I have not received the product I paid for. I ordered the black peacoat on January 16 Received word that the credit card payment had been approved and the peacoat, #1156902 would be shipped. The payment of $54.98 was taken from my checking account. I am not pleased. Either send me the coat, size large or please refund my money.
I would like some kind of response from your company as I have contacted you repeatedly.

extremely inferior product
I have recently purchased 2 shirts from FloryDay (size Large) -(first time ever dealing with this company). I received the items in a very short time and was thrilled to see that both shirts looked exactly as promised and sizing was perfect.
I checked each item to find out how to wash/care for them - no instructions at all on item - so I proceeded to hand wash in cool water. Almost immediately it became obvious that the shirts were shrinking before my eyes. I didn't panic too much just then, I was hoping that when they were air dried and ironed on cool setting that they would return their shape. No such luck!
I now have 2 items which are now size XXS and are absolutely useless to me - there goes $100. Do not deal with this company. I wish I had read these reports before I gave them my hard earned cash.

shearling 3/4 sleeve coat sz s
Hello, I ordered this Womens shearling faux 3/4 sleeve coat in a sz small. It is about a large or XL it's way too big for my 5'5 115 pound person. The coat doesn't look anything like the picture online. The color is not the same even. Also the sleeves are like short sleeves not 3/4 length. I'm extremely disappointed with it! Also because it was also not shipped out in the 7-10 day period as told when ordering. I ordered January 1 2018 and just got it on the 20th. Please advise on how I can return and get my money back! I don't want this item.

Good morning, just received my delivery from Floryday, wonderful until we opened it here in Wellington, some person has checked the contents using a cardboard cutter, my new dress has now a large cut across the front, we have photos etc, what is the next step for a return, please. We have tried to reach a freight forwarding company to speak to the careless individual responsible for their action, but as always, no contact phone numbers.
Please advise about our returns and please take steps with your shipping people, very poor.

My name is Josephine I ordereda dress from floryday early Dec. 2017 with a ref No. of 75184897359004352450272.
Dress has been returned and have proof they have recieved it. At first they refused refund and said they will issue me a voucher which I was furious about.
After a complaint they said they will issue me a refund and they emailed me details.
To this date refund has not been received and I have gone to my Bank to issue a dispute.
I highly recommend not to shop with this site as they are very unreliable.

Ordered goods on 4th January 2018. An amount of R1084.32 was taken off my account but the goods never arrived. I have a copy of the transaction. Can I please have a refund. Also, are you able to find this transaction on your bank statement. I did not receive an sms or email confirmation and its the first time I have used this site. I ordered this black floral dress with an ID #5132223 Size XL I was very disappointed because it did not match my expectation. the floral design did not match the original design as seen on the picture. the floral design was concentrated on the hem line area and it was very ugly. the worst ever; they fake products in a very cheap way!!!
I ordered 3 items from Floryday and paid double what I would usually pay in my country thinking that the clothes I ordered would be of perfect quality as shown in the pictures on their website! However, I received truly shocking clothes! very cheap materials, terrible design and even have nothing to do with the designs I ordered! One of the items is a jacket, which was supposed to be black; it came with a strange color between black and gray and with some white spots on the cloth. The three items are terrible and even embarrassing that they can only belong to garbage. I am attaching pictures of the items I received and those I ordered and you can judge yourself!
As expected I did NOT receive ANY money back from Floryday! They promised to send me my money back two weeks ago; but they did NOT. It seems they only wanted to silence me and stop me from writing about their miserable products! I can assure you however that I will NOT spear any efforts to spread the word about their lies! I will use every possible channel to share my experience with them and let other people know about how they take people's money and send them trash!

I contacted Floryday about the items I bought from them and told them I was not satisfied with those items. They contacted me and promised to send me back my money (the total amount), they also informed me that I can keep the items and that I don't need to send them back. I would like to thank Floryday for fulfilling their promise and for handling the issue in a professional way. Many thanks to their customer service representatives who were very polite and cooperating while dealing with the issue.

I bought a dress from them... I paid $53.00 for it plus $12.95 in shipping... I was shocked when I got it 2 weeks later... It looked like it wasn't fit for walmart.. Looked like it was made out of rubber... I did everything they said on their website to return it... Never worked... I've called them at least 8 times everytime I do the line is busy... Yes I know the time difference... Plus i've sent them at least 6 emails... They just keep sending me the same link that doesn't work... I just don't want this to happen to anyone else

Have tried on numerous occasions to get return address where to send parcel back due to size does not fit and faulty workmanship. Sent emails on return forms on line no reply's. It has been over two weeks, and I have not received my order. I contacted them by their email, and they sent me an email back saying they would contact me within 24 hours about my package, and they have not. I have tried to find tracking information on this order, and my reply to that is always that there is no tracking information found. I have contacted them again, and I am waiting for a reply. When I try to use their contact us service it does not work. I spent around $163 and I needed the dresses for christmas and for a party this week. It is so frustrating when I cannot speak with anyone from their company about why there is no tracking information on this package. I have a tracking number. However, it does not work.

The items on the website look completely different than expected. 2 items came in in decent condition, hover, 3 items were made on the image shown to be beautiful fashionable dress shirts...arrived looking like a kimono made out of rubber material, and with strings from sewing hanging out showing that the job wasn't even finished! It looked worse than a hand me down outfit or hospital scrubs. I work at a hospital and cant even use the material to make it into hospital scrubs its that bad. something that on the website looked form fitting is at least 2 sizes too big and by that I mean a small is at least a large. I am expecting prompt contact with regards to returning those items that didn't work and am expecting a smooth return policy. I paid too much money for something I wouldn't even give to goodwill for 2$.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and out of the whole lot only 2 pairs fit me. I reveived the order 2 weeks ago and since then I have been trying to call and leave message which have not been responded to. I also have send times 2 emails with no response. The order came with no return address and I am currently frustrated as I bot do not have both the right size shoes that I booked for the weekend over this weekend and over £200 as I am stuck with shoes that do not fit.

They have not informed me where to return items that they assured me would fit after I sent them my hip measurements and one dress which was advertised as linen and priced like linen but was infact a very cheap polyester.

Why dont they forward through Australia Post if this is legitimate. This is my 2nd time at ordering on line and it appears it will be my last. Really disappointed!

The 24 hr policy has already expired. I did cancelled my order which l regretted and cancelled it less than an hour later after reading the review. Refund my money back. I fear if am already a one of your victim.

I received my dress after a very long wait, not quite in time for the wedding I was attending. It says that the order date was 10/03/2017, but I did not receive the dress until 10/28/2017. But I was still excited when it arrived...until I tried it on.
