Low rate app and operating system. Company never answers phone, app incorrectly displays account info and doesn’t allow for simple payment ability or even allow you to fully pay a balance, you’ll keep getting the overage message when actuality they just want a remaining balance to charge interest on. Company does not offer autopay options and charge ridiculous fees monthly. Even if you need credit history go with a secure card thru a bank and get better results. This card will do the opposite of what your looking for.

Not Your Typical Bank App
App always redirects to a browser window for login which requires to send a text code...not to mention it’s required twice before I can even sign in. What’s so hard about authenticating in the app, and accounts load just like any other bank app.
Account updates are always a few days behind too. Payment posted later than usual since they aren’t even electronic. They wait on checks from other banks instead of having the technological capabilities of just accepting wire transfers...or so the idiot on the phone told me.

Constant issues
App has issues, credit available fluctuates randomly. Had 150 available, made one $55 transaction and then I had 13 available. The best part is that when you try to solve the problemS and call their number, their is almost no way to reach their “award winning staff” which really has been kinda bad in my experience. Time to try working my way through the automated message option labyrinth to hopefully reach someone who can hopefully solve the problem. Would highly recommend getting a card somewhere else if you can.

Unsatisfactory
I tried to set my account as an automatic payment like I have with all my other bills so I would not forget to pay it on time and end up with a late fee and I couldn’t do it via the the app.
Called customer service and they informed me that they don’t offer this kind of service.
So I am guessing they make their money from the millions of people like me that forget to pay their bills on time.
I find it “very convenient” on their side.
For this huge reasons and until they fix this problem I rate them from 1-10 a 1.

Incredibly Irritating
I’ve had this credit card for just under a month and I already regret it. The primary problem with this app is that it takes forever to update what your remaining credit balance is, and you’ve no way of knowing unless you drag out all of your receipts you’ve used the card for and done the math yourself, as the app will not show you any pending charges. It’s incredibly irritating and laggy, and you have to wait at least a week after receiving your bill date to actually know what you need to pay, as it just takes that long to update.

Monetizing at its finest
It’s 2023 and this bank doesn’t have an automatic payment option. When you bring it up to their reps constantly say “we used to but no longer do at this time” they’ve been using this same excuse with no improvement or development for over 2 years now. They have no interest in making their app and bank access user friendly or beneficial for the user. It’s blatantly obvious they don’t intend to provide an automatic payment option because they profit off late fees. Just another bank that’s not about the people. Don’t waste your time or money.

You can do better
The company always says due to high call volume this call will be longer than 5 minutes and I sit for 20 minutes without help. There is no option for auto pay. There are a lot of fees just to have the card. They gave me 2 cards and when my credit when down after a recent surgery they cut my cards off without telling me. My app just said balance 120 out of 700 available credit $0. No warning, no letter, nothing. I am ok with it because I have higher limit cards with out the fees but if you depend on your cards and like to talk to customer service avoid this one.

This card and app is sketchy
They will charge you a monthly on top of interest fees, every month.
Before this app, there was another app like this for this card, but that old app doesn’t support the card anymore. I had to come here and figure out why nothing was working anymore and I guess this is the latest app. I was very suspicious creating a new account in this app. On top of some times not being able to login with either face recognition or password.
Also the card expired July 2022, I couldn’t even use the card a couple of months before the expired month/yr. There is no AutoPay so good luck on our end.

Horrible
I gave one star only because I had to. I literally been trying to login on the website for WEEKS but the one time code comes too late so I figured I try the app same thing the code takes entirely too long no matter what method used. So I have no choice but to call customer service, the lady keeps cutting me off finally I have to tell her to stop Interrupting me and she’ll understand what is going on. I get the code from her I login in close out the app and guess what I’m back where i started waiting for a code but better believe they allowed me enough time to schedule a payment. HORRIBLE!

