Unbeatable TV prices with exceptional delivery service
I decided to do a lil' bit of digging before I pulled the trigger on buying a TV from First Class Tvs. A lot of people were complaining about getting sold extra services that they didn't even need, which made me a bit wary. I also read that because First Class Tvs sends their TVs via freight, the delivery might take a lil' bit longer than usual if you're used to regular parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx.
But then I saw all the amazing reviews from other peeps and I thought "what the heck, might as well give it a shot." And boyyyyy am I glad I did.
For one, the price was unbeatable - I couldn't find a better deal anywhere in the biz. And since I ordered it before tax became mandatory, I didn't have to pay a single cent in tax. AND on top of all that, shipping was GRATIS!
When the TV arrived, the guy who delivered it went above and beyond any expectations I had. He brought it into my chosen room, unpacked it, and made sure that everything was working fine before having me sign off on the delivery. No way that UPS or FedEx would have done that for me, that's for sure!
The cherry on top? I didn't get any calls from First Class Tvs trying to sell me extra services - the only call I got was an automated one letting me know that the delivery would be arriving in 30 minutes, which was seriously convenient. They even sent me an email the day before so that I knew roughly when to expect my new TV.
All in all, I'm definitely thinking of buying more stuff from FirstClassTVs in the future. I also highly recommend them to anyone else who's in the market for a new TV. Oh yeah, and FYI - I ordered mine from their eBay store, not their actual website.
Delivery Nightmare: Review of First Class Tvs' Delivery Service
First off, I wanna start by saying that the tv from First Class Tvs is a real gem. No complaints at all there. However, I gotta say that the delivery process was a bit of a headache. So, Forward Air was in charge of getting the tv to Denver, which they did on time, on Thursday. However, they outsourced the delivery to a local trucking company that just couldn't seem to get it right. The tv was supposed to be delivered on Friday but the trucking company didn't even load it up. I had to call them and give them instructions to get in touch with me at work for Friday. But, it seems like they didn't follow my instructions because they attempted to deliver it at my house and left after waiting just half an hour. They didn't even call me at work, which is what we had agreed upon. So, they rescheduled the delivery for Monday. But Monday came and went without any word from them. I had to call them yet again and they said it would be delivered by Tuesday. But, Tuesday arrived and I was still without my tv. Another call was made and they assured me it would come on Wednesday and that they would call me at work. Guess what? Wednesday passed by and there was no call. I had to call them myself and found out that they somehow sent my tv to Chicago instead of Denver! I had to wait until Friday to get it back. What a mess! No matter how many times I gave them instructions, they just couldn't seem to get it together. It's a bit disappointing that the delivery experience didn't match the quality of the tv.
First Class Tvs: A Great Seller That Really Delivers!
I was pretty scared when I decided to purchase a big TV from these guys at First Class Tvs. I found them on ebay and saw that they had a good rating, but I still wasn't sure. But in the end, I figured "what the heck" and went for it. And I am so happy I did! These guys really delivered, both figuratively and literally.
So, let me tell you about my experience. First of all, I didn't even need to contact the seller or the shipper. They were on top of everything and contacted me after my purchase. I didn't have to worry about a thing. And after only ten days, they contacted me to let me know that my new TV was on its way!
Now, I know some of you may be thinking "well, how do you know you got the right TV?" I was worried about that too! So, I went to a retail store and took some pictures of the same TV I had ordered. That way, I could compare them when my TV came in. But, let me tell you, I didn't even need my pictures! When the shippers brought the TV into my house, they were required to turn it on to make sure it was working. That is a great policy, by the way! And they were so careful with the TV, I was really impressed. No harm, no foul!
The TV arrived in a box that was in amazing condition. Not a single dent, not a hole, barely a scratch. I was really happy to see that everything had gone smoothly. And now that I have had my TV for over a week, I can say that it is working perfectly. I am really enjoying my new purchase.
So, let me sum everything up. First Class Tvs is a great seller that really delivers. They have a great rating, they contact you when necessary, and they deliver your purchase perfectly. Don't hesitate, just do it!
