My complaint was based on flight hub booking [protected]. This was flights befween Penticton and Whitehorse return. In contact with Flight Hub somewhere between Aug 21 and Aug 23 I was given a Claim Nunber but lost the numbert I had writen on a piece of paper as I completed my trip. Flight Hub should have this number. I was promised that they would email me a form to complete my claim. I never received an email. Providing the email would allow me to provide detail of the claim and allow me to provide the detail of the claim and resolve my concern. I have been un unable to contact Flight Hub in any form from phone to email to chat bot to address the problem. Part of the difficulty appears to be that the flight booking [protected] is now complete and no longer reconcognized by Flight Hub in my attempts to contact them. If the Claim Numver is now also not recongnized by Flight Hub the only solution is for a Flight Hub agent to phone me a [protected] (Penticton, BC) as they did during my first discussions with Flight Hub that was initiated before the flinal leg of my flight.
Desired outcome: To get the emails I am entitled to.
