I have wrote the women a couple times that I needed to speak to someone about the game not giving me the coins I won. They were going to me but never changed balance so second time this has happened. I did not realize I was not getting the coins add back so I went threw 26.45 dollars the first time and the last time was 17.10. she only tells me the game is working fine and will not address the issue. I feel like it is stealing from me and I have loaded money many times but never won. I wonder if this is even legit or are u scamming me. I feel like i am being scammed at this point especially since she pretty much ignored what had happened. I don't know how to even prove this but I know that it is completely unfair and if I was getting my coins back from the fish I shot I would have won but all I think at this moment is it's rigged and never attended to give me back the money I won and I am starting here before I go further because it's stealing to me.
Claimed loss: 43.45There is probably more than this but these are the ones I noticed
Desired outcome: Compensation and to not be ignored about issues in the game when we are playing with real money

It’s completely understandable why you feel frustrated and cheated by Game Vault, especially if the coins you won weren’t added to your balance. Being brushed off with a vague response, without any real explanation or help, definitely raises red flags. If the game isn’t crediting your winnings and the support team isn’t addressing the issue, it’s only natural to question the legitimacy of the whole setup. It’s unfair to keep spending money without seeing any return, and if it feels like they’re ignoring you, it’s time to escalate the situation.
You might want to document all your interactions and losses as much as possible and consider reporting the issue to relevant authorities, especially if you continue to feel like you're being scammed.
