FedEx Tracking Number [protected]

Tracking number above. Urgent Overnight package sent Monday, June 5, scheduled to arrive at my home, Tuesday June 6. Subsequently notified of delay, until Wednesday June 7. FedEx Driver with my package seen multiple times in or near my neighborhood. Notified late Wednesday June 7 of a delay until Thursday, June 8. FedEx App states a “delivery attempt was made at 7pm on June 7”. Completely untrue!

Desired outcome: Immediately delivery before 9.40am June 8.

FedEx Package Delivery

I have a package/box of 1000 rounds of Ammunition that was purchased and shipped via FedEx. Initial delivery was suppose to be May 31st. Then it got changed to June 2nd. The package didn't arrive that day either. I opened a ticket to find the package and no one that I have spoke with can give me any information on the package. No location or delivery date. Here is is June 7th and still nothing. I believe someone at FedEx has sticky fingers and took the Ammunition to keep or sell to their local gang bangers or something. FedEx has really poor customer service and tracking methods. I understand that delays happen, but totally losing a package. Unless the plane went down and Tom Hanks is going to deliver my package in a few years...

Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered in the next couple days or a full refund needs to be paid by FedEx for the $500 worth of ammunition that I purchased and they somehow misplaced or their worker stole.

FedEx delivery

Online tracking shows my package got to Chino, CA on 5/28 and 5/30 is the last update. There is no delivery date yet a week ago, it said 6/5. NOW, no delivery date available. I finally got a "real person" whom was no better than automation. She merely repeated I had to go back to the shippper...yet, FedExs own data shows it was last with the package. How does it make sense to go to the shipper? The shipper did its part, why isn't the supervisor at Chino, CA going to find out where this package it. According to FedEx records, Chino, CA scanned it 6 times.

Desired outcome: I want this packaged delivered as soon as possible.

FedEx Stolen Package/Lying “Customer Service”

I sent a very special package and FedEx gleefully took my money for the shipping and accepted the package, even going as far as to get it to the state where it needed to go to before stealing it and decided that they would not deliver it.

I demanded that they change the address to a Walgreens location so the recipient could pick it up and since FedEx has stolen my package and didn’t want to be sued (they are being sued) they claimed their system “wasn’t working”. I also demanded my money back and they refuse to refund me. Therefore FedEx has stolen not only my package but also my money!

Stay far away!

Desired outcome: I want the package sent to the alternate location by noon on 6/6/2023. I also want my stolen money refunded same day. If this is not done litigation will commence.

FedEx Package from chewy company with supreme, allergy dog food for my service dog

I sat all day with both front door and back door open waiting for delivery.

11:46 am I got email saying package had arrived. Delivery driver lied.

I called shipper company, and they couldn't find delivery confirmation or picture the driver is supposed to do, showing proof of delivery.

FedEX top of worst delivery company, followed by USPS, and UPS. All delivery drivers either stealing packages for themselves or not following detailed delivery instructions to deliver packages to correct address or making sure they are alerting with knock or doorbell that homeowner can get packages before stollen off stoop.

Desired outcome: I would like reimbursement for what was not delivered (not once but several times this has happened with deliveries). As well a response of an apology for hiring incompetent delivery drivers.

FedEx Package

This shouldn't take long. Package to arrive Friday but gonna be working, had package shipped to fed ex store for pick up the next day. Only nobody delivered it. So I stayied home all day Saturday thinking It would be delivered. Instead I got an email saying tthey attempted delivery at 10:47 a.m. That's weird because it showed the driver still 30 miles away. Not to mention I was home and the fed ex store opened at 9:00 am. I mention that because fed ex claims it was closed. Nope, I went there. This is the same old story with this crappy shippping company. They don't deliver, they lie about attempting delivery and then they leave you absolutley no way to find out what's going on. The delivery manager sign up broke. I don't know what a "rural route" is but Im in the middle of a city. If Iever get it, which I probably won't, they probably are already sending it back without ACTUALLY DRIVING TO MY HOUSE, because they're lazy and incompetent.

Desired outcome: DO YOUR JOB. QUIT LYING TO CUSTOMERS. ITS SIMPLE.

FedEx Item not delivered — two weeks in a row

I was expecting a package next day by 10:30, no signature required. It did not arrive and no door tag was left. Upon arriving home, I called FedEx and got the robo - finally got through to Customer Service who told me that it had been returned to the FedEx office. I immediately went to the office and was told the package had been locked in the manager's office since Customer Service had been called. I had to wait over an hour for the manager to arrive and unlock his office.

