customer service not responsive & courier guys bad service

My parcel had arrived KL on 28/9/18 & they do send out on the same date.
I got the msg from this phone number (10:12am) saying that the parcel is on the way delivery & he called me afternoon 2:04pm & told me he do not know where the place is. As I know all the courier service are normally allocated to some same people for the fixed area to deliver document & parcel & he refuse listen to me how to get the place & keep telling me he DO NOT KNOW where the place is.
I do gave him my sister phone number to him, let my sister guide him how to go the place but he refuse to listen. At last he just told me that he will send back the parcel back to station then he hang up my phone. He even not pick up my call after that.
Later on i check on the status of the parcel the remark "Undelivered due to Refuse to Accept - Consignee not in", this is ridiculous .
I do called to the customer service after that & those ladies again ask me again the address & contact is like they do not get the correct address & the way they talking is just perfunctory & told me let them check the status will call me back. Somehow i got no reply after few days & again I called to the CS ask for the status again they repeated the same words. I even called up yesterday & the lady told me that she cannot confirm when will the parcel resend again.
Finally this morning again the same phone number msg said they on the way to deliver the parcel, again all are happened once again, the guy CALLED ME & AGAIN HE SAID HE DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PLACE. Again i do forward my sister phone number to him & let him call my sister. Again he told the same thing to my sister & he said he was sending out parcel on the other building & ask my sister go & collect herself. Unfortunately my sister workplace is actually just besides the building where he is now.
One parcel used up 10 working days to deliver to consignee. Those staff's attitude really... This is first time ever I had such a bad experience on a courier service. This is so disappointed, I will not use this GDex anymore.

1. Barang salah hantar.
2. Consigment yang asal telah ditampal pada barang yang salah.
3. Driver telah mencari barang yang sepatutnya di dalam lori namun tiada . Refer office untuk cari barang tapi tiada juga.
4. Hantar report pada 4/10/18 di cawangan Kuantan (Nana), tetapi sehingga kini masih tiada status terkini.
5. Barang berupa satu guni putih, bersize empat segi yang telah ditulis nombor consigment.
6. Saya telah membuat report di HQ Petaling Jaya pada 6/10/18 (Eliza), mereka memaklumkan akan cuba mencari di cawangan lain.
7. Saya boleh menuggu jawapan sehingga hari isnin (8/10/18), selepas tarikh itu sila refund semula barang yang hilang sama nilai dengan kerugian.
-Kandungan guni berupa kain langsir yang telah dijahit dan perlu dihantar kepada client kami dengan segera.
Sekiranya kes ini tidak dapat diselesaikan segera, mohon untuk beritahu kami kerana kami perlu membeli semula bahan dan menghantarnya untuk dijahit. Ia akan mengambil proses yang lama. Sila beri kerjasama.

your counter service is bad and unhelpful
Gdex Sandakan poor service:
1. Bad counter service with unfriendly voice tone when i called to enquiry about the parcel status.
2. Receptionist not helpful at all to assist me in the delivery of my parcel. What they told me was only the driver cannot turn back to send me the parcel.
3. Delivery guy never give me a call when they on their way. I was in the way back home when they arrived my home. If they could give me a call then i wouldnt need to miss my parcel.
my parcel doesn't delivered after 1 week of waiting
My parcel still not delivered... and GDEX stop updating my parcel since 26.09.2018 and my parcel was outbound from PJY station.. Today itself they updated that my parcel inbound to OCU station.. very disappointed.. We sent parcel through GDEX due to fast delivery but normal pos also should have been delivered in this much time.. And yet still your staffs can blame us..
ridiculous service
1. My parcel should be send on 28 Sep 18, but they did not send it because it say the courier guy left the office.
2. on 1 Oct 18, it should be send out, but the parcel did not reach me and yet the status stated there sorry card.
3. I called on 28 Sep 18 to check on my parcel, but they say nothing they can do but just dropping a note to the PIC, and follow by the next call on 1 Oct 18 in the morning. And yet no one replied my call or pick up the BAYAN BARU OFFICE phone no. Are all employees take same off day?
4. I called again to the service center total 4 calls to log complain and request the PIC to contact me on why there is "SORRY CARD" whereby they did not even try to deliver my parcel and nothing came back. Wondering what is KL SERVICE CENTER do? keep customer complains? or whole PENANG BAYAN BARU OFFICE IS SHUT DOWN?
5. 2 Oct 18, still nothing have been updated on my parcel.
6. I use to be loyal and recommending GDEX to all my friends but now not anymore. I will just put a fullstop here. It is just a simple delivery and yet i need to wait for so long. Totally disappointed.

