FedEx Constant delivery screw ups

For some reason FedEx failed to deliver the packages to my address after three attempts. The first two times they had the wrong address they kept trying to deliver it to Suite 11 and I'm at Suite 21, so I called them and gave them the correct address then the next three times there was a "Delivery Exception" where they said that there was no one home. That's not true there is always someone home at my address. Then I requested that it be sent to the Walmart FedEx facility and then they said that there was something wrong with the bar code that needed to be fixed but the next day the packages still were not delivered. I then once again requested that the packages be left at their Walmart facility, but they informed me that I would have to contact the shipper and have them redirect the packages as they could no longer do it on my behalf. I contacted the shipper, and they told me that they were not able to modify anything concerning the shipment once the packages were shipped. I contacted FedEx and they said they could not deliver the shipment to their facility without the shipper's authorization. A catch 22, I asked FedEx why when my shipment included two packages was the first package allowed to be left at their Walmart facility on my authorization, but the second one could not? And they said that they didn't know. So, I gave up and waited for the packages to be returned to the shipper so that I could ask for a refund of my purchase price.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to pick up both my packages at the FedEx Walgreens facility. As they consist of brake shoes and rotors for my automobile I cannot use one without the other, I need both.

FedEx Milwaukee electric inverter

By far the biggest scam operation I've ever dealt with. On the first day my package worth over $909 was "lost". It had to travel basically one state over to the southeast. I was lied to about what the problem was, which I knew was incorrect. Then when they admitted it was "lost" and not extra bar codes I was shuffled around for 8 weeks on complete non sense where no rep had the same answer. Then they sent a $135 check claiming my package price wasn't confirmed which it was and also proven on eBay by the sales transaction which was half of what the retail price was anyway. Basically out around $800 because someone obviously stole the package from their company within the first day. A completely immoral company with horrible F - customer service

Desired outcome: I want the money I deserve for the item they haven't returned.

FedEx Shipping not receiving package

For the 3rd time in the last month shipments being delivered via FedEx have shown delivered and left on my front porch, however there is no package anywhere. I verified with the shipper that Name and Address were correct before contacting FedEx. Called FedEx customer service and provided the tracking number and they proceeded to tell me that they cannot verify the Name and Address. So if the information is correct on the shippers end why is it not correct on FedEx side? I was told they could not do anything because they couldn't verify the Name and Address with that tracking. I sell on internet platforms for a living and purchase supplies from other online sellers on a regular basis. FedEx is the only shipping service that has an issue with delivering my packages. I was not hatefull with the customer service representative I just wanted answers. She couldn't tell me where my package went to, ok I understand that they are not allowed to give out another Address. But there was literally nothing done to resolve the issue of my packages going missing. The rep transfered me without warning to another department that has absolutely nothing to do with my issue so again I was transfered. Had to go through the whole situation again. I was refused a supervisor and hung up on twice. FedEx is absolutely the worst shipping service to deal with and the level of disrespect shown by there customer service representatives is atrocious.

FedEx Deliveries

Had 2 deliveries last week delivered to a neighbor (approximately 30 feet from my home)...1st time, delivery person was told he delivered to wrong address and that I was in my mid-70's and would have to walk over there to get package. Our homes are in a flood plain, so there are 15 steps to each home.. His response was okay and left it at the neighbor! A few days later another package was delivered to the same neighbor where he literally flung it across the porch to their door... Wrong address!

I am expecting another delivery tomorrow and anticipate if the same delivery person is delivering, he will again deliver to the wrong address... how stupid is this person? Address is clearly on the package, and he can't walk the few extra feet to deliver it to the correct address?

This person should NOT be delivering packages if he can't read the address or care enough of his job to do it right... maybe he should be in the warehouse where he is not dealing with the public. What an idiot!

I don't anticipate any response because that's just the way things seem to be run... but my email is "[protected]@gmail.com"...

