My husband and I contacted FlightHub to request information regarding cancelling our flights to Beijing, China on the 9th April 2019. We were reassured by customer services that we could pay $400 for the 2 tickets and get our money back of $1200 ($600 for each ticket). The following morning we were then informed that the tickets were not cancelled and we were not getting our money back after we had cancelled the rest of our vacation. We have tape recorded our conversations and FlightHub acknowledged they agreed to refund us and then changed their minds!
We have lost a total of $1500 due to Flighthub's corrupt and illegal practices. We will never use them again!

I have booked flight ticket from Toronto-Amsterdam-Delhi on May 30 2019 and from Delhi-Amsterdam-Toronto on Jun 29 2019 for me and my Wife. FlightHub Booking Number: [protected]. This flight is operated by Jet Airways. While booking the ticket I was told that for cancellation (if required) and refund, Flighthub will be taking responsibilty. This has been cancelled and I called Flighthub for my refund but they are asking me to call Jet Airways. But Jet Airways point is that they have not booked my ticket and Travel agency who have booked my ticket should initiate my refund and work on it. I am not expecting this servoce from flighthub. They should not steal customer money. I want my hard earned money ASASP but Filghthub is not refundng my money
So, I had the similar situation. Booked jet airways for my travel on april 26 and eventually got a cancellation email 2 weeks prior to my travel. Flight hub sent me an email initiating the full refund within 6-8weeks and I am still waiting for my money. The customer care guy said I was the only one booked on jet airways and for the refund I should call jet airways or my bank and also there is " No point calling us. He even said " WE DONT HAVE YOUR MONEY" after I cald him to know the status after 8 weeks. These people are just fooling us.
I have a similar complaint. I booked a return trip from Halifax to Amsterdam April 8 returning April 20, 2019. On April 11, 2019 I received an e-mail from Flighthub that my flight had been cancelled and to contact them immediately. I did and waited on Hold for over 45 minutes only to be told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. Of course no one called. I called again and was told to leave my telephone number for a call back. Again, no one called. Finally, I got another e-mail directing me to contact Flighthub, then after about 20 minutes I was told that the fligfht was cancelled and that I would have to purchase a ticket to get back home. They offered no assistance but graciously agreed not to charge me a cancellation fee.
At this point Flighthub is saying that a refund is the responsibility of Jet Airways and Jet Airways is saying it is the responsibility of Flighthub.
I am seriously thinking about legal action against Flighthub for non performance of the contract. It may be a good case for a class action?

The absolute wort customer service I have ever received. Pathetic excuse for service really, just a waste of my time trying to deal with these people; was hung up on 3 times while on hold with themwhich was over an hour on 2 seperate occasions, was blatantly lied to me several times about not being able to change my flight date when the airline said it was fully within thier power to do so. Feel totally ripped off, will do whatever is in my power to prevent anyone else from being treated in such a deplorable manner. Terrible company.

Travelling frequently, I have always made bookings
with Flighthub as I found your services exemplary in the past.
At the checkin counter in Seattle, I was assigned a window seat by representative of Emerites Air.
I am a senior citizen with medical issues, spec a blood clotting disorder, hence the need for aisle seat to enable me getting up frequently as advised by physician, that I can get up with ease, not disturbing the other passengers
I relayed this fact to the counter person, was told there are no more seats left, i had no choice, just take it up with Flighthub..I endured the flight somehow, but did not leave my seat for 14.5 hours as seat mates were both elderly and frail.
2 days after landing I fell ill, 40degreesC temperature lasting 48 hrs, then loss of consciousness taken via ambulance to closest hospital, put thru many tests, conclusion was severe bladder infection ( sepsis), I was put on blood thinners
I was kept there x3 days, since this was a private Dubai hospital, the treatment cost me to get into debt. My insurance plan will not reimburse funds as I did not seek prior authorization - mind you, this was an emergency!
My daughter did phone Flighthub after about the events, according to her ( my daughter) in the hope of securing an aisle seat on my return flight, alieve my high anxiety, clerk stated I should have read the fine print ..the payment does not guarantee aisle seat. its up to the airline's discretion.My $16.xx was refunded
Emerites Airlines was kind enough after hearing my story, and did give me aisle seat on return flight, at no cost..
Please understand this is not about any money, more consideration/compassion should be given to your customers

I purchased flights from Halifax NS to Tokyo Japan for March 7th to March 16th 2019. When purchasing my flights, I was instructed to select seats for the flights. My husband and I sat down together and mulled over which seats were best and confidently chose all of our seats for the 4 flights we would be taking.in the days before the trip, we attempted to check and review our seats. Unable to do so with our Flighthub account, we contacted Flighthub directly by phone.in this call, we were told seats were reserved and we would have to contact the actual airline to find out the seats. We contacted United Airlines (who we are flying with) and they told us we had not selected seats. After all of the time we spent selecting the best seats on Flighthub, it turned out they weren't selected and we lost out on those seats. We had to select new seats with United Airlines, and ones which we did not necessarily want due to availability. I am disappointed and rather angry as I paid $39.50 for seat selection and did not actually select seats, and also have to spend a 14 hour flight in a seat I didn't want! Horrible service on Flighthubs behalf. I expect to be compensated in some manner.