Mixed Feelings: FirstClass TVs Review and Unreliable Delivery by AM Trucking
First Class TVs is an incredible online retailer that offers quality products at a reasonable price. Not to mention, reaching out to their customer service and sales crew is an ideal experience. They have an enthusiastic and well-organized team that can support you in fulfilling all your requirements and beyond.
Initially, I purchased a TV from them, and it was such a fantastic experience. I ended up upgrading the TV and got convinced to purchase a warranty and white glove service. Everything went smoothly until the shipping service was handled by AM Trucking. Honestly, I would not advise anyone to do business with AM Trucking. They treat customers poorly, and their service is unacceptable. Even though First Class TVs' customer service was excellent, the experience with AM Trucking made it challenging to recommend the business.
I purchased a white glove service and was expecting to have my TV hauled in, set on the floor, unboxed, plugged in, and turned on. Two people are required to move the TV because it is heavy and large. However, when the TV arrived, the delivery people left after dropping it on the floor, leaving me to unbox it and set it up alone. I paid extra for the white glove service, and I was disappointed by their service delivery. Where was the white glove support?
That's not all. AM Trucking caused another inconvenience by not communicating about the delivery of the TV. I was given a delivery window, but they showed up at my doorstep without calling ahead or giving me the necessary heads up. I have work and other duties, and I cannot sit around waiting for hours on end. They were supposed to inform me 30 minutes before their arrival, but instead, they only called when they were already at my doorstep, leaving me scrambling to be present at delivery time. What an absurd lack of communication skills!
Thankfully, FirstClass customer service went above and beyond to save the day when dealing with AM Trucking. My TV arrived with a week delay, but with AM Trucking's unreliability, I'm grateful that it arrived at all. Unfortunately, they were supposed to deliver the TV at 5 am on a Tuesday. Instead, they called at roughly 8 pm on Monday and said they would be at my house in 10 minutes. A 5 am delivery would have been inconvenient but would have been better than dropping by unexpectedly in the evening when I have planned other after-work activities.
In conclusion, I have mixed feelings about FirstClass TVs since its initial handling of the sale was amazing. Still, it all went downhill when AM Trucking handled the delivery aspects of my order. The white glove service was worthless, and their communication skills were abysmal. FirstClass attempted to rectify things, but they couldn't change the poor performance by AM Trucking. Nonetheless, it was due to their excellent customer service that I will consider purchasing from them in the future.
Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Fees - My Experience with First Class Tvs
So, I decided to try out First Class Tvs and order a Samsung 65" TV with free shipping. I made an account to process my order and was asked for my shipping address if it differed from my billing address. Everything seemed fine and my order was accepted, and I was even given an order number. It wasn't until a few days later that I went to check on the status of my order and learned that it had been cancelled. I was shocked and confused because I never received any notification of this cancellation.
I decided to call their customer service to find out what happened. I spoke with a woman who informed me that my order had been cancelled, and when I asked why, I was quickly transferred to a man who identified himself as the manager. He then told me that there was a $163 shipping insurance fee that I needed to pay in order to place my order, which I found to be very misleading. I explained to him that I never received any notification of the cancellation and that if I hadn't called, I wouldn't have even known that they weren't processing my order.
He then tried to tell me that they had tried to call me several times, but I never received any messages from them. I mean, how was I supposed to know it was this company calling if the number was different from what is on their website? I had a hard time getting through to him that the website should have sent a notification if an automatic cancellation was going to happen.
I didn't appreciate his attitude, either. He was now telling me that I was arguing too much. Sorry, but this is my order, and I have every right to make sure that it goes through without any issues. In the end, I decided that I was not going to deal with this company anymore.