FedEx Stolen merchandise and fraud

Complaint Against FedEx For Recklessness Customer Service And Failing To Take Proper Action Against 3 FedEx Couriers Involving Stolen Merchandise And Fraud!

2 Air purifier were purchase 0n 4-4-2023 - Homasy Air Purifier, HEPA Air Purifier Air Cleaner, Intelligent Auto Mode & Smart Sensor for Medium for $24.00 each, plus taxes for $6.29 and the items for this order were supposed to be delivered on 4-6-2023 to my shipping address by FedEx courier and the packages for this order were never delivered to my shipping address on 4-6-2023 and I check the tracking report for this order on the same day and FedEx courier did not delivered this package to my home address on 4-6-2023 and in FexEx tracking report, it said I sign for this package myself on 4-6-2023 and I never did received this package nor did I sign for this package myself on 4-6-2023 because FedEx courier never did came to my location and I was home the whole day and how could I sign for this package myself, If FedEx courier never came to my location and have delivered my package to the wrong address.

3 Pure Citrus Orange Air Freshener, 4oz. Orange Scented Non-Aerosol Air Freshener purchase on 4-4-2023 for $4.48 each and these are two separated packages were supposed to be delivered on the 4-6-2023 to my home address by FedEx courier because this is not the first time FedEx courier made this mistake, because I had problems in the pass with FedEx courier delivering a package, I never did received and in the tracking report it said I sign for the package on the 4-6-2023, and I never did received neither one of these packages on 4-6-2023 and I do not know why the tracking report have said I sign for the package myself and FedEx courier never did come to my location and I do not know how did FedEx courier make this same mistake and my home address are supposed to be written on both packages and this is a mistake made by FedEx courier and I have file a claim will FedEx on the 4-6-2023 for these packages along with copies of paid receipts.

the address on the package and FedEx couriers could not just pick out any packages without first looking at the address on the package first and how can FedEx couriers deliver a package without first looking at the address on the package first. FedEx couriers claim they were going by the address, FedEx had on file when they

delivered the packages on two different days on the 4-8-2023 and [protected] for the same items stolen on the 4-6-2023 and how did they still know which apartment to deliver the package too with just the letter I and each of the apartment's buildings have a letter and two numbers, and how did FedEx couriers know which package to

deliver without first looking at the address on the package and they had to look at the address on the package first before they could deliver it and they have seen my address on the packages before they delivered it and how did FedEx couriers know which apartment to go too without first looking at the apartment number and they

had to look at the apartment number first before they could deliver this package and FedEx couriers seen my home address on the package before they remove the package from the vehicle and if FedEx couriers did not see my home address on the package first before they delivered it, then how did they know which package to

deliver and how did FedEx couriers know if they went to the right apartment without first looking at the apartment number and my apartment number does not match the apartment number they went too. And FedEx couriers could not delivered this package without first looking at the apartment number and they

know which apartment number they went to and does not match the address on my packages, and they had to look at the apartment number first before they delivered it to them and how did FedEx couriers claim they came to my home address, if they didn't know which apartment I live in when they delivered this package and my

apartment numbers do not show on the map but just the letter and how could FedEx courier on the 4-8-2023 left my package on my front doorsteps, if they did not know which apartment number I live in and does not show on the map and in the tracking report on the 4-8-2023 a picture of a package was on the ground to

make it look like FedEx courier left a package on my doorsteps to make it look like I received this package and I do not know where this picture come from and what location it was taken and two of FedEx other couriers create a false tracking report saying I sign for both packages delivered on 4-6-2023 and [protected] and FedEx

courier delivered a package on 4-8-2023 were being dishonest and create a false tracking report claiming he left the package on my front doorsteps and how did he leave the package on my front doorsteps if he did not know which apartment I live in, and my apartment number does not show on google map but just the letter and I

