dresses did not arrive
I have paid for 2 dresses and they never arrived. I have contacted Floryday to advise them and they keep saying the dresses are at the post office. After spending many hours on the phone with the post office and the delivery company, both have confirmed there are no packages at their location.
I have contacted Floryday numerous times but their representatives will not refund my money, they just keep offering me discount coupons for my next purchase! Very disappointed to not have the dresses I ordered and angry that they have scammed me out of $150.

skirts and tops
Beware! Recently purchased two skirts and two tops. Total cost 113.29 USD. Extremely disappointed with the "one size" skirts, and quality of the workmanship and materials used in the tops. The skirts were modelled by adults, yet the product purchases would have been lucky to fit a five year old child! Threads were also hanging off one of the garments in many places. Items were not up to standard and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

Received this item which was not as advertised. It looked nothing like the coat advertised in the image (the buttons on it weren't even the same colour). Very cheap material - more like you would receive in a joke shop (santa outfit). Definitely not worth the money paid of £70!
Then when contacting them (can only be done over a "chat" option) and they say they will send a refund form in 24 hours. I have contacted them 3 times to receive this and not received it. Am worried that I will have to make this a big legal matter in order to get my money back which is rightfully mine!
Oh and I ordered a size M and got an XL (and there is no belt included as on the image). Cheap and tacky, and falsely leads you to assume this is a reputable UK company when it's not - based in Hong Kong.
Any advice on how to get my money back would be greatly appreciated.

I was nervous when I first realised the returns process was not quite as straightforward as other companies but in the end after emailing them to request a return they did come back to me with a free returns shipping label in the UK and the return was refunded in full quite speedily.
So don't panic, they should get back to you in a few days and get stuff sorted - they did for me anyway.

I placed my order on 11July and today is 21 Aug, and I still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER! You cannot get hold of anyone in the company, the phone number is a fake answering service. They have £131 of my money and I am still in process of trying to resolve! They only help via ticket system online where you have to keep writing in and wait for someone to respond, but you keep going in circles!
I think its one of those companies that hold your money to invest in other things, pretend to be sending you your order but don't! Its a SCAM! Their Returns policy is also illegal, in EU you have right to return any item without reason within 14days of delivery. They say no, only damaged or miss-delivered items can be sent back! This is not legal! So if I / you finally do receive your items, you will not be able to return if doesn't fit, or is something you don't end up liking. We are STUCK either way! I am not sure how these companies are able to operate! Scamming poor females around the world!

I was very surprised to discover that there was no information about returning items that are not suitable. There should have been a return label in the package with information on a refund.
Please advise on how I return these items for a full refund.

poor quality product - no returns address
Having placed my order and paid from the item I heard nothing from FloryDay, no confirmation email, nothing. My enquiries through the website were not answered and it was only when I made a negative comment on Facebook that I received the item I ordered. The quality of the garment was shockingly poor and so of course I wanted to return it.
However, no returns address and no response from Floryday Customer Service requesting returns information Altogether suspect and fraudulent.
They don't even exist in the UK. They misrepresent themselves and the quality of the products It's a scam.

It has been 3 months since I purchases 3 dresses from Floryday and I still have not been given a refund (and will NEVER get refund from this fraudulent company) The 3 dresses I ordered took a month to arrive, only to find that they were the
WORST QUALITY I have ever seen, wrong size and one was even different colours to the one on their website. I sent numerous e-mail to Floryday trying to get a refund and had NO response. After weeks of no response from them, I decided to write a bad review as I wanted other people to know that Floryday was a SCAM. After I wrote the review i could not believe it, I received an e-mail from Floryday. They said if I remove my comment they will refund me. I advised them I will only remove my comments once I receive my refund. Well it has been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund. I don't know how they can still be operating. Obviously all the good 5 star feedback is FAKE as they say the clothes are excellent quality which is absolutely not true. I have lost $190.00 and I have been left with 3 disgusting dress that I am going to literally throw in the bin. I feel so frustrated! I've lost so much time and money and it baffles me how they are getting away with this. Is there any law against this SCAM?

dresses ordered
I ordered three dresses, 2 of which were two sizes down from what I ordered. All dresses did not fit. I followed the return policy by taking pictures of the dresses as requested and I am within the timeline with their two week limit. Every email is a "run around" With additional requests for more photos. The problem is their response email train does not allow you to upload photos. All I want is my money back for goods I DID NOT order! My next letter is to consumer affairs and a lawyer !

On July 22 I placed an order which has still not been dispatched/processed today. after several attempts to get in touch and get an answer, i still have not received a reply. This is the most irresponsive customer services. I am going to start the procedure of reclaiming my money. for anyone looking to place an order with them - this is not a company to be trusted.

Ordered 5 dresses on 7-8-2017 on order number [protected]. They finally arrived last night, 7-27-17. I carefully checked the sizing charts for U S sizing before placing my order and ordered accordingly. All five dresses are too small! I don't mean snug! I can't even get them on! They all say US medium but clearly are not. I am a small woman and weigh just 120 lbs. and am 5' 3" tall. I can't get them buttoned or zipped. Floryday is obviously sending the orders to a Chinese company to make up these dresses after they are ordered. I could not have been more careful with my measurements from their chart, as they suggested. I even went up a size just in case. I can't get these altered - there is no allowance in the seams. They are very poorly made and very cheap materials are used. I want this company to refund my money, in full, including postage - their website clearly states that if the customer receives incorrect or damaged merchandise, a full refund is offered and a prepaid return label if items do NOT match the description. This is the second time I have had to contact this company. My second order, which arrived first was received damaged. I will never order from Floryday again. Buyer beware.

I received my order from Floryday about 2 weeks after I ordered it. The fabric of the clothing is a cheap quality and looks nothing like what I ordered. I would like to return for a refund but Floyday doesn't provide any way of doing so and no way to contact their customer service. So unprofessional. I want a full refund but am unable to find anyone to speak to or an address to return the items. It also says that I have 2 weeks from the time I received the package to return it for a refund but again, I'm unable to find a way to connect with Floyday. Very frustrating.

not getting a promised refund after an immediate return of unfitting dress
Floryday informed me on May 27 that they have sent me the refund for an unfitting dress. Unfortunately, Today is July 26 and I have not received the refund yet - after a couple of weeks of busy corresponding with Floryday since March 6.
I hope that all other customers will remember what to expect when solving an issue with Floryday – the company that does not keep its promise of returning money for an unfitting dress and is not willing to return money after the dress has been sent back to them. I shall see if Floryday keep their promise and send me the refund in the end or if they really do not care about their customers and are only a fraud and swindle...
The refund has been eventually found in the bank account in cooperation with the bank. Thank you, Floryday.

I am extremely unhappy with Floryday. I would not use them again at this rate, trying to return my items has been a nightmare!
I returned two separate orders. I enquired about them both at the same time, one enquiry was answered immediately, the other completely ignored until I submitted another enquiry after no response!
Then on returning my first order of seven items, I am told that one of the garments I sent back is missing!
I am 100% sure all seven items were returned. I have told them this is the case, all I have is my postage slip with the weight of the package as proof.
They say that the depot confirmed there was an item missing. I am simply at a loss and extremely angry, I feel as if I am being conned out of my money! I am not getting any response to my last message. The missing item is a mistake on their side not mine. it is a lot of money I am waiting on to be refunded which is stressing me out.
Never again!

Ordered my item on the 9th July, order was confirmed and I was sent a tracking number which is not recognised in yodel tracking system. Sent several emails to customer service no reply and called several times no reply.