Requires iPhone Passcode
Hello, just downloaded the app and initially had trouble signing up with an error code stating I was unable to & prompted to call an 800 number. Immediately I felt nervous simply because I imputed my SSN# but second time around went smoothly. However, after receiving an email code to finish the setup , it prompts me to enter my iPhone unlock passcode . . I’ve never with any other app had to disclose that info. That made me feel very uncomfortable and I exited out. Why do you need that information? Any way to bypass that? What happens if I change that passcode later on, will it stall me from logging in?

Has problems
I used to be able to make custom payments on this app. As soon as they went to this new app I can only pay the minimum amount or the full balance. At least that is how it is on my iPhone. So no the new app is not working for me.
So the developer sent me instructions on how to enter in custom amount. I already knew how to put the number in. They said to hit the confirm button. What confirm button? There is not one. I looked all over for a confirm button or a next button. There isn’t one. That’s the problem. I push up down trying to scroll but it does not scroll. Maybe it’s not able to be used with my iPhone.

Decent Credit Card but App itself is useless
Can never access the website on a desktop computer. Always has an error or my information is ‘incorrect’. Tried this app. Was able to create an account (odd bc I had created one on my desktop) Anyways all is fine so I try to login, requests me to have a code sent for verification. I do that but then it takes me right back to the log in screen, thus the ordeal starts all over. Calling to pay my bills is a very long process, but I have no choice with having zero access to the website/app since they do not work properly.
I got the card to build up my credit, I already am not crazy about a yearly fee BUT it did build up my credit some. With that being said, paying my bills are such a headache that I doubt I’ll keep this CC long. I’d rather not have the frustration each month trying to make a payment.