contacted FedEx on the 4-6-2023 and 4-8-2023 and [protected] and in the pass and they were supposed to already have my correct address updated in the system and I had to go back in FedEx profile account to add special delivered notes, how I want my packages deliver to me, because FedEx delivered management does not show

my full apartment number on the map in their web site but just the letter and my apartment address. After the first delivered incident that occurred on 4-6-2023, FedEx two other couriers on the 4-8-2023 and [protected] comes back and makes the same mistake again and delivered my packages to the wrong apartment again

on the same street I live and this time I was waiting outside and walk down to the other end where the courier was park at and waited until he came back from delivering a package to the other apartments on the end and when he came back, I asked him if I had a package in my name, because I were supposed to have a

package coming today in my name and after he confirm I was the person he just delivered my package too he went back to the same apartment to get my package and gave it to me, and the package were already sign by the people he delivered it too and were almost stolen and I contact FedEx the same day on the 4-8-2023 and

filed a complaint for the same incident occurred again, because I did not think this same incident would happen again the second time and it was a different FedEx courier came on the [protected], he did the same thing and delivered my package to the wrong apartments on the same street I live and this time I record it, because the

same problem occurred again the third time. The [protected] showing in the video FedEx courier parks at the other end the same location, just like the other two couriers did and did not come to my apartment door where this black car is park in the video and I'm two doors down on the right side but in the video is on the left

side and I live in a two-story apartment building and during recording the camera picks up noise in the background when I and FedEx courier was talking standing on the sidewalk not showing in the camera. And on the 4-6-2023 and [protected] both of FedEx couriers creates a false tracking report and in one of the tracking reports

on the [protected] using my full address and apartment number to make it look like they delivered my packages to my apartment, but they didn't and was an attempt stealing both packages and both FedEx couriers created a false tracking reporting saying I sign for the packages on 4-6-2023 and [protected] and how did I sign for

the packages myself, if FedEx couriers did not know which apartment number I live in. And after FedEx couriers created a false tracking report, the wrong apartment they delivered my package too, can get away lying and say, they did not sign anything, and this case needs further investigation and action taken against FedEx

couriers and FedEx.com for recklessness customer service and failing to take proper action against 3 FedEx couriers involving stolen merchandise and fraud because this incident happen the third time and what business would someone be doing signing another person package would be breaking the law. And FedEx couriers

should have been honest and admitted they made a mistake delivering my packages to the wrong apartment and each time they were attempting to keep both packages and signed my name on the packages themselves after the first two packages were already stolen on the 4-6-2023 and FedEx couriers fail to report this and created a

false tracking report saying I sign for the packages myself on the 4-6-2023 and [protected] and I do not live in the other apartments on the left end and how did I sign for both packages on the 4-6-2023 and [protected], if FedEx couriers did not come to the right address and were supposed to report it as a stolen package made on 4-

6-2023 and FedEx customer service did not handle the situation like they were supposed to, and all three FedEx couriers should have been fire for being careless making the same mistake the third time taking my package back to the same location for it to be stolen again and if FedEx customer service took the proper

action when this was reported the first time and this same incident could have been avoided if FedEx customer service care about what is important to the customer needs and on the 4-6-2023 a claim was file for stolen merchandise and FedEx deny both claims and another complaint have been file against FedEx couriers on the 4-

8-2023. This will prove, FedEx courier was lying and if he came straight to my home address on the [protected] and the time the camera was recording, why did it take FedEx courier almost five minutes to deliver my package to me, if he came straight to my apartment on the [protected] and I was the only person had a package

in my name to be deliver to me on the [protected] on the same street I live, and FedEx courier arrived at 2:35 pm and the camera stop recording at 2:39 and forty seconds pm and FedEx courier were still here after five minutes, going on almost eleven minutes and the time it took FedEx courier when he first arrived, he

had to go back and get my package from the wrong apartment and gave the package back to me and I and FedEx courier were standing on the sidewalk talking about my home address and I had no idea the package were sign for when he gave the package to me, and FedEx courier did not inform me my package was sign by the

people he delivered my package to on the [protected], until I found out in the tracking report and FedEx couriers knew I did not sign for these packages myself on the 4-6-2023 and [protected] and they were attempting to steal each of these packages delivered on 4-6-2023 and 4-8-2023 and [protected] and FedEx couriers

created a false tracking report, after when they deliver my package to the wrong address, they can get away with lying and say they did not sign are stolen this package. To protect the person identity some report details was removed are being block.

