FloryDay very poor service!! regretting buying!

On the 25th November I ordered two dresses. But since then I heard nothing about expedition. I have no way to know where is my order as they did not send any mails and did not answer any I've sent.
The liveChat option they propose doesn't have infomartions on ongoing order.
i intentionnaly took the express delivery option because i'll leave for a certain period of time relatively soon and i'm still waiting for my package.

I'm starting to regret buying on this website and not checking beforehand if it was trustworthy. i'm quite worried that my package will never arrive at this rate. ( i did take the express delivery)

FloryDay do not order from floryday

I ordered a bunch of dresses. Did receive them in time, just fine. Quality was.. well.. according to the price.

However, even though it says that you can return the items within 2 weeks, it is virtually impossible to return them, since no return address is provided. When you contact them, they are friendly but ask a lot of unnecessary question to keep from having to give you the address.

I filed a complaint via PayPal. Seriously worried that they will reject my return because it's "too late" after making it impossible for me to return it in time.
It's a scheme!

There are four items, for which I paid r2182.59 cents on the 29 of september.
So that is over two months ago.

FloryDay 3 dresses that did not fit the measurement charts

I contacted FloryDay about the 3 dresses and explained that they were too small. I used their measuring chart and they measured at a small rather than a Large. they offered a full refund which I accepted. They provided copies of refund transactions. When the refund actually shows up on my account I will be satisfied and consider the issue resolved and I would consider that a good customer service gesture.

FloryDay clothing - dresses

I ordered 3 Dresses from FloryDay a Chinese company. I ordered based on their size chart. The items received were very small and sizes equivalent to a size small. I ordered the XL size equivalent to a Size 12 according to their chart.

They do not have a return policy once you contact them but it is not stated on their website. They say it will be expensive to return and offer a coupon if I have altered. There is nothing to alter. A small cannot be altered to fit a Large, there is not enough material. They look like doll dresses.

I would like to return for a full refund.

I agree totally. I ordered a 14 since dresses can run small. This is the equivalent to a size 6!

FloryDay ripoff, unethical behaviour, misleading customers, no return policy no matter what!!

On the 20th of october I was very excited to buy on this very glamorous site dresses to the value of r 4 477.00 / total value us 301.29, the money as debit on my account almost the same day, what I was not aware of that I still had to pay import tax of r 3 000.00. That said, when I received the package, only two of the dresses I decided to keep the other dresses was of very poor quality material, poor workmanship, the stitching not done well, the dresses were not fitting properly.
1) silk color block 3/4 sleeves mid-calf casual dresses ([protected])
Color=gray size=m - unit value - 57 - 80.
2) chiffon floral sleeveless maxi casual dresses ([protected])
Color=as picture size=xxl - unit value - 60.37
3) chiffon floral short sleeve maxi sexy dress ([protected])
Color = as picture - blue white - unit value = 36.89
This is there response, it is not acceptable, I am willing to return it at own cost, but I still would like a full refund, but it is not going to happen!
1. Keep the product, and we would like to create a coupon code valued at 50% of the items value. It is valid for one year and you can use the coupon for your new purchase here.
2. Or keep the product and we issue you a refund 30% of the items value. You may resell the item.
I am very upset about this, this company should be prohibited to do business online!

FloryDay returns

Purchased three maxi dresses for my holiday. They took a long time to arrive. Material was not as requested. Quality average, no tags or labels. When it came to returning these items, it was virtually impossible. The customer service link would not open. I am still waiting for a returns addresss. Tried to offer me a voucher instead, as they said it would be expensive to return the items through there currier service. I am anoyed with Facebook for hosting these clothing sites. They are clearly a scam. J Eaton

FloryDay horrible quality and not what was promised

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. This dress was the poorest quality dress I have ever seen.
I ordered a dark blue dress with pockets. In the picture online it shows the waist being just below a natural waist, with the pockets on the hips. The dress I received has a waist line that barely comes under my breasts and the pockets high up on the stomach. The size is also way too small, definitely not the measurements listed online. And to make maters worse, the material is horrible...it's thin, the seams are not sewn fully shut and it smells like chemicals.

FloryDay dress never arrived at my home

I paid and ordered the Cotton Viscose Solid Long Sleeve High Low Casual Dresses (1013079). Paid it on the 11th of july. Never received it.

[protected] my order number, I tried everything on last night, as soon as I got the package, and Nothing fits me! I went very carefully by your sizing chart for each item! The quality of the clothes, other than the apricot dress, is poorly constructed.

