First premier credit card
No email
No live chat
Very hard phone service to get in touch.
Rude agents
I tried cancelling my card before the 30 days, the lady was super rude and manipulative. She was almost refusing to let me close my account. Finally, I got mad and called them out for being awful. And she said okay, but you're not getting a program fee, annual fee refund. I had the physical card 1 week before I knew I needed to cancel it. I'm very upset.
If your bank has an outdated website, and no live chat.. It's not for me. And I want my fees back.
Credit card fraud
On June 28th my identity was stolen. Someone applied for a credit card from the bank. On that same day my mail was forwarded(also fraudulently) to a Nebraska address. Two days after correcting my address change I received a credit card in the mail from the bank. I immediately called the bank to cancel this fraudulent account. I sent the bank information they had requested to remove the credit application from the credit contact they used. The bank has not done that. I have asked for information from the application they used to approve the credit card. The bank has not provided that.
Desired outcome: Remove the credit check from the credit reporters file. Provide the spplication from the bank. Provide any contacts from the bank to the credit card applicant.
Cant get through to a person
I have lost my credit card and I can't get through to a customer care representative. I recently moved and am not getting statements.
When I try and call I need my card number # to be able to speak to someone but I don't have my card number. I forgot my password to login to online services and again I need a card number/account # to recover my password. You are reporting that I am not paying my bill on my credit but I have no way of accessing my account and I have no way of reaching a customer care representative to help me fix the issue. Can someone please contact me so that I can get this resolved? I have been trying for months now and am extremely frustrated that my credit is being affected and I have no way to access my account. Please call or email me at [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

Unauthorized credit card charges
Today August 24 I am making a payment to my credit cards but I notice that the balance still high. I dont pay the minimum there is no reason for that balance to still be high. So finally I decided to check I found a siux falls sd autodraft every month and after searching it is a scam. That is the reason why my balance not going down. I dont know for how long this is going on, in the app I just have six month of this charge in different cuantities in both of my cards. I need help.
Was charged $100 they're saying the never received
On 08/18/2022 I completed a telephone payment of $100 with my debit card at 10:50 pm. I am being told that the payment was never received. I have email conformation as well as bank statement conformation that the payment was in fact charged. All I am asking for is a refund of the $100. The account has been closed so I would like to have my money returned to me seeing as to how I never used the credit card for any purchases. I am beyond irritated. If I have all of the documentation as well as reference number and bank verification, why is it so hard to return my money to me?
Desired outcome: I just want the $100 to be refunded to me.
Platinum
This is by far the worst credit card in have ever dealt with. I use dealt with very lightly due to their lack of customer support. I signed up for the PREMIER PLATINUM CARD which as one time $95 fee in order to use the credit on the card. The fee processing went fine, but once I enrolled in online banking things were terrible. I was able to enroll in the online portion, but I noticed that the balance was not reflective of the entry fee. It was more. In order to use the card you must make the payment, why did it seem as if there was another transaction. I wasnt able to actcually see the transaction, you are not able to view most everything pertinent to this issue. I logged out and tried to set up the pin, I went through the whole process of it, and they wouldnt let me set one? Why? I was again given no resources to look into this. Why a, I not able to look at the information that my social is attatched to? Everyother card I have ever had has not been so evasive. You are not permitted to just simply go to the help section or get any material on what I consider a big deal. To dispute anything you are not able to just call direct. They request that you mail nit in. What in the world? How is that even still a thing? After I ws nt able to create a pin I decided to swipe it and get gas. It was delcined. I loggred back in and saw that my credit was decreasing incrementlly. I have only made two thransactions, they were way less that what was being reflected. I basically paid $95 that I cant get back, to be scammed. Do ot ever use this company. I was only able to make 2 valid transaction and my credit card was maxed even though the two transactions did not make a total anywehere near maxing out card, thats including the entry fee. I am not able to even view the transactions.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of my entry fee, or a copy of the transactions placed on my card and immediatley have them reversed. IMMEDIATELY! Im not waiting days to receive whats mine.
Leave me alone and I learned the hard way about using there businessand take there name off my credit.
So I use to put moneys on there card every month and after spent the money then on payday I would do the something, then I ask them to let me put 1000.00 and they told me know, so I stop doing biasness with them.
And wet on with my life because they told me that they were here to help me restart my credit and then when I found out that they are A fraud and then they would try to make me put moneys on the card, and if I did not they were going to give me a bad name and it will show up n my credit report, and it has.
Yes I was duma to the effect that because they run a business I am going to have to keep doing business with them.
I am a 100% disabled veteran and I am trying to get my life right, I have been in and out of the V A Hospital since it keeps on missing with my Post Traumatic Stress and I am fighting to stay alive and my doctors have sent me to the V A Hospital the White City Orgon not just because of them but the same problem from before. I am fed up with them and this has to stop. may be there is something that I did not read ore understand don't know because I sometimes take so much medications that I need your help.
THANK YOU GERRY WILLIAMS.