FedEx Delivery to my home

I stayed home from work because my delivery required a signature. FedEx tracking website said I would get the delivery before 8:00 p.m. At exactly 8:00 p.m. the website refreshed to say my package was delayed. Then refreshed to say delivery was attempted but no one was home. This is a complete lie. I was home. I have a camera on my driveway and a Ring Doorbell with a camera. No attempt was ever made. This has happened to me with FedEx before. I will let everyone I know what happened and I will never use FedEx again. Total and complete liars. The CEO should be fired.

FedEx Delivery failures and customer service reps.

I have had several issue of my FedEx packages either being seriously “delayed”, or just flat out not delivered. I have contacted FedEx several times over these same issues with no resolve, ever. They always keep saying that it is an “address issue”. All while I keep receiving text messages, daily, stating they will be delivered, when I watch the FedEx trucks drive past my house daily and no delivery. I have tried to speak to a supervisor, but was refused, ignored, and ultimately hung up on (twice). I know that I am being lied to about the addressing issues because I have a photo copy of the label filled out and correctly addressed, both from and to. Reps just kept a saying it wasn’t showing on their screen and I would have to contact shipper. Reps kept over talking me, saying same things over and over, and refused or ignored my request to speak to supervisor about this reoccurring issue. Then they actually hung up on me. This ALWAYS seems to happen when my packages are received at the Grand Prairie, TX hub(s). Of which is only approx. 30 minutes from where I live. I have been waiting on this package #[protected] (addresses to John Merrill who also receives mail/packages at my address) since April 4th, 2023, and today is April, 14, 2023. I could have driven to Amarillo and back in less time. And as I stated I’m only approx. 30 minutes from Grand Prairie, TX. FedEx has become terrible, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. And there should be a thorough investigation done at the Grand Prairie, TX hubs. And supervisors need to quit hiding behind customer service, and reps need to be trained better and be more professional.

PS Just received call from John Merrill (while filling this complaint out), letting me know that FedEx contacted the lady that shipped the package (of which I was told I would have to do) and requested address from her, when I gave both of the reps. this info when I was talking to them. So how did FedEx know who to contact to let her know that the original label had been “torn off” the package (by FedEx)? Maybe because of the scan/tracking info from when package was originally picked up? Or how would FedEx know who to contact or who to speak with if they did not have any of that information in their system in the first place (like I was told by both reps)? Ridiculous!

Desired outcome: Investigation into the Grand Prairie, TX Supervisors need to quit hiding behind customer service dept. And reps need not be rude by over talking customer’s, and be more professional.

FedEx delivery

I tried logging in so I could update delivery options. There was no place to do so even though it didn't get delivered for another day+. Then it got delivered and they placed the box next to my carport in the driveway up to my barn. At least 30 feet from my front door, which there is a dropbox with big letters that say DROPBOX. Then I have been trying to call them for the past hour to see if there is any way to do a default delivery option of dropping my packages in the dropbox and can't seem to get a human no matter which option I choose.

Desired outcome: Have a default option for delivery.

FedEx Deliveries

I called yesterday with a complaint on a delivery and it has happened again today! The driver is leaving our packages and orders at the main road and not bring them to our house. A few months ago Air Filters were left at the road and got rained on. Next was Chewy Dog foof that got wet as well. Last week it was 2 tires, yesterday it was a small package and today another tire. We can't even see the main road from our porch and would never ckeck there! This is unacceptable and I want it stopped. We pay heavy shipping prices to have our merchandise brought to our door. Its no wonder you have such a bad reputation for deliveries! Tracking number yesterday is #[protected], tracking Number for today #[protected]. our address is 8637 County Rd 73 Montevallo Al 35115

Desired outcome: I simply want our packages brought to our home and put on the porch!!

