On April 23rd, 2021 at 5:24 pm, I have purchased a ticket from FlightHub; However, I need to cancel it due to a double booking issue. FlightHub confirmed my cancelation on the same day on April 23rd, 2021 at 6:28 pm, and charged a cancelation fee of USD75. It stated that it will refund my total ticket amount of USD530.91 within 7-10 days since I canceled it within 24 hours. However, I have tried to contact Flighhub several times for my refund and got no answer.
It has been more than 75 days and I have not received my refund yet.

Back in 2016 I was promised a refund on a flight I wasn't able to board due to an issue on flight hubs part. I had to buy another ticket and missed my retreat in Bali. I wrote reviews all over the Internet, and two years later someone from FlightHub contacted me and asked me to remove the review, after I got email proof that they promised me 2 free flights anywhere I want to go because I had a feeling they were full of [censored], I removed the review. I went to go book my flight a few months later, and of course there was no record, finally after reaching escalations, someone named Jerome was able to confirm my credits after days and hours on the phone. then of course covid hit.. and Jerome is no longer at FlightHub. Now, I have spent a whole week, only getting through to people who can't help me, with promises of call backs, and a total of 10 hours on hold and dropped calls and sales people hanging up on me. I was even considering if they let me book the flights to purchase one more as there are 3 people in my party. I am out of energy, I've never been so appalled or treated this bad by a business in my life. I want to take them to court, I have proof of emails from them confirming everything they have promised me. I just don't know what my next step is to take this company down.

I had booked a flight back in March to go to Alberta for a weekend in April. I live in Regina, SK and shortly after booking my flights, we were heading into a lockdown again. I had to cancel my flight.
I had spent over $600 on flight tickets and then spend more on a cancellation request. Not only was losing so much money a problem, but my cancellation request took forever to process and was denied months after. I have been very unimpressed with my whole experience with Flighthub. I understand that policies state that flights are non-refundable, but there should be some compensation for all of this trouble.

I am trying to reach flighthub customer service regarding airplane ticket since June 3. 2021
On June 3, 2021 I called flighthub to rebook flight from Vancouver to Belgrade, Serbia using my credits. Flighthub rep told me it is rebooked for June 29 and in 24 hours will get confirmation. Since then I never received any flight confirmation. I called them but every time they sad 24 hour or 48 ours for sure I will get confirmation for the flight. Yesterday I was on hold for 4 hours with flighthub and was disconnected. Right now I am on hold for 2 hours.

We booked flights thru flighthub from Omaha to West Palm Beach for the dates 9/24/20 - 9/29/20. Because of Covid, we had to cancel. Flighthub gave us future credits to use. We have until 3/31/22 to use them. Now we are trying to reschedule the flights with same destinations and same airlines. I've checked dates from now thru february 2022 and there is nothing available. We are pretty flexible about the dates that we can travel. Customer service was not helpful after being on hold for 7 hours.

I have had TWO flights canceled by the airlines and I would like a refund. I had to pay for two other flights because I could not get any resolution from flight hub. I can not even speak to a real person at flight hub and there is no longer the option to schedule a call back! The number they give you to call is only a recording. I also need to change a current flight and the web sight will not allow me to do that!

Talking to an agent at Flight Hub
May 14, 15, 16 Booking Number [protected]. Flight Hub and I finally connected today May 16th on a call back. The voice prompt lead me to, if you want to speak to an agent press 1. We pressed 1 and was immediately disconnected. I have tried to speak to an agent on-line or leave a message and I do not know where my inquiry is at, I want My Air Canada Q5HGH8 cancelled and refunded per the new Air Canada Policy. I want my Wesject JCVWPR to remain open ended so I can use in a future booking. I have requested this and have had no response. Every time I go to the web-site it takes me on a circle and eventually a spot where I could tell what I wanted. However, I keep getting phone calls with no agent on the line. Either you have this service or you do not. There is no e-mail contact and no way to get a hold of any person at Flight Hub.

I an having the same problem! I am at a dead end, can't talk to an agent, and the refund that was supposed to be in the account in 12 to 18 weeks is long over due, it is now 21 weeks! So frustrating and terrible service!

