I have been trying to return 2 dresses that I bought online from Floryday. They did not fit. I contacted them online by submitting a form and I was sent an email that had a link. When I clicked on the link, there was another form to fill out, but when I clicked the "submit" button, it did not go through.
It was very easy to order the dresses online, but the return process is a nightmare. I have a friend who writes a fashion blog, and if I am not able to return these dresses, she will be writing about it!

In april 2017 I had the terrible idea to by from ebay, which I trusted to at least deal with reliable suppliers, 4 items of clothing which looked great from the pictures and their prices were not cheap, so I could never have guessed that the quality would be so incredibly low. When I informed floryday by email, they gave me options, like a partial refund and a suggestion that was never explained clearly (Although I asked) to keep the clothes and try to resell them (?) or to return all 4 items and that they would have given me a full refund. After many many mails and a lot of grief and waste of time, I paid €11 to post everything back and instead of refuding what I paid for the order floryday have refunded €10 less, although I have paid for the postage in italy and they have stopped replying to my emails.
I am very annoyed and shocked that ebay would accept them as suppliers although I have read many complaints (Unfortunately after I made my order). It is misleading advertising and dishonest companies. I will not use floryday ever again as I have lost money, time, energy and patience and I will not use ebay either unless they guarantee that the suppliers are not dishonest.

I ordered a dress on 15th May and paid a very expensive postage of £7 for it to be with me by 10 days. It is now 20th June and I still haven't received it. I have rung the number on the website and left messages asking them to ring me but have had no response. I have been submitting questions to the website and their responses are always incredibly slow and don't answer my questions.
Since it seems unlikely that this package will ever turn up, I would like a full refund for the item and the postage (£58.27)

I purchased expensive dresses.
What I received was cheap and awful garments.
I ordered one particular item in black and white. Neither resemble the photo. It is ugly and double my size
One dress is cheap and tiny.
Another is very nice but double my size also.
The 5th item is cheap but just two sizes too big.
I am disgusted and dissatisfied and disappointed. And out of pocket. I paid 350 euro for all this junk. And also had to pay 90 euro to DHL.
I did report this the day I received the package.
Am still waiting for a reply.

The dress I ordered was so distorted with the fit, fabric that was so gross I cannot find the words to describe it, like a ugly curtain only worse is the closest I get. I had reviewed the return policy and requested a refund. (the package shipped from Mississauga, Ont) I was offered the following resolution: 1. Keep the product(s), and we would like to create a coupon valued at 50% of the item(s) value. It is valid for one year and you can use the coupon for your new purchase here.
2. Or keep the product(s) and we issue you 30% refund of the item(s) value. You may deal with the item(s) locally.
Several emails later I was told I could return with a tracking number - return to a dodgy address in China. Now the item was $66.00 plus postage and the cost of postage to China was $59.00 WITH a tracking number. I gave in and took the $33.00 so I was out over $50 with the postage. The garment went into the good will box.
Read their positive reviews - I bet they were written from China and they are bogus! Poor english and wording.
Total scam, do not order from this deceptive company.

I have ordered 3 dresses from FloryDay. They were delivered quite fast, but what I have received is quite disappointing. They are poorly cut and sewed, the size does not correspond (I am a 100% medium and those are huge!). I opened a ticket for the return. In the beginning they tried to offer a discount coupon for my next purchase (no way!) or a refund of 30% if I kept the goods. I insisted that I wanted the full refund and they finally provided the return address and instructions. guess what? It is in China, so returning the items will cost me 50$, which is 1/3 of the overall price. I blame myself for not checking more carefully, but it's too late now. They clame "hassle-free" return but do not trust it. I will surely not buy anything from them ever again and I recommend you, the reader, do the same.
I got the 30% refund they promised, and they further offered another 70% refund, with the possibility to keep the dresses. The customer service was also very fast in replying. It is of course better if everything goes smooth and you do not have to return/complain, but as it happened, I can say that they reacted in a decent and quick way. Reading other complaints, I have the impression that they improved their customer service over time.

Ordered a lot of items and some did not work out. They claim that they have easy simple hassle free return policy but there is no where to ship returns to and after contacting and contacting for over a week they have responded once with no return info- just to say that they responded and go check my spam folder? Scam! This company is running a full on scam and I am going to report them. Worst customer service, many reviews online similar to my situation.

I have ordered three dresses, one of which was really nice and the other two were two big. I have given a good review for the nice dress which was accepted in couple of hours on their website. I tried to return the other two dresses but they have never replied to the return ticket. I am never going to order again from this website. It really seemed scam to me.

I purchased a dress from floryday on the 9th of May, when the dress arrived it bore no resemblance to the dress I ordered, I requested a returns number on the 25th of May, they promised a 24 hour response, I am still waiting. the items I received were made for midgets not normal clothing
They re all made strangely do not fit they are cheaply made clothing they are ripping people off also there is no return label in the bags. All of the items I received were delivered too late for my holiday and do not fit so I have just looked into returning them and have been horrified to find the comments and complaints that have been sent to the complaints board regarding the inability to return items to Floryday for a refund due to delivery cost to China!
I work very hard for my money and as I do not have enough money to throw away and I am very disappointed.

This is such a scam! It is impossible to return items. I waited over a month to receive my order. The clothing sizes were all over the map so I wanted to return 3 of the 7 items I purchased for $375. Ok that's what happened.
I ordered a dress. There are two dresses that are completely alike but differ in colour: that have different codes and are displayed in two different pictures.
I wanted the pink one (code 1029277). I received the red one (code 1035653). They asked me for a picture. I sent it. They told me the color was right - it wasn't.
They asked me if I wanted to send the item back and be refunded or keep it and receive a voucher of 70% the value of the dress. As I didn't want to pay the shipping expense (around 10 euros - that's what I paid to get the dress but probably I would have paid more at the post office) when THEY made the mistake - and as I needed the dress for a video shooting- I accepted the voucher. So I ordered the dress again. I sent them a note asking to pay attention to not send me the wrong colour again. THEY ANSWERED TELLING ME: SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, SEND US THE PICTURE. Apparently, they didn't even read my exhortation.
Guess what? I received the wrong colour again. What should I do? The colour is very important in my case because the atmosphere of the shooting requires soft colors. But it's also a principle issue. If they make a mistake, why they don't admit it? Why do I have to pay the shipping? Why they say there is an online chat which is NEVER active? Why they don't pay attention to messages and are basically unreachable? Yes, they answer but without giving you the feeling you can actually talk to human beings who take responsibility for their company. I'm very upset and disappointed.