Dear customer Service,
I am not satisfied with the delivery service for the above parcel.
This parcel is my sister in-laws medicine and special arrangement for them to collect on this Sunday. Until today then I realized still not reached my home yet. I called the sender and he told me they left sorry card at my house which I didn't see anything at my house. Customer service told me that they had called me but nobody pick up thus didn't proceed the delivery but in fact someone is at home which can received the parcel. Nobody has text me, nobody has came to my house and left any notes to me. I was very disappointed as I expected to received the parcel latest by today. When I called customer service around 12.45pm they said nothing can be arranged because the branch had closed. I asked for help get person uncharged to open the door and I can go and pick up immediately. However nothing can be done and strange that I didn't received any calls today about the delivery. I was doubt is this your SOP that must call the customer first when customers confirm at home then only you will proceed the delivery? U thought courier service is given customer convenient that can deliver at their door without hassle of customers travel to collect? I thought it should be delivered to door first if nobody at home them only call the customer to make arrangements?
I hope can have improvement on handling this kind of circumstances, your company do not compensate any loss incurred due to the late delivery. My sister in-law have to stay one more day in order to collect this parcel, who will bear her ticket back to Singapore? I am sorry for making this complain because of the urgency, if is for myself I won't mind till Monday.
This is the first time I have doubts with Gdex service. This is a very special experience with Gdex and I will remember forever.

Hi, this deliver sent my parcel at a late time around 7pm, I wait for whole day already and went out. He promise to send on next day morning before 12pm. I call him one next day around 11:40am and make sure he will come before 12pm, he shouted at me and force me to wait untill he come. He was really bad attitude for this service! I have faced delivery problems, firstly, my company account is register under Kevin, the sales person of Gdex Kevin not been responsible in solving my problems and no response. Secondly, I have contacted the branch head Mr Raymond that Kevin pass me his contact, but no update and no response! GDex is it always cause customers in trouble? No response at all? Can't even resolve? I don't think they can handle well customers and also customers' facing issues. Mr Raymond didn't take up his responsible as a head of branch. So disappointed to GDex ! A successful and big company can happens this kind of minor issues! I was thinking to change a better courier company.

I had purchase stuff from taobao & this morning 10:12am receiving SMS saying that the parcel is on the way to deliver.
2:00pm he called me & told me he arrived & ask me go out to collect. (the deliver address is my sister's company so I called my sister unfortunately my sister not picking up the phone) I return call to this guy & tell him send to the office instead of standing there then only he tell me he not able find the address he is somewhere nearby. (the address is actually somewhere nearby Jusco Maluri & he telling me that he at AON now, I was wondering why he at there? Did he expect my sister walk to AON to collect the parcel?) I was trying to explain for him where is the office but he just keep saying he do not know where is the place & he told me he bring back to his office & he hang up my phone. I trying to call back few times & he do not pick up the phone. I do not know whether the parcel will resend again or just left at the GDex office & ask me to collect myself.
FYI, I do use many times courier (not GDex) & non of them told me can't find the place, he is the first one.

Im from langakwi, would like to complain regarding how staff at counter taking care a guest, we as a guest, understand langkawi gdex have alot off dilivery item, but us pay the service sshould serve our customers well, we as customers can tolerate, why gdez langkawi cannot? If we are not at home to keep the goods in the office, will self pick up, when arriving at the office. No item, no idea, we have many things.. Talk to customers like [censored]ttt.. That mak cik seriusly trade pepole like [censored]... This is not only one time.. Always.. We pay gdrx to dilivery item.. Not send for free.. Seriously this unacceptable.. no answering of phone call at all
Ordered my parcel MY43004439542 and requested earlier on for it to be delivered before the 11 September. Was asked to contact GDEX KK about it but they never pick up their phone at all and they never contacted the recipient in KK for collection at all too. Now I just found out that they returned the parcel to sender. Was unable to contact GDEX KK due to they have never picked up their phone so was unable to collect anything

On 26/9/2018, time 1250hrs, A malay driver of vehicle number plate BNT 9512 approach the Raffles American School, Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru, Malaysia for delivery. Once he reached the school guard post he was told to exchange a visitor pass by surrender his ID card to enter the school premises. The driver denied to follow the school security procedure and left the school without sending the parcel. I wonder this is a very bad attitude when you are entering a restricted premises you are suppose to follow the house rules. I wonder the owner of the parcel might raise a complain against your service which will be reporting to the consumer court for the negligent of the driver's irresponsibility attitude. Effective today the driver will be restricted from entering our school premises. Please educate your driver in future. Thanks.

