GDex / GD Express customer service

Sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan servis layanan dari front staff perempuan gdex banting. Sangat tidak professional, berbeza dengan staff lama (wanie). Bila customer masuk, langsung tak pandang, apatah lagi nak senyum and tanya keperluan customer. Masing - masing acah sibuk dengan komputer. Paling tak berpuas hati dengan staff perempuan yg kurus. Sy regular customer gdex banting, hampir setiap hari ke sana and untill today, langung tak menunjukkan sikap mesra pelanggan. Please la, where is your manners? Sy customer and I supposed to isi sendiri consignment note, even customer copy pun I kena tarik sendiri ke? Lepastu si kurus tu sebok je menyembang dengan si gemuk tanpa pedulikan i. Ni bkn first time and thats why I kena jugak complaint.

GDex / GD Express poor service

Fisrtly, my parcel have arrived at Taiping branch on 23 May 2018 but I have waited till today (1 June 2018) not yet receive it. It's been 9 days.

I called customer service, 3 times. They always said will deliver by tomorrow but tomorrow totally not yet deliver! They just make short shrift of my problem!

Very poor of service for this company! Hoping this company can overcome the problem ASAP.

Oh, it's nearty slipped my mind! They had make delivery on last SUNDAY. I received a call from a very rude malay guy(01*2044527), he said he was in front my doorstep. I am shocked why they were working on Sunday and told him I'm not around and request him deliver again on next MONDAY. He just refused and blame it is my fault! "Saya dah hantar tapi you tak ada kat rumah. Kita tak kan hantar lagi. You ambil di office kita, kat taiping!" The very rude malay guy answer me when I request him deliver again on next Monday as i never know they have make delivery on Sunday. I felt very angry and asked why he did not make a call before deliver so that i can wait for it. He was so brainless and asked me can put the parcel in front of my house? I said definitely NO. If the parcel was missing, who should take the responsibility on it? He get mad and cut my line off. I can't imagine such irresponsible people can ensure the realization of the excellent service of GDEX company.

GDex / GD Express parcel pending for 1 week in gdex machang, kelantan branch

My parcel was delivered to GDex Machang, Kelantan branch since 24th May 2018 but the staff there didn't take responsibilty with my parcel and it pending there for 1 whole week. Last Monday I made a phone call to hotline customer service call centre and a woman staff told me she will help me check on my parcel then will call me back but until now she didn't make it. I really disappointed. I used to call direct to Machang branch and the staff (malay guy) said my parcel pending there since last week. So, if I didn't call maybe I have to wait for months to get my parcel. The responsible authority please check on your staff performance. Small reminder to GDex staff in Machang branch BUAT KERJA BIAR IKHLAS, JANGAN MAKAN GAJI BUTA. DUIT YANG KAU DAPAT TAK AKAN HALAL. WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE NOT FOR FREE.

GDex / GD Express poor service

My package according to trekker has been returned to shipper (lazada). I received only 1 sorry card @ 8/5/2018 and have called your customer service on 3 occasion (03-[protected]). They keep on telling my package in taman melawati and will be delivered soon and ive given them my contact number including my office number. Noone called me pertaining to my delivery states
On 2nd calling I was given rude treatment from a person called norhayati and I called to complain to their manager @ jason. He promised to make my delivery on 19/5/18 as my children would be around to receive it. He also promised to call me back to update me but I did not receive any call/update

What a poor service from gdex. Now my packaging been returned and I have to bear additional cost because of your inefficiency

GDex / GD Express bad service

I want make a complaint about I have wait long time to get my parcel. From kul to ldu.

I called customer service, 2 times, but no people can give me an answer where is my parcel now.

I feel very angry because the staff promise will call me back but totally no! Then have wait to me call them back again! After that just let me know I have to wait to next week again!

Very poor of service for this company!

Customer Service Staff So Impolite - Don't answer customer well

- I'm very frustrated with your staff, I don't know her name but I think she is an Indian girl.
- I have a some question to ask regarding your services, but she not reply me very well, impolite and not so "user-friendly".

