On the 27/07 Flighthub took authorized $150 for admin fees, and Qatar airways took an authorized $414 for flight change. These were authorised payments as I changed my flights - booking reference [protected].
The concern is that Flight hub then attempted to take 6 more unauthorized payments of £ 322.25, which would total nearly GBP 2000. Luckily I do not have these funds so this declined. I felt this was uneasy at the time as why is this company trying to take so much money from my account with no reasoning. The gentleman I was speaking to (Khaled - via whatsapp) assured me this was an error.
Today (01/08) I have been charged $412 from Qatar Airways with no reason. I have contacted them who have advised me to contact yourselves as they have not recieved any additional payment.
This is outrageous as I do not have any more money and this has taken me into an unarranged overdraft which I am going to be charged for. I do not understand why A) flight hub tried to take 6x the money out my account and failed, and B) I have been charged $412 dollars today. These are both unauthorized. This was all the money that I have left for the next month and it has been taken, I am also now in my overdraft which I am going to be charged for. This is so upsetting and I am extremley stressed.
Has my information been leaked? Please raise this as a major issue and I will be seeking immediate refund.
