I booked round-trip airfares from Toronto to China on Flighthub (Booking Reference:4GMM6R-Depart on 12:55, Wed 23 Aug,2023 from Toronto and Depart on 9:30, wed 22, Nov from China back to Toronto) and my all seats have been confirmed while I got confirmed email on 19th, August,2023. On 22th, Nov.2023, I did not receive any flight cancellation notification until I arrived in airport and can not find my flight information. I was expecting receiving email before the day I took off. But I did not, I took a taxi according to the original itinerary at two o'clock in the morning with a three-year-old child and four suitcases from Weihai to Qingdao International Airport. Because of the coastal area, the night fog is very heavy, when I arrived at the airport at about six o'clock but can not find my flight information, after inquiry, I was told that the airport did not have this flight NH928, this flight stopped flying a month ago! My husband in Canada immediately contacted Flighthub and they gave us a new itinerary, which I found to be not reasonable at all. Because I was transferring from Japan and the intermediate transfer was at two different airports and there was only an hour and a half transfer time. Then we contacted Flighthub again. Flighthub ended up changing our itinerary to two intermediate transfers, a total of 23 hours and 22 minutes (Ticket NO: [protected]). My kids and I waited at the airport for another seven hours before taking off, and then made two transfers, including in Vancouver to take out all our four suitcases. The whole process was extremely difficult and exhausted. By the way, the Liuting airport in Qindao was written on flighthub ticket information was totally ridiculous. Liuting airport has been closed two years ago! it should be updated to Qindao Jiaodong International Airport! what's ev en more infuriating is that I keep contacting with Flighthub customer service on the phone since I came back to Canada. It can not be connected and I was told that will be someone called back to me every time. However, I have been waited for two weeks and I still did not receive one call from them! I am so infuriated and got disappointed by Flighthub!

Desired outcome: 1. Apologize to us. 2.Reimburse me for $200 for a night taxi and $300 for all troubles and hardships compensation
