FloryDay attempting a return with no company response or assistance

I wish I had read this board before purchasing. This company is virtually impossible to contact if you have problems or need to initiate a return.
No response has gone to my "spam" file, as they suggest might be the source of the problem. I received a dress that does not fit. I need to return it but have received no response. The website says it must be returned within 14 days of receipt and I am getting ready to go out of town.

FloryDay order not received after 5 months

I ordered dresses in September 2016 (order no: [protected]) and have not yet received my order. When I kept tracking delivery for 3 months and the status was "in transit". Now it says "expired". What does that mean?
I was told by Floryday to expect delivery 6 weeks from date of purchase. It has been more than five months now and I have not heard from them. Numerous emails I sent have gone unanswered.
If I am not going to receive this order, I want my money refunded please.

FloryDay poor customer service with a no refund process

So I have been trying to return my order for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Floryday tries to make the public believe that they will fix the problem however when you do what they ask you to do you never hear from them. Then when you question them they act like they've never heard from you. I am not sure how this company is even allowed to function. I will continue to spread the word about this very unsatisfactory company and their practices through social media. Floryday.com your business should be shut down! You should be ashamed of yourself. So I implore anyone who reads this to never consider ordering from this company!

Not returning refund as promised;-

15.12.2016 - personally I can totally understand your feeling and situation since I am also a customer in some circumstances, so I had a discussion with our manager and here are the final offer for your case.
1. You can return the item (S) to us and then we will initiate the refund zar 2648.95 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package

15.12.2016 - we have issued you a refund of 2648.95 zar for your order [protected] on 2016-10-20. The refund will be credited to the original account you paid the order within 7-14 business days

I have received feedback from Katie from Floryday only after they saw my complaint. Apparently I was already refunded on December the 15th, they have send me a document of refund into my account, - Which none is making any sense, my account nr incorrect, if I have any queries I must go to my bank and query this with them, none of the information given is making any sense. Once again PLEASE STAY AWAY! I tried to follow up this timeoursly to get my money back. You can not believe anything they tell you or promise on the 16th of Jan I received a mail that they are busy processing my refund and I will receive it 7 - 15 working days- Caty Jin. Today's e-mail, documentation attached proof that they already paid money in my account, but my account empty?

I sencerely retract all previous statements made by myself regarding the non payment of refund regarding Floryday – The money was refunded into my account on the 17th of December 2017. I did not receive confirmation of payment, and this account in which the money was refunded has been closed in the meantime. Once I established I made a mistake, I thought it to be fair to voice my appreciation as much as I did my dis-satisfaction. I am very grateful for the refund and thank you for giving me feedback, it is appreciated.

FloryDay "return" response from company

I followed the company's directions to request a refund for my purchase and received a return ticket response from the company. I followed their directions and never heard back from them as to how to proceed with my refund. I checked my junk mail as the company had suggested and there was nothing. Today I received an email and they are graciously telling me that they will refund my money but I will have to mark this issue as "resolved" first. Here is what they sent " we are wondering whether you could take a few minutes to remark your review on complaintsboard.com as resolved. Then we can apply the refund for you immediately with our managers. Your support will definitely inspire us to do a better job in the future". I'm sorry Floryday but I need to see the refund on my credit care before I mark this complaint as "resolved". So Floryday I will do as you ask when I get my credit card confirmation! Thank you! I will be waiting to hear from you!

FloryDay remove the complaint I made on november 2016

Floryday,

I made a compliant about this company four months ago because they had not sent me the items I had pay for.

Finally, after three months and lots of emails to the company, Floryday sent me my money back.

I think they do not have a good shipping service and I can not say anything about the products since I have not received them.

At least the company sent me the refund.

FloryDay will not answer my email for return

I purchased three items as a gift for my daughter from this company and received them yesterday. They do not fit and my daughter does not want them. The FloryDay return site is bogus and they won't get back to me to let me know how to return these items for a refund. Their site boasts "If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your Floryday order, we’ll make it right or refund your purchase. Cross our hearts!” They just create "tickets" making you think that someone is going to help you. How is a company even allowed to get away with this?

