FloryDay product I received is ripped, torn and extremely misrepresented. all six items are defective.

Order number [protected] received 7/24/17. Six out of six items received are defective and ripped or poorly sewn. I thought maybe the first dress I opened was an accident, as the seams were coming apart in several places. No such luck! Each item I opened was just as bad. I have never in all my life seen such shoddy work...pieces falling off, crooked hems, and all six dresses were just as bad. Not one of them would be worth dragging them to the local thrift shop! They are all cheap looking and sewn haphazardly. They are very cheap but not a cheap price. It is impossible to get pictures as the material is crumpled and smashed beyond recognition. This is one of the biggest rip-off scams I have ever received. I want a full refund. This company needs to be shut down.

Am also filing a complaint through my PayPal account. I am hoping the company, Floryday, will resolve this quickly and honestly so we don't have to resort to more drastic measures. They act as though they have done nothing wrong and pretend they are surprised by our displeasure. What a bunch of actors. They are not fooling this customer!

Company emailed me this morning asking me to go into this website and mark it as "resolved". I emailed back to them that as soon as they refunded my money that I would do just that - but NOT before.

FloryDay customer service

I've emailed this company twice about a return and haven't heard back from them yet. It's been a full week. Their website says they'll respond within 24 hours. The company is in Hong Kong/London so I do not want to call. Very discouraged and frustrated. Will not order from them again.

I would like to return a dress I ordered.

FloryDay goods not as depicted on website

Delivery & Return Date: 20-07-2017

As the 3 dresses ordered were not suitable for my requirements, due to fabric not compliant with description & poor finish, I have returned the goods by Royal Mail, using the printed sticker & choosing 'Monsoon' retailer to recieve the goods.
Please advise via email when I will be reimbursed the amount due.

FloryDay awful service - late delivered item and refusing to give returns address

I bought order no. [protected] for £119.88 on 02.07.17 with the knowledge that Floryday advertises a 5-10 working day delivery service.

At day 10 I still had not received the item so I contacted them. I received a response with a tracking number directing me to a rather ominous looking website - the tracking number was not recognised. On day 11 I contacted again to say that I still had not received the order and that now it is over the delivery time frame promised I told them it was frustrating as I no longer need the dresses, I was told to check another tracking number on Yodel. This still did not work.

I contacted them again asking them to state when it was going to be delivered and I received a response stating 'please take your time - it takes 5-10 days' (even though my last email now states it was now 11 days!).

At day 12 I contacted them again requesting a full refund as they could not give me any answers as to when the items were arriving and stating that as I no longer need the items, I would be very unhappy to have to pay the return postage therefore would be grateful if they would pay for postage. Email ignored. I emailed again feeling extremely frustrated and felt that I had been scammed they responded it would arrive on 21.07.17. (19 working days after the items had been ordered).

To my surprise, they arrived last night (19.07.17) Extremely poor quality goods and one dress frayed. I contacted them again asking for the return address - they responded by completely ignoring my request and then going on to state 'shipping takes 14 days' (That is not what they advertise on their site!). I emailed again asking for the address and have been ignored!

During this time I had also sent a few Facebook messages to the Floryday and the last message received stating that they have one warehouse located in Australia and some in Hong Kong but still not giving me an address.

After reading up on this company I feel that they are complete fraudsters and if I don't get a full refund and postage paid for very soon, I will end up taking legal action against them as well as ensuring that I will contact people who can expose their awful business.

On top of this, I have recently moved house so money is extremely tight and I now have to pay a credit card bill which is due of £119.88 for their incompetence/fraud!

Please let me know how you will be refunding my money as soon as possible, and how you will pay for the return postage for extremely poor quality goods you have sent me.

You have given me a receipt NOT A REFUND.
From your email - you stated 7-15 working days for the refund to arrive in my account, therefore I will wait 5 more days as you promised. I have sought legal advice therefore if the funds do not arrive in my account by 11.08.17, I will be taking legal action against you. I will also contact everyone who has made a complaint on this website and elsewhere to ensure your company does not continue trading like this.

Refund given after a lot of communication and pushing from me. They still couldn't give an answer and I was still left with a credit card charge as they took so long. Even more frustrating as that it was like trying to get blood out of a stone for the refund but as soon as they had refunded me, they have been chasing me to take the above complaint off! So in short, has the above been resolved? Yes. Would I use/recommend Floryday to anyone? Absolutely not.

FloryDay return process

A few weeks ago I ordered 2 dresses which arrived. I want to return one dress but, like many other people, am having problems receiving any communication or responses to me numerous emails.

I think I should upload complaint details via social media to let as many people as possible about the underhand dealings of this company.

