Yall bait people in to come bank with yall and then when unauthorized charges happen and yall throw that $34 fee on there even though it was an unauthorized charge yall say yall can’t dispute the fee. Furthermore this Individual should be disciplined & run a thorough Investigation into there Bad Behavior, Personal Conduct towards the Public & verbal harassment towards myself and/or others. I tried to deposit a check and Lawrence wouldn’t let me, and called me a “ white boy” in the process. This guy is clearly racist towards white people, and I’ll be closing my account! I deposited a check into my account they gave me a letter that said it would clear on that it would be available on the 26th today is the 27th and now they're telling me that won't be available till the 29th knowing that I'm stranded 65 miles away from home with no money no food and a tire that has to be replaced they refuse to give me any of my money don't let me close my account they won't give me any money they won't give me access to any money they won't do anything I told him I was in a bad neighborhood and I needed to get home but it was not safe for me here they didn't care they still not give me my money even though it's cleared their bank they have my money but they will not give it to me. They even made my account negative so that they had a reason not a real reason but they could say they had a reason to hold my money the letter I have shows that it's not a negative amount but they changed it. Today is the 27th and the funds were supposed to be given to me on the 26th.
Desired outcome: Give me my money so I can get home it's not safe here they have it but they won't give it to me.

According to your employees, your bank denied my application for a checking account because "My Passport is fake" and "my picture was offset on Passport." You people are IDIOTS! I've traveled through 4 countries with this same passport since February, including entering USA March 20th! Between your fickle policies and your low IQ employees at 2 different branches, you just lost what would have been a Loyal Customer! So after being run around and lied to for 2 days by your bank employees, I promptly ventured over to Cadence Bank with the same "FAKE PASSPORT" and opened up a better checking account and immaculate Customer Service in under 30 minutes! First convenience bank inside Rio Rancho Walmart
I was helped and opening an account that was not suitable and not what I wanted and asked for. That is wrong and needs to be addressed. Mark Jones appears on the check first for Nathavette varela and I made it very clear the first day of making the initial attempt to open a secure bank account for myself was that I was and always supposed to be present for any transaction made on this account two senators were always supposed to be present no matter what is what I was told and what I was expecting of this account and the activity in this account was to always have to signatures required as opened unofficial initial date.
Desired outcome: The outcome was that money was taken from me a large amount of money was taken from me without my permission without my authority without my knowledge and now the bank says they're not responsible?

Have had an issue with a purchase made over 2 weeks ago. From a bogus website they made random charges on my account which I disputed and was found to valid. Made another dispute for the over all purchase because I have not received my package nor have I been given much info about it. The customer service rep (Moises Acosta-Echevarria) was no help at all. They refused to look at facts given to them and referred me to contact federal trade commission.

Hello. I really hate to get. On here and nag yet. I have encountered a woman. Two different times whose etiquette sucks. When dealing with the public. She has rolled her eye's. At me twice while being. Assisted by her I don't. Know this woman personally yet. I have come to discover. That she knew someone who. I mutually knew as well. This woman was rude to. My adult child who happen. To come and establish an account. This woman attempted to hit. My daughter over the counter. As other patrons witnessed the misconduct. One of the people actually. Flagged down a guard who. Is actually law enforcement my. Adult daughter that this teller. Tried to assault was informed. That if she attempted to. Put her hands on her. That she'd be arrested and. To my understanding the teller. Became very angry about the warning. This woman works at the branch. Located inside of a Walmart. Down the street from Social Security. Here inPhoenix, AZ. Her attitude is horrendous if. She can't approriately interact with. The general public then perhaps. Working at a bank clearly. Isn't for her she seems. To be very mentally unstable. I am making another complaint against this bank for giving a severe dementia person a temp card.
My father Raymond Lee is the account holder for this account, and I was added on due his doctor stating he needs help with his finances. I had to obtain power of Attorney over him as he can't make decisions anymore. His account is over drawn by 407.38 and when he gets his SSI for November and when it's time for me to pay his bills, he is not going to be left with anything. This bank is not going to give me money back from my personal account from helping him pay his bills and food. There are numerous of notes on the account and also went inside the bank to have the overdraft removed and to put CRN on the account. Nothing has been done about it. Ebony Nelson from the Mykawa location keeps giving him a temp card after I get have them canceled. This is so frustrating to know that this bank does not listen. You are not going to hold me accountable when I keep telling you. I want my information removed this account NOW.

