I feel your online prices are false advertising.
It has happened to me at least 10 times that I select a flight from Ottawa to Atlanta. After I complete all of my personal details as well as my credit card info I select 'submit' and then get a message that the price has increased by almost 50%.
Today around 4:30 am there were at least 8 different flights available and each time I selected a flight I got a message that the price was no longer available and it had increased to a much higher price.
When I call Flighthub I always get the same excuse that they have no control over the pricing as it is dynamic and they then try to sell me another flight at a higher price.
All of this leads me to believe that the prices posted online are false prices and are used to get people to purchase a ticket at a higher price.

Don't buy from them! everyone from bottom level agent to highest level manager yanis and "Wubant" all lies. I bought 5 tickets to go to peru, airline changed my flight and added 35 hours layover without hotel. I called to cancel the flight i was told in 24 hours u will receive an email with refund confirmation then 30 days refund will be there. Since the first call it has been over 2 months not a single email regards to my refund. every time i call i get someone saying oh the agent never did then someone saying oh the agent did. speaking to supervisor who can't do anything speaking to "highest" level manager yanis who just lies to tell u everything is good. my 1500$ CAD has been stuck for over two months and no one would give me a right answer. I don't know who to call what to do.
I have called over 40 times and spoken to over 60 agents. each call has been 1 hours long minimum

Your extended cancellation policy is a joke. It is misleading and fraudulent. I was charged a total of $39.98 for booking reference number [protected]. I was also charged a total of $59.97 for booking number [protected].
If I had been informed it was only a 24 hour policy I would never have bothered. I have 24 hour cancellation on everything with my credit card. In reviewing online complaints, I see I am joined by many other unhappy customers.
This is a cash grab of the worst kind. At minimum I would like the two sums returned to me. I would actually like a cancellation policy that you led me to believe I had purchased.(calling it extended cancellation is shameful).

flight cancelled without me being notified extra money spent on overnight stay
I had a return flight from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia to Vancouver, Canada, via Seoul, Korea, and Beijing, China. When I arrived in Seoul, I was told that my flight from Beijing to Vancouver (CA 997, departing on Sunday, September 15th at 11:25 PM) has been cancelled, and I have to register for another flight, which is the next day. I was very angry and upset about that because:
1. No one notified me about that cancellation, and I was shocked upon my arrival to Seoul.
2. I had to spend extra money for the overnight stay in Beijing which I did not pan to (~$100 for hotel booking + food)
3. I planned to arrive in Vancouver on Sunday afternoon and be back at work on Monday, September 16th. But because of the cancellation, I had to give my employer a short notice and claim another day off which again I did not plan.

In April, I booked a flight with Flight Hub to Mexico, (to fly with Aeromexico) for 2 passengers, Jean-Marie Cloutier and myself. When they confirmed receipt of my request both of our names were correct.
When the electronic tickets were sent to me, Jean-Marie's name was listed as Jean Marie Silvester Cloutier. " Silvester" is my second name. I asked Flight Hub to correct the error but they refused saying that only AeroMexico can change it.
I contacted AeroMexico and they told me that they made out the ticket with information provided by FlightHub, and that I should go back to FlightHub and have it corrected.
This back and forth correspondence and phone calls have been going on endlessly since May and I really do not know what to do.
Both of them, FlightHub and AeroMexico, have told me to take a 50/50 chance and present ourselves at the airport on the travel date and maybe the airport personnel will let us onboard.
Both of the tickets have been fully paid and are non-refundable.
I even went to the AeroMexico counter at the Montreal Airport, but the staff there said that they are not really Aeromexico employees but merely representatives and that they are unable to correct a ticket.
When I asked the lady, so what happens if Jean-Marie is barred from boarding the plane - she said that as a last resort we would have to buy another ticket on the spot.

false representation and misleading information
I bought tickets from YOW to WAW on your website (international flight) and when i went to do my check in, i was informed that i had to pay 60$ per person each way for the first checked in luggage. I paid 2700$ for those international tickets and it was NO WHERE mentionned BEFORE i booked that luggages weren't included. This is false representation and misleading information because there was NO MENTION of it BEFORE booking and we just found out when we were checking in. International flights costing that much money usually include luggages. It is not a cheap flight company nor booking we made and we feel robbed by your misleading/absence of any information regarding this. After having called the airline (aircanada) which referred us back to you as we did our booking through your website, we had disappointing answers and unsatisfying customer service. We definitely lost trust in flight hub.

On Thursday September 5th, I received a phone call from Flighthub, allegedly to resolve my refund.
I was told to hold the line, and was promptly disconnected.
Four attempts on my behalf to return the call got me no further than a switchboard asking me to make a new reservation.
No subsequent effort to contact me has been made by Flighthub.
I have no choice now but to escalate.