irresponsible attitude to lost of parcel
I have my order from taobao at the end of august 2018.in my taobao apps tracking, it showed that my parcel have reached malaysia on 1st of sept. So I started to track my parcel in gdex express. Unfortunately, when I do my tracking on 15 sept, gdex tracking showed that my parcel (my82004109663) has reached banting on 13 sept and out for delivery from 8pm. After 20seconds, it showed that the parcel has been successfully delivered. This is ridiculous as my address is at butterworth. The parcel has been delivered to wrong person and address yet ur company did not notice their mistake. I have called up gdex so many times and enquiry about this issue, ur staff keep saying that their will check on this and reply to me asap.. At the end, they did not call me back and give me any answer about my lost parcel. What a terrible service from ur company, till now I still no idea where is my parcel now. Even email also no reply from ur side. Please respond to this issue promptly

I bought stuffs from TaoBao and Gdex is the local courier service. Parcel has been with them since Sep 11, 2018. on Sep 14, 2018, there was a co-called 'attempt delivery' message from GDEX to my handphone at 914PM on Sep 14 but TaoBao already updated 'parcel failed to delivery ' at 813PM. Called a customer service on Sep 19, promised will deliver ASAP. Called customer service again Sep 21, customer service named Farani cliamed no complaint has been lodged, so she proceed for the complaint and will get another department to call me. Sep 25, called customer service named Funita 2.09PM, she promised there will be someone from another department will call me back in 1 hour time. Called again 3.28PM, customer service named Hada said she will get another team to response ASAP. i insisted to speak to the manager, then she said another team has pick up my complaint 5 mins ago. Yet i still insisted for manager on duty's phone number. Hada gave me general line number 03-[protected] which i refused to accept as no1 has ever answer the general number. So i insisted for manager on duty's number, and i finally got this number 03-[protected] - Mr Teong. Called Mr Teong 3.28PM, no1 answer. called again 3.45PM, stil no1 answer.

On 21/9/2018 morning 9.45ami receive the customer service day my parcel have damaged, so inform me my parcel I canot receive... So I arrange the sender courier co. From china to contact gdex staff...
After 21/9/2018 - afternoon 3pm I direct go customer service to get more my parcel detail, so the account customer talk w/me because they receive my parcel just a blank box.. He say my all stock have take from kastam hong kong.., say will deal w/china courier there (sender).
24/09/2018 morning 11am, I go ask the customer service counter again, ask the staff now my parcel is how the result, customer service just reply me.. Anything gdex will deal to my sender (mean china courier co) no need to any explain to me.., I am the receivers for the parcel., I cannot check where is my stock going? Then my loss who will paying to me? My all stock is rm 2.5k.
I ask back the staff < how can a trustly courier co. Can sign & receive my parcel w/a blank box, the staff just reply me ~ we are no checking all the stock, direct sign & receive all the stock first. After only check stock.>
This is a correct procedure a trustly courier co. Procedure? How can let the customer you believe your service? When parcel damage & lossing, just inform customer we are responsible ourself..

bad services on delivery and customer services
14/9/2018, time 12:24, I received sms from gdex, but no one send the parcel to my house, or called me, until 24/9 I haven't receive my parcel.
This is not the first time, the deliveryman didn't went to the house, then pretended no one home, lastly I have to pickup myself in pj, waste my time and money to paid the delivery fees!
24/9/18, time 16:19, I called customer services, because I need some time to find delivery ref number, we chat around 4 minutes, the customer services suddenly hang up the phone, after I found ref no, I called back customer services, but no one pickup phone!
Please gives some training to customer services and also deliveryman! The relaxed attitude should change!

The poor service, waited for nearly two weeks, I called the gdex for four days, three times a day, the service staff told me that the parcel would be sent the same day, but after waiting for one day and another, no one sent it, and finally said that I the area is not part of the service, my area is pavilion kl, I can send it before, why this time is not the scope of service! Will not use gdex again!

I delivered the goods on 2nd September but my customer still hasn't received them. Already delayed 10days when I checked after delivering. Called the office & nobody answered & went to the office but closed. Now the status is shipped but my customer still hasn't received the goods yet.