Frustrating Shipping Experience with Saia: A Review of First Class Tvs Delivery Process
So, we finally got our TV from First Class Tvs! It looks pretty good, but we haven't had a chance to set it up yet. However, the really frustrating thing about this whole experience was dealing with the shipping company, Saia. They sent us an email with a tracking number, but we never got any updates after that. Every time we tried to check on the status of our TV, the tracking information was totally blank! After a ton of effort, we finally found someone at Saia who could help us track down our shipment. Apparently, the reason we weren't getting any updates was because we hadn't scheduled a delivery date with them. But nobody ever told us that in the first place! They didn't give us a phone number or anything.
After we finally got everything sorted out and scheduled a delivery for Monday, October 22nd, we thought things would be smooth sailing. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The truck driver called us on Monday and said he couldn't deliver because we weren't on his route. He rescheduled us for the next day, but then we got a call from Saia saying they couldn't deliver on Tuesday either. Finally, on Wednesday, we got another call from the truck driver saying he couldn't bring the TV to our house after all. He said his big truck couldn't navigate the road or turn around at our place, which seems crazy to us because other delivery trucks do it all the time! We had to drive a mile out to meet him in person and pick up the TV ourselves, but we couldn't even inspect it until we got home.
It was a really annoying experience, and we had to take three whole days off of work because of Saia's scheduling issues. We don't blame First Class Tvs for any of this mess, but we think they should seriously consider finding a new shipping vendor. Saia clearly has some major communication problems and they can't seem to figure out how to deliver a package to our house. We're still glad we got our TV, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be.
First Class TV: Amazing Deals and Easy Checkout with Excellent Customer Service
This place is great! I was able to find a TV that was perfect for me at a price that I could not believe. It was so easy to order and checkout with everything right there on the website. Make sure to read their policies, they are very informative and helpful, and will tell you everything you need to know about delivery, insurance, and protection plans.
When I checked out, I was called and asked if I wanted any additional items from First Class TV. I ended up getting the shipping insurance as it just made sense. Shipping costs have to be paid, so I felt better knowing my TV was insured during transit.
I skipped the protection plan because I have had good experiences with products like this in the past. I also decided to skip the accessories because I found better deals on Amazon and could get them locally.
I went with the White Glove Service since I didn't have anyone around to help carry a massive TV inside. I paid the $50, and the TV was delivered inside my house by friendly delivery crew (they kept their shoes on though). They took the TV out of the box, and plugged it in for me. They did not install the stand though, but I knew that going in.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase from First Class TV. The TV arrived on time, and I had no issues. They use a great home delivery service that was also dependable. If you're looking for a new TV, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!
Impressed with Firstclasstvs: Great deal, fast shipping, and perfect product!
So, I was thinking about gettin' myself a new TV, and after doin' some research I came across Firstclasstvs (firstclasstvs.com) on eBay. At first, I was kinda skeptical because I'd never heard of 'em, ya know? But then I saw that they had this LG OLED TV for way cheaper than other retailers (like, $800 cheaper!), with free shipping, a 30-day return policy, and protection for buyers who pay with their credit card. And I thought, well, that sounds like a pretty good deal! So, I went ahead and gave 'em a shot.
I ordered the TV on a Saturday, and then two days later, on Memorial Day, someone from Firstclasstvs called me up to double-check my shipping address (which was cool, 'cause I wouldn't want my new TV to go to the wrong place!). He also tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I'm not a big fan of those things, so I said no thanks. He was cool about it, though, and said that the TV was brand-new, still factory-sealed, and that they always ship it with an outer box to protect it. He said that he wasn't sure how long it would take to arrive, since it depends on which warehouse it's coming from, but it could be as soon as three days.
And then, wouldn't ya know it, the next day I got a tracking number from FedEx Ground, and sure enough, my TV arrived three days later, just like he said it might! And the best part - it was exactly what I ordered, a real OEM LG OLED TV that hadn't been opened or messed with in any way. The box was even still wrapped up in two nylon straps, so I knew that nobody had messed with it. Plus, the TV was shipped in this really thick, cushioned box that protected it from any bumps or nicks it might get during the shipping process. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that this box was plain brown and covered in FedEx stickers, you might think it was some kind of high-security box designed to transport a rare artifact or something!