FedEx Fedex deliver claim false!

Listen FEDEX this is the worst ! Why would u lie so bad, It should be illegal and it’s most certainly unethical! Like many of these complaints- I was expecting my package today (4/14), and got this email and text notifications indicated my package will be here between 11:20am and 3:20pm - I got a message at 10:23am stating an attempt was made but no one was home - LIES! And why even give me a time range for deliver and not honor it? That makes no sense - so technically if u tell me you will be here between 11:20am and 3:20pm than it’s not unlikely I won’t be home before or after those hours because I’m excepting you to arrive during that range BUT I’ve been home all morning anxiously anticipating my package - No one came to my door no one called no one left a tag or note - This is not the first time this has happened with FedEx lying about delivery attempts! I just don’t understand. Even as I type this it’s 11:11am EST before the anticipated time my deliver was due to be here - I am very very upset as this is unacceptable and unethical - If the driver had high volume and can’t get to a certain area or house to deliver, just say the date change and the package will arrive at such and such - Don’t lie on the customer and place blame that the reason the package was not delivered was because no one was home - that’s bogus!

Hi I would like to have my packages delivered to my house not my mailbox I live in the country and my mailbox is right a long a road anyone that goes by could just pick it up and go. They use to bring to the house but lately they just put it by mail box I would like to have my packages delivered to my house not mail box.If it rains they get wet.Thank you Susan Comp

FedEx FEDEX Ground Delivery

package was not delivered to the correct address. The label reflected the correct address. I also filled out the manage your delivery to remind driver to deliver to my address and specifically requested that the package not be left in complex mail room. The complex mailroom is unsecured and a block away. The mailroom has posted a sign for all deliveries be made to residences if there is no assigned locker. This driver and others in the past ignored the complex rules and left package containing medication on the floor of the mailroom. This is gross negligence on the part of Fedex. Tracking number 92 [protected]. Left in mailroom 4/10/2023 @4:46pm

FedEx Service complaint

I had 2 packages scheduled to be delivered this past Saturday according to the vendors and your tracking information. I changed my schedule to be home for the delivery, after 7pm and the packages did not arrive, the tracking changed to say Delayed. I called the 800 number and was told the packages would arrive on Friday. I again changed my schedule to be home for the delivery. Friday evening after 7pm the status again changed to say Delayed due to weather conditions. This is [censored] as the last several days were warm, dry, and beautiful.

I am more than frustrated as I changed my schedule to be home for these deliveries based on what I was told and based on the tracking information. Furthermore, It is next to impossible to talk to anyone from this company let alone anyone who can actually resolve or respond to the issue. Your call center can only read what's on a computer and sees the same information I get from the tracking. In addition your complaint number does not get you to anyone you can file a complaint with.

Desired outcome: Get me my packages!!!You have already lost me and anyone else I can reach out to as a customer, fix the problem before you lose more.

FedEx Delivery time

And yet another delivery is delayed. I not even gonna included the tracking number because it doesn’t matter. All deliveries through Fed Ex are delayed! Every single one. Why do you bother giving a date and saying it’s out for delivery? Because it never is! Never! I am actually thinking of not shopping at Wayfair anymore because they use FedEx! How many orders have I gotten with 2 days of delivery date states? None! I am writing to them to encourage them to use UPS. At least when it says it’s out for delivery it is.

FedEx Driver

Thursday, April 6, 2023 at approximately 9:40AM, driver pulled into apartment complex - Timber Ridge, Timber Ridge Drive, Harrisburg, PA with radio BLARING. My condo complex is one street away and I could hear how loud his music was. 1-9:40AM is too early in the morning to blare music and 2-Fed Ex drivers blaring music at any time is not professional.

