Not being satisfied with a product, I requested a refund from FloryDay after complying to their rules of returning a photo online of the product package and order # . Haven't heard from the company.
The dress was too large in the top and too small in the waist and cannot find a phone # or address in the United States to return it. FloryDay is supposed to have offices around the world but I haven't found any of them.
Received order in October. Sent emails and photos in October and November. Haven't heard from the company since I sent the photos. I would like a refund as it was an expensive dress. order # [protected]

They are very unreliable and provide no help when you desperately need it.
I ordered 6 items two months ago and got only one. Where are the others? Moreover, I have a fake tracking information so I have no opportunity to check it.
Called their customer service, they were absolutely useless and unhelpful. They couldn't figure out anything to find out where my order was. I don't understand why.
So I have no clue what to do next and whether my items arrive or not. I think I have to wait for one more week and then I'll call and ask for a refund. I am just fed up...

I bought 2 dresses a top and a belt from Floryday on 15/10/2017, I received the goods 10 days later but 1 of the dresses was too big. I contacted floryday trying to get a return address to exchange the dress for a smaller size but have had no luck. I've been chatting with someone named Ziaul who keeps saying my ill get a response within 24hrs but the return address is not forthcoming. I got an email from DAENERYS on 30/10/17 offering a coupon valued at 50% of the item which is a total scam. The email says the return might take quite a long time and the postage will be costly. How do they know about the postage costs in South Africa ? Why don't the state these issues before you order ? I don't want any coupons I would like to exchange the dress or get a 100% refund if they don't have a return address. I don't want to order from Floryday ever. The contact information on the site is false. Please could someone somewhere please help.

I have ordered some dresses and instantly regretted it after reading complaints about the site online.
I haven't received any confirmation email of my order and they made it appear as if they are based in the UK by giving a random company phone number and address.
I canceled my order immediately after placing it via the website but have not heard from them since.
Its a scam and they should not be allowed to advertise on established social media platforms.
ALL RESOLVED.
Floryday apologised and gave me a full refund.
It seems they are just overwhelmed, but not vicious.

I have sent 10 e-mails to ask for a return form or label: still waiting for a reply and the invoice states you can only return after 14 days👎👎 I have even left a message on the phone number provided: but still no answer. I just need to return a so called size 16 dress: think it has been sized incorrectly as I cannot even get a arm in the sleeve. I feel so let down and fooled by this so called clothing retailer. I am very disappointed in the way the dress is made it is very small for a size 12 and would like to return it for my money back but have had no reply from my email. Can you please send me the address label so I can return it. If I do not get a reply I will go to the fair trading

I wanted to return two items and requested the returns address from Floryday. Floryday have now got back to me and offered me a full refund and advised I do not need to return the items.
I am therefore pleased with their response and consider the complaint is resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered a dress online 10/8/17 from Floryday. Order # for dress 1050646 and tracking # that was given to me from Floryday was LSO10955268CN and does not match transport number. I have not received the dress yet. This is the 2nd time I have used Floryday, and 2nd time I have had trouble. Thank-you for any help you can give me. My complaint concerning FloryDay, has been taken care of once again by Vivian. She was able to track my package, and it is still in transit. The company refunded my account 30% for my inconvenience, which I certainly did not expect. The dress was of much poorer quality than expected. Also, because the skirt was tapered from the hips down and there was no zipper, it was almost impossible to get off - had to have my husband gently pull it off.
I tried to contact the company the day after receiving it - well within the 14 days, yet got absolutely no reply.
I will refrain from any more online buying. The dresses look lovely in the photos but The tapered skirt was not even apparent in the photo. I will refrain from ordering online again!
Truly, a big disappointment and I cannot get a refund. I am also worried the company has my credit card info!

this site is a joke!
One of the biggest disappointments for me for the last period in online shopping. Unfortunately, this website has no idea how to stand behind its products, so they are not ashamed to publish stolen photos and to send clothing that's different from these stolen images. Moreover, they sell very cheap items made of bad materials. Honestly, I'd be embarrassed to wear what they sent to me.

I ordered a dress. It arrived. Very cheap material, worth maybe a third of the "sale" price I paid, the kind of made in India dress you find on bargain racks in discount clothing stores. But no returns or refunds at Floryday. Instead they offer a discount coupon for next purchase (as if a once burned customer would reorder!) or a 30% refund. I chose refund, which they promised to process within 30 days. A month later, there was no refund. I wrote again. They wrote back, apologizing that "my colleague forgot to process the refund, "--hilarious!--and promising, once again, to process it within 7 - 15 biz days, which, who knows, might or might not happen. My bad for being a dumb consumer. But this company hits new lows (my colleague forgot to process your refund! c'mon!) for sleazy biz practices. Buyers beware!

I ordered 2 coats and both were damaged when received. I had to ship back to China and Company does not want to pay me back the shipping fees which are $195. CAnadian. After ordering a dress online from FloryDay, I immediately repackaged it the same day, because of the fit and fabric. FloryDay advertises returns accepted within 30 days if in same condition as received. There is no return info. to be found. The address noted on the package, warns that the
imerchandise will not reach them at that address. The phone number is a recording that it is not in service. After 2 weeks, I finally contacted Amazon, after I noticed they carry a limited amount of FloryDay merchandise, and explained what I was experiencing. After speaking to them, I wrote another letter of review, and this time told of my conversation with Amazon. They made it very clear that this would be monitored closely, and that they will not work with small vendors who have little or no respect for customers. As soon as I typed this, a pop-up appeared stating I would be monitored and closely watched for next 24 hours. Am I positive I wanted this posted ? I said yes, and it was. The next day, I was sent a return label to be copied. Advertisements state they are in China. Address is in a storage unit in Kansas City, Mo. I paid for insurance and signature confirmation. On September 16th 2017 I wrote a complaint concerning Floryday's customer service department. The company could not have been nicer to correct the problem. I was in daily contact with Vivian, until my bank account was credited for the dress, and the certified postage that I had paid to send the dress back. 2 dresses which were advertised as 100% cotton.
I bought 2 dresses which were advertised as 100% cotton. I was very disappointed when they arrived as one is clearly not cotton, the sleeveless dress, and the other is doubtful. Neither had labels on the inside advising what the fabric was made of.
Also as neither fitted I have tried in vain to get an address to return these dresses to so I can get my money back.

Unfortunately the items I recently purchased are not what I thought they would be and need to return all but one. I don't believe a received a return sticker.