FloryDay dress order of oct 21st 2016 amount paid 470.14 pln

Dear Sirs,
I have ordered 2 dresses on 21st Oct'16. My credit card was charged in full amount for 2 items in the total amount of PLN 470, 14. Payment was done through Citibank. Yesterday, I have received (via DHL) only one dress (#[protected]) the other is missing. There is no other information on the second dress.

Could you please send info when the other dress will arrive.

FloryDay clothing - dresses

Complete scam and horrible horrible quality. Unwearable - literally. Unbelievably horrible quality. The dresses I ordered were of such bad quality that they actually smelled like petrochemicals. The fabric was unwearable. The dresses also looked nothing like the pictures - style, material, cut, etc. Nothing! To top this off, you have to pay your own shipping to return them to china! Very expensive, and almost as much as the cost of the dresses. They kept offering me various partial refunds or credits if I just kept the dresses. They are so cheaply constructed they are worth nothing, and I would not even put them in my closet or donate as the smell is so bad (Makes you gag). The company trys to dissuade you from returning them by offering increasing partial credits or refunds if you keep them. They will not give you the address to return until you insist. The return address is to a person and has no mention of the company in the name. The company makes money even on the partial net payment they end up with whether or not you return the items. Stay away. Do not waste your time or money. They also never tell you the company and goods come from china until you have to return items. No usa contact.

FloryDay return

I ordered three dresses and three pair of shoes. Spent A LOT of money. None of them fit and I am very disappointed in the quality as well. There wasn't even a receipt in the package when I received it.
I have tried everything I can to return, but cannot even find a telephone number to call. I have emailed the service email requesting an address to return the items and have not gotten a response. I have filled out a form on the "contact us" portion of the site. No response. The site states that returns must be received within 14 days. How can I return when I cannot even get a return address?
Unfortunately I cannot afford to just eat the money this cost. Does anyone have a suggestion?

When I ordered two items, my card was charged immediately. But then delivery has taken 3 weeks. The Address label on the package was not readable and the package did not receive a package list or any information where to and how to return the low quality and unwanted purchase.
I have tried to contact customer service to send me information and paper work to do the return, but nothing has come back to me. They are sending me in circles and after several times they did not even respond anymore.
I consider Floryday one of the worst Scams I have ever known of.

I would contact the card company you bought the items through, and explain to them the situation. I bought my items on Paypal, and if they don't respond quickly, and give me my refund, I will contact Paypal, they always are fair, and take the consumer's side.

I which i had read the reviews before placing an order. This company had a website full of nice dresses, that i do believe that the pica's are chosen from other source's and then place in the webpage. The dress sent was not even similar to the one shown in the picture. Poor quality, different model.
They not even sent a return label with the package, a total scam.
I want a return label, to send it back and i don't want to be paid for the shaping.
My money back is what i want.
Please check the dress shown in the webpage and compare to the one attached. The pics attached shown also that the seams are not at the same level on both shoulder

I was told in a telephone call before placing an order that they did in fact accept returns within a week of receipt. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me that an item not fitting is not deemed an appropriate reason for returning. That is absolutely ridiculous.in addition to being the size of a small tent on my 105 lb. Frame, the quality of the material is embarrassingly cheap.

FloryDay inferior dresses

I ordered a dress from Floryday on the 28th July 2016. It finally arrived today on the 30th September 2016. I am sooo bitterly disappointed with the dress. The fabric used is so thin its completely see through. It is not the same as advertised. The pattern, design and colour of the dress is not the same as in the picture. I feel robbed! The XL dress that I ordered will also only fit my 11 year old daughter. Unfortunately she wont be able to wear it either as it is inappropriate for any young girl or lady to wear. I may as well be wearing see through plastic.

So disappointed. Such a waste of good money. Please everyone, avoid this online retailer, they are just scamming you out of good money. I could have made this rubbish for R30 instead I paid over R600.00.

I had the same experience. Very poor quality material, and when I got online to find out how to send the thing back, I was informed that "not fitting" does not qualify as a reason to return an item. THAT is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Makes me tempted to take a pair of scissors to the piece of crap so it would count as damaged. In addition, I ordered it at the end of September, received a package stamped October 8th on the 13th. I will NEVER do business with this place again.

FloryDay dresses ordered

I purchased three dresses from this company in August. It took three weeks to have them here. When I tried them on I was utterly disappointed. Not only did they look NOTHING like the dresses online, they were poorly made and with cheap fabric. I have tried contacting them for a week now. They do not respond to emails on their [protected]@ email address and will communicate on messenger with almost automated messages. I clearly stated that I wished to make a return and the process to do so and finally after 8 or 9 go arounds, got the same please email [protected]@ when I already explained that I got no response from the multiple email to that address.