It appears there have been hundreds of complaints against this company but they still trade.
Is there any point in adding my frustration to the list.
They are totally unscrupulous
They do not provide an address for returns. Each point of contact takes you nowhere

FloryDay need to return the product

I ordered a gown floryday polyester blumen 3/4 ärmel midi niedlich kleider ([protected]), size ’s’, order number [protected], sent to the address müllenhoffstr. 13, berlin, germany. It was delivered on 15.07.17 late in the evening, which I opened today 16.07.17. I immediately noticed that the gown had no price tag on it, and it seemed to be worn a couple of times! I contacted floryday at 19:50 on 16.07.17 and got the confirmation letter (Ticket no #[protected]). Since I haven't heard anything from the customer services for days, I wrote another complaint letter - no reaction yet. This is the third one. I simply want to send the gown back and get my money repaid! But where to send? I am so much frustrated and feel cheated!

I received an email from FLORYDAY customer care department saying: 'It is a shame to know what happened. We do answered you email, would you please check your spam box? Here is the attachment for your information, please check. To help you solve the problem in a timely manner, I checked it with our manager and we'd like to refund you EUR 40.33, 100% of the item value. And you can just keep the dress. It will save you time and money spent on the returning. Hope this will make you feel better. If yes, we are wondering whether you could take a few minutes to remark your review on complaintsboard.com as resolved. Then we can apply the refund for you immediately with our managers. Your support will definitely inspire us to do a better job in the future.' I am definitely happy with such a resolution and agree with the terms. I hope that FLORYDAY sticks to its promise too, and proceeds with the immediate refund. Thank you!

FloryDay returning items!!!

I received my 3 items on July 5th, 2017 and tried them on immediately. I did not like how they fit nor quality of the fabrics. I reached out immediately on the website return section form. I did not hear back from them in the 24 hr timeframe stated on the site so I reached out another way by contacting them at [protected]@floryday.com and they got back to me saying they had replied and to check my spam / junk mail. I researched my spam and did not find an email. I replied back 3 more times asking "How do I simply return the 3 items?"... still haven't heard back from them. I'm very frustrated with this company and lack of simple clarity of how I can return the items for a full refund. I understand that I have to return them on my dime, no problem...

The day I submitted my issue with Florday to The Complaints Board website I received an Email from Florday with the return form and address as to where to send my return. This morning I received an email from Katie from customer care department at the Complaints Board saying "It is a shame to know what happened. To help you solve the problem in a timely manner, I checked it with our manager and we'd like to refund you USD 166.83, 100% of the order value. And you can just keep the dress. It will save you time and money spent on the returning. Hope this will make you feel better". It almost feels to good to be true and I'm happy to move forward with clearing this matter.

FloryDay attempting to return item & no address or phone number to contact them

Dress arrived & size was too small. There is no phone number or address to return item for different size. Please contact me for returning item for different size. If I don't hear from someone I will have to proceed with other actions. I'm now reading other comments which I did not see prior to ordering & feel that this is just another way of getting people mislead.

I am trying to return a dress which doesn't fit, no paper work with it and the returns section does not recognise my order number and says I've not ordered anything, how crazy is that ! They say not to send back returns until I have informed them, but I can't get through. I'm awaiting another dress, but that hasn't arrived. They were quick enough to get my money.
Any ideas please, on how to send back my returns?

Totally frustrating! This is my fifth attempt today to submit a return form. Nothing goes through! Order number...[protected]. Dress is nothing like picture...too big and poor quality. I ordered online for convenience since my husband is very ill this limiting my shopping time. I need to return this dress ASAP. Please advise ASAP.

There is no Phone # or address where to return 3 dresses. Size does not reflect posting. I had a hard time to get my order after several e-mails my order finally arrived after 3 weeks. I'm totally unhappy. Will never order from them anymore. I should have checked them before making the order. Cheap looking staff nothing what they post online. Buyers be aware from who you ordering. Very, very disappointed !

Hi I bought a white long dress coat ID 5360548 . It’s not at all what I was expecting. It came dirty hair on it and it looks like someone wore it already. And the coat is so thin and cheap looking. I want to return it but having troubles finding the address or phone number

I returned a faulty item weeks ago, and you still haven't refunded my paypal payment, despite several tickets and emails, back and forth

I sent pictures of the faulty item showing the ripped seams, I also have the tracking number, and confirmation that you received the item back, at your Wigan depot

Hi, I sent Floryday numorus texts to ask them to make clear where I send my returns items back to but they still have not got back to me. The dresses were over £100 and they were of poor quality. FloryDay Terrible quality, worst customer service and no returns

Do not under any circumstance order products from floryday! I repeat do not order from floryday! I purchased two dresses and paid for express shipping that took over two weeks to receive from the date they should have arrived. The quality was exceptionally poor, they were ill fitting, and completely of the wrong size from what was indicated on their size chart. Again, absolutely no response to multiple emails posted regarding return address and useable contact information remains non existent. It makes me sick to think I was taken advantage of by the good photography on their website
And made a purchase that resulted in a complete disaster. I'm not understanding how these people that run/profit from this company sleep at night. I have made every attempt possible to resolve this matter within the 14 day time allotted and believe their lack of information is a way to prevent returns from happening in the first place as to not have to refund money to buyers for what they know will be dissatisfied customers in the end. A terrible, immoral company and cheap falsely advertised merchandise. Floryday should be legally forced to cease sales immediately! Again, please do not order from floryday! Product was not delivered. I placed an order on the 10 0f June with expected delivered between 14 to 21 days. It has been more than a month and you company has not delivered the item yet. It is impossible to track it and thus I would like to request a full refund of the order above. I find this a total lack of respect to me as a customer. I truly think your company is not reliable and have been reading the customer satisfaction rates and they are really poor which means that I know think your website and your company is a scam to take take others people money. I will take legal action against you if i don not get my money back as soon as possible. And your licence to trade if you have one should be revoked.