I too wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I received my coat and it did not fit.
Tried to contact them by email but have had no response. The "chat" on their site is always there but he can't do anything either. I just need to return this item. Buy the sound of all these comments, I likely have no hope of ever returning or getting a refund. How do you shut these sites down and stop them? This is the first time I have ever run into a company online that behaves this way. Very poor.

FloryDay delivery

I paid 15 dollars extra to have my dress dropped in 3 to 5 days. It has been 8 days and there is not one thing sent to my email for tracking item. I sent email to floryday about this and know one has responded. In all I have paid 59 dollars and cannot get an answer from anyone.
Pay pal said Floryday has been paid.
Please respond ASAP. I need this item by a certain date . That is why I paid extra to get it here on time. At this point I am more than disappointed because I have nothing to see that item has been sent.

I put a complaint on this sight.
I heard from floryday soon after...

They tried to make a deal with me..
They said if I would take my complaint of this sight... they would refund 70% of my money and I could keep the three coats I ordered and wanted to return...
Because I'm thinking they don't have a return policy... if you read all the other complaints from others.. they can't return either.
This looks a little like black mail to me..

And I don't make deals..
As I said before. These products are terrible and I want to return them and I want my money back.. and I will be contacting Idahos attorney general.. floryday is dishonest, their clothing is terrible and their customer service .. well they don't have that...
I suggest if floryday is reading this.. like they read my last complaint... they refund my money and give me info on how to return..

I have posted this on face book... and am letting all my friends.. and there r many..

DONT SHOP AT FLORYDAY...

FloryDay dress ordered in october 2016 never received no refund

Stay away from this company! Do not order!
I have ordered a dress on 24th october 2016 and have never received it. I paid 112€ in total also for a fast delivery, but I have not gotten anything until today. Seems like dpd has lost my delivery, but neither they nor floryday is helping me getting my money back. Düd keeps on saying that I have to contact floryday, but floryday does not answer my emails and does not offer any help at all!
I warn everyone to order there. If there are any complaints no one is going to help you!

My coat I ordered is way to small I need to return it I need a return label I cant afford to pay shipping again I'm 73 and on a fixed budget please help me to return this coat Thank You Sandy Field 203 South Ridgeview Dr. Orem Utah 84058 USA the coat is [protected] black size xl I was very surprised at how small this extra large is I need a return address and label The shipping was almost as much as the coat. FloryDay coats

I ordered three coats.. They r very pour. I wear a size 8. Usa size. I used flory day size chart... I ordered the correct size and I couldn't even get my arms in the coats..

They were like a child's size..
One coat came without the belt..
The order came after christmas.
Much later then they promised.

Terrible brands. Really cheap items..
Wouldn't wear them if they did fit...
Will return the items.. Within 14 days..
If not refunded I will contact the attorney general of idaho... And this will be resolved..

Maybe floryday should look up and see what my husband does for his business...
I don't think they will want to mess with him when it comes to returning these items.

FloryDay coat not able to return

Floryday will not send the form to return a coat purchased from them although their policy states that returns are accepted within 14 days.

I purchased a coat that is pictured on their website, but the product I received is a very poor copy of the coat. The buttons are not the same. The stitching is not the same. It is too small even though I took all my measurements and matched to their sizing chart. The fabric is pathetically cheap. I continue to get the run-around from their "live chat". I asked for their phone number, but was told it is unavailable due to updating!

FloryDay no item, no refund, no response. stay away!!!

I ordered a dress in early September and paid £18 to have it delivered within 4-6 days (ridiculous in itself but the dress was needed for a wedding). Despite paying such extortionate delivery fees, the item did not arrive in the given time frame.

I was abroad (for the wedding...) when it was delivered approximately a month later. It has now supposedly been returned to Floryday and I have contacted the company on numerous occasions asking for them to redeliver but have not gotten a single response. It is now nearly January and I have received neither my order nor a refund.