Next week, same scenario, overnight by noon. No package was delivered and no door tag left, although FedEx tracking showed a delivery attempt had been made at 11:42. After calling and unable to reach a live person, I went through the auto system which said I could pick up the package at the FedEx office. Since I had not talked with Customer Service so they wouldn't lock it up in the mgr's office, I immediately went to the office and was told I had to wait 2 hours until the truck got back. When I asked why the package was not left (after telling them it was medicine), I was told probably because it shouldn't be left in the sun -- well, my door is shaded and the FedEx vans are not refrigerated. It would have been in the frig by 4 p.m. instead of riding around in the hot van until 6:30.

Desired outcome: Talk to the manager of that office. Customer Service left a message for the manager to call me but they won't.

FedEx Dangerous piggyback trailer driver

Around 3:00 today there was a contractor driving piggyback trailers on Rt. 70 heading east. There was an issue with his loads. Might have been an empty against the cab then a load on the back trailer. The trailers were swerving/fishtailing to the point I thought the driver was gonna lose control at times. He was in the fast lane for miles and people were afraid to go past him so traffic was backed up. He was going 70-75 mph at times. When he finally did get on the right lane and slowed down the fishtailing almost stopped. I videotaped him as I went by and when he saw me he slowed way down. This guy shouldn’t be hauling Fed Ex boxes. I can send you the video.

Desired outcome: This guy needs to be retrained about safety.

FedEx Delivery

Fedex tracking showed they had my delivery at their Whitby, Ont. Canada depot on May 30/23 and it would be delivered to me between 10 am and 2 am. I live in Oshawa, about 20 miles east of Fedex depot. I went out to my ground floor balcony at 10 am and about 10:10 a. m a Fedex delivery van went passed my house turned left made a delivery at another building then turned around and left the area. I sat on the balcony until approximately 8:00 pm waiting for the delivery to arrive as per the tracking information on Fedex. I had my phone in my hand all day, as there is a lobby with intercom that driver has access. I also taped a large sign above the intercom, indicating that I was at home and to push my unit button. At just after 8 pm. I received a notification that delivery had been attempted a 7:55 pm. and no-one was home. That was not true. No truck in front of my building, nobody pushed the button which would make my phone ring, and no tag left by driver. I attempted twice to call customer service, you first have to talk to an automated thing, and if you do not give the right answers you do not get through to real live customer rep. On second try, I made it through to a person named "Peter" started to tell him what happened, when a recorded survey came on the line, and then promptly disconnected me. At this point I have no idea when my chair will be delivered. Do not understand the lying by such a big company.

Desired outcome: Want my delivery (chair) and date they will actually deliver it.

FedEx Driver delivered to wrong address and no help and support from anyone

I am not happy with the whole team of fedex. My parcel was lost by careless and stupid and idoit behaviour of driver choose to deliver my parcel on wrong address on 16th May at 1:14pm. I had made several contact and spoke to may agent to find out and ask the driver manager to ask the driver where the hell he drop th eparcel but nno one seems bother and show any interest. this was an international courier ht took almost more than a month to deliver and due to stupid and free paid *** workers work in fedex has lost my parcel. I also have cctv footage from my leasing management that saw driver went to side of buliding to drop the parcel. I had never been get any update calls neither got any manager call for this since the case open. I am very disappointed and will circulate this on social media and never use and recommend using FedEx anymore. worst people with *** employee

FedEx Fedex Lying about attempted delivery

Fexed texted me a notification that they would be delivering today. I specificaly set up the shipment to NOT require a signature, but now it says it needs one.

So I sat right next to the front door all morning waiting for them to deliver the package. I was periodically checking for updates and then it suddenly changes to "Delivery Exception: Customer Not Available or Business Closed"

NOBODY from Fedex ever attempted to deliver the package, they didn't even drive past.

Calling up their customer service is a waste of time, they just told me it's being returned to the shipper. I AM the shipper, I sent the package to myself when I was in Kentucky. What the hell am I supposed to do if they send it back to Kentuky? I'm not there anymore.

Judging by what I'm reading here, apparently lying about attempted deliveries is pretty common from Fedex.

Desired outcome: Do what you're paid to do and deliver the package and don't lie about attempted deliveries when you never even try.

FedEx International shipment lost by driver - fedex

This is to inform you that my parcel has been missing since 16th may after god knows where he delivered and I had not received my parcel although it says it was delivered but due to lack of stupidity and carelessness of the idiot driver choose to be delivered on wrong address. he didn't took any picture, nor he ask proof and was signed by P. Patel and I am not P. Patel I am A Patel. I can imagine what type of people work in FedEx as it is taking more than 5 days to locate my bloody parcel and still searching that shame on the entire team. I was calling daily from last 5 days and asking to contact the driver where he left the parcel, he shouldn't suppose to drop anywhere else. I am not happy with the whole experience and the journey and very dissapointed. The call log many times and customer service are worst and all getting free pay as I lost my valuable things and stupid and idiot driver lost my parcel. It took almost a month to clear the shipment hold for customs clearance and finally driver made whole mess by wrong delivery. I need to make complaint about whoever involved and look for justice