The only thing that kinda bugged me was that I never got a copy of the bill or the invoice from Firstclasstvs, even though I had asked for one. But hey, I'm still really happy with my purchase, and I've already tested out all the features on my new TV and everything works perfectly! So if you're thinking about buying from Firstclasstvs, I'd say go for it - just be sure to let 'em know if you want an invoice or anything, 'cause they might not think to send one otherwise.
First Class Tvs: Hidden Charges and Inconsistent Policies
I'm really aggravated with First Class Tvs right now. I ordered a Samsung 75" Q90R from them, excited to see that it qualified for FREE SHIPPING! But after I placed my order, I got a call saying that I had to pay extra for shipping insurance. What the heck?!? Nowhere on the product page does it say anything about that. And the Truck/Air Freight Policy on their Shipping Policy page is confusing and unclear. So I felt like I was blindsided with an unexpected charge. To make things worse, they didn't even tell me the exact amount until I was on the phone with them and it was too late to change my mind. They said they can't give the exact amount on their site because it depends on where you're shipping to, but if they can quote me right away over the phone, they should be able to show it during the checkout process too.
After a bit of arguing, they lowered the extra charge by $75, but that's still $150 more than I anticipated. And I'm not the only one who's experienced this. First Class Tvs needs to be upfront about ALL charges on the product page and during checkout. It's not right to surprise customers with an unexpected cost. That's just wrong. Don't fall for their bull$#*!
First Class TVs Review: Promises Unfulfilled - 55" LG OLED TV
I remember placing my online order for a 55 inch LG OLED TV at First Class TVs on November 23rd. Everything seemed to go smooth until I received a call later confirming my order. The salesperson informed me that an additional $113 was required for cargo shipping insurance. I was a bit confused as I had ordered TVs before from other places and never had to pay for shipping insurance. The salesperson explained to me that the other places had the insurance built into the price of the TV. Although I found that odd, I agreed to pay the extra cost for the TV and insurance as the total cost was still cheaper than anywhere else I had searched.
I was curious as to where the TV was coming from and who the shipping company was. Unfortunately, the salesperson couldn't provide me with much information and simply said they shipped from several locations and used different companies for delivery. I found it quite strange that they would require me to pay for shipping insurance without even knowing who the shipper would be.
Either way, I went ahead with the purchase and paid a total of $1613 for the TV and insurance. I looked at other websites selling the same TV, and at Abe's of Maine, it was the same price but with additional handling and insurance charges. On New Egg, I found the TV for $1800 total, including delivery. Whereas, at Best Buy, it would have cost me $2300 plus an additional 6% sales tax. Therefore, I figured I must have made a smart decision by ordering from First Class TVs and saving myself $187.
Little did I know, that the real nightmare was yet to come. The salesperson assured me that I would receive my TV within 5-8 business days, and that's exactly what was mentioned on their website. But, the first notification regarding shipping came on November 29th via an email from a company called AM Trucking. This was five business days later. The email stated that the shipment was coming from California, and since I live in Pennsylvania, I knew then that the TV would not reach me within eight working days.
To add insult to injury, today, on December 4th, I am told that the delivery can be expected around December 18th! That's a whopping 18 working days or 25 total days since I placed the order. I mean, seriously, why did they have to promise 5-8 days as the delivery timeline when they clearly cannot deliver on time? Frustrated, I decided to check AM Trucking's reviews, and there were a lot of them, most of which were negative. Had I known all this before, I would have canceled my order and paid the extra $187 on New Egg.
This is my story, folks. I don't believe First Class TVs lived up to its name or reputation in my case. And, that is why I had to rate First Class TVs with just one star.

Disappointing Experience with First Class Tvs: A Review
I just want to chime in and share my experience with First Class Tvs. So, I decided to order a new TV from their website, which looked pretty rad. At the checkout, my credit card was charged right away and I was provided with a tracking number and a shipment confirmation. But wait, there's more! Unfortunately, the TV wasn't ready for pickup until more than seven days later. They said it was because of some shipping delays or something, but I'm not sure if that's true or not. Anyway, I had to contact them to find out what was going on with my order because their emails weren't being answered.