FloryDay no contact phone number or email that will reply to you.

I have ordered an item online with Floryday. The next day i changed my mind and tried to cancel my order. They do not let you do that. I tried phoning the contact number they show-no reply-only voicemail. I have called several times - no one has called me back. I have emailed the address they show several times- no response at all.
I now know they will not offer any returns although it clearly states they will on their website.
So very disappointing - first time i have been scammed online. That will teach me to check all reviews in the future.

Hello - not so far unfortunately :(

I cancelled my order on the 7th July. I have had lots of correspondence with Floryday- but most of theirs is waffle really. saying 'hope you get your refund soon' etc 'check with your bank'. I knew there was going to be a problem when i read all the negative comments afterwards.
They hang on to your money for as long as possible and get interest on it i think - just keep on liaising with them and hopefully you'll get it back. They are breaking the trading standards law otherwise.
I will not let this go until i am refunded - even if i have to go viral with it!
I hope you have not been waiting too long for your refund?

Floryday have now replied to me via email. They have stated they will refund me between 7 and 14 days. Hopefully that will indeed happen and the situation will be resolved.

FloryDay unethical behaviour

07/07/2017 - The poor quality of the four items I ordered and payed by credit card to Foryday, was such that I sent them back to the delivering company (for 8, 50€ on 2017/06/27). The refused package came back to my home on 07/05. Since this day, I try to get informations from Floryday to post again the package and get my money back. I got no answer during the first days, and finally to day, I received instructions of links which all systematically failed (http://www.floryday.com/fr/account/ticket.php?e=dany233llouise@yahoo.com&t=7054151355). I think that this company plays a bad joking policy abusing its customers. As a matter of fact, I just saw on your board a great number of testemonies which, unhappilly, sustain my conclusion that I have probably to definitively renounce to my fully justified request !
It was nowhere clearly indicated where is settled this Floriday company !

FloryDay clothes

I ordered clothes almost a month and a half ago on may 25th (order no = [protected]) and the clothes still have not arrived. all attempts to call/email/send a website form have failed - there is no response. i'm a student and furious at being so out of pocket - this is the worst customer service i've ever experienced. In one month's time i will be a qualified lawyer and am looking forward to putting civil complaints law into action.

To whom it may concern,

I require a FUll refund for the above order number for which I paid in full on 30th May . I have not receivedy order and it it now July 2st!
I have had several messages via Facebook messenger saying that my order, as above has been shipped. The tracking information is incorrect and says pending. For the last week I have been told I would receive an email from yourselves which I have not. I repeatedly receive sales emails from yourselves but nothing regarding this matter. Legally Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract.
I expect a full refund otherwise I will need to contact my bank to ensure they charge the money from yourselves.

FloryDay returns [protected]

Got a dress I ordered in 3x and it is a size 14 at best. Sent email to floryday. Received reply that is unreadable and looks like a possible internet bug of some sort. They had no return address on the package. They do not answer calls. Do not waste your money. Reminds me that it is best to shop locally or use a trusted site. Kills me that these out-sourced companies can do whatever they want with no recourse.

Floryday - very BAD and false advertising

Items come from China which is not what the Website says. It's false advertising! If I had known it came from China I wouldn't have ordered it.

The dresses are of such poor quality I will never order from them again. I will make sure everyone knows this. Also had to pay customs duty same price of the inferior dress which I can't wear!

I honestly did not expect Floryday to respond to my complaint. When a customer is dissatisfied like I was and the company goes out of their way to change things I really have to say Im very impressed. Floryday insisted on refunding me my costs which I received in my account and also said they would look into their terms and conditions like extra charges in some countries that charge customs duty and taxes. I also know what to expect quality wise. After this experience I will definitely continue to support Floryday.

FloryDay return policy/poor customer service

I ordered about over $200.00 worth of clothing from FloryDay's website. I ended up only liking one item. None of the other clothing I purchased looked anything like the pictures on the website. The quality was also very poor, however the prices match the poor quality. They have a 14 day return policy and a Customer Service number that is out of service. What kind of business has no Customer Service number and/or the number is out of service? The number looked like it was out of state. Could be operating out of China. Regardless, they need to have a number or respond to their customer's emails. It's been a month and I am still awaiting a response from their company regarding a RMA Number. Found this company advertising all over Pinterest. Beware of this shady company and don't waist your time.