Premier credit card scammers
Premier Credit Card is trash!
My name is Emily Wells I got that credit card they took $50 plus $90 out of my debit card. Before I even got that piece of trash of card. they started taking out $30 a month for 3 months they stopped. And not by my choice of them stopping they stopped because they [censored] I started incurring $40 fees added to the $300 and they kept going until it became $558. And talk [censored] when I tried to pay the two months that they didn't take out they said no. So no means no so I said [censored] them. 558.00 sit right on my credit right now $558 for 2 years and 6 months and I would not pay them a ragged [censored] cent. If you trying to get a premier card please don't waste your time they're going to [censored] your credit up they going to [censored] your credit up so bad that'll be there for 7 years. And then they going to write it off as a charge off as it sit on your credit. These people are horrible devils send them back to the cave where they came from or back to the cesspool.
Desired outcome: Still sitting on my credit I will not pay them $0
Suspended card after 2 months with full payments made
Applied for card, paid fee to get card, got card, used card, paid complete balance due. Payment delayed 10 days because paid by my bank. Used card another month, paid balance again in full. Suspended wanting verification of bank info. A month later and after providing bank statement with my name on it they still have it suspended, this time they want to see the transaction on the bank statement. Really? It cleared, you got the payment, you got proof it was by bank that gave it to you, yet still suspended? And it shows on my credit report as suspended. Total bogus company, all they wanted was my 95 dollar fee. Now they must want me gone because I pay my balance in full. No phone calls, no emails, and notices that are mailed come 10 days after
Desired outcome: Stop suspending my card, or delaying my balances. I have only had 2 months and both months you come up with something wrong.
Scamed
I paid the program fee and the security deposit haven't even received a card for my account yet andi haven't even got to use my account credit and not even two weeks later I have a 0 balance out of 200 credit limit... And again I haven't even gotten my card in the mail yet but apparently premier has charged me my first months fees already and spent my credit line that I was approved for for me... Now my account is suspended said they believe that my account may be fraudulent and to send in some verification in which I had already sent in forms of verification thru the app when I funded my account... I'm not sending once again my personal info to someone else again they should of gotten it they don't need me to send it again to a different email address or fax or mail... Me sending my personal info once already is risky enough... Moral of the story is i'm stuck with having to pay for a credit line that I was approved for and premier bank spent for me instead...
Desired outcome: I want my money back that was used to fund my account and my account closed out for food and no more dealings with this company it's fraudulent and a scam and as well as liars
1st premier credit card, go2 bank, us direct express
I paid but these people are Kings and expect their payment somehow and they won't stop bugging you until they get it! But we are looking past those days aren't we? So what's the deal? I pay in from the owed amount indicated every month, so even though I paid what was owed on my account just 2 days ago and it was in full, what gives you the right to decide that I should pay you more without authorization from me or even a word from you that you were going to do so. No! Just because a person has listed their credit card with you on auto pay doesn't give you the right to continue debiting their account at will! Especially when it was determined via your app what I needed to pay and I did! So you think that because you feel like putting some extra charges Unauthorized, on s paid up to date account is okay because you got it like that, or that this creditor I owe doesn't get his money because YOU have King status to my funds? No this was not alright and very fraudulent of I had to say anything on this.
No!
I'm tired of all the rip off banks and credits card companies cheating people out of money that's not theirs!
Right now I'm dealing with 2 other irrelated debut card accounts who like to keep a pending charge on your account until the full time, even though the merchant had long ago cancelled the transaction and sent the payment back, these 2 fraudulent companies make you wait until the limited time for these pending charges to drop off and drop off they do... Right of of your account history and their system of course, never to be found or seen again, and into the pickets of the bank representative who was updating the accounts, it something like this and doing this to enough unsuspecting people who get told the same thing. "If the charge is not here and we can't set it, then we can't do anything about it, or it was probably never deducted after all, and you didn't notice it was never taken out!, Bull!
Go2 Bank (A Green Dot Bank); and US Direct Express (a Comerica logo, however government funds such as social security, SSI benefits are loaded onto this card account) are the 2 other culprits that do this crap and I'm fed up with it!
No I'm tried of these so-called banks.. Or their decrepit employees taking from me! I'm totally fed up!
Desired outcome: I want my money back 1dt premier Jacked from me, ultimately taking another debtors payment! I also want US Direct Express and GO2 BANK refund my pending fees that mysteriously dropped off my account. And 1st Premier also!
Credit card
I was approved for a credit card with this company around 2015 I had a $600 a month income and bad credit They charged me fees and fees on top of fees low balance high interest and high interest on top of that I dare say they even charged interest on interestThe fees diminished the credit balance of course but I kept this card in good standing regardless of my poverty and age which I am now 71 years old and of course live on Social Security I had this account in good standing for years paid faithfully regardless of being ripped off constantly I was trying to build credit after a bad divorce and being so low in income I was considered a good customer and they offered to raise my credit limit as an excellent customer... their words... so I said OK instead of doing that they sent me a second card charging the same fees high interest bla bla I did NOT understand I thought it was a replacement card so I of course used it I would like to add that being that poor and on government assistance I used this credit card for essentials not luxury items that I could not purchase otherwise and things that were not covered by food stamps and other government programs I moved in 2018 which was very expensive and I missed one payment actually I didnt miss it I just was late... and in the interim I also found out I had two cards which meant two payments... and