Hold on my check
Sunday, July 31, 2022, I deposited a check for $300. I then received an email stating that the money will be in my account within 2 hours, and it was, but the next day (Monday, August 1, 2022) I received another email stating that this same check now had a hold on it for up to 7 days.
I waited until Monday, August 8, 2022 but the money still hadn't been put back into my account so I called customer service and waited to talk to a representative.
Please keep in mind that I've been depositing checks from this same company for well over two years. I also just deposited a check from this company for $650. None of those checks for the past two plus years have had a hold on them. No one has changed accounts or banks.
The first customer service person I talked to, Sandra, looked at my account and verified that there was a hold but the 7 day hold was moved to a 10 day hold. When I asked why there was a hold, she put me on hold and spoke with someone else, not sure who. When she came back, she told me that the check was actually not going to be cashed unless they received a letter form the person issuing the check stating that this was a valid check. I went to the office where I work and had them verify that the check was processed by First Convenience bank. I then had them email me a copy of the check showing the stamp from First Convenience bank.
I called 1st Conv. bank back to speak to someone about where to send this attachment and to try to figure out where the $300 went.
I spoke with Hunter, who looked into my account again. I explained to him everything I have written above. He then told me that the money was in my bank account. I told him that it shows up in the list of deposits as a deposited check but when looking at the pending amount, there was a $300 void. I asked him to please explain to me, or have someone else explain to me where that $300 is. He paused and said, it's there. I said again, it is not there if you look at the pending section. He said there was nothing else he could do because the account was correct.
Once I got off of the phone with him, I used a calculator and started doing the math from the day of the of the deposit, July 31, 2022. There is defiantly $300 missing from my account.
I understand that sometimes a hold can be put on a check. I've had it happen with large amounts and with checks that are new accounts. I'm not questioning the validity of your bank policy. I just want to know why this check was put on hold. Now I have a greater concern because what was a 7 day hold turned into a 10 day hold and eventually turned into a check that will not be cashed. I need this check to show up in my account or an explanation as to why it's not going to be put into my account.
I am more confused after talking to Hunter because he's telling me that the money is in my account. If that is the case, then I need to know why my "pending" section shows to be $300 short.
Towards the end of my conversation with Hunter, I felt he was getting frustrated and maybe a little condescending.
I am going to my local branch tomorrow morning to see if there is anyone there that can help as I feel like I'm running out of options.
Desired outcome: I wan to know why my account shows to be missing $300 in the pending section. If the check I deposited was on hold, or canceled, I'd like to know why it was on hold or canceled and what steps need to happen to resolve this issue.

I used your ATM at the Greenville branch at super 1 food made a $100 transaction it gave me 2 $50 dollar bills and the charge was $3.50 which I had no problem with I stepped over to the teller window to exchange the 50s for 20s and was refused service because I didn't have an account with you this is total bs if you are good enough to take my 3.50 then you should be good enough to give me change I wasnt asking for a million dollar loan just change you should be ashamed will never do that again with your branch

I’ve been with this bank for some time now and it’s a nightmare. They do what they want to do with your money. They are holding my income tax check unless I can get a letter from the issuer saying my funds have been released more than 24 hours when my check is clearly dated for the 3rd.

I called today to find out how to pay on Zelle, after waiting 15 minutes the lady answered. She wanted my I'd. I told her they never ask for it just birthdate and email and last 4 of social. She was very rude and said I can't help you without ID. We're putting carpet in today and had a hard time getting in that room to retrieve ID. I deposited a check from my employer into my acct at my local branch for $174sjd some change the teller told me it would be available the next day … the next day comes and it's not available i the.