Desired outcome: Stop allowing drivers to use radios during work hours or at least require them to keep music/stereos turned down. No one in their own home needs to be exposed to someone else's blasting music.

FedEx Says attempted delivery, but customer not home - customer controls access, but home all day!

I was expecting two packages today, and at 7:17 and 7:18 PM there was a delay registered on the tracking page, stating the delivery driver attempted delivery but customer wasn't home and that customer controlled access.

NOTHING BUT LIES.

Another FedEx shipment was delivered to my non-gate-controlled house earlier in the day...Amazon also got through just fine today as well. I work from home - I'VE WORKED FROM HOME FOR 15 YEARS - and I was home all day to receive that package. No door tag, nothing. Unbelieveable.

I called customer service but they were no help (and really what could they do, the driver seems to have just ran out of time and then said "whoops customer wasn't home and I couldn't get access"). You know, at another home of mine in Dallas, we went through the same BS with Amazon and their contractor delivery people. We eventually went to the media and once it made the news, suddenly things changed. Amazon was using the same exact lie - "whoops customer not home!".

This is fraud, it is a despicable lie, and I refuse to let this go any time soon. I plan on canvassing my neighbors to see if they've had the same experiences and will take this to the press and other authorities. If they hadn't lied about it, I wouldn't be this angry.

Oh, and now I'm out equipment for work tomorrow because the delivery driver ran out of time...AND LIED ABOUT IT.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered ASAP and tell the delivery drivers to stop lying when they run out of time to deliver packages.

FedEx complaint on fed ex

called in for package employee try to make sure i don't receive my package rude and disrespectful his name i Wass told Daniel needs to be fired for being inappropriate talking gay getting angry and saying i can not have my package that there were to many attempts being made and only two was here to pick up package sounds like FedEx wants to deliver package when I'm not home i need FedEx sued employees fired and my package to be sent in the mail being that the immaturity of these employees is ridicules and not allright.

Desired outcome: package delivered inthe mail or left with security my money back and daniel fired for false info saying i made to many attemps not true my package was delayed twice

FedEx Improper deliveries costing other companies money

On two separate occasions over a 1.5 week period I had packages stolen from outside my apartment building because the delivery driver decided to leave the packages outside vs following very clear delivery instructions to set packages inside a secured door.

When I contacted FedEx they informed me they'd speak to the distribution center and the driver regarding this, only to have three more package deliveries left outside.

I was unable to track my claims through their system, and then it came up as denied because it was delivered properly- in which it was not.

Desired outcome: Fedex delivery drivers to please deliver as per delivery instructions so we don't get packages stolen and other business don't lose money

FedEx FedX city truck

I have been complaining about Fed X turning around in my painted driveway for years. They even have the nerve to turn around in my drive when they deliver to someone else. We have a great neighborhood and do not need the traffic in our drives. There are side streets to turn around, close everywhere. I am tired of it and understand the policy is for the trucks not to turn around in a residential driveway. I live at 3363 Se East Snow Rd, Port Saint Lucie, Fl. I see a fed X truck turn around in a driveway every day. It is getting out of control. I hope this can be resolved, because I will go to corporate and it will stop.

FedEx Delivery [protected]

I had a package that was supposed to deliver yesterday, I was at home and heard the truck pull up and I was standing at the front door. The driver walked to the back of the truck, picked up a package (i am assuming it was mine), walked to the front of the truck, looked out the door, made eye contact with me, put the package back in the back of the truck and drove off. I refreshed the app and it said I refused the delivery , which was clearly not true. After 30 minutes on the phone I was told it would be redelivered today. Just checked the status and it is on its way back to New York! Driver too lazy to walk 50 feet to hand me my package so he sent it 2,000 miles back to the seller.

Desired outcome: Reroute my package ASAP!!!