I had booked a flight to Egypt last year, and because of the COVID-10 situation, I had to cancel it.
I reached out to Flighthub to confirm when I can use my travel credit, and they assured that I can use it before May31, 2021. and I even checked the travel credit status on their website.
These days, I am trying to use the travel credit, and they asked me for extra $300, because of the price difference and airlines penalty. I was extremely annoyed because I have to pay the penalty, when they told me last year that I can use the travel credit without paying the penalty. Because I needed to book ASAP, I paid this $300 CAD. After 1 hour, they called me again asking me to pay extra $450 CAD. and even time they say the same reasons that the ticket prices are gone up, I told her how it is gone up in 1 hour but $450, and I already paid 1 hour ago.

I booked two flights through Flight hub that were both cancelled due to the pandemic.
I waited while they processed the refund and then told me it would take 12 weeks until I received a refund for either flight.
Even though I thought that was a long time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it has now been 12 months and not only have I not heard from them, but their phone system does not bring you to a live agent.
Given the fact that I have not received a refund or an email explaining why after 12 weeks I still have not received it leads me to believe that flighthub has no intention of refunding me for the two flights.

They are the worst booking company I've every dealt with. They will never have my business again. I've been trying since Feb 2020 to get a resolution to my issue. Every call to them gives me a different story and there have been well over 25 calls.
Since you are dealing with a different agent each time, you end up rehashing your story and getting a different reply.

I have tickets with flight hub which I was told are refundable but when I requested the refund I was told that it could only be used for future travel
I purchased 2 tickets from flight hub on Lufthansa to travel to Europe but when Covid 19 hit my flights were canceled 3 different times. I called flight hub and they offered refund or future travel but told me that it was fully refundable confirmed by Lufthansa. When I applied for the refund flight hub told me I needed to contact Lufthansa which I did and they did issue a refund but only for less then half of what I paid. Our tickets were $1, 057.23 each and Lufthansa refunded $493.23 per ticket. When I called to ask about the rest of it I was told the agency needed to do that. So I have not gotten a response from flight hub they are not willing to help me at all.

We had way too many calls to try to figure that out and still nothing was resolved. The last time I called was December and I was told fro a worker there that 'should be getting the money soon because the processing time was getting close to finish' but never cared to explainwhat I should do in case I didn´t get the refund.Then in March they call asking me to send them to send them proof that I paid for the tickets and proof that the money didn't enter my account. So frustrated been trying to communicate with flight-hub for months, have called several times only to stay on hold for hours until the battery in my phone dies, I have also sent emails to customer support with no reply. I purchased 4 flights to Costa Rica for my family this past Christmas, I also purchased $19.99 cancellation insurance for each flight. I just want a refund which is impossible as speaking to a human at flight-hub is not possible. What is the point of purchasing insurance if you can't get reimbursed for cancelled flights due to COVID. I have been a customer for years but not anymore!

I bought 2 tickets to Uruguay on March 1, 2020 departure was April 21, 2020. March 14, 2020, the Canadian Government issued a no travel recommendation because we could risk not returning. In the next days, Uruguay closed its borders to incoming flights. We decided to cancel our flights. It took me until April 18 to communicate with Flight Hub and speak to a customer rep who finally canceled the flight a day before departure. I had bought flight cancellation insurance, but I needed to confirm that Flight Hub would not be refunding the tickets' cost; that's $2, 230.
I requested a refund, and they said it would take 10-12 weeks, so I waited. I spent a year calling and emailing without success enquiring about the status of my refund. Today Feb 19, 2021, I called again, and after an hour on hold and pushing buttons, I finally got to talk to a representative.
I told her that I wanted a letter or email stating that they will not be refunding the cost of the tickets so I can claim a refund from the insurance. They had me waiting an hour more until the call dropped, and I couldn't reconnect.
I'm so angry with this company they are completely negligent. Not only do they not give a refund, but they also don't want to give proof of not doing so. On top of it, communicating with them is virtually impossible.
I recommend not doing business with them, and if you do, make sure you never need anything from them except your ticket because any change or claim will never move forward.