I called FlightHub to check that everything was OK with my ticket to Singapore on Feb 17 days before the flight. No one told me that my name has to exactly match my passport name. I only discovered this when trying to get my boarding pass online the night before the flight. This has never been a problem before. Instead of correcting the name on my ticket (which other friends have told me was done for them via other companies), my ticket was canceled and a new one was booked. While this was helpful, it cost me a lot of extra money and stress, since I could not travel with my friends as planned. Why couldn't FlightHub contact the airline to fix the name, as other companies do? My cousin had a similar problem and it was easily fixed within 24 hours. Instead, I had to pay for a more expensive ticket and was not even fully refunded. I was told I could file a claim when I got back to get more complete refunds. When I called, I was kept online for hours and cut off multiple times when transferred to a manager. The service was terrible. I would like a full refund of my ticket and for the insurance, as well as for the travel refund cancellation fee. Ideally, with all the stress, I'd like a refund for the more expensive ticket. A the very least, I shoud receive a full refund and no cancellation fee/double insurance. If I don't receive a response and decent refund, I will be sure to note these complaints online so no one else has to fo through this.

I did a reservation for a ticket (1000$). 2 days later, I wanted to buy one for my child. Your employee told me that I need to cancel my ticket first for 100$ - in order to get a refund. I call again a spoke to 3 differents agents asking to speak to a supervisor and one hang up on me. After, I was able to speak to a agent to request an invoice confirming the amount of the refund, the supervisor told me I would only partly refund (749$ refund + 100$ fee) and still not able to book a ticket for my child. I call again and spoke to 4 others employees and 2 supervisors - no one were able to help and the last supervisor hang up on me as well. No french services. Horrible customer services.

Hello I have just book for trip from phoenix to cebu and I have find out that I have been double charge and was been double reserved. I was wondering why that happen since I have just enter my CV number once. I call your hotline and your agent assist me to the cancellation process however he charge me for another $75. Isn't fair to have this tjing happen for your customer... So I read some reviews about your company and juat find out that this thing happen oftentimes. Is theres any solution for this matter?

I am complaining about Flighthub online service.
First, they didn't tell that there is a cancelling fee when I booked a ticket of C$ 882.70 (Booking No. [protected]. Confirmation No. QNBJU5). They actually say free cancellation.
Second, when I booked the ticket at 9:10 am on 12 Feb, 2019, the ticket price was $659.39 online(The photo showed $666.88 when I searched at 18:34 pm on 12 Feb, 2019). They didn't mention that it is US dollar when I viewed their website on 12 Feb, 2019 . It is easy to misunderstand as Canadian dollar.
Third, I would like change a ticket date that departure time on 19th or 20th Feb, 2019 and return time on 9th or 10th March, 2019. Departure and destination are the same. I also would like to get a refund C$223.31 which is the difference of C$ 882.70 and $659.39.

I purchased flight tickets for Puerto vallerta Mexico in January for my daughter‘s wedding four tickets in May I called flight hub the same day of purchase, to upgrade and fly out one day earlier customer service rep was rude and obnoxious and refused any changes or a refund I was told in order to make any changes that I would have to purchase for the new tickets ... totally unacceptable !
illegal sale and no refund
Flighthub sold me a ticket that was ineligible to board the plane. They said would refund me the money and kept me on hold for almost 3 hours until the airplane left and then came back on the phone to say I was a no show on the flight while I was physically standing in front of Delta service desk 3 1/2 hours before boarding time. They deleted all the documentation Delta put on the ticket and after agreeing that they would reimburse me if I paid another $250. After I paid it then they said they would not reimburse me because there was no documentation saying they agreed to the reimbursement. Flighthub is a complete crook and I'm going to pursue this until I get my $992 back! F****** scammers! Customer service and their management is complete robbery!
charged me extra fees, for a two way flight, book at jfk instead of newark
First off, i was charged extra fees on the credit card not disclosed while booking the ticket.
Second it was a two way international flight, from syracuse, NY to entebbe, and back to the same destination.
Instead of disclosing and notifying drop off at JFK instead of Newark airport. The dam ticket only disclosed a layover for 5hours, did not show i was to take a bus or train from JFK airport EWR airport to get my last flight to Syracuse.
Not even the fact that i have to pick heavy bags from JFK and figure out how to get to EWR airport.
Terrible customer service, failured to disclose relevant facts. International travelors stay a way from flighthub. Their Target is to get as much money from you as they can by keeping details likely to cost you time and money.

Two way ticket means take one person from one destination and deliver then back to same destination. Or atleast notify travelors of bus or train in between travels at personal cost.

I booked a flight with jet airlines last april using flight hub. I had to cancel that flight due to some reasons and being unable to travel. Flight hub allowed me to cancel the flight and retain some of my travel credit and have said that I have credit for 1 year and haven't said anything about how to use credit / credit date, they haven't send an email. When I tried to call customer service they said its expired, how can they be so irresponsible by not sending any email

can't use my credit to book a flight
I have been trying for two weeks to book my flight to use my credit (FlightHub Booking Number: [protected]). I call every day but no one want to help me.
Flight Hub took my money and tell me to call airlines to find out the price of the tickets.
I really called airlines and they told me to call FlightHub. I am running circules here over and over again. This is the worst experiance I have ever had in my life.