Let's fast-forward to the day the TV arrived. It took a whopping 17 days to show up at my door, which might not be a big deal for some folks, but I was pretty bummed about it. Especially since they promised in their advertisement that I would receive what they called "white glove" delivery. Basically, this means that the delivery guys will bring the TV inside the house and set it up for you. They'll also unpack everything, test it out, and get rid of all the packaging materials. Sounds awesome, right?
Well, it wasn't. When the delivery men came, they tried to leave the TV right inside the front door. But I was like, nah, dawg, you gotta bring it all the way to the rec room, which is about 30 feet away. They cut open the box, plugged it in to make sure it worked, and then bounced. No discarding of packaging materials, no checking to see if everything was okay, nothing. And it's not like I was asking for a lot here. I just wanted some basic customer service, which I didn't get.
All in all, I wasn't super happy with my experience with First Class Tvs. Maybe they're great for some people, but for me, it was kind of a letdown.
Mixed bag experience with First Class Tvs: A review on LG OLED delivery and service
Yo, so I gotta give my two cents about First Class Tvs, cuz it was more of a mixed bag for me. The first LG OLED I ordered was all good, but it took a hot minute to actually get it after hittin' up ol' mate Sam a few times. And to top it off, they promised me some HDMI cables but those didn't show up, so I had to fork out some extra dough. Not cool, man.
Anyway, when I finally ordered my second LG OLED, I was amped to have two baller TVs. But Fedex dun goofed on the delivery - they were supposed to drop it off a couple days after I ordered, but every time they said it was on the way, I had to cancel all my plans because I had to be home to sign for it. Then, they straight up lied and said I wasn't home when I was waiting right outside my crib. That's low-key sketchy if you ask me.
Finally, after raising some heck with Fedex, they sent a small truck along to deliver the TV. But when they unloaded it, they treated it like it was no big thing. Didn't even wanna wait for me to check it over, which was sus as all heck. Luckily, no damage happened, but still. Not cool, man.
So yeah, overall, my experience with First Class Tvs was aight, but that second order was a huge hassle and waste of my time. Heads up if you're thinking of ordering through them.
Horrible Experience with First Class Tvs: Save Yourself the Headache and Shop Elsewhere
Yo, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed with my purchase from First Class Tvs. I saw the prices and thought, dang, this is too good to be true, and I shoulda listened to my gut on that one. So, I ordered a TV on March 2, 2022, and just a few days later, them jokers called me tryna make me pay some "shipping insurance" fee. Ain't that some mess? Like, why not just include it in the price, right? But, I was feeling extra optimistic that day, so I went ahead and forked over the cash.
Fast forward four whole weeks, and I'm still waiting on my dang TV. They use some company called AM Delivery, and they don't even know where the heck my stuff is. All they keep saying is that it's "on its way". Uh, I'm sorry, but that's not good enough for me. I done left messages and emails for First Class TV, but no one seems to be pickin' up what I'm puttin' down. It's now March 25, 2022, and if I don't hear back from these folks by Monday, I'm throwin' in the towel and canceling this order ASAP. I'll just take my business over to Amazon or Costco, pay a bit more in taxes, and actually get my TV in a timely manner AND with a 4-year warranty. Ain't nobody got time for this mess.
In conclusion, I definitely do NOT recommend using First Class Tvs. Save yourself the headache and just go to Amazon or Costco. Trust me, it's worth the extra dough.

Bait-and-Switch Tactics: My Unpleasant FirstClassTVs.com Experience
So, I had high hopes for First Class Tvs. I saw their website, firstclasstvs.com, and was excited about the low TV prices and free shipping. I thought to myself, "This is definitely a great deal!" The excitement grew, and without hesitation, I ordered a TV from their online store. But I soon realized that things were not as they seem.
Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from someone at First Class Tvs. They wanted to discuss a few things. I was surprised because I thought everything was already settled when I placed my order. But, I decided to hear them out anyway.
The person on the line said that I needed mandatory shipping insurance for my TV, which would cost me a few hundred dollars. I was taken aback since I didn't expect an additional charge to be added to the already low price I had paid. Plus I was already promised that all the prices on their site were 'all inclusive' when I asked them via email.
As recommended by other customers' experiences, I wrote an email to FirstClassTVs.com to clarify whether or not the advertised prices included shipping insurance. Their response implied that to be the case - and was clearly not true.
When I explained this to the gentleman on the phone, he refused to acknowledge that he was being dishonest and dismissed my concerns in a rude way. He insisted that I was getting a good deal and that I should just pay the additional fee for the shipping insurance. Nevertheless, I was not pleased. I mean, he had lied to me via email and now he didn't seem to care that he was being dishonest towards his customers.
In summary, my experience with FirstClassTVs.com was not a good one. They may attract you with low prices and free shipping, which turn out to be a bait-and-switch tactic. They offer TV's at a low price, only to add on shipping fees later that are mandatory. And when confronted about such dishonest behavior, they are dismissive and refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing. Professionals have ethics that consumers trust, and dishonest people just cannot be trusted.
First Class Tvs Review: Disappointing Delivery and Poor Customer Service!
So like, I was sooo hyped to get my new 65" TV from First Class Tvs (firstclasstvs.com) that I paid extra for expedited delivery and freight charges. The delivery came on time and the box was looking all fresh and in perfect condition, but when I got that sucker plugged in, it was straight up factory damaged. Whaaatttt? I called up their office and like, this recorded message was talking about how they were moving and wouldn't be open for like a week or something, but like, no one answered or called mewhile I was waiting. Finally, like after 10 days or so, I got to talk to someone. After all the struggles, First Class Tvs was able to send me an upgraded 55" of the same brand, but charged me extra $50 for the swap. It took forever for it to get to me, almost a week, and I had to pay someone to remove the unusable 65" and dump it cause they said it was beyond repair. I feel so cheated. Like all that extra money I paid for quick delivery ended up being nothing but a waste of my mula. Truth be told, I'm not impressed about how they handled the problem-- it just took way too long to fix, even with the whole moving explanation. Like, you gotta do better with your customer service, guys!
Firstclasstvs: Affordable Prices, Questionable Service
Firstclasstvs prices were awesome. But their upselling had me feeling some type of way. See I bought a new TV and then got hit with an offer for white glove delivery just a little while after. I figured what the heck, I was going to be moving to a new house anyways, so I decided to opt-in and pay the extra fee. I thought it would mean better customer service but I was let down.
If you're like me and expect some communication before a big delivery, well think again. I was only getting emails and texts about when they would arrive and if I wanted to upgrade (even though I already paid!). No one reached out to me directly like I was told. When I had to reschedule because their delivery date wasn't convenient for me, I was greeted with more emails and texts instead of someone reaching out to me personally.
Thankfully, I was able to get it sorted out after I contacted firstclasstvs through email. The delivery folks finally pulled through and showed up at my pad. They even made sure my TV was working before they left - that's always a plus!
All in all, it was a bit of ride, but I'm enjoying my TV now. Just make sure you stay on top of these guys; you can't leave everything up to them!
Nightmare Delivery Experience with First Class TV's and AM Trucking
Wow, I had a pretty terrible experience with First Class TV's and their delivery service, AM Trucking. It took a whole month just to get my LG OLED TV, and even then the whole process was an absolute nightmare. I mean, the TV didn't even ship for over a week and then when it finally did, it sat with AM Trucking for another couple of weeks. I don't know what those guys were doing, but it definitely wasn't delivering packages in a timely manner!
