Tracking number gam000236832 status showed transit at gdex petaling jaya since 6 september 2018 but no attempt to deliver. When called customer service on 20 september confirmed that there is no record of out for delivery being made. When ask to give address for personal pick up, she gave a lot of excuse. Gdex is cheating people, should be investigate by national consumer complaint center. Thinking of viralling the gdex incompetency, ineffiency and unprofesionalism. Now, I decide to stop dealing with lazada because of gdex

I receive phone msg. The item will delivery on my house 18 september 2018. Then no delivery item done. House got someone waiting for item. Office girl call to remind take the thing. Said item at office, not so any delivery. Dun get cheap or what. Then it's fine. Then remind tomorrow I will go to take item at office gdex.

Then go very good services. The item go out already. Today house nobody people. Then ask me to call driver, meet at any area ipoh. Are u this services gdex at malaysia services?

Gdex had lost my parcel since 25/aug. I had lodge case to gdex 3 week ago. But till today still no on can provide me answer where was my parcel and what are your next action plan. The customer care pic, prakash never answer my call, return my call even I leave message to him or reply my email. Hope gdex can do somethings to improve your service and reply my email.

I havent receive any call regarding this parcel until I take the step to call and enquire regarding the parcel on 12 september 2018. Then I got to know that my documents has been been damaged. For god sake, its an very important documents. Worth rm 4, 000.00. My one month work is in it! What am I suppose to do now? Redo everything? Please get back to me at [protected] by 19th september. 13/9/18- undelivered due to hold reattempt date.
14/9/18- undelivered due to hold reattempt date. I called gdex melaka raya and they said my parcel at gdex malim. They will check and reconfirm back to me. But did not receive any return call from them.
15/9/18- the driver (I guess so) called me to reconfirm place and time to delivered. I said I will pickup by myself at malim. He sent me my tracking no.
At gdex malim - staff playing phone before she ask my problems. Another staff also played phone before she take her things and go out without any communication. After somewhile, she came back thennn barula nak tanye nk ape. I waited for half an hour but they didnt found my parcel and asked me to came back on 18/9/18. Seriously, all staff ignored incoming call. They dont have manners in front of customers. Their communication among them only yelling and screaming.
18/9/18- I tried call gdex malim so many times and call all the number. L given but they rejected my calls.

My parcel was originally inteded to be delivered to my home on the 5/09/19. As I was not home I was unable to receive the parcel, so I called the customer service to request them to redeliver it. An employee promised that the parcel would be delivered on the 8/09/18. But I waited the whole working hours but the parcel did not arrive. I called again the following week and was promised again that it would be delivered on the 15/09/18. Once again this courier seevice has let me down. The gdex tracking stated that there is no such person at the address that I stated in the shipments info. But there's actually people here. And they lied about me being not at the moment at the address information. They (agent gdex mobile trad. Serian, swk branch) asked me to collect the item and didnt send it to the address that has been given. If I have to pickup the item then why shud I pay for delivery then? Why they didnt deliver the item according to the add. One more thing how can I get the item when i'm out of the area. Thats why we paid for delivery, so u can send it to our place.

10.30am gdex center (03-[protected]) called me the parcel would be arrived before 4pm - I told him, the delivery place was shop office and should not over the working time. The staff said ok.
4.00pm called gdex center and saying the parcel would be arrived before 6pm
5.45pm called gdex center and they confirmed the parcel must arrive at 6pm.. They were on the way (on the way sound it was arriving soon)
6.10pm called gdex center and they said they would call me back - but nobody called back
6.15pm called gdex center and they said that they were investigating and checking again - wasting my waiting time around 12 minutes and nobody answered me again
6.20pm called gdex center and they gave a mobile phone [protected] (said the jb person in-charge - after calling, nobody picked the phone) - called many times
6.25pm called gdex center and they said still in checking.. And no answer after this
6.30pm called gdex center and she said that they were not sure because jb branch was closed
6.35pm called gdex center and she said that they were return and not sending to my place. (walau ah, so crazy)
Ten point that your service is worst and no organizational culture for the company
1) if you couldn't deliver, please don't simply tell or promise to the customer
2) it was a cheating customer for your delivery time. Why keep saying before 4pm and before 6pm arriving
3) I told them the office was closed at 6pm.. Keep saying on the way, let me waiting and waiting outside of office for receiving your parcel
4) you can waste your own gdex company time, please don't waste your customer time. It is very stupid strategy
5) if you can not deliver, your team should contact us immediately to say the deliver was cancelled. Now made so long waiting time for us.
6) gdex is big company, but the system is laugi and not competitive at all. How to become bigger and grow in the future. We feel that your company is kampung based company. Your iso was bought from some unrecognized organization?
7) please don't tell in the market that gdex is a listed company. The staff behavior and no company culture making the market laughing
8) gdex strategy is trying to cheat customer, if you can not deliver, please don't cheat customer
9) the market image of gdex is destroyed with your jb deliver team
10) comparing to other big courier company like dhl, ubs.. Even poslaju is also never cheating the customer.. You are the last ranking in malaysia and also singapore

I had miss my parcel on 27/8/18 and I call up to request 2nd delivery and they promised deliver on 30/8/18 but I didn't received at the end.. It's waste my time to waiting whole day!
1/9/18 I wish to call and ask about status.. But I call for 10+times and nobody pick up my phone. Is same situation for next few days till I have to call hq for arrangement.
Untill today 5/9/18 I still can't get my parcel yet!

Your gdex courier is not honest. They said they called me yesterday to deliver the items but I did not receive any calls and I was free the whole day so I will know. They then sent it all the way to penang Island and asked me to collect it myself when I'm staying in the mainland. Please manage your courier company in penang as they have been giving excuses so that they don't need to do their job which is to deliver the items and not to lie saying they call to send items but no one picked up so we have to collect it ourselves. The seller made a call (30/8) to check upon this and she was told that the information provided on the website is not updated. What is the purpose of having the reference number since it's not reliable enough?
I strongly believed that your side just took action after the call was made (since there's no record at all on 28-29/8).
Regretfully, I chose your service just because I want to have the quick and faster delivery; but my first experience turned out to be the worst ever.
Well, rm16 is not really a big amount, maybe, but considering people's urgency and how your service supposedly be, you're not supposed to charge such amount if the delivery is much slower than the normal mail.

What the hell is wrong with your delivery guy? Got lost on the way? What, is my house in the middle of the woods? Or is my house invisible or something? I was at home during delivery, the delivery person left a sorry note on my gate, without bothering to call or to ring the bell that was in front of his face. Terrible service. All he had to do was knock, or ring the door bell. I was just literally behind the door, but instead just left he sorry note and walked back to his lorry. Now I have to allocate a few hours from my off day just to drive to their office and I am a busy person.