The return ticket was supposed to be completed on Jan 14, 2021 but I called on Jan 4th, spent about 2 hours on phone being bounced from agent to agent, all asking me to repeat the same concern voiced to the previous agent: wanted to change return date because the lockdown noose around destination (London, Ontario), was tightening, especially around the university that my son goes to.
Finally the 4th attendant took over, took my credit card number presumably for the charge to change the date to Jan 30, 2021, and asked me to wait for an e-mail update. Nada. Nothing was sent. Waited, and waited and called on the 19th Jan, at that time the return date (Jan 14) had passed. My guess is that it was an easy way to ignore those in my situation. It would look like I was the one who did not honour the return ticket but a good check of their logs will show that I did go through all these hoops.
Called Air Canada, the carrier. They won't touch it because return date had lapsed. Came back to Flighthub's automated system. It won't take my reservation number for assistance because it navigates away from expired tickets. For 4 days dried to contact them, no luck. I believe there is a scam going on here and want a refund/credit for the return portion.

Credits from 2020 for unused tickets because of covid
Last year my husband and I purchased flights in February with Flight hub departure on May 1, 2020. We could not travel because of Covid, so after many calls made with lot of time consumed on our side, we got this credit in the amount of CAD866. We got the credit last November, but after we paid an extra CAD50 "to search for our tickets". Searching a ticket we provided all the information? Whatever we did not complain about that, we paid, and we got an email with the credit from where we supposed to start and book new flights.
When we found the flights for December 2020, we could not finalize our trip, we had to call again, and not just one time. Talking with different agents we realized that they come with different information and explanations.
Flight hub asked us an additional CAD 350, on top of our credit of CAD433/ person, saying that this money is not for them but AeroMexico asked for extra money for booking flights based on credit. We gave up, we travel every year two times to mexico. We choose to book new flights direct with Aero Mexico since the round trip cost was CAD384.
We just returned from Puerto Vallarta and tried to book our tickets for May 1, 2021. We started from their email "start using your credit" where it is very clear we must do the rebooking before April 30, 2021. We choose the dates may 2 to may 15, and got the email from them with the price of $316 per ticket, since the company does not do refunds? they rounded up the price to 433, which was fine, but they called us and asked an additional CAD55 per person.
I searched on line and the same tickets for the same period are CAD216/person, tax included. We have CAD433 per person, the ticket is CAD 316 and they ask us another 55 per person?
Flight hub has so many bad reviews, they piss off so many travelers, is this the policy of this company to rip off their clientele?
we asked the agent to find tickets from Nov 1, 2021 - to - Jan 15, 2022. She told us that we cannot book flights after August 2021, excuse me, the restrictions are very clear in their emails, "rebooking must be done before April 30, 2021".
Last year one agent told us that we must fly before April 30, 2021, the other agent told us that was not true, rebooking must be done before that date but the flights could be any time after that, which is correct. Now the agent we spoke today comes with another restriction. Cannot book flights after August 2021. This is not very professional and very stressful for us, travelers, after waiting hours to get a call back, waiting on hold many times for minutes, and at the end not resolving our problems and not getting the correct information.
At the end of our telephone conversation, we asked them to book our flights from May 2 to May 19 or 20, or 21, at the price they initially provided first time when we booked new tickets, CAD316 per person using our credit of CAD433 /person, and since they do not refund the remaining unused amount, asked to accept one check in luggage for each. We need that just to take stuff for donations to Church for people. I guess they can afford that inside the 866 dollars our credit with you. (316*2=632)

I have been trying for 5 months to rebook a flight for my mother and myself that was cancelled last August due to Covid through flighthub. I have spoken to every person there at least once. To start with, every flight that I try to get us on gets a refusal for one of us with no reason why. It doesn't make any sense to me. We were on the same flight to start with so why can only one of us get onto a new flight. I have been on the phone with them for 4 hours at a time with no resolution. I asked to get a refund because I can rebook directly through westjet for $450 less but they say I can't get a refund, only a travel credit. To make matters worse, I have to pay them an additional $240 if it actually gets booked. We both had a $1005 credit and the flights are a maximum of $800 through westjet. This doesn't make any
sense to me. They are blaming westjet and I have spoken to Westjet and this has nothing to do with them. They are not charging any extra for the new ticket so flighthub is lying about it. I need help.