FlightHub is the worst travel agency. I will never ever buy anything from them. I purchased a ticket which had two layover in Europe and then noticed that it is against the law to have two layovers for nationals of certain countries. Then I tried to change my flight and all they gave me was they could only change the date and not the number of layovers even if I would be willing to pay the difference. That was absolute [censored] and I have never heard of that stupid restriction. I have to add that the ticket was not even cheap and I could have found better prices had I searched more. I was so furious with them, I called 5 times in total and even talked to the manager only to receive the same [censored]. I will make sure I will file a lawsuit against them.
I forgot to mention that they lied to me that this is the restriction from the Airline end and not from them, which was total lie because I have asked the airline and they do not have such a stupid regulation.

I am really upset. Me and my sister called to see if we can change our flight and the customer service representative told us, no sorry he promised us that we would get a better flight for cheaper if we cancelled. However, he had to transfer to a sales person. After he cancelled our flights and transferred us the flight was way more than we additionally paid for. Plus my sister got charged an additional charge for the flight because "it was not reflecting the correct price at the time". Now we have to wait 2-10 business days for our money back with an additional $75 charge and no flight. You guys do not know what you are doing and wasting peoples time and money! I will go above and beyond to make sure I get my voice heard!
Fake reservation
I booked a two-way flight from Vancouver to Kochi (COK, India) on 142th May, 2019 and Kochi to Vancouver on 12th August. During the return trip, my flight from Delhi to Vancouver (via Beijing) was operated by Air China. When I reached Delhi from Kochi to board the flight to Beijing, they Air China did not allow me to check in. They told me they cannot find my reservation. They accused flighthub making a fake reservation. I was stranded in Delhi, I had to take a one way ticket from Delhi to Vancouver within few days which costed more than my original roundtrip ticket. I want a full refund of my whole ticket and compensation for the delay, the stay in Delhi and the new ticket. I felt so helpless and cheated with flighthub. I called them several times, they did nothing else than saying they will get back to me. I am very disappointed with their service.

I booked a flight for the 4th of july 2019. From yqy to yeg. I checked my email. Only to find the booking was incomplete. I had the option to complete or cancel. I cancelled. I rebooked the next day July 5th. My flight left july7th 2019. Imagine my suprise finding out from WestJet. I had 2 tickets for the same flight! Now the company is requiring 150$/baggage/trip, which is 300$ just for the one-way trip !

notification issues
Flight schedule with air canada was changed without any notification from flighthub. We were lucky to be there very early and air canada was able to get us on another flight. A few weeks earlier i received a notification about the flight scheduled being changed with philippine airline but after calling and waiting times for many hours there really was no change in the flight schedule... so why did i get that notification?
One notification for no change in the flight schedule and NO notification for a schedule change... good job. Very disapointed with this type of service. Won't be booking with you guys anytime soon.

I booked my flight from Calgary to Vancouver, I called to change the dates, when I called the customer rep told me that I called with in the 24 hr period so they can switch the dates to a later date in a months time.At the end I asked her that I wont be charged extra but when I seen I iternary I was charged all the unnecessary fees to my credit card, thos is such a rip off n I tell everyone not to deal with this monkeys because they wont help you instead they will make a fool out of you.

I purchased a ticket from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Ibiza, Spain. My flight from Ft. Lauderdale to NY was delayed 3 hours due to weather with Delta. Once I got to the airport, Delta stated they couldn't help me and I needed to contact Air Europa. Air Europa then stated that it was Delta's fault and their responsibility to get me to Ibiza. Delta stated it wasn't their fault and I needed to contact FlightHub. I contacted flighthub who contacted Air Europa and kept giving me the run around in regards to who to contact. The last contact I had with Flighthub was that they could no longer help and it would take them 72 hours to try to rectify the situation. Meanwhile, I was stuck at the airport with no way to get home so I had to purchase a ticket for $589 to get back home. I had to sleep at the airport until the next day. I still hadn't heard back from Flighthub. When I called them back the following day, I spoke with a supervisor who informed me that she was working with the airlines. After about 45 mns, she stated she would research more and give me a call back. She never called back and two days later, I contacted flighthub again. The agent I spoke with stated the supervisor placed a note in the system that I forfeited the ticket which I did not. They also stated that I should contact Air Europa because they no longer have the ticket in their possession. I contact Air Europa who stated they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't purchase directly through them. That I have to get a refund from the agency of which I bought the ticket but FlighHub will not refund my funds so now I am not only out the $1232 I paid for this ticket but also $589 I had to pay to get myself back home. FlightHub needs to refund my ticket asap and I will complain to whomever I need to in order to get this rectified. I'm a Veteran and I work hard for my money and you guys trying to keep it without any sort of resolution is ridiculous. I will never be purchasing a ticket through this company again!