I spoke with the FlightHub representative asking to change the date for my old aged parents' flight as my mother could not travel on the scheduled date due to medical reasons. The date was offered to be changed with a fee of $500 Flighthub fee plus airlines costs for each traveller. Then after my repeated requests they lowered to $400 Flighthub plus airline fees to bring the total amount to almost $950 for both on top of what we had paid for the tickets before.
They told me that if I provide a doctor's note stating the medical reason and that the traveler is not able to travel they will waive the fees pending approval.
The official doctor's note clearly states that the person is having heart problems and Flighthub is still refusing to waive the fees, even partially. $800 penalty is almost the amount for the one way ticket if I had it purchased separately. This is a rip-off! This was not a pre-existing condition - FYI!
We had to go through doctors, official translation of the paperwork and then notarizing the documents simply to hear from a person that barely speaks English that the fees cannot be waived. This is non-sense.
I asked other airlines about their policies in this situation and they stated that they would waive their fees totally in this situation. The medical situation was unexpected not a previous condition!
To top it up, the person i spoke with on the phone lied about her position, initially stating she was an agent then she was a supervisor and no one else will help me even when I asked her to provide me with her superior as I wanted to escalate my inquiry for this issue.
I am considering other steps to get the fees waived, i.e., a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services, media and possible legal actions.
I expect to hear from Flighthub or I will call them one last time.
unable to use flight credit
I booked a flight with Spirit Airlines last April using Flight Hub. I had to cancel that flight due to getting a new job and being unable to travel. Flight Hub allowed me to cancel the flight and retain some of my travel credit by paying a cancelation fee of $150.00 ($75 per ticket for 2 tickets.) The credit was said to be valid for a year.
When I went to use the credit with Flight Hub, they told me no flights were available to use that credit and that the credit was directly transferred to Spirit Airlines and I can book through them. When I called Spirit Airlines they told me that I only had a credit of $58 because there was a $99.00 cancelation fee + some other fees.
I called back Flight Hub and inquired why I was charged $150.00 through them when I was charged an additional cancelation feel through Spirit Airlines. It didn't seem to make sense. They were unable to give me a reasonable answer.
In the end out of $498.00 I got $58.00 credited back to me to use for another flight. This is outrageous. I will never use this company. They are an absolute rip off.
can't use my credit for flight
I booked my flight on Flighthub (FlightHub Booking Number: [protected] ) and had to cancel it with an opportunity to use my credit during the year. But when I reached them to book my new flight for the same destination I was told I cant do it. Each time I hear different answers on my questions. Every day they tell me call us tomorrow. I spent hours to wait and explain my situation over and over again to different people. All supervisors I spoke to (Celio, Rance) don't keep their promises to call back or find out the answers.

January 13 in the evening, I searched for a flight to dallas from winnipeg and chose a flight for $387.50 cad, but when they emailed my receipt and itinerary they charged me $543.92cad. I called them on it right away and was told by one of their representatives, trevor that it was us funds and this was currency conversion. I went back in to view the prices and it clearly noted it was in cad currency. I called back again in the morning of january 14 and spoke with a page which ensured me that flight hub was a canadian company and most of the flights are in canadian funds. I believe she tried to help me but was disconnected after being on hold for almost an hour, after two more attempts I finally got through to a supervisor ej #3399, whom which was not understanding or helpful at all. He again told me that it was in us funds. At this point I just wanted to cancel my reservation, but he informed me that I was beyond my time, which is absurd since at this time it technically was less than 24 hours prior to my booking (just over 12 hours). I left it a bit then called back and spoke with someone else who refunded my entire fees and cancelled my reservation no questions asked. My complaint is how they tried to make up excuses on the price difference then lied to me about unable to cancel when I decided to cancel my booking and told me that my time lapsed.

Dec 31/18- I was trying to book my flight from Miami on Jan 2/19 to YYZ (toronto). When I was on the internet I put all information in that was needed. I did not click to buy ticket or complete travel and I had lost signal. The internet browser was not available and as I was concerned the flight I had not booked, nor did I receive an email confirmation.
I then proceeded to go on wifi and book my flight through expedia which I have the flight proof and all boarding information that was sent to my email. I had came home on Jan 2nd and checked my bank to see that Flight Hub had processed a $345.39 payment and charged a fee of $14.95 which I was not aware about.
I had contacted them as soon as I had seen this and they told me there is no refunds. I tried to tell the agent that I had not booked or accepted the trip booking so how would you process the payment. I asked for my money back and he told me their is nothing that can be done. I am quite irritated that a company so large is screwing people over and some how booking their trip when they on the last page even when they do not press confirm booking. I will go further up the ladder if this situation is not handled appropriately. I also have proof of my ticket that I had purchased through expedia which seems to be a more reputable company. Why would I have purchased 2 tickets in the matter of minutes apart?