But the worst part was when First Class TV's finally managed to schedule a delivery with AM Trucking, and then these guys just no showed without even a single call beforehand. And the next morning, they had the nerve to call me to say they were just 15 minutes away from my house. Talk about frustrating! And if I couldn't make it then, they were even threatening to reschedule me and put me at the back of the queue.
In the end, I just drove out and met the freight company on the side of the road to pick up my TV. But the nightmare wasn't over just yet. When I finally unboxed the TV, I found that there were these awful vertical lines that could be seen on certain content. Thankfully, they did start clearing up a bit with the pixel refresher, but still, what a hassle.
In hindsight, I would have just paid extra and gone to Best Buy or some other reputable electronics store. Neither First Class TV's nor AM Trucking are worth the headache. Plus, eBay even deleted my negative feedback on the transaction. How shady is that? Overall, what a terrible experience.
Must-Read Book: A Gripping Tale of Love and Betrayal
Great price on the LG OLED65C9PUA 65" 4K Smart Ai OLED TV ThinQ Amazon Alexa Google 2019. Delivery service was terrible by AM Home Delivery. Order was placed on 12-2-19, I knew it was going to be about 2 weeks for the delivery, I got text message on 12-12-19 saying delivery would be on Saturday 12-14-19 with a 4 hour window. I had grandson come from over and hour away to help me install it when it arrived. They never showed up. Finally got someone with the AM Home delivery and they said it was suppose to the delivered on Sunday 12-15-19 not 12-14-19 as my text said. No show again on Sunday. Monday I called and talked to AM again and they said they have no idea where the truck was but will let me know. Called a couple times later and still no delivery date except that it would probably be delivered later in the week. It was finally delivered on Friday [protected]:43. Delivery persons said they don't know why I was told delivery would be on a Sunday as they do not make deliveries on Sunday.
Beware of First Class Tvs: Bogus Reviews and Hidden Fees
Let me tell you something, folks. First Class Tvs might seem like a good place to buy a TV, but don't let yourself be fooled by their bogus reviews. Those customers who don't provide any details about their experience? Yeah, they're probably fake. So, be aware!
Now, I was in the market for an LG OLED 55 INCH TV, so I clicked through to First Class Tvs' website and made my purchase. The next day, this guy named David calls me and says they need to double-check my phone number. Ha! I laughed out loud because I knew what was coming next.
Sure enough, David tells me that I have to pay for shipping insurance even though their website claims shipping is free. I said no thanks and canceled my order right then and there.
Honestly, I was expecting this kind of behavior from First Class Tvs. I had read similar reviews about them and other scammers like BESTCHOICEAV (dot) COM. There are plenty of these shady online stores out there, and they all seem to have the same M.O.
So, take my advice and don't purchase anything from First Class Tvs. The price you see on their website is not the price you'll end up paying. And while we're at it, where are the FTC and Consumer Protection Agency? They need to wake up and do their job!
Avoid Firstclasstvs.com for TV purchases - Terrible Service & Hidden Fees
I was tryna find a big ol' 75" Samsung QLED tv. Firstclasstvs.com had it for the cheapest price so that's why I went with them. But dang, lemme tell ya, it was a whole mess. So after I ordered it online, I got a call from one of their peeps talkin' bout some "insurance" that I had to pay an extra $160 for. And apparently, it was required? Like what kinda scam is that? I had no choice but to say yes, so I did.
The order was placed on Nov 23 but it took more than 8 business days for it to even reach New Jersey. And then it sat there for like 5 days. And then it took another 7 days for the shipping company, AM Trucking, to get it from New Jersey to the terminal in Washington. I live in Oregon, so you can imagine how long it took to get to me.
Fast forward to today, Dec 24, and the TV has been sittin' in Washington for 3 days now. And when I called to complain, they said it's gonna sit there until Dec 27! I tried reaching out to Firstclasstvs.com, but they already have my money so it looks like they don't care if it takes a month to get to me.
I reckon if you don't mind waitin' for a whole month and you're just tryna save some cash, then these guys might be it for you. But if you want decent service, then forget about it. You ain't gonna get none of that.
