don't feel so special now, after reading all these horrible reviews.
It would seem as though FEDEX is hiring bottom barrel 'anything' type of unqualified people.

My issue is with the driver for my area, here in Morro Bay. He's been overly pushy. Pushed that I go out to lunch with him. To which I declined. I wasn't prepared for the push that came after I declined. Most men would say, "fine" and leave it with that. Nope! This one asked, "why not"?
If I told the truth, it would be ... he wasn't my type. But being that he delivers a lot of my products, I tried to keep it civil. Men, no offense can become aggressive and badgering when defeated.
Well, I for told my own outcome here. And it only gets better with time.
I ended up telling him, that I really don't eat out often. Not because I can't. Just that IF I can make it, I see no reason to pay someone else. Plus, I don't trust many establishments. Cleanliness is a poker for me.
This man looks like he'd eat just about anything. So cleanliness doesn't seem would bother him.

I also told him, as the above answer didn't seem to swerve him any. That I really didn't have an excuse and that for now, we will leave it open for 'maybe' in the future. To which that 'future' for me will NEVER happen. I hate it when men won't take NO for an answer.
This man ended up coming back to my door, later this same day. It would seem that the item he dropped earlier, he neglected to scan. Well, the item was NOT in a location he could scan any longer. It went where it was intended within the 1st 30 minutes I received it!
He went through many pushes at that point, the last was he needed to use the restroom. I didn't feel comfortable allowing him in, but being that he had a few weeks prior carried a small appliance into my home, (he set it inside my door, no further) I felt obligated.
I felt he was looking for a way to snoop around, to which he did.

After he used the restroom, downstairs I couldn't seem to get him back out the front door!
I really felt like I was standing in front of a creeper.
I don't believe it's proper protocol for a delivery driver of any kind to insist he be permitted inside of a patrons home to use the utilities. EVER! I, have since then been made to regret the decision.
Since then, EVERY package I've received has been opened!

Yesterday, was the last straw. Up till now the shippers have taken care of the complaints.
Well let me say this, when confronted with WHY ARE MY PACKAGES BEING OPENED! SOME EVEN DAMAGED! WEEKS LONG WAIT FOR DELIVERY ON AN ITEM?

I'm given the response of "the sellers have insurance to cover the lost, damaged, and opened items"
SO it's alright that he open my products, being that the seller will be made to replace them! ?

REALLY!
Unfortunately, both Home Depot and Walmart uses FEDEX to deliver most their products.
Not every item online is available to be picked up at the store, cause if they could I'd completely quit ordering these things online!

My privacy and right to receive items in a NEW status is being violated!
Most my boxes are ripped right open. The office chair I ordered had fist holes in both sides.

This is the kind of behaviour I never thought I would receive from my delivery service!
FEDEX IS NOT THE SAME, REPUTABLE COMPANY IT ONCE WAS!

My next recourse it legal counsel.
There's theft and vandalism ocurring in at least this location SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA.

I went to CO FedEx Office on 11-18-20 asking how I can get answer on status of delivery. Manager, Chris, told me to call FedEx and inquire (there were not notifications on action for me to take on any of the email notifications received)
11-18-20 I called FedEx international and talked to Nelson t 11:05 am MDT and he said to provide detailed list of contents. He gave me email address to respond:
KRZYSZTPF.STEFANOWKI@FEDEX.com I sent email to this address with detailed list of contents at 11:55 am MDT.
The subject package was returned to my CO address on 11-20-20. tracking number 3990191336145.
I returned to the FedEx Office in Highlands Ranch CO on 11-24-20 and asked why package was returned. I was given (2) phone numbers to call to determine why package was returned.
After (5) phone calls and being hung up on (the only names I could understand were: Nive, Narvin, Evelyn were all hang up calls) (and I was very cordial just soliciting answers) I finally did get to talk to a live person. I was told that there will be not credit on the initial payment ($175+/-) because the package was returned to me.

1) There were no communications regarding additional information required to pass customs beyond the initial declaration. I had to initiate contact to attempt resolution.
2) I was told (by Nelson) that upon receipt of the detailed list of contents that the package would be cleared and delivered to address noted in initial shipment.
3) I do expect return credit by FedEx for the cost of the package.
4) Should I ever attempt another package shipped via FedEx I would expect written clarity from FedEx on how to assure delivery starting from package drop off to delivery in destination outside of the USA.

With my sincere anticipation that this matter will be addressed.

They are not following covid social distancing fir their internal teams. I went inside and they diligently told me to stand at 6 feet away, but internally they were all right next to each other. This was also not co sister my told to all of their customers do I felt singled out perhaps because I am a biracial female.

FedEx Home delivery

FedEx driver leaves packages in the yard near front gate; instead of putting by the front door. I have video and still photos. This not the first time. I take the time to use your app to know when deliveries are arriving. I open my gate early in the morning to allow the driver to have access to driveway. But he parks in road and throws packages on the ground by the gate 300 plus feet away from the front door. Unacceptable!

FedEx Vacation hold didn’t work

I ordered a navepoint 18 unit rack and it was shipped via FedEx home delivery and I requested a vacation hold to have it shipped to me on Tuesday October 24 2020 and the FedEx driver delivered it on Monday the 23 and the vacation hold didn't work it was supposed to work but didn't end up working and the FedEx delivery woman who delivered the package to me flipped me off and had a little meltdown and said to me gfy and ended up looking at me through the driver side window and ended up giving me the middle finger and took off like a mad woman and she even stepped on the package and punched my door instead of being gentle because FedEx drivers are supposed to be gentle when they knock on people's doors and this lady was not gentle and she stepped on my package luckily nothing inside the box got damaged after she stepped on my package FedEx needs to better train their employees and needs to know if there is a vacation hold don't deliver until the vacation hold is over