Please tell your customer service staff to answer your customer question or others in a good way.

GDex / GD Express reckless driver

Hi Gdex Jalan Tandang.
Pls note that ur lorry driver (BPB 7800) which was at location : Taman Rishah, Ipoh on 17th May 2018 (5.30pm) was driving recklessly.
As I was turning into a junction, the lorry driver who was at a much distance bhind spotted my car and started to accelerate as I turned and resulting him to almost hit my car and he honked at me for a good 5secs. Iwas so furious as im with my baby in the car driving alone. Is this how ur driver drives to deliver goods in housing areas?
Also noting that lorry plate is from KL I quickly jotted down the num. Didnt he notice my car or he purposely want to revenge coz my car overtook him?
Pls look into this matter especially when driving in a different state where they obviously do not know the roads and endangering other drivers on the road!
I hope ur side to look into this to teach drivers to be more considerate on the road. Thanks!

GDex / GD Express irresponsible salesperson and delay services

Hi, My goods have been delay several days, even the same shipment to sabah and sarawak have arrived.

We called Malacca branch and also the account manager that servicing my company, both not picking up their call.

This sales person named Mr Chew Soon Ee, under sales department, he is not responsible at all as ive been asking him on some enquiry, we will never reply my email nor whatsapp. My staff used the office number to call him, he picked up and heard her voice and hang up the phone.

What"s wrong with gdex malaysia?
I need Gdex to change an account servicing guy and also update me on my parcel update: CN MY40062485987 (status no update)- still at Melaka station.

GDex / GD Express send to wrong destination (the address given is correct!)

Hi, good day.
I would like to file a complaint on the delivery personnel for consignment note: [protected], delivered on 07.05.2018.
The delivery personnel send to Tower 5, Avenue 7, Bangsar South even though the slip is written clearly enough it is Tower 1, Avenue 3, Bangsar South.
He left without calling us and we need to send our staff to Tower 5, Avenue 7 to collect the documents.
Please take action on this as it is very insecure if P&C documents are misplaced.

GDex / GD Express rude customer service + super dumb company

The dumb part,
Have been sending parcel to my house for 100+ times, and every time they still need to ask for direction. Dude what year is this? I was okay before but I couldn't take it when..

This one time I couldnt answer the 4 consequtive call as I was in a meeting and was presenting crucial stuff to a customer.

The rude part,
Customer service never listen to my suggestion and defensive as [censored]. When I advise to to create a simple database on location, the answer was, sir... You are not the only customer we have (with high, aggressive and condescending tone)

I am not satisfied with GDEx delivery system. Look at e-tracking items out for delivery but since morning to evening time of the delivery day till 10 pm waiting at my house. Guard no call, means surely no one of your Gdex staff come. No update till the next day 4pm today is Friday saw updated that NO Access to my home. bloody IDIOT, can't u see. No note or writing to keep me alert that the item can't be delivered yesterday. What kind of system that u all used actually Hah! Now, waiting at counter, and yet the parcel not knowing where there were! [censored]

GDex / GD Express package from lazada

Gdex Machang, Kelantan service was so so bad..i dont know how to describe how bad the service is but it is very bad and annoying.. what is the function of us buying online n ask for a delivery if they cannot send it to our required adress? Instead of they send the parcel to us, rather they call us to go and take the parcel ourselves..i ask them why u cant send the parcel to my adress, the worker easily said i cannot find ur adress?i mean, u have to figure it out urself la how to deliver the parcel, ur branch should provide a smartphone with gps thing so that ur employee can do the delivery or anything related..its just not me that facing this problem, ive asked my neighbour and my colleagues too..please improve ur service gdex machang..im so dissappointed and u have gave bad impression to the main company..

GDex / GD Express delivery service

I want to complaint about your service which is too suck, checking at the customer servis site and want to make complaint, looks like im not the one who facing the same problem. Parcel received at bw branch on 27 apr 2018. 30 apr 18 update at site undelivered due to hold for reattempt date, what's the hell is doing with them, i've called the bw office, no one pick up the calls, I call the hq, then they reply they will sent the parcel on wednesday 2 may 18.
U call this express? Anyway I will find a way to get this matter to the top management.
I hope the gdex will give me a good explanation.

