I bought three dress on Floryday.com because their site assured me that returns were quick and easy. The package arrived in about 2 weeks, which I thought was a long delivery time, but OK. Two of the dresses didn't fit, which is why I rarely buy clothing online. When I contacted the company to ask how to reurn them, I received a response from "Annie Chen" that return postage to Mainland China was exorbitantly high, so would I like a coupon for 50% off my next purchase (!) of a return of 30% of my purchase and I could keep the merchandise. The site did say that return postage was to be paid by the purchaser, but NOWHERE did it say the package was coming from China. I have also since discovered that the postage to China is far less than the 70% that I have given up.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I ordered a coat Floryday.com. The arrived with the collar badly stitched so all the fur is falling out. The quality of the coat is very poor. It also doesnt match the photo on their web page. I wrote to them immediately. They say they will refund the amount for the coat but not the 10 euros I paid for postage not the other 10 euros it will cost me to send the coat back.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the trader must refund the postage and returns amount when an item is faulty-
´´The consumer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection by the trader or to return them as agreed and the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning the good´´ This is the law and over rules any returns policy they trader writes.
Received a dress today 11th march 2019 which I ordered 21st February 2019, three weeks!, Like previous complaints I have read I was not aware it was coming on a slow boat from China, the dress in question is shoddy at best in workmanship, material on arms far to tight, and the sewing is not straight on any part of the garment including the zip, looking at your returns policy is seemingly not worth my time and effort to go through all the confusion your company puts on the site, I will NOT be using this company again and I am now on a mission to make people aware how shockingly bad your products are and certainly you do not comply with the Trade Description Act . If there are rules to how your site advertise your goods you certainly do not comply, someone needs to investigate your trading practices .

Although I was saying it will take only 5 working days from the date I have placed an order. With the huge regret, I have to return it as it doesn’t fit. I will be really grateful if you can give me the return address as soon as possible.

Har beställt två st solklänningar art.407 41 94 L. Idag kom ett paket från KINA! men inte med solklänningar utan med två blusar ? kollar in på sidan Floryday där jag beställde mina solklänningar men där finns inte dessa blusar, var i helv...har de varit på för loppmarknad och köpt upp dessa som inte heller är L utan S. En halv dag har det tagit mig att försöka få fram en returadress, nej ...gott folk handla ej hos FLORYDAY för ni vet inte vad ni får och kan inte returnera för ni hittar ingen returadress. Kommer att skriva i svenska aftontidningar Expressen och Aftonbladet och andra lokala nätverk och varna folk för denna blufffirma. PS. har slängt blusarna i klädåtervinningen.