the excess amount of fees they went over the limit and then had the nerve to charge overlimit fees then add late fees on top of that and interest on that total and none of my complaints or explanations mattered They in fact called me a dead beat and were rude and abusive and refused to stop charging me so then because of missing a payment or being late... it started a snowball effect that I tried to recover from for ver 6 months I paid double payments and then I cancelled the accounts but it did NOT stop the charges It went way the credit limit which was very low and the amount they are saying I owe them is like four times the original credit limit... And forget trying to contact them its like trying to get to the president but I did call them several times and begged them to please stop as now it was out of my reach financially and they were ruining my credit that I worked so hard to get up with their bad reports... so then they blackmailed me by telling me the only way I could stop the charges was if they set me up on this so called payback plan for the past due amounts and the only way I could do that was to set up auto payments at my bank When the payment came up the SS check had not arrived but they still got paid cause overdraft protection but it wiped me out... I actually went hungry that month and could not drive cause my car insurance didnt get paid which caused me all kinds of other repercussions and I got ate up with all the bank fees and I had to close my bank account... to which I ended up being held to account by a collection agency and I just paid that off last year with one of my stimulus checks The original balance on the card was like $500 which the two together would be $1000 in credit but not so cause after charging their yearly fees and fees just to open the account left like half that... and then as this fiasco went on and a new year came around so they charged me again for that and then insult to injury even though they got their double payments for their double cards from the bank... because I had to CLOSE that account... and that stopped the auto pays and I refused to give them my new bank information or co operate with this legal loan sharking and stealing my money... they said I was in default of the payback agreement and part of that payback agreement was to remove all the fees that had been incurred and stop reporting this in the negative and stop reporting that it was a charge off They have never complied with their end of the bargain... so all said and done in early 2019 two credit cards with no charges on them but from them... I had probably charged some small incidentals and gas with what was left which wasnt much... before all this hit I was in debt to them for close to $2000... I still am... I could not reason with them and they got rude with me and have always been insulting and abusive I even started crying I was so upset and they made me feel like dirt on top of robbing me so I stopped paying them and I stopped communicating with them.. I told them they are NOT getting another dime from me period... it is now almost 5 years later and they are still reporting this on a monthly basis and the balances are still out of my reach... I have written letters I have called I have made offers to to settle and they absolutely refuse During the pandemic I offered them my entire stimulus three times and it wasnt enough so they refused... and they are now affecting my life in such a negative way I cant even find a place to live... cause I got a higher income now and I dont qualify for any government assistance and they are ruining my credit to the point it is affecting my life and my ability to provide for myself Landlords wont even look at anything else Credit scores have to be a certain amount or forget it... they wont look at my excellent rental history or my excellent pay record with all my other creditors This black mark on my credit which is so wrong to begin with but because of the two cards it looks like I have two creditors I am not paying and its the same one They wont look at that either... and their constant updating every month makes it look like this is a current debt and it is not... and if I dispute the debt it starts the clock all over again it is listed as a charge off and the balance has stayed the same... and so many years have gone by it isnt even showing any of my pay record any more This is so wrong I am 71 years old I am all alone In the world I live on SS income and I have even managed to improve my credit despite these lying bottom feeders along with a couple of others just like them and I guess I can wait it out til it eventually drops off if I live long enough... but in the meantime I cant even find a place to live because they have black balled me I dont owe them anything and even though I was willing to pay something I no longer am I want these gone... these entire debts to this company is fees on top of fees and interest on fees
The balances are almost 4 times higher than what they gave me as a credit limit and I never charged merchandise or went on a trip I did nothing with either of these cards but buy maybe toilet paper or shampoo or things I needed and it went way too far before they stopped This should have never happened... its wrong and borderline legal... like these bogus payday loan companies on every corner... preying on the poor the old the bottom of the barrel of society with no money and no credit... or bad credit but at least those bottom feeders dont report to credit bureaus and these guys and companies like them put the word BANK in their credentials and it looks legit but its not! I wish someone would do something about this I dont even know what to do anymore any help or advice would be welcome
Desired outcome: I want this to go away Its been too long and I wanted to settle with them I have offered and I am not a young person This is ruining my life and I refuse to submit to their blackmail any more
Card fraud
I believe that this company may have been compromised by hackers (probably from within). I was notified of charges that I did not authorize so I called to have these investigated, The agent outrageously said "These may be legitimate charges are they all occurred at stores near where I live. An investigation was launched and the card was canceled and a new card issued. I had not even received it and I was notified of new fraudulent charges on the NEW card number!
I called once again and another investigation was launched, the agent offered to send me a replacement card and I declined (in case this was mail theft). They left the new account number open, and now someone bought $300 worth of Cryptocurrency using this card number. I will be closing my accounts down with them as soon as I can if no permanent solution is offered. I know closing accounts may drop my credit score but at this point, I have no choice. (FYI this company is one of the few that doesn't allow customers to lock their cards on the fly, they may want to add that feature to mitigate further damages from occurring.
Desired outcome: Offer a card lock feature and lock my card(s) until I notify otherwise