The company does not send a confirmation email or receipt when you order with them, and they clearly do not respond to customer complaints.

Essentially, this is a SCAM. Save yourselves the stress and the money and look elsewhere! I wish I had done so.

For every complaint that has been made about this online company, there appears to be a stock copy-pasted reply that does nothing more than pay lip-service to a so-called response. I would lay odds that not one of those unfortunate would-be customers received any satisfaction for their complaints.

FloryDay sub-standard clothing

Do not EVER order from FloryDay. I've just received an order placed MONTHS ago for three dresses - had to pay more than the original cost of items to import the package into South Africa - a fact they don't mention when you order as it reflects as a local website when you order.

The quality of fabric is so sub-standard that it's not wearable. Cheap and nasty does not begin to describe these awful clothes!

Checked out their returns policy and it would cost even more to return the goods, with no recourse on the import fees charged.

A complete waste of money so stay away - South African material quality far supercedes this appaling import from Hong Kong.

FloryDay product not received

I placed a order [protected] on November 25th. I have been tracking the order but since Dec. 12th there have been no updates and I have not received the package. I sent an email last week requesting an update, I have called and left messages on a voicemail that says someone will respond - still no answer.
I would like to request a refund for my purchase to the same card used for the purchase. Otherwise, please send me a number that I can call and speak to someone who can help me solve this problem.

FloryDay misleading costs here - shipping cost not what I signed for; dresses not medium but very small

I ordered two dresses and ticked a shipping selection type. I was not charged what I signed for but much more. The dresses were +-R589 each and the shipping cost was R697 then I had to my surprise had to pay a further R650 on import charges. When I got the invoice and advised Floryday that I had not signed for the level of shipping charges that were being charged I got a response advising shipping was based on weight and size of parcel. The dresses weighed very little - this is grossly misleading.

When the dresses arrived they were a very small cut and are definitely not a medium.

FloryDay awful customer service

I bought a coat from Floryday for my wife, which actually arrived in a reasonable time frame. However, the coat that arrived was 4 inches smaller around the chest than the dimensions advertised on Floryday's website. I contacted the company and was amazed at the response. I was told that I should keep the coat and get a refund of 43% of what I had paid, I could keep the coat and receive a credit note for 60% of what I had paid, or I could have a refund of 86% of what I had paid out, because they didn't refund the original shipping costs. Oh, and I would have to pay the shipping costs to send the coat back. What sort of customer service is that when the reason for me not keeping the coat was purely down to the incorrect description of the coat size on their website. It was not a case of me changing my mind. There then followed several days of email tennis until they finally agreed to refund the original shipping costs, although I still had to pay the return shipping. Take my advice, steer clear.

I was very surprised to read the Floryday response suggesting that they had been unable to contact me following my initial complaint. This is completely untrue. I have a whole series of emails in my inbox and my sent items documenting the discussions that I subsequently had with Floryday customer services, including one email that offered me a refund of my return postage provided that I withdrew my initial complaint. Therefore, the kindest thing I could say about their response above is that their internal communications leave a lot to be desired. There are less kind things that I could say, but I will leave the readers of this comment to draw their own conclusions.

FloryDay not receiving goods

I ordered a jacket online at the Black Friday sale from floryday and still haven't received it.
I have sent numerous emails and messages and now it seems as if I am blocked as I get delivery notifications that I can no longer send messages to that email.
Perhaps I am wrong not to know about online shopping as this was my first purchase.
I also didn't do any research into floryday.

FloryDay will not reply to requests and emails

I purchased some goods from this site. After that I read sonly bad reviews about the company so tried to send some emails to get reassurance it was not a scam. I have just received standard email back from Floryday not addressing one question. Now the products are at the South African customs and the charge of R3000 is exactly what I spent on the original goods. From what I have read the quality of these products is rubbish and you cannot return them even though they say you can - there is no return address provided and when it is received you have to pay all charges to #### back and never see your refund. I am emailing them to find out what to do but just get standard rubbish emails back. This is a big scam!
