Worst travel agency ever. I booked my flight, paid for my desired seat then a few days later I was told that the seat was no longer available. I checked with Air Canada the seat was still available for $75 but Flight hub showed me the price of $32 + $25 for the seat assignment fee at the time of booking since the price went up which will cost them an extra $18 they chose to cancel my seat request and refund me $25 and lied to me by saying the seat is not available. My point is, if Flight Hub displayed a seat for a certain amount and agreed upon then it's Flight Hub's responsibility to cover the difference for misleading a customer. Then an agent confirmed that the seat price was costing them more than what they agreed upon and then later denied that they said that. I have screenshots of the chat
Apart from that, they charge an extra $200 for any changes on top of an airline penalty fee of $150. Again, If the airline charges a few dollars flight hub charges 4times more in the name of "saving your time".