GDex / GD Express delivery service

Hi GDEX, my consignment #[protected] was stucked at GDEX Kota Kemuning for 2 days with reason attempted delivery was cancelled with no clear reason in the tracking system. Made a few calls to the customer service to check but nothing was moving. However there was a staff in the centre Mr. Loga was kind enough to expedite the delivery the moment my disappointment was channelled to him. My item was delivered within the same day of my complaint. Kudos to him. Hope GDEX will improve any shortcomings to give a better customer service impression.

We are regular customer for GD Express Sdn Bhd for almost 5 years. We would like to place a complaint so that it won't keep repeating and happen again in future.

- Parcel not arrived at our company address as per date
- Gdex Alor Setar pass the parcel to Agent Gdex Pendang and asking us to collect it by ourselves although we paid it to send to our company address
- Wasting time to went there just to pick up parcel that we paid for sending to our own address
- Friday, 27th April 2018 : We went to the Agent Gdex Pendang to collect it. When we go through, our parcel is there. But, when we want to collect it, they don't give it to us. They comes with stupid excuses and they are very rude to us.
- Agent Gdex Pendang not following Gdex Operation Day And Hour.
- Parcel is paid for fast delivery but we're still not received it until today, 28th April 2018.
- Gd Express Sdn Bhd is a big company, but because of this Rude and Arrogant Agent Gdex Pendang, All Gdex Whole Malaysia will get the Bad Names.
- We want the parcel by today, 28th April 2018.

Kindly take action and update us asap. Kindly closed the Agent Pendang Gdex immediately if Gdex want to keep the company name clean. Kindly take action to Gdex Alor Setar asap.

GDex / GD Express status delivered but no item received

Hi, im confused and mad with gdex. Not a single call was given whether they came to give the item. Suddenly in etracking the item was delivered. Nobody was home for the whole they except im getting back at 8.30 and guess what no item received. Did gdex do something to my product or will sent it later cause there is no sorry ticket saying they had came earlier. Please resolve this. Thank you

GDex / GD Express never answer telephone call & too lazy to send item.

Dear customer service,

My name is Mr Ahmad.

I would like to complaint GDEX Langkawi regarding customer service.

I believe you all already aware of this problem because a lot of Langkawi citizen keep complaining about GDEX Langkawi in social media (FB Langkawi sana sini group).

As for me, I always buy items/equipments online.
For your information, when I try to call GDEX Langkawi, they never answer the call. you can try to google it on google about (GDEX langkawi tak pernah jawab panggilan / malas hantar barang).

as long as I can remember, GDEX always ask me to pickup the item from their office, instead of they sending it to my house. the same thing happened to most of GDEX customer in Langkawi. Of course they give us excuse. which is unacceptable. (for every single of us, they will say (we tried to call you, but no answer), of course they call us, but only 1 time?

It's time for you to brief your staff to be PROFESSIONAL & PRODUCTIVE.

If there are no action taken within this few days. I'll Viral it on social media and complain it to PPIM.

GDex / GD Express 2 days no pick up

18/4/2018 - Called Gdex Malim Melaka (am), spoken to Elianor request for pick up parcel Ref no: 35607 - No one come to pick up.
Tried to call office to remind and also PIC Azlina, both also not answered.
19/4/2018 - 9.30 am called Gdex Malim and spoken to Ain mentioned about no pick up the day earlier. Was given another Ref no 41148.
Called again at 4.15 pm to remind. NO one come to pick up AGAIN!

GDex / GD Express undelivered to particular destination

My tracking number [protected]. Today (18/04/18) The receiver address is my branch office, JB. The postman sent the parcel to my head office. My receptionist told the boy the parcel must be sent to the branch office, the boy said I need to send many things, did not go to the address shown.
We have paid the courier fee, but your boy gave the excuse that I cannot accept.
