First premier is saying I am 30 days late from a payment made in december. I made a payment online to my credit card and used my "Ent" checking account that I normally do and now that I got a alert on my credit report I'm 30days late i go online to see the issue and it shows the wrong checking account Was used (an old inactive account) so funds were not paid. I did use my ent checking account I am never late on payments and have had this First premier card for years. I went online same day as soon as I found out and made the payment again to show good faith. However, this is affecting my credit tremendously due to this error and nobody at the customer service wants to help and is treating me like I am nothing and telling me nothing they can do. .There was obviously some tech glitch or error on first premier when I made this payment and this is NOT the first time this type of situation has happened ( i have paid in the past on my card and it goes towards my other card) so i don't know what the problem is what the system to periodically do that but I should NOT be penalized for whatever glitch their system made. In fact they can see I made several other payments on mine and my husbands account with the same ENT checking account -SAME DAY so this was not my fault it defaulted to an old checking account. This needs to be resolved as it is not to my mistake. This is my only resort for some sort of help. I am putting my faith in a higher up to help resolve this issue and take some sort of responsibility of the fact that technology is NOT perfect and I should NOT be penalized for this as this is inaccurate and wrongful situation that happened that is now penalizing me.
Desired outcome: fix my credit report and take responsibility as this is not "accurate" information. This was obviously a tech issue on your end not mine