FedEx Misdelivery to wrong place, left package in the street and lied

April 20, 2023 I got a call around 5:00pm stating that furniture in my name was delivered to the wrong address. Because of the size of the furniture, I left my home and went to the previous address where I used to live to find that FED/EX left the furniture in front of the gate, basically on the sidewalk of a busy downtown street. To this date they have not picked up the package. I saw the picture they took of the furniture on the street, and I got a text stating that they left the future on a porch. There is no porch. It was too many steps for 3 of us seniors to carry the large furniture so it would not remain in the street. At my place of employment, it's just as bad. FED/EX agents drop the packages anywhere and they do not check in with desk clerks, security. It seems as if this company does not care about the complaints, just the money.

Desired outcome: The furniture is still at the place where they misdelivered it. I need a letter sent to me. The owners of the house have to pay for FED/EX to come and get the package and that's not fair because its a womens aged home.

FedEx Lying about attempting delivery

I order a weekly food box, and I swear at least 75% of the time it is delayed because of Fedex. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 5/20 and at that point has been in a box since Thursday just with an ice pack. It normally arrives fine if on time. Well, I realized today it wasn't delivered and I never got tracking information so I look online and find the tracking, and pull it up and it says that "Customer Not Available or Business Closed

Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" and gave the exact time the driver put that in. I immediately pulled up both of our ring cameras and have proof that not a single driver attempted or even GOT out of their truck to deliver my package of food. Lucky me, because the next business day isn't today (Sunday) it's tomorrow...IF they deliver it. I guarantee my food will be rotten, just like the driver who clearly lied about doing his job. Also, I've never ONCE needed to be home for a food delivery so they clearly did not even try to stop. I also never had a sheet on our door saying they attempted delivery or anything. Fedex is the ABSOLUTE worst.

Desired outcome: I'd like a refund of my order that will clearly be rotten and for the driver to be in trouble for lying. I can even send proof they never arrived.

FedEx A person impersonates a fedex delivery man

Me and my friends were expecting some important paperwork from a notable banker. He used a so called Courier service to deliver. We have spent thousands of dollars on this one package because the so called impersonator is requesting money every day and hour. He sent me his badge that he is using. He is using Fed ex to steal money from innocent people and its wrong. I can provide his badge that he sent. I am praying that whomever is using this email and badge be caught and locked away. So very sad. We loss thousands. He goes by the name of Mr. Paul Boler. He uses this email address "paulboler. [protected]@gmail.com". I hope google can expose who is really using this email and using a fake Fed ex badge.

Desired outcome: I would like to find out who this guy really is. And he needs to refund all our money back. We never received any paperwork. All he does is make excuses and ask for more money or else he will not deliver.

FedEx 300$ package not delivered! But marked as delivered!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday May 18th anywhere from 10am to the latest 4:30pm. They never showed up and marked my package as delivered. I am extremely pissed. I am the only house at this address. So, they couldn't have mistaken someone else for it! FedEx can either bring me my package, or they will be getting sued for lying and basically being a THEIF. I will keep on and on about my package because it was worth almost 400$. -

Desired outcome: My package better be delivered to me, or I won't hesitate to take other measures because this is unacceptable.

FedEx Multiple packages never attempted

I ordered a package through Amazon on May 9th, 2023. The package arrived at a FedEx facility in Cambridge, OH. It is being delivered in Glen Dale, WV. Mind you, where I live is over an hour away from Cambridge, OH. The packages tracking states that it was out for delivery from Cambridge on May 10th at 6:32am. The package was allegedly delivered at 7:28am. That’s 56 minutes. Impossible unless the driver had only 1 package to deliver on his route.

Secondly, another package was suspiciously “delivered”. This package was out for delivery at around 8am. The package wasn’t able to be “delivered” until 11:42 PM. I don’t know of any delivery company delivering packages at midnight.

I have video surveillance of the property, and I can see that no delivery attempts were even made at these times. FedEx clearly still has my packages, but they want to say they were delivered.

Desired outcome: Investigate and locate where the packages are within FedEx’s system.

FedEx Dangerous drivers

Fedex drivers are constantly speeding down Raccoon Hill Rd and surrounding roads in Andover NH. Just Saturday, May 13th, I had your driver run a stop sign at a high rate of speed coming off of Shaw Hill Rd in Andover NH and almost hit me and my family in my truck. The truck number was 2CDA8R6 if that helps. I know this because his next stop was my house and I got him on camera. The time of day they are speeding down these roads is when the neighborhood kids are getting off school buses and they walk these roads home. I have spoken to drivers in the past but nothing has changed. The speed limit on these roads is 30mph, and they are driving significantly faster than this, and ignoring stop signs.

Desired outcome: Train your drivers on proper driving, especially in small neighborhoods with people walking before they hurt someone.